My partner and I lived at Hyatt House San Jose / Cupertino for three months during the summer of 2022 while I was an intern at Meta. The hotel was perfect for a long-term stay, with a great location adjacent to Apple HQ and the extensive dining options in Main Street Cupertino. Onsite services include a convenient breakfast, a nice pool, and laundry facilities. Our king suite room was perfect for my partner to work from home while I was at the office. Most importantly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay! Thanks Hyatt House for a great experience!
I stayed in Hyatt House San Jose/ Cupertino for a weekend trip with my friends and honestly this place was pretty amazing. The front desk was very kind and she was able to accommodate with everything I needed as a Hyatt Globalist member. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was also very good with a lot of variety from omelet station to miso soup. I have stayed in many Hyatt properties in the past and I would say this was one of the best Hyatt House Ive stayed; it has everything that you will need for short term & long term stay. from convenient location to Apple Park and great restaurants to spacious room with amazing staff.
Overall the room was clean and the breakfast was good, however, the stay and management were not very friendly or helpful. We stayed for 14 nights and first when we checked in at night and the front desk didnt know what he was doing and made check-in take a very long time. Once we checked in we had a few suitcases to bring up and they didnt have any bell carriers available for us to use so we had to wait for a while for security to go find one for us. The room was okay, it smelt a bit misty. When we checked in we werent told any information about the housekeeping and the schedules only about breakfast times but assumed housekeeping was every 4 days as stated on the page. 4 days passed and we still didnt get housekeeping and called the front desk asking when we would expect it and apparently if we have the sign up at all during the day housekeeping wont come to your room even if it was up for an hour they dont come back to check to clean the room. We didnt know that and so we didnt put up the do not distribute sign for the rest of the stay. The front desk went ahead and scheduled us for housekeeping the next day and it was fine, I also asked them when the next housekeeping would be and so on, just in case. 4 days passed again and we didnt receive housekeeping again, but this time we havent been putting up the do not distribute sign. By the end of the day, we called the front desk after housekeeping hours asking about what happened to housekeep, and apparently, housekeeping told management that we had out sign up, which we didnt...so we missed a day of housekeeping again! The next day we came back to the hotel and found that housekeeping did come but, didnt supply us with towels, hand towels, face towels, toilet paper, or paper towels, and left the pillows in the middle of the bed. We had to go down to the front desk and get all these items ourselves. It seems like they didnt do a good job training their housekeeping staff after paying over $4k to stay here I would expect them to properly manage the housekeepers. I would not stay here again.
Positive: No complaints. Clean, well-maintained with all amenities. I especially liked the refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers, rather than individual single-use containers.
Not a very pleasant experience at all. The first day i went for breakfast i thought the granola was stale and the fruit bowl was not fresh at all. And when i decided to have some toast i toasted a piece put it on my plate and went to toast another piece and saw that the entire loaf was moldy, and not just a little mold - a lot of mold. I brought the mold to their attention and not sure what happened after that. I didn’t feel good for the next three days and ended up checking out two days early. I told this to the manager and the front desk and she did nothing. Even when i checked out early. Nothing. Mistakes happen but you would think a company like Hyatt would do more to make this right. But not this Hyatt. Disappointing to say the least.
Really enjoyed my 4-day stay here. Friendly staff, clean room, great complimentary breakfast (fresh fruits, freshly cooked omelette, etc.). Got our room upgraded to executive suite as globalist. The location is also great - 10 minutes walk to Cupertino Main Street where there are great coffee, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend and my first choice to stay in Bay Area
I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The best Hyatt house venue I have stayed in so far. The room was spacious, and its layout was practical. The hotel staffs were kind, and the breakfast was pretty nice. They even had an omelet station. Location-wise, there are plenty of restaurants nearby on the Cupertino main street. Definitely recommending place to stay.
I’ve had the worst experience at this hotel. I’ve been traveling and staying in extended stay hotels for four years now, and this has been one of the worst. I pick reputable hotel chains for a reason. The hotel is clean and the rooms are decent. However, the customer service is awful. Some of the staff was exceptional (Angel was incredible) but the manager is standoffish, lacks people skills, and doesn’t seem to care if his customers are happy. My room didn’t get cleaned more weeks than it did and my shower didn’t drain for 2/3 of my stay. When I checked out early, I was lectured. The rates increased an insane 25% for the new year. I definitely would NOT recommend this for any travel nurses (or anyone staying for longer than a few nights).
Stayed one night while on an anniversary trip with my partner (a Hyatt Globalist). We stay at a lot of Hyatts (this was our last of 5 Hyatts on this trip alone!), and this property certainly exceeded expectations. Bhuwan at the front desk was very welcoming and made us feel at home (A+ customer service). The property itself is new, and has many unexpected amenities: an excellent pool with cornhole, outdoor grills, covered indoor parking with direct elevator access to the guest floors (with key card). Our room was very comfortable and even had a full kitchen with stove and combination microwave/convection oven, fully stocked with flatware, dishes, and cookware. Although we only stayed one night, I could see this being a very comfortable hotel for a longer extended business trip. The location is right next to a freeway, 45 minutes to SFO, lots of restaurants at various price points within a 5-10 minute drive (if you dont feel like cooking in the fully stocked kitchen!).
We choose this hotel as it was newest in the area. Unfortunately, our experience was hampered by check in delays (1 hr), no cart for luggage was available. The shower in the room leaked as did the AC.Staff was friendly, but not willing or able to fix issues. Want to give you points instead of discount for inconveniences.Parking is easy, nothing within walking distance. They do offer free Lyft services and have a bar with limited food options.
Excellent customer service! I stayed at Hyatt House for over a month because of the places proximity to my work. I was impressed by customer service, cleanliness, and the daily complementary breakfast here. All the staff members are friendly. In particular, Bhuwan, the front desk staff, helped make my stay at Hyatt House very pleasant. He went out of his way to help me in multiple occasions. I will come back to Hyatt House in the future for its location, cleanliness, and friendly staff members like Bhuwan.
I have stayed at this hotel for a long stay as I was moving between apartments. Ive lived at a lot of Hyatt properties but was especially impressed by the quality of customer service.Bhuwan was the front desk manager on call during my time here, and he was outstanding! Very quick to provide any support we needed, kind, warm and made our stay excellent. Hope to be back soon!
This was the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed all over the world.I specifically read the reviews all over, not just Google, and knew to ask for a room NOT facing the highway but it didn’t matter because they put me in the noisiest room facing the highway despite the high price and they had other rooms available. Poor customer service.One night they even put a screaming baby in the connecting room who cried literally all night. I felt badly for the baby who sounded sick.The highway noise was ridiculously loud, even with a White Noise App. I literally didn’t sleep at all and had a horrible stay because of the noise.I also asked for a room by the stairwell and they didn’t honor that request either. Same with requesting a top floor. Nope, they seemed to have put everyone on the third floor. The doors are constantly slamming and kids were running up and down the hallway screaming daily. Noise is a huge issue here. There are things that can be done to minimize the noise but they don’t seem to care about guests’ complaints. Disappointing for a Hyatt brand.To make matters worse, the Internet went out 1-3x/day and when I called the front desk they were blasé about the fact it happens all the time. This is in a business area where guests rely on using the Internet. This needs to be fixed.The shower door isn’t sealed properly and badly leaks. Simple fix from the company who made the doors will do with silicone linings, but the manager would rather blame a poor design rather than fix the problem.The HVAC system needs attention as well. A technician just needs to go to all the rooms one-by-one and fix things. The ac would suddenly turn to heat if one turned the temperature above 69.There are no to-go options for guests to take breakfast to their room. Breakfast is decent with eggs, miso soup, fruit, rice, tofu, and an omelette station.Housekeeping does a good job but they’re not friendly at all and glare at guests which is off putting. I said, “Hi!” many times only to be met with rude stares.Positives: there is free secure abundant garage parking which is a huge plus, and a gym with cables, dumbbells, treadmills and ellipticals. There is also a pool and lounge chairs.
I wish the swimming pool was longer and deeper than 3 1/2 ft, otherwise its rated 5 stars in every categories.

