Was hungry after my appointment so I stopped in the service was nice and quick too. I ordered the general tsao’s chicken and asked for NO SPICY NO HOT PEPPER 🌶🤦🏾the chicken was fine but the rice got me I got used to it after a bit no choice 🤷🏾 they should probably update the menu because I didn’t order soup but it came in my bag anyway. I don’t like cooked green pepper and the carrots were 😎 except for that one😅

Cozy place with a friendly customer service .We hang out Saturday with my friends and picked this place for lunch, that it was great ! Its not so popular place and really pretty small, but atmosphere inside so comfortable, as at home.We were waiting for our food around 7-10 min, that looked so good and tasted yummy!Recommend this place for lunch, dinner and also you can order online .Thank you Hunan Empire for showing us hospitality!

The food was ok. Mine a bit spicy, my wifes a bit too salty. Portions were big, for the price very ok. Credit cards did not work with their machine, had to go out to get cash with the very same card. The ambiente has a bit of a worn down touch. Overall ok, but not great.

Don’t come to this restaurant. I went here wanting to try something new and local but was only left absolutely disgusted. The first incident occurred with my lemonade (which wasn’t very good, too watery). The lemonade had particles, almost like pepper. I asked for a change and the worker took her time to scan my cup like I was lying! The second incident happened while I was eating and discovered a hair in my egg roll. It was absolutely nauseating! I immediately let the worker know and she had the nerve to argue with me and demand that I should still pay! Mind you, she very obviously knew the hair was there. It’s a shame, because I would’ve had a great experience if this location wasn’t so nasty. Don’t come here if you aren’t prepared for the worst.

Pretty solid delivery Chinese food. Very disappointing the $14 entrees do not come with rice though. You have to order separate. It was $50 for 1 soup, sesame chicken (no rice) and vegetable lo mein.

We order from this restaurant once a week. the delivery man and owner would be so nice and friendly. I would really enjoy our brief encounters when he’d drop off our food. We had a incident last week where we ordered dinner and once I got up stairs I noticed we were missing an item. I’m not the one who order, it was my sister. So she calls to tell them they forgot an item and all hell broke loose. The lady answering the phone says it was out in there and we are mistaken. We told them repeatedly and they insist on us sending photos of how the bag was delivered.We comply send all they are requesting while they are being very rude continuously saying we are wrong. This goes on for a while mind you, my family is waiting to eat dinner. We tell them it doesn’t really matter we needed the food so go ahead and charge us. He finally drops it off and has a huge attitude saying it was there he knows it because he has a “photo” of my order showing a Chinese container in it. I don’t know who’s it was because it wasn’t in my bag.Fast forward, today we ordered dinner. He drops it off per usual and I ask him to please wait while I check it in front of him. He says ok. When I said everything was good and wave goodbye to him he walks away shaking his head like I did anything offensive. Unbelievable how rude he is acting when he was so sweet and kind before. Disgusting treatment. We always tip and never had a problem before these incidents.Too bad for them. The food isn’t bad. Regular standard Chinese food. Nothing special but also tastes fine. If you or your family are reading this sir, you need to learn how to treat your customers better. We have been getting food from you for a decent amount of time and this is the way you handle mixed up orders. You have left a bad taste in my mouth. Shame on you. I hope you get your act together and maybe do the right thing and apologize. Seriously, you lost nothing. We paid for your mistake.You should be thankfuf to have regular customers. All for $10 bucks that they didn’t have to pay. Ridiculous and highly disappointing. Buyers beware. Terrible service. Service is everything. Yes of course the food must taste good but if the service isn’t good, it’s a hard pass for me.

Service was good, hunan beef wasn’t spicy as requested. Mediocre flavor, bland side and weird meat. Very average Chinese that didn’t sit well the next day. Rice was decent but they charged me $3.50 for steamed rice that should be included with a $11 dish!

Went for a light meal and settled on a few appetizers, which worked out well for us. The crackling rice soup was good, the gyoza (pot stickers) were average, BBQ pork okay, the rice seems to be a lower quality brand without much taste. If you normally only eat good quality rice, like the higher end Japanese rice varieties, youll understand.Beer and wine - very reasonably priced as is the food.

Cute little Chinese food joint in the back of a medical office building. We ordered veggie chow mein, veggie pot stickers, and Kung Pao tofu. For $31 total, it was good value for the neighborhood. Not particularly noteworthy, but sometimes one just needs some reliable grub. This is that.

I have been ordering from here for many years now. I love them. The are flexible, offer healthy options and always timely delivery. They take cash or credit cards. Open 6 days a week. HIGHLY recommend.

Its hidden in an office building so it doesnt have the greatest atmosphere. Probably better to get take out and good for delivery in the marina/cow hollow. Nothing spectacular but good enough for the reasonable prices.

Waiter spilled water on me and blamed it on me. Even if it was my fault. I was embarrassed already and to be blamed by the staff was insulting. After I was reaching for the water and he said, no let me put it down. I said, okay. Pulled my hand away. Then the cup of water drops all over me. In front of a large group I was with. Then blames me. Waiter was negligent like flavor in the food.
