Ive been to their other Sunnyvale location, so I knew what to expect. This location is pretty much the same so I am glad they offer 2 locations!Upon arriving, I ordered their super spicy noodle soup with beef innards via the QR code. I usually prefer just beef chunks with the noodles for easy eating, but they dont offer that with the super spicy flavor which I like. The other option is beef on bones which would be even harder to eat. I do love the flavor! Now that I know what to expect, I just dumped the full dish into the soup because I like the spiciness.Service was good, food was served quickly and dont really need much else. Good ambiance too, place is bright and clean. Will definitely come back when I have spicy noodle cravings again!

Yummy and fast! I tried the meat and bamboo shoot (non-spicy) noodles, and I thoroughly enjoyed. Noodles are bouncy, and the meat/broth is flavorful. I like how you add ingredients to your own bowl because you can adjust the flavor to what you want!

The food is amazing and the service is efficient and effective. Well I guess I should write more. This location used to be a Japanese restaurant so youll still see the sushi bar for seating which is a good choice for single diners. Sunnyvale Hunan rice noodle used to be reigned by the Noodle Talk so I was curious how this place compares when I saw a huge line last time I passed by. I waited at the opening during lunch time to be seated as the first diner.I have to say the food did not disappoint. The Noodle was fresh and chewy at the right amount. There is plenty of meat (whatever you choose) and enough noodles that makes it worth your money. The service is extremely efficient and noodles come out quickly. I like the waitress and waiters there. They are not super friendly but courteous and very good at looking at cues for what you need. Honestly I welcome the new mifen overlord. Oh I chose the intestine one and it was delicious.

This is a wonderful place for excellent noodles. Not a huge menu, but what they serve is excellent.One type of noodle and soup base. Noodles and broth are served in a big soup bowl. The ‘add on’, whether it is the very very very spicy and delicious ribs or the intestines or anything else are served in separate bowls. Perfect for sharing.The noodle texture has just the right chew and stays perfectly QQ through the entire meal. The servings may appear small but are actually more than adequate.The rose jelly is a perfect finish for the meal.There is inside and outdoor dining. Service is prompt and professional. Can be courteous at times, but rarely friendly.Dine in orders are submitted via your phone after pulling up the menu from the QR code.Have dined there more than a few times after discovering this place. Food is always good. Service is always ok.Would’ve given 5 stars if not for the post pandemic habit of plastic overuse. Every noodle serving comes with parsley and chopped green onion. Each served in individual plastic container. Why? Dessert is served with a plastic spoon. Why? Water in throwaway cups. Noodles are served in real bowls and they don’t use throwaway chopsticks. So why all this plastic.

Delicious alternative to the many noodle shops in south bay. Spice level was great and service was actually quite good despite me not speaking Chinese.They do have some outdoor seating but keep in mind they were 2 person tables with no heaters so bring a jacket just in case if you intend to eat outside with your plus one!

Our new favorite mifen place in the bay area! I love the idea of them separating the rice noodle soup and meat toppings. Service is great and they brought the spicy soup for me to try it out (it is VERY SPICY). Food in general is pretty authentic Chinese.For cold and gloomy days, this soup will warm you up.

Very special for the way you are served. They separate the noddle from the meat and let you decide how to eat them. You can mix them and eat them. This is the normal way. Or you can eat noddle and meat separately. This is the way I like. It allows you to drink the soup with its original taste. Also allows you to share the meats with other people on the same table. Highly recommend this place!

The base broth of noodles is so delicious. It is not fatty but full of flavour with strong aroma. They also have several topping options. Weve tried 4 of them and they all taste different and are delicious in different ways.The noodles are not special but cooked very well.

Ordered the spicial beef rice noodles from DoorDash and I think it’s more expensive than walk in. I like that the soup containers came nicely wrapped. The taste is above and beyond if you love spicy. You can customize it though by not putting a lot of chilli oil in to the broth. Good portion I can separate this to two meals (I don’t eat a lot). I took out one star coz the meat can be more tender.