Exceptionally clean hotel. Loved the pool area, perfect water temperature and fresh towels. Loved the gym - clean and bright view overlooking the pool. I really appreciated that the staff facilitated mine being able to watch the Tour de France during my stay on the TV in the bar area. It was a great way to spend my mornings before I went to work at the hospital. Such personalized service is notable. I was impressed that housekeeping maintains a high level of service and presence constantly cleaning, removing items placed in the hallways, and pleasant in all their interactions with guests. During my 10 night stay, I saw security officers in the hall or in the parking lot and felt reassured. I loved having a secured parking garage to enter on late nights after my evening shift. I appreciated the care that went into planning a fresh and hot breakfast in a manner that reduced contact with shared serving utensils. I was surprised to find Paul Medawar, the GM, in the lobby inquiring about how I had found my stay. It speaks volumes to his commitment and attention to ensuring that guests enjoy their stay. His entire team reflects this level of service. I would highly recommend.
The bartender JOE made our stay a great stay! He was friendly and fun. He made our night for sure. We enjoyed his company in the bar area. We will be returning soon and hope to see Joe working as a bartender there still. The pool area was awesome, my kids loved it. Rooms were clean. Location was nice and quiet.
Clean rooms. Bathroom was surprisingly large. Shower water pressure and temperature was good. Bed was a bit firm, but not uncomfortable. Guests can adjust the room temperature. Lots of outlets around the room. My room had 2 TVs. Internet speed was good as we had multiple devices streaming simultaneously. Full breakfast is available including cooked to order omlettes. Indoor parking is free. Given the price and location I would stay here again.
Usually Hyatt House is an amazing chain / business hotel. This one looks new and is beautifully designed but majorly flawed.This hotel is in a terrible location, there’s no food places nearby - just a busy bowling alley and a weird ice skating ring.There’s some food down the street but it’s not walkable, no sidewalks or well lit streets.We decided to instead get a meal at the “H bar”. It was awful, wayyyy too salty.After settling in our room, we turned on the AC only to have our room fill with the smell of old fish. Never had this happen at a hotel but it was so weird, the whole room smelled of rotten fish - making it almost hard to sleep.Pros:- great design- secured underground parking
Hidden Relaxing GemHyatt Cupertino is truly amazing and worth additional minutes to any commute. My room felt like a studio apartment with comfortable inviting bed and sofa. Shops and restaurant in walking distance, free bikes are wonderful for exercise and transportation, and sitting out by the fire watching the game all while social distancing made it like home. I am a believer that the staff makes a great place the best place, Roberto checked me in and his professional welcoming personality even when I messed up my reservation is what I needed. The breakfast during these trying times at most places is not worth mentioning but Emily serves from her heart everyday, one can sense the caring and concern for the busy traveler. Rachel is the Q in quality, she is professional, caring and dedicated. I asked a question and she gave the answer and information to help me make a better decision. My business was near redwood city but this jewel of a hotel made the extra minutes worth it. Safe Accommodating Comfortable and Relaxing are the 4 words that come to mind, many safety measures in place, the beds are so comfortable the ambiance is so relaxing the staff is overly accommodating. The bar is closed but the ambiance is exciting. The place to go is Hyatt in Cupertino. Im excited for my next potential trip to the area.
Very clean and organized. The rooms are spacious and have a fridge and microwave in them. Complimentary breakfast is simple but very tasty. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Can be a little confusing to get in and out of the building as keys are used for everything and the wifi can be a little laggy. Very nice experience overall.
Me and my friend made a reservation more than a week ago and received a confiramation email. And today, my friend received email saying, they need to down-grade our room; studio king kitchentte to regular king bed room, because today, a long-term guest requested to extend their stay. (Okay.., but they requested today and we requested 9 days ago.. hello?) We chose this hotel because we liked a kitchenette. There are only 2 days left before our trip and weve prepared this trip for a long time ago. Very unprofessional and unresponsible. I dont even go there yet, but I am already disappointed.
When we reserved rooms here for our wedding preparation, it only had one or two reviews on Google map. Now it has 10, almost all five stars. Its a new hotel, we are very satisfied by almost everything here. The breakfast is nice, the service is very helpful throughout our wedding preparation. We even received a small gift from a staff on our wedding day. I must say the experience in this hotel improves my overall impression of the Hyatt brand. We are very happy to have prepared our wedding in this place.

