2023-05-31 10:46:40Saw this place and was surprised that Amazing Basil was no more. Decided to give it a try and got a #45 grilled shrimp and pork with vermicelli to go. I liked the flavors and decided I’d go back for another visit.Re-visited the establishment on a windy and cold day so we had cravings for pho. I ordered a medium sized #7 rare steak and brisket. Wifey got #6 rare steak, tendon and tripe. She was hungry as she started eating right away so I lost my opportunity to snap a good photo. Doh! I liked my pho. The soup did not have an intense flavor, but was good enough and wifey said she didn’t detect any MSG (or it was very little that there was barely any trace). She did notice that the noodles were sturdier - like they didn’t break easily. Furthermore, the noodle did not absorb much of the soup. I’m not sure if that was an improved version of noodles or it was just way too processed and … unnatural. Lol. We also ordered the fried fish cake. Not quite what we expected, but not too bad. I think wifey wanted the fried shrimp cake. All good - we’ll get it next time.I like to support small local businesses and we certainly would go back to visit again. There was not a lot of customers dine-in or to-go when we were there so we’re concerned that this place may not last long. Hopefully this place can survive as it has great potential.

2023-08-04 01:01:33As an avid pho lover, this place serves the best pho in Dublin hands down. As I walked in, I was greeted with a pleasant aroma. I ordered a large Dac Biet and it was truly a work of art. The thin cuts of meat perfectly complimented the rich broth. The portions were generous for a $14 bowl. The service was good but nothing special. This place was also very clean, probably due to its recent opening.

2023-07-21 20:53:51Being a PHO shop. I came in expecting tasty PHO broth. Quick service and food came out fast. Honestly, I felt like broth was not flavorful at all. Egg roll was on point. It is what it is. I recommend Saigon Cafe downtown Livermore if youre looking for PHO in this area.

2023-06-27 18:53:04Not expensive anyway and very tasty. This place serves up authentic Vietnamese Pho and it’s some of the best I’ve ever eaten. The staff were super friendly and the food was very quick. I would highly recommend this restaurant, it’s super delicious!

2023-04-12 04:14:14My wife and I came here for dinner today, and we thought the food was very good! Much better and more authentic than a lot of other Vietnamese options in Dublin, and very similar to the ones I grew up with in San Jose.

2023-08-22 21:00:19I had a beef stewed noodle soup and it was good. The portions for a small bowl was fulfilling with a flavor of home cooked soup. I love this this noodle soup.

2023-08-16 01:32:48TLDL Dont waste your money here. Serves sweet pho and broken noodles. A pho shop that doesn’t know how to cook the noodle nor the soup. “Grilled” beef thats so thin and small that will fall through the grills if it really was grilled.Got a pho and a rice dish for lunch.-1 star : -Sweet bland broth = soup has no flavor it’s just sweetness from the MSG and you will be thirsty/ headache afterwards.-1 star: Noodles- overcooked/recooked noodles. Can’t even pick it up with chopsticks. It breaks into small pieces when I tried to pick it up with chopsticks. Ended up eating it with a spoon bc the noodles broke into small tiny pieces. How can a pho shop not prepare fresh noodles?!?!??!!! (It really should be minus 2 stars)-1 star: “Grilled” sliced beef :beef not grilled. It’s sliced so thin like hot pot beef that can’t possibly be grilled & super salty not to mention small portion.-1 star -Unsanitary packaging - threw plastic condiments in the overcooked noodle container. Where have those packets been?? How can you toss it literally IN the cooked food? You can just place it outside and it won’t be missed. If you count that, that’s -4 stars hence the 1 star rating. SKIP!

2023-06-09 00:26:57Ordered the #1 small no tripe and the shrimp cake appetizer. Good quality is awesome, service great. But the amount of sauces and garnishes enhance the meal totally. Many pho options in the area, but this is the place.

2023-06-08 21:13:11Decent but not great pho.. portions too small for me, even with large, even with EXTRA noodle or beef, coming to $20+ bowl of pho.. service is just ok. Seems like an average lunch business spot, in a busy business center area, not family run or anything.. best thing about this place is they are quick, and understand most of their business is people on their lunchbreak.. I just wish the portions were bigger, i leave hungry on my lunchbreak! Regardless, thanks for being there! 💖
