2023-11-27 13:40:50It only had 2 reviews when I went. But I stepped in at 8:15AM on a Sunday by myself. Beautiful space. Waiter was kind. Pho smelled delicious when it was brought out. Tasted good but not too good ( when it tastes too good it has a lot of msg in it). Flavors were clean and balanced. Hint on how to eat: spoon some pho into the side bowl a little at a time to let it cool off before eating or else the noodles will burn your tongue.

2023-11-16 07:23:10So this is a different way to enjoy Pho. This shop uses stone bowls that are heated up high and the soup stock comes piping hot. The soup stays hot during the entire time you enjoy the meal. Even when you add the beef slices or meatball or vegetables pho remains hot. Meats were better quality than other shops and the presentation is nice since each meat item is laid on the plate. Service is very good too. Parking is plenty outside in the parking lot.

2023-12-04 03:49:54Delicious food in a spacious restaurant! It seems they have two specialties: pho and seafood. We had the Hot Stone Oxtail and Hot Stone Short Rib pho, thin noodles, Cajun fries, and lychee lemonade. Everything was superb. The hot stone soup is still boiling when it comes out, so its a game of patience for it to cool down enough to eat, but they also have regular/non-hot stone style. The broth was excellent, light and savory. The Cajun fries were among the best Ive had. Each piece had the perfect crunch and seasoning. The lychee lemonade wasnt too sweet. It had lychee pieces blended in so you almost get boba-like chunks of fruit. So good. The service was wonderful. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and helpful. Were definitely coming back again!!

2023-11-21 02:18:45The restaurant was clean and had a lot of seating. They play instrumental music and the servers were nice and attentive. I would recommend they put the butcher paper down on the table before you seat the guests. Many seemed a little annoyed to have to pick up everything for them to put the paper down.My husband ordered a hot stone pho combination. The anise flavor was not over powering and the broth was flavorful. The hot clay pot is super HOT. They warn you to not touch the bowl. You do have to wait a few to cool down. Also, things come out one at a time similar to other Vietnamese restaurants. Took awhile to get hot water and hot tea.He did order a second bowl of noodles as he felt it was not enough. I ordered the shaken fries with beef and rice, no onions. The sauce they marinated in was very flavorful and a bit garlicky. The salt was not overpowering. Their cups for hot tea are a decent size as they dont have tea pots. We will definitely return as the food was quite good. Parking is in the shopping center, but we were able to find a spot. But it was a Monday evening. I imagine weekends would be crazy and a bit harder to park. We will definitely return!