Excellent new hotel (as of the time of writing). Rooms are spacious. The hot water in the shower wasn’t very hot in the mornings. The front desk staff from 3-11 was excellent (Noemi & J). The transportation provided by the hotel is excellent. The breakfast varied depending on who was working - hours vary from front desk to post in book in rooms. Easy location to navigate to/from. Would return in the future.
I just wanted to update my review. I have been here now since Nov and I can say without a doubt the front desk ladies have been amazing and nothing but respectful. I have spoken mostly with Angel and Liana and they are sweethearts, I love when they are working.That being said I have stayed on the 5th, 4th, and 2nd floor. For those that are light sleepers I’d recommend requesting a room not where the T junction is by the elevators people tend to gather and talk loudly there and it’s very clear conversation that you can hear. If you are staying here for work related things that require the WiFi it is a public unsecured network so keep that in mind when accessing important Information.Otherwise I have really enjoyed my time here they have truly made me feel at home. The breakfast is amazing and lots of great options. The food staff and bartenders have been very sweet. I’ll be sad to go. Thank you for everything.
Hyatt house has a great location. 8min Walking distance to Apple Park. Sufficient parking lot for a location this core in Cupertino. 5 min walking distance to Main Street. Staff are friendly too, Bhuwan checked me in. He is awesome, always happy and smiling. He makes me at home!
Room was clean and very modern. Nice big king bed was very comfortable. Hyatt Internet WiFi was fast, so I was able to log in and get some work done. No problems at all with this hotel. I always come back for a stay at Hyatt House.
This hotel was clean & basic. Key fob is used for everything including the elevator no matter the time of day & even the power for the lights in the room. Stayed for a week and never got fresh linen. The bar closes at 11am and there no room service. In other words avoid staying here if you can 🤷🏽♀️
Very beautiful hotel. Room is very clean and organized. Small kitchen is very handy. Even wine bottle opener is available in the room. (Yes. I struggled with that every everytime I travel. When I purchased a bottle, I needed to buy a wine opener as well. And returned it when I departed.) This is a plus. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Their omelets are very delicious. Yes, it is among the free breakfast items. Definitely will use this hotel for my future travel to this area.
Stayed for 2 nights in their Double Queen bed suite and then extended another night at a normal King bed room. My wife and I really loved the layout of the suite room with the island in the kitchen. The prices here are a bit steep and fluctuate wildly. When I asked if I could extend a night on a Monday night I got quoted $290 for one night. The next morning the price had changed to $455. Four hours later, I was able to make a separate reservation for $240. Theres a limited gym but they have new equipment which is a big plus, and the complimentary breakfast was great.
Far too many cons to outweigh the pros. Much better options in the area even in the Hyatt portfolio.Cons:-Poor noise isolation between rooms and hallway, could clearly hear various neighbors TVs, conversations, and hallway traffic.-No globalist benefits, including water.-Hallways not particularly clean, heavily stained, lots of random garbage/dirty dishes/food/dirty linens/etc.-Bathroom door allows way to much water leak, half the floor is flooded after 5 minutes of showering.Pros:-Room is above average clean.-Bed and pillow is decent.-Bar, havent seen too many Hyatt houses with bars so this is a welcome addition.
This is a brand new Hyatt House. Modern Design. I stay here frequently already and so far the hotel is very well managed, clean with an excellent staff, especially JOEY! It also features a top drawer breakfast featuring the “omelette of the day” or they will cook to order.You will enjoy it.

