Hong Kong Restaurant in Palo Alto

The food is excellent. I have been here multiple times and return because of its great food. Been coming here for years since when they were originally in Mountain View before they moved to their current Palo Alto location. The service has always been ok not bad not great. The atmosphere/condition of the restaurant looks a little tired and could use a face lift. Ordered some favorites (Crispy HK style Chicken Chow Mein, Braised Tofu with Vegetables, Sweet and Sour Pork, and the Fujian style fried rice.)

Decent chinese restaurant.Peking rib is the best. Seafood chow fun is decent. The Black bean sauce fish rice plate can have more fish.They serve house soup before meal, and have oranges at end of meals but I miss their chinese dessert.Services is decent too.

They have some unique dishes that arent common in this area. Food is decent. It is busy so there is a wait. Service is good.

Seafood doesn’t taste fresh here. They need to remodel the entire dining area. It’s really dated. Food quality is average nothing special.

I’d do a 2.5 stars if I could. There was nothing good about it and nothing bad. The food came out super fast. The staff barely said a word to us. The beef was soft and didn’t really seem like real beef, but it tasted good, very sugary. The rice was normal. The tea was hot and basic taste. The price is pretty cheap for California standards. Parking sucks there. Honestly, it was exactly middle of 5 stars, I’m not going back, but I wouldn’t tell people not to go there. Try it for yourself.

Pretty good. We came with a friend who ordered for us.We had duck, chicken, mushrooms with baby bok choy, walnut prawns, crepes, soup, white rice, and lobster. All the dishes were well seasoned and tasty.

I dont know this cuisine especially well, but the pan fried stuffed baihua tofu was very tasty.

This place overall is like 3.5 stars.The duck was VERY good (5/5); The Mongolian beef was so so(3/5); the beef chow fun delish (4.5/5). The honey walnut prawns (3.5/5). Ma po Tofu (3.5/5)We had take out, so can not speak to service.I’d say some dishes are very good others soso,

Very quick service. Food was spectacular. Their soup was amazing and came as a surprise. The beef stew had extremely tender beef with great flavor. The salt and pepper pork ribs were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and could be peeled off the bone easily. Very good restaurant. Would highly recommend.

Awe inspiring attraction. A must see whenever one has a day to spend in the City. It would be better to make an appointment to view the exhibit next door though
