Delightful and delicious food! Its pricey, but no more so than most Korean BBQ and is a very good value overall. The ingredients were very fresh and the marinated meats were so yummy! I love eating here every time and will definitely return!

Recently went to Galbi house after a while, with my kids too. We had a blast here, especially with that cool food delivery robot that they have!We enjoyed spending time together, teaching the youngsters how to cook and enjoyed the delicious food. The service was excellent as almost every staff passing by asked how we were doing and offered assistance. Water cups always filled, questions answered! Will definitely be back.

Interesting to try kbbq in the heart of the SF Valley for the first time ever. Overall experience was decent. The choice of protein is quite extensive, chicken wings and sausages was something different. We came hungry and left fulfilled!

This place has improved tremendously since they opened a couple of years ago. There are a lot of choices of dish to get. Their marinated shrimp is amazing. Service is great too and servers are on top of everything and bring our requests quickly. It does get smokey inside and you so smell like good food after.

The Best Korean BBQ in the Valley.Thanks to the Staffs for an amazing service. They keep offering more meat like they want to fill you up until you give up unlike other Korean BBQ Restaurants that make you wait for 30minutes just to serve the meat.Great quality of meat and vegetables.The Restaurant is clean.Valet parking but metered street parking is also available.It’s definitely worth every penny spent!*** Adults must bring proof of vaccination and ID otherwise they will not accommodate you.

First time here and I was excited to come. Then I looked at the menu and already dissatisfied by the list. I would think a AYCE Korean BBQ would have the basics but not here. The food was way too spicy or not traditional. The side dishes is and always good cause it taste like the mothers touch, but the items like taco and stuff just kills the whole purpose of Korean BBQ.

Waitstaff was incredibly inattentive on a slower night, and we struggled to find our waiter to order the next round of all you can eat. Then suddenly they called last call pretty early. Some of us left still hungry. Pretty frustrating considering we paid 70$/person for food, tax, and tip. Meats were also just fine, not worth the 50$.

We paid over $450.00 for five people to have the basic all you can eat at $47.00 per person. Its the 2nd time I get price gauged at this place by the same grouchy female server. She gets annoyed every time we asked for something.. Horrible service. I wonder if the Robot that brings out your food gets the automatic 18% gratuity. It was a painful experience again. I will never go back or recommend.

Came here for the first time to celebrate my birthday with the family. And we were very pleased with their food and service! The bulgogi was my favorite. But everything we tried was yummy - the spicy pork belly, the brisket, the spicy crispy chicken wings, assorted vegetables, tofu pot with seafood, fried rice with shrimp, they give you free refills on your soda and so many yummy side dishes. The lunch deal is really great. The servers were so friendly and responsive to all our requests. The place is newer, nicely decorated, the parking is plentiful and free. I cant wait to come back!

Good service and good atmosphere. Very cool and unique food selection. However for the taste... I would give 3 stars out of 5. While the seafood and meat tasted OK, at the same time all the accompanying condiments and souses werent very exciting to my taste buds. Korean beer was also watery. Seaweed soup and salad provided with the meal were completely tasteless for that level of pricing. Still I give 4 stars for overall experience

Their prices have really gotten out of control. I really wish they would bring the lunch price back down to $20. Currently, May 2022, the dinner prices close to $46. Are you serious?! Arrived on a Sunday evening and it was pretty slow, with plenty of staff available.We ordered our meat selections from the AYCE menu and that was literally the end of our experience, no server ever came back and gave us the meat, checked in on us, refilled anything, etc. We even asked another staff member directly to check on on order and after 30 minutes of being blatantly ignored, we walked out. Parties after us had gotten served and were getting checked on, staff members were standing around the bar talking to each other, there was truly no excuse. Would rather drive all the way down to Koreatown than experience this horrid place ever again.

This place is expensive, but tasty! Our waiter was polite yet had a strange atmosphere.... But our other waiter was very nice! This place is pretty pricey for a casual get-together but if your group splits the bill, its tolerable. The food was delicious and they changed our grill plate often. I enjoyed it overall.

Galbin Koren BBQ the service terribleI got the all you can eat with my two little kids and they added the 18% to my check, I wasn’t happy with the food and the service and they FORCED ME TO LEAVE A TIP THEY DIDNT DESERVE !! $50 and $70 for all you can eat !!!! Fine Korean BBQ and great service. High quality meat, I especially enjoyed the short rib. The full bar certainly didnt hurt! My only complaint was the layout of the Mens room. Two urinals that were way too close to one another with no divider and in plain view of the mirror above the sinks. Not sure how the restroom was laid out so poorly but it wont stop me from returning to this restaurant.