The rooms are decorated lovely, kitchenette is perfect for a studio apartment, great bar and breakfast. Nice pool table, decent fitness center, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a bowling alley across the street. Dislikes, the closet and refrigerator are small for an extended stay style hotel.
Not WFH-friendly and not nature-friendly. No cooking allowed in the kitchen (no ventilation).Not-WFH friendly:The hotel has very invasive housekeeping practice. They schedule housekeeping during working hours on Wednesdays for us. We’ve been staying here for 4 weeks (out of 5 weeks total stay) and have been requesting housekeeping for days when we have less meetings. 3 out of 3 times we were told by the front desk that they will accommodate our request, but it happened 0 out of 3 times. In our 3 weeks we were able to get housekeeping only two times, and both times through multiple phone calls and conversations with front desk, so we had to completely re-do our work schedules on 4 days (three of them when we asked for housekeeping to happen and it didn’t, and one when it actually happened). As a consolation we were offered 5k points (an equivalent of $50 for our total stay we are paying ~$7,500). We don’t expect anything to change in our last week of stay either 🤷♀️Not-nature friendly:The hotel rooms has zero opening windows, so we have to blast A/C day and night to have any fresh air whatsoever. The hotel comes with a full kitchen, but it’s impossible to cook (unless you want the whole room to small of cooking for the next 2 days), and they explicitly forbid to fry anything (since there is no windows or ventilation), also no owen, so you’re pretty much limited to re-heating food.

