The service was very professional, the owners were super friendly, and the location was upscale. This amazing meal sure hit the spot!!! Highly recommended!!!!!

2023-07-03 22:35:12Oh my God! This Israeli mom and son restaurant is amazing! It is SO DIFFICULT to find places these days that use the FRESHEST INGREDIENTS, individually prepared-to-order, using the most authentically genuine recipes, and with the warmth as if they were serving their own family members. Thank you for putting all your love, spirit, and quality into your cuisine!

2023-12-08 19:24:49Were in town visiting and this has become our local favorite. The owner offers such great and friendly service. Food is homemade, healthy and tastes great. The kicker for me is the original hummus bowl. Ive had hummus many times and in many places. I cant figure out exactly what it is, but this is the best hummus every. The warm creaminess and subtle flavors with the warm pita is so yummy and a must try!

Also their pita is super fluffy and warm its truly one of a kind. The staff here are so amazing and kind. If you ever want some of the best food ever I would HIGHLY recommend giving Hummus Lali a try!!!

2023-11-06 20:10:11Make a visit to Hummus Lali. We have been searching for a local place that has excellent hummus, pita and chicken and Lalis has all that and more. We have eaten at many places from Beverly Hills, to the valley, to Washington and weve yet to find a place as good as this. My dad and I had the chicken plate and we both loved it. The chicken is well spiced without being spicy, (that comes from my dad, who thinks ketchup is a touch too spicy) the pita is fluffy to the point of being cloud-like and the hummus is silky smooth with just a touch of olive oil to add flavor. The plates are piled high with a cucumber and tomato salad, purple cabbage salad, white cabbage salad, Israeli pickles, (a personal favorite) well-spiced chicken breast, hummus and a pita. I definitely recommend their spicy sauce on the side, if youre into a little bit of heat. The portions are well worth the cost and their plates are very calorie-conscious for those of you worried about your diet. Honestly, their plates could be split between two people, making it very budget-conscious, so keep that in mind. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the place is spotless clean and the food is fantastic, also Kosher. So the only thing else I could say is that Hummus Lalis will be making it into our regular rotation of places to eat weekly.

2023-12-06 21:24:08The food is outstanding! Really a nice range of Israeli foods. The burger is a must try — they use lamb in it. The shawarma is classic. The meat is kosher so you’re getting high quality ingredients. The hummus is legit. Authentic and a whole of it they keep. For hummus to be at its best, you need to make it fresh daily, not the garbanzo dip they sell in the market with all the preservatives. This is fresh.I remember the Soom Soom not too far from this place. They used to have a number of items that were kosher. And, then they said one day they’ll stop using it. When I found out, the owner says eat the falafel. He sold a couple months later. My one quip is why they don’t have Israeli homecoming items or Shabbat meals. They said they offered at one point. You know, if they offered it at one point then me and my Israeli family and our friends would have heard about it! It should be advertised in all the Jewish schools, all the synagogues, all the Jewish events in Ventura County. One more Stonefire lunch event out her and I’ll literally throw up. How many breadsticks can you eat, when I can have a pita? How much sugar do you need in a BBQ sauce when I can have tahini?