My friends and I have been coming to this place for years. We always tip a lot but tonight was the most HORRIBLE experience I ever had in my life! This is the worst experience ever unacceptable! I forgot my phone after dinner and called them before we rush over there since they were closing soon. That Hispanic waiter was extremely aggressive and super rude when we arrive there! He was talking s**t when I was knocking on the door to get his attention. He kept talking s**t even tried to come out to fight me just because I told him that hes being really rude to regulars who always tipped them well. I just wanted to pick up my phone. We spent tons of money at this place on food and drinks but never coming back again.

Went here for the first time with my wife and son. Nothing fancy and pretty straight forward AYCE KBBQ. Service was excellent, always kept our drinks full which seems to be a battle at some places and were prompt at bringing our orders out.Definitely worth checking out if you are in the valley, not the best but its above average and the staff were great so those are always bonuses.

This is my go to Korean bbq place in the valley. Yes, it’s a bit on the expensive side of all you can eat, but you get it in the quality of the meats. Our favorites were the Marinated short rib and the bulgogi beef. We also loved the spicy pork and pork belly. The staff was very much on it with getting us more sides, changing out the grill and getting us more meats and water. Would definitely recommend.

The food was great! We ordered 1 spicy pork dish, 1 bulgogi dish and a spicy seafood tofu soup to go. The meats were tasty and tender and not at all oily. We didnt have to use any of the sauces provided. The sides were delicious as well. My wife loved her seafood soup. The price was little expensive but very good food and customer service.

Reason for the one star I never leave reviews but this needs to be said!! Food was good staff was quick but the valet guy lost my keys which have my home car and work keys attached to it!! He gave it to another customer! Sketchy because everyone else had there keys I’m not sure if they new each other looked like they did. I don’t know why he took mine!!! I went to ask the guy that had my keys why he didn’t give it back!! His answer was he gave me keys I put it in my pocket? Wouldn’t you know it’s not your keys!? Very very sketchy!! And then the guy chased me down and said we were short money on the bill, I know I paid over but I gave them another 5 anyway. Bathrooms are super clean and fully stocked which is less than what I can say for other restuarants of course considering supplies can be in short demand. House of Galbi is NOT cheap, but that was one of the best Korean dinners Ive ever had. We went for the $62.99/person Prime All You Can Eat. You can also order the choice menu at $41.99. There is a large selection of excellent choices either way, but, for something special, the prime menu is phenomenal. The Galbi,, shrimp, salmon, even deep-fried chicken wings, you bbq it yourself at the table, its all great. The Marinated King Galbi was juicy and full of flavor, likewise the bul kogi, the other meat choices were subtler, but tasty.The service was efficient, friendly, and helpful, the ambiance at night atttactive; even though it seats over 200, I didnt notice noise from other tables and it was easy to carry on a conversation.I would definitely return here.

Got out a twenty dollar bill and slapped it on the receipt he was showing us. I didn’t have time to complain to their manager, nor did I wanna stay longer in the vicinity of this restaurant.Anyone who reads this, avoid this place. I already told most of my friends and family members about this place. They’re staying away.It’s not mandatory to leave a tip. It’s a courtesy and recognition that as a customer you felt they went above and beyond for you, and that your overall experience was good or better. I was in their position once, but never would I chase after a customer to demand for a bigger tip. The customer chooses how much he values the experience, not how the waiters/waitresses perceive it should be. Even if someone didn’t leave a tip, you don’t just run after him, that’s so unprofessional.

The food is fantastic and the service is wonderful. We ordered many varieties of meat and side dishes and they were all good. The kimchi fried rice is oddly oily which detracts from the flavor, but everything else weve tried is tasty and spot on. My only beef (lol) is that the price has gone too high since Covid. Lunch for 2 for the regular all-you-can-eat will set you back $80 before gratuity. Kids 10 and older are the same price ($36.99 + tax). We will dine here less frequently as a result.

I would give 3 1/2 stars if it let me. The meat quality is good, but the selection is minimal compared to most other KBBQ joints. This is one of the few out in the valley though. First time at this place and I gotta say its not like what most reviews said. I went during post Covid when things just started to open up. I went with my friends which is a party of 4. We got all you can eat since we were starving.Lets start with negative...1. the price is pretty high compared to most places with the same quality of meat. At almost $40(including tax) per person.2. They put a 18% tips surcharge with a party of 4 and above. This is actually the first place that I know of that does this. Most restaurants would do this on a party of 5 or 6 and above. So this is a bit extreme.3. They did last call pretty early and I dont think it should be that way since we need sometime to finish each round. Or dont accept any customer at all before an hour of closing time. Its like they still want $$ but dont want to give enough time for us to finish and fulfill our hunger.Positive...1. The kalbi was delicious and so tender. Thats a big 👍2. The service is above and beyond. Extreme fast but somewhat accurate, which is understandable since its all you can eat.3. The restaurant is clean and up to date. The grill on our table has a vacuum built in so we wont go home smelling like bbq.Bottom line.. will I go back?🤔A: probably not until they address the issues and make it more budget friendly.P.S. The food is decent, although it did give me a stomachache. But last time I made a reservation for lunchtime, the lady lied and said she can only charge us with the dinner price which was about $30-40 per person. I didn’t say anything because she didnt understand much of English and I just wanted us to enjoy the food for now since we were already there. I even asked for lettuce to which she brought a completely different thing, again I didnt say anything so I wouldn’t seem rude. Been here 3 times so far and I do not have a single complaint. 1 lunch and 2 dinner. Service was on point and on time. During the lunch there is not that many people so service was good and timely. During dinner rush, there is a wait because of how full it is, but service was always on point. We had 1 main server but there was always people checking in every 5-10 min to see if we needed anything. The Food is Actually Good As Well. My issue have been with the valet. The last 2 of 3 times I visited the restaurant, the valet service was so incredibly rude that I didn’t make it into the restaurant. The first time I figured the valet man was having a bad day. However, the second time I asked for clarification because I could not believe he would yell and insult me for no reason. He continued to yell and say “forget you!” Not sure if he is mistaken me for someone else, but incredibly unprofessional and unnecessary. I will dine elsewhere- no need to ruin my dinner.