Very clean rooms. Nice pool. Its close to Main Street in Cupertino which has lots of restaurants. The room we had came with 2 queen beds, kitchen with full size refrigerator and living area. Two large TVs, also. Excellent front desk host.
We were so pleasantly surprised by this Hotel! Its brand new very clean, great location. Super friendly helpful Staff (night manager so hospitable) We were here for labor day weekend loved our King suite, played pool, enjoyed free breakfast excellent omelets and swam in the saltwater pool lounged by the pool in private Cabana. Would highly recommend and return.
The staff were extremely helpful during a very difficult time for everyone. they were very communicative and understanding that our wedding and wedding room block were part of this dynamic (COVID19) situation. We really appreciate everything they did for us, would definitely recommend staying there due to their excellent customer service.
It really doesnt get any better than this! Ive stayed at many luxury brands in the Bay and Id choose this hotel every time. I love the design and color palettes of these new Hyatt House hotels. The room itself is similar to a studio apartment, with updated appliances throughout. The amenities in the hotel did not disappoint, loved the gym!

Visited this hotel three weeks ago and found it’s very nice, clean, and comfy. It also provides convenient access to many small historic towns, art centers, and museums plus nearby parks, hiking, and biking routes. We went back this weekend and found more places to visit. Though there are some changes affected by COVID-19 restrictions, the staff are friendly and helpful! A hotel, one of a kind! 👍
- a tall white old man with glasses in the front desk thats very unprofessional, his attitudes very awful and tried so hard to decline customers needs, not even attempt to satisfy customer, he deserves 0 star in customer service and attitude.- So far only one housekeeper did vacuum my room, and sometimes theres no housekeeping all day long and you have to question the front desk.- the breakfast made me stomachache.- theres non-stop air flow on the ceiling of the toilet, it made me have a runny nose after I took a shower every time.Overall, it doesnt worth the money I paid at all.
Its new, the rooms are great and clean as expected, parking is free even in the underground garage, and its walking distance to restaurants and philz. The lobby music was an odd choice and the bar and breakfast currently have limited selection but that should change soon.
Hyatt Globalist Guess of Honor was NOT honored at this hotel. My guests, who are not frequent travelers and don’t know the perks, of course did not demand the perks they were due so were courteous and receptive when management told them they can’t avail to any of the Globalist Guest of Honor benefits.Management claims they did not get the instruction from the Hyatt Globalist hotline at booking and tried to shy away from responsibility. Globalists folks - you know that in order to book a guest of honor room you have to call the Globalist hotline and the Hyatt agent takes care of the booking for you. SO WHY did management push back and say that they never got my globalist info, and that I never told them it was a Globalist, almost to justify their internal communication failure and lack of training to understand what a guest of honor booking entails? And to say that my guests agreed to not getting the benefits is absurd given guests of honor are not the globalist members and wouldn’t always be aware of what they are entitled to.It has been over 3 weeks and this issue is still ongoing. While management offered to give me back 10k pts for a two night stay on January 2, 2022, I still have not received any points back. I’ve written a detailed feedback, called their property twice, and in Jan 21 spoke to Angel the front desk manager who assured me that I’d get the points reimbursed that day after she speaks with the GM. As of January 26, 2022, still no response.Be prepared for false promises and poor internal communication at this hotel for Hyatt elites.
I used this hotel as my temporary housing before finding my permanent housing. Staffs are really nice. I was welcomed as a member. I enjoyed my stay. There is a nice grill outside that I used with friends. More than anything else, my room was spacious with nice bar.
It is new and clean. The people are very nice at the front desk. I have a very early flight tomorrow and will miss breakfast, and I asked if they can provide milk and cereal, immediately they gave me some to keep in the room for tomorrow morning.
Family and I had a great stay! Great breakfast, clean, and friendly staff (shout out to Janai!) looking forward to coming again

