Get the sampler which doesn’t lie, it was more than enough for 2 people with leftovers. We were told it was eastern Oahu style cooking. The only complain I have is they serve Mexican lagers instead of something from one of the many Hawaiian breweries. But, you’d go here to eat and not drink.

2023-10-22 23:26:09The pork and cabbage was delicious, especially with the teriyaki and hot sauces! We took our servers recommendation and tried the coconut cake which did not disappoint, definitely grab a slice! Great service, cannot wait to return!!

2023-04-15 08:25:03Dumplings and spam were tasty and filling. Went during coachella season so definitely timed our dining experience right. The waiter was super busy, so he was accommodating as can be. Only odd thing is, that we had to close our checks inside but the waiter didn’t tell us until we inquired about the check

2022-08-07 03:57:04Ok, so before I moved here I used to eat at the chain restaurant Hawaiian BBQ... I didnt realize there were those places locally and was very excited when my husband decided to surprise me and bring me here. OH MY GOSH!!! I am so glad he did! Not only was the customer service top notch (Thank you Luke!) But the food was absolutely incredible! To have the real taste of Hawaii was amazing! It was like I was on the islands! Their recipes were from previous generations and the passed it down and definitely did it justice! I will absolutely be visiting again... and again and again!!!! I recommend it to anyone and everyone who loves Hawaiian pulled pork, delicious melt in your mouth ribs or true Hawaiian marinated chicken!!! The fried rice was also something to rave about! Oh, before i forget, the portion sizes were HUGE and you get more than your moneys worth! We ordered the dinner for 2 and we couldve fed 4 of us! Thank you again Hulas and we will see you soon! Keep up the amazing work and please thank the chef!!! AMAZING!

2023-08-10 16:32:37The first time I went to Hulas, we were waited on by a very nice older gentleman who definitely had the Aloha spirit. Food was good and service was like being with family. The second time we went to Hulas we were waited on by a womanwho looked like she was maybe an owner, also very nice and treated us like family. Food was good, my favorite dish was the ribs, and we enjoyed how kind she was to everyone in the restaurant. The third and fourth times we went, we were met with a younger guy who was, to put it bluntly, RUDE. On the 4th visit I questioned the price of one of the dishes because the price was different on-line. He was very curt with me. Not appreciated. He was nice when he saw I was looking up their reviews on-line. I go out to eat for the experience, for great food and good service. Not to mention that I drive across the valley to eat at your establishment. And to be honest, your food isnt that good to where Ill put up with rude service. So now I make ribs at home, theyre delicious and the service is great ! Thanks for another lesson on eating in the Coachella valley.

2023-01-20 23:11:50I haven’t had this great of traditional Hawaiian food since I spent 4 months on Oahu. Don’t wast your time with ANY of the other Hawaiian food spots. Hula’s takes the cake and has amazing cake too. I would give it six stars if this damn app let me. 😁😁