We were here for a birthday get together. A party of eight. They have their own parking lot and valet. Immediately when you walked in, we were greeted.The interior is beautiful. Better than any KBBQ spot Ive been to and what was expected since this is on Ventura. They have a nice bar area and the bartenders were fantastic! Our drinks came out perfect - An Old Fashioned and an American Mule. It wasnt just the drinks, it was the awesome bartenders! They had the best personalities! Where we were located in the restaurant was great.Loved all the side fixings. So delicious. Their kimchee was delicious. The fishcakes were awesome. All of it, delicious! I liked the house salad dressing, too. Their choices of meat and how they were marinated was great - we can have seafood, too. All in all, the experience was wonderful! Very fun and interactive dinner for groups or familys. Before you sit down they have an array of small apps and sauces ready for you with all you can eat service avaialble as soon as you sit down. You choose from a list of raw and marinated meets that they bring to your table for you to cook yourself. Everyone can partake in cooking and everyone can cook what they want to specific desires. Friendly staff keeps the meat coming and everyones happy for the next hour or so. For context, the hours listed here are closing on Thursdays at 10:30pm, our party arrived at 9:00pm. We checked this place out after my husbands co-worker recommended it. We went for one of the mid-range priced all you can eat items. It was worth the value.I thought that the food was good and enjoyed the frequent change out of our grill so that we werent smoking ourselves out with burning marinades.The amount of free sides you can get is also unfathomable. Im not sure how hungry you have to be to go here but make sure youre just about starving.My only wah-wah is the fact that Im the cook at our house so I was the main cook at dinner. Its supposed to be date night but for me it was 40% working too.

This restaurant will tell mature adults that they have to participate in the all you can eat BBQ if others in their party are having it. They have a wide variety of foods and forcing people to sit away from their lunch mates because they are afraid of sharing. This is rude and ridiculous. I didnt want the BBQ I wanted something else yet I was told at the door that as the customer I could not sit with my friends. If they are afraid people will share food then they should have more servers on the floor. They dont have enough servers on the floor as it is during lunch and it takes a while to get service. the food is good but the all you can eat rule is absurd.

If you are on your lunch break. Do yourself a favor, save your time and money.First time. When you walk in the restaurant, the restrooms are on the left hand side. Which gave the restaurant a very strong urine smell, (there was a bucket full of water and had a rag inside it. the bucket was placed right in front of the main entrance of the restaurant and as you walked in the smell went away.Second time. Made us wait for an hour to get our appetizer and main dishes served. Our Waiter never came back after taking our order. We had a runner bring our food, which is normal but then had another server come to our table to give us our check and boxes and even that took long but he was on it. He wasnt the server who gave our server a break because I saw our server seating and taking orders for other people.Will not go back for lunch or even in general.Wont be a third time!

Was walking with my mom down Ventura Blvd. The last thing I thought I would see is a Korean restaurant. We were just talking about how it was a pain in the a** to go all the way to Koreatown in 24/7 Los Angeles traffic to get decent Korean food. Also, the amount of space and comfort in the restaurant just makes it all that better.Now for the big one. Have you ever been annoyed and frustrated after eating Korean bbq because you smell like a gigantic T-bone steak? Sick of having your dog jump on you when you get home from Kbbq because youre just one gigantic piece of 100% USDA choice meat? Well, this restaurant employs one of the best vent systems that Ive only seen in a couple places in my life. Now they can correct me if Im wrong, but Im pretty sure the air, instead of getting pulled up the hood vents were all used to from the top, pull the smoke/steam downwards through suction from fans, routed through large tubes and out to wherever it goes. Anyways, this place has decent korean food, location is awesome, space is awesome, serve a wide variety of liquor if you drink, and you dont smell like meat so youre dog wont drool all over you, and your significant other will complain (esp if shes vegetarian)