Hyatt never disappoints! This is a fairly new place for Hyatt, recently built at the time of this review but it is amazing. The rooms are massive and have a little living room area, kitchen with all utensils included and a huge bed. The food... man, incredibly big variety and quality food for the amazing price! You won’t regret it! You can also print for free on Mac or windows and it is 6 mins away from Apple Park!
Hyatt Explorist status, booked 1 night using 12,000 Hyatt points (transferred from Chase Ultimate Rewards), cash equivalent was $250-300/night.- booked studio layout, was upgraded to 1 bedroom at check-in- free bottled water daily for Hyatt Discoverist and above- free parking & EV charging (including Tesla destination charger in the underground parking garage)- free breakfast (really decent!) including made-to-order omelettes and miso soup! Above average Hyatt House breakfast offering in the US.- convenient location near 280 freeway, Apple HQ, Main Street Cupertino shopping center (lots of good food, Tesla supercharger, etc.), although the hotel was a bit hard to navigate to as there is still construction nearby- very clean and modern hotel, decent rooms (standard Hyatt House layout- minor issues: coffee maker had a strong chlorine taste, and Chromecast was not working for the living room TV (works for bedroom one)
Im writing this review regarding about their breakfast and how they handled my request. So their breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30am. Ive been here for almost a week and eating my breakfast at 9:00am because I work nights. For some reason their staff started closing their breakfast room at 9:00 and i asked the cleaner that isnt it too early and he was giving me an attitude that i was late and i missed the breakfast But when another white lady asked why they were closing they immediately accomodated her first and i had to wait for 20 mins before i could get a bagel and oj. Just writing my experience.Cleanliness 4/5

Staff was friendly, and room was like a high-end modern studio apartment. Property is a about a year old. COVID-19 shutdown squashed evening social hour and hot breakfast. Pool is open, but requires reservation.
I am staying at this hotel for a coding camp right now and I’ve been here for 3 weeks. Everything was alright until my gift cards in my wallet had been stolen. I suspected it was the maid because I left my wallet in my room on the nightstand ONCE and all of a sudden $50 worth of gift cards were gone. Thank god I put my cash where my underwear were. My friend had a similar situation but he put Red Bull in the refrigerator but disappeared. I would like to question the trustworthiness of the maids at this hotel and their integrity, because we trust the maids to just clean the room and leave our belonging alone, and that’s not what this hotel’s maids is doing.
I made reservations and confirmed my stay for three days in a beautiful teo bedroom apartment with kitchen. When i got there th hey took my 600+ dollars and stuck me in the most basic smallest room and until i mentioned it to them they gave me 60 dollars and said there wont be apartments opening while im here. They were very rude and basically stole from us after lying to us. If i could put zero stars i would. I will be getting ahold of the BBB as soon as i can.ihave proof of all of the confirmations and everything so there is no way this review could be fraudulent. Room 519Location was great, new and clean.Shower leaks through the side/hinge of the shower door.Maid service never showed up during the 3days that we were there, despite the fact that we informed the front desk and made sure the “do not disturb” sign was removed at all times.Also the water pressure was super weak !!
Beautiful property & excellent customer service. The breakfast buffet has lots of options + create your own omelette bar. It is the best free breakfast of any hotel chain.

Very nice hotel! Probably the nicest one Ive stayed at in the bay area. The room was very nice and has a small apartment feel, complete with a kitchen and small living room. The free breakfast also has an omelette bar.
Really great hotel, very comfy and walking distance to a lot of great eating places. you do have to wait for any deliveries outside though, as getting in and using the elevator requires a keycard
Excellent hotel in every aspect: cleanliness, security, modern and friendly. Breakfast, parking and wifi are included. There is an inviting outdoor pool. Dont forget to pack your swimming shorts!