Was recommended this place by someone and its great if you enjoy spicy food! We got the 3-spicy signature (招牌牛骨) as well as the 0-spicy one (三鲜肉丝) and both were good in different ways. The spicy one is definitely very rich and spicy, on the higher side of our tolerance for enjoyable spice for sure (we eat samyang buldak ramen regularly because it tastes good, if you want to benchmark your spice tolerance), but the beef bones add a lot of good flavor and aroma to the broth so it was a tasty spice (the spiciness is also served on the side so you dont have to add all of it like we did). The non-spicy one is lighter and good for someone who isnt looking to have a super heavy meal.That said, the portions are huge and the combo meal was definitely too much food for us. The dessert (蔓越莓冰粉) that came with the combo meal (as I understand it they usually give the green bean soup but ran out so they gave us the fancier one haha) was really good though! Its an ice jelly (search Bingfen on wiki) flavored with cranberries and rose honey and a super refreshing way to end a meal :)Service is super fast, so that was nice too:)

This is one of a best Chinese rice noodle place in the area in my opinion. This plaza wasn’t crowded but this restaurant is the game changer. The noodle is texture, the soup is flavorful and the meat on your choice is nicely seasoned and cooked. One thing is that they claim the level of spicy is not adjustable and I wish they could improve to adapt customers personal flavor but it is what it is. Dine in you check In at the door front tablet and wait for the waiters to call your name. Please do not try to cut the line of others that I’ve seen people non stop asking the waiter for seats even they are many numbers away, please be patience and respect other customers. Beware this store WILL NOT ISSUE REFUND under ANY circumstances. I accidentally made an online order to the Sunnyvale store while intending to order from Newark. After clicking confirm, I saw that it was for the Sunnyvale location, and immediately called them to cancel, and the first thing they told me that it is not possible to refund because they have already finished cooking, which doesnt even make sense since not even a minute has passed. After repeatedly pleading with them over the phone, saying that it was an honest mistake, asking for a refund, they consistently refused, saying that it was company policy, and it was my mistake. They just kept telling me to drive 50 minutes during traffic to drive from Newark to Sunnyvale to pick it up. Basically, since they got the money already from the online order, they can screw customer service for all they care.

I can’t handle spice so I ordered the noodle with sliced beef. There’s 2 options that aren’t spicy. The flavor was really good and I enjoyed how bouncy the noodles were. The workers were kind to me and helped me with recommendations since it was my first time here. Ordering for take out was easy. Mediocre at best. We ordered to go noodles: the angus beef one and the port rib one. The service is pretty good but the quality of the food is really disappointing. The angus beef noodle soup tastes very plain and the beef is very chewy and not flavorful. The pork rib one has the same soup base and friend said it’s mediocre. The portion is also pathetic. Overall I would give it two stars and likely will not visit again. Also disappointed at how limited the choices are. Either things are extremely spicy or just completely plain.

It was still delicious when it first opened. But the quality control is very poor. Now the price has gone up, but the taste is much worse than when it first opened. I am a Jiangxi native who has eaten rice noodles since I was a child. The last few takeaway rice noodles I ordered were all lumpy. The taste is not the same as before, but like eating pimple soup. After contacting the customer service, the customer service was full of bureaucracy and didnt care about the customers feedback at all.

Taste like instant noodle, overpriced. Not recommended.The rice noodles are very average. I will not come again and I regret trying it once. When the powder is served, the soup and vegetables are separated. The soup feels like a soup base made of MSG. It has the taste of mustard and sauerkraut, but you cant taste any beef bones. The dish has soup, and there may be beef bone ingredients mixed into the soup, but I cant drink it. The amount of dishes served is small, and the meat in the dishes is also very small, but the price is not low. There is not a single green vegetable in the noodles, and other noodle shops usually add a little green vegetables. I thought the ice powder was the same as the one from Xiangxiaoguan, but it turned out to be a plastic box with about half the quantity and few ingredients. The main reason is that I couldn’t taste the aroma of brown sugar, which was a failure. The overall level of fast food restaurants, no service, and the table is very oily. Not recommended at all.

The store is very delicate, and it was well packaged when it was packed. The signature beef bone rice noodles feel spicy for the sake of being spicy, so spicy that it is inhumane, not the kind of spicy with rich flavors. I really don’t understand what the store is thinking. Most people eat noodles not to challenge their ability to eat spicy food. For this level of spiciness, Fu Niutang is the younger brother. The spicy level of Xiangxiaoguan is ok for me, but I cant eat the beef bone powder in this store. Everything else is pretty good, and the meat feels pretty good too.

Ordered Lao Tan Pickled Cabbage and Beef Brisket Rice Noodles. Sauerkraut, sauerkraut, as the name suggests, is sour, right? And there was no sourness at all, and no flavor... The beef brisket stew was okay, but there were only three edible pieces of beef brisket, and the rest was pure fat meat. . Then it is very oily, with a layer of oil floating all over... The spiciness is not right, it is too spicy, there is only spiciness, no other aroma, I cant tell what kind of beef bone soup it is... Obviously Laotan pickled vegetables are not made by themselves.
