Gone are the days of more affordable Takeaway cafeteria style Chinese food places. Not to mention nickel and diming you at every step. $10 +tax for a two item, .50¢ extra charge for char siu pork, .25¢ extra charge for debit/wireless pay...got a two item combo with chow mein (which looked more than a day old., white rice (HEAVILY over hydrated, so goopy, and there was not a sight separate grain... Probably some of the worst rice have had since an Armenian bakery thought they could open a Poke spot at Oxnard/Vineland), Orange Chicken (ALL SUGAR AND BREADING), Char Siu pork (PURE SUGAR on an overcooked/BURNT/thinly sliced excuse of pork, and two OLD tasting/goopy egg rolls.All together it cost me about $14 for a meal that overall regret. If youre craving Chinese food, go somewhere else local. Im sure any other place would be better. Or... just go to Panda Express.

I wanted to like this place but unfortunately there was nothing I enjoyed. The food was very greasy, the fried rice and noodles were bland ( I added soy sauce, and siracha and even that didnt help). The chicken egg rolls tasted they were so greasy when I took them out of the bag they left a small pool of grease. The orange chicken was very sweet and had a slightly charred taste. The Hong Kong beef meat was tough it was just slightly more tender than beef jerkey. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Really sad because this use to be a go to place to eat out with my boyfriend. They changed their recipe and while it isn’t bad, it isn’t what it use to be. It’s okay for Chinese food, the noodles are too thin though :( they also have a different hot sauce that is not sriracha that leaves a very odd aftertaste. Also, for some reason sometimes the food tastes fishy, and I mean literally fishy.

That type of person should not work there, I asked him for the special and he wanted to give me what I wanted with a very bad character, he turned his back on me, I asked him to return my money and he sat down and then he began to beg me and I gave good way talking to himHe even started recording because he wanted my money back.because theHe wanted to give me what he wanted, not space or water and I told him to eat here and he gives it to me to bring the truth that workers who want to work must be put in.

Really bad tasting food. Had the orange chicken and Kung pao combo and it was so bad. It tastes like raw chicken - no seasoning flavor - almost as if they did not wash the chicken clean. I was pretty grossed out. Also the food is not made fresh to order. It’s sitting in pans like Panda Express - but at least Panda tastes fresher and has quicker turnover.

Decided to try something new and not the best experience. Staff is nice but the food is not the best. The meat and chicken were pretty stale. The noodles where really good tho. But the orange chicken and pork beef Not great taste in my opinion. Also decided to try their tai teas and was disappointed because it tasted only like milk. No flavor at all. Pretty disappointing.

Whenever I pass by, I always stop here. The price is reasonable and the food is so good. It’s tasty, fresh, and has an amazing aroma. The service is also really good. Although I can tell that some of the workers aren’t native and don’t have a great English vocabulary, they do their best to help serve and always welcome customers with a smile. Using what they do know, they give the customers an exceptional experience. As a fast food restaurant, the food doesn’t taste like people hurrying to make it. Instead they put their energy and sincerity into it, while at the same time, cooking it at a proper pace. I would definitely recommend stopping by here to grab a meal on the go or sitting down to enjoy the food.

This place is really great. The food looks amazing and smells good. The prices are very good compared with other Chinese food restaurants. I come here often because I live close by. I would recommend the smoothies and boba to everyone.

Id come here very often because its close by and the price is good, but recently their food quality has been questionable. My last trip to this place led me to have food poisoning for 5 days, which was due to their broccoli beef. Definitely made them lose me as a loyal customer.

I gave them a 2 start because they are very stingy with their food nothing they are a food radiant so instead of holding back on the food they should serve as much as a person wants. I paid extra for more shrimp and did not want to add extra at all. A ripoff!!!

I love the food there. Its my favorite chinese food place to go to. They have friendly staff and the service is pretty quick as well. And personally i feel like you get a good amount of food for what you pay for.

Well my teriyaki was hard and my egg rolls were cold.the buddy I was with didnt even finish his. Other than that it was okay not the best of choices on the hot food. Would not rate it an A wich it is on the window.

Ive eaten at a few of the Hong Kong express locations and I have to admit this is my least favorite one. The food is sometimes soggy and cold, and it doesnt taste as good as the other locations Ive eaten at.