On the neverending tour of similar accomodations along the west coast and the third hyatt house in a week ...likes ... secure. serious about the times we are living thru. clean. the layout of the room is consistent with the other hyatt houses ive stayed at.thats a big plus for me.not so much a dislike but ... one of the reasons to be loyal to a brand is the consistency you should find from locale to locale. be it layout, accomodations, procedure ... in my mind it should be consistent and that way i know the drill, where things are, how they run etc etc et al.with that in mind, the gym at this locale you have to book, you only get an hour even if no one has booked the following hour, there is no water (which is fine but at least provide this info because once you are in the gym and you were to leave to get water, they have to let you back in. again.), they provide a towel but dont tell you this so you will get reprimanded for bringing a towel from your room even when you tell them youll return it to your room (insert shrug emoji here) and although the equipment is the same as the other hyatt houses Ive stayed at, none of the programs/aps work on them. so, if you are old and set in your ways like me and catch up on mainstream news while working out, flipping back and forth between different outlets, not gonna happen here. or pandora. or youtube. or any of the other aps listed. there is a big screen tv and a remote. not situated so you can actually bike or run and watch. but behind you to the far right. play it loud, i guess.suggestion ... open the windows in the gym.
Hyatt Cupertino provided good breakfast with fresh fruits, omelette, rice, bacon, eggs, etc. They pay attention and put an effort to provide fresh food. Very pleased with their breakfast!!
Nice brand new hotel. Arrived at 5:20 and our room was not ready. They said 20 minutes. At 6 pm our room is still not ready. Unacceptable. I would understand if we had arrived at 3pm. But at 5 pm that’s just ridiculous.

AC was turned into heat mode in the mid night and the heater never stopped even if the temperature was higher than the temperature I set. After manually changing to cool mode, the cooler didnt stop even if the temperature was lower than the one I set.

Trying this Hyatt out for the first time. Hotel is good but the internet service is awful, real bummer for business travelers. Talked to the front desk about the issue... they were not helpful with finding a resolution. Speed was only 14.3 Mbps.

Everything was new and super clean, the beds were soft and cozy and I loved that breakfast and pool were still available even with covid. They did a great job working with new the covid restrictions while still allowing guests to enjoy there stay. The breakfast was delicious even if it was to go, they still had plenty of options for anybody.To me it seemed as though it was a bit under staffed and the 2 men running the fount desk and guest requests were running around the hotel quite frequently. When apoun asking for something simple like coffee, it was received but the staff was very curt.There is a small convenience store by check in with snacks, drinks and even ice cream. It was a little over priced though, my typical soda bottle was 4$. There is a local target and plenty of shops, I recommend buying some things and then just keeping it in the hotel fridge😊

Stayed for 2 months and the hotel couldn’t figure out bills correctly and overcharged me by more than $10,000. Emails to hotel manager didn’t get any responses. Had to go to my bank to dispute the bill and resolve the issue.

The building is relatively new and the interior is clean. I miss the crispy bacon and muffin set that comes out for breakfast. Rooms facing the road may be a little noisy.
The room is spacious and the bed is large. There is a coin laundry room on the 5th floor, and you can buy simple items 24 hours a day at the desk on the 1st floor. You can also have a different omelet every morning. These things are great, but the people working there are also kind. The downside is that the shopping mall next door is under construction, which is a bit inconvenient. I highly recommend the rest.
A newly built hotel with a Marriott residence feel that would be great for families to stay together. The breakfast omelette was a bit lacking so there is room for improvement. I requested room slippers, but they were not available. There was still a new house smell in the room, but it was disappointing that the windows did not open.The rooms on the second floor look nice because they have balconies.
There is an interchange nearby for convenient transportation, as well as a shopping area, where shopping and dining are very convenient. The hotel is very new, quiet and comfortable.

In fact, it’s way better than many Hyatt Regency hotels in the area.First of all, it is super clean and well kept.The front desk staff goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly.The pool is compact but nice cabana area and fun to hang out in summer.We had a studio king room. It feels spacious and the layout with a large TV that swivels works really well. The fully stocked kitchen with an island is convenient.The common area is inviting and well stocked with books. There’s even a pool table.The location is super. It is very close to the Cupertino Main Street with lots of restaurants.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cupertino.

2023-09-27 12:13:15We, a family of 3, stayed here in August. The staff was very nice. Our son accidentally threw his flying disc into the pool and the manger Jose showed up to retrieve it for us. He tried so hard that he even got his suit sleeves wet. We were very much appreciative of it. The room was clean and well kept up. We will defiantly stay here again if we are back in the area.

2023-10-16 02:29:12If your company is paying for your to stay at a hotel, choose somewhere else! Hyatt House forces you to put your personal card down, and then may bill your personal card. It has happened to me numerous times!Furthermore, its bad enough that Ive had to call them back to correct the mistake, but most recently, I called the to correct it and they couldnt even do that correctly, so now I have to call back again. Im supposed to stay here bi-weekly through the rest of the year, but Ill be changing my reservation to another hotel that knows how to correctly bill their customers.-- Updating Oct 15, 2023 -- I spent some time w the office manager and she was actually great, acknowledging the issues and trying to figure out ways to make it better. Still not happy about being charged multiple time on my personal card, but I really appreciated her help and response.

2023-08-24 04:18:11We loved our 2 night stay here at Hyatt House and wished our stay was longer! Huge pros:- free Tesla destination charger / safe / underground garage / free parking. They also have non Tesla chargers for other EVs- well lit lot, plenty of parking around lot and in garage- omelette bar that we look forward to each morning, oh the miso soup is so great for tummy in the mornings too!- close to everything (apple park is just one fwy exit away) Main St Cupertino, restaurants and shopping- those TV that swivels 360° is a game changer!- staff from check in to kitchen and housekeeping have all been nice- good Internet service - was a able to login to work with no disconnection or lag whatsoever while my husband watches TVA few small cons:- we think the hotel can help and enforce removing non Tesla vehicles from parking in those designated charging spots, not to mention its illegal in CA for gas cars to ICE or block these charging spots. Itd be super annoying to arrive on site and cant charge because someone decides that its fun to take up an EV spot- water pressure is super low for me, take 3x longer to shower- elevators are slow, stairs are faster- either TV or remote is not working well, had to physically power the TV on and turn volume up/down (I know 1st world problems)Read from other reviews that it could be noisy for rooms facing the freeway. Asked about it at check in and was told anything 3rd floor and up would be less noisy. We settled on 3rd floor and the windows and trees did their job at dampening traffic noise, it became more of a soft white noise and didnt bother us, we actually turned YouTube on for more white noise for our dog when we sleepGym is 24 hours, pools are open til 10pm but we didnt try. There were bikes that you could use too. Hotel has solar on roof top and two bins - one for compost and another for recycle placed all over the property. Doggie poopie bags were out though but good thing I always carry extra. Overall an excellent value for the location!!

2023-06-12 15:52:39I highly recommend this hotel. First of all, its quiet, and theres warm sunlight during the day. There are many delicious restaurants and famous shopping malls around. The staff are also very friendly and well trained. If only the office I work was close, I would have stayed here for all my schedule. I plan to use it again the next time I come to Silicon Valley on a business trip.

2023-03-22 18:18:03I stayed at the Hyatt House while there was a power outage going on in my area. The experience I had was wonderful. There was a brief mix-up with my room key, but the front desk was so nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and modern. I also enjoyed the fitness center which is 24 hours and it had state of the art equipment. Breakfast was free as well and had a variety of food. Location is right off the freeway, walking distance to Apple, and near so many restaurants. I enjoyed my brief stay at the Hyatt House and I definitely recommend this hotel!

2023-06-13 17:21:19The hotel I stayed at was absolutely terrible. The bedding and towels had an unbearable odor, as if they had never been washed with detergent. Additionally, the bed appeared as though someone had just slept in it, leaving it unkempt and messy(picture). To add to my disappointment, I discovered someone elses sock left on one of the chairs.Attached photo of the bed was taken when I checked in. Didnt even sit on it once.

The front desk service is friendly and theres a helpful kitchen staff who make made to order omlets. The breakfast food is delicious with both traditional American food and also a miso and rice option.The path into the hotel was currently under construction and a little hard to find
