Love this location! You order on your phone by scanning the code at your table and selecting up to 4 meats at a time. You can also add on rice, soup, and other sides.You cant order the main sides that everyone gets via the app, but you can ask the staff and they will bring extra. The potato salad and rice paper are my two favorites!For meat, they give you large portions, especially with the thin sliced brisket. The marinated meats have a ton of flavor, so definitely give those a try! Robots deliver your meat :)Overall great experience, very fun and even though this is a busy location, the little booths have a great intimate vibe.

The restaurant is located at a great corner place. The food is delicious but not as authentic as other Korean restaurants. The sauce dishes with tomatoes sauce is also odd. We love the clean tidiness of the restaurant. The beer taste great 👍

Amazing food and servers. Shout out to Cindy for her great customer service skills. You can customize the amount of meat you get from full or half portions. Lunch specials are during the weekdays until 3:30 and weekends are dinner prices.

This is the most clean, modern Korean barbecue I have ever been. There are freaking robots servicing you with your favorite music definitely, meat quality not less then those $500 plate restaurant. Everybody is so kind and attentive. Best kimchi ever. I just love this place and i will bring all my loved ones. Cant stop eating, 3 pounds and still going haha

Amazing!!!! This was my first visit a Korean BBQ, had heard many great things and this location exceeded my expectations.We were here to celebrate father in law birthday, staff is friendly, food & drinks is great. I looove it here. I prefer this location over the others! We always get a table immediately versus the long waits at their other location. I loved our waiter, Cindy! She was so attentive and kind. Her humor was on point too lol! She constantly came to refill our drinks and sides and switched out our grills without us having to request it.The meats were incredibly delicious and tasted so fresh and clean. The radish and cucumber kimchi are always my favorite here. You can also never go wrong with their mint lemonade, it’s so refreshing and pairs well with the meats.I loved that I was able to order the different cuts of meats and sides from my phone, the robot they have there delivered it so quickly! Definitely makes the experience so much better. I always visit from Seattle, it is a must to eat here whenever I visit.

Very nice and super busy place, original concept. Even though it is a Korean barbecue place it would be nice if they added somewhat of a Turkish twist to it by maybe having some of the Turkish spices/sauces on a side. Will for sure try it again when in Cali next time.

(Albeit, we did come on a Sunday at 4pm before the dinner rush).Recently, there has been a robotic and AI usage overload. Here is no different. A robot is employed to expedite food service, like meat drop offs, and pick up plates. To order A QR code can be used to open a website, order (whatever is on the menu), and finally pay. The human server is there for any extra-curriculars the robot has missed.Food wise, the Meat quality is decent, banchan is fresh, and there is a big variety of sides, including corn cheese, fried rice, and one of my faves spicy tofu soup. Like everything else, however, prices seem to have risen. Dinner is $34.99, Halal menu is $38.99.Come check out this place.

We came in and they made us wait outside and when there was the entire restraunt open they made us wait and let people who came after us go before us telling us that we had not gotten our whole party with us we then we said we have on less person and he had not arrived and they made us our table after embarrassing us for 30 mins straight.

First time here and last time here. The food is really inferior, they probably bought it at Walmart or something. The system is rough too, they force you to eat within 2 hours and can only order 4 at a time, and can’t order until we finished. This makes our experience very uncomfortable and unpleasant.

I went with a group of 3 other people around 5:45 so the wait wasnt that bad! The robot service was new to me but pretty fun! The orders came out pretty quickly which was nice, it was just confusing which order was ours or others. The happy hour 20% drinks was nice too! The spicy marinade wasnt that spicy honestly but nice flavor. They also changed out the grill quickly without us asking.

The restaurant is spacious. Theres not a whole lot that wed like to order when it comes to kbbq. Just the brisket, but the volume for each order was a bit small so we had to take 3 orders of brisket. We didnt get our steak but we just opted for the brisket. I do have to say the brisket is thicker that I prefer.

For the frst time i just came to this restaurant to eat but they say the kitchen is closed at 11pm but in google it says the restaurant is closed by 12am as per the california law the food kitchen is to be closed around 30min of closing of the restaurant and the way the management was adressing too me was not good they were too mean to me.

This place USED to be 5 stars 1 year ago, then it became 4 stars with the addition of the robot servers, and now as of today it became 3 stars because of lack of service and quality of meat. You basically have to order everything through your phone once you are seated. There are no servers that take your order. You also have to use your phone to order any drinks or get refills for your sauces. No one checks to see how you are doing. We accidentally clicked on a new drink instead of refill and the water got upset because he had to bring out extra cups instead of reusing our cup. If this was fast food then it’s not a big deal. But If we’re going to be paying dinner prices then I would at least like a little service. I’m already cooking for myself, can you at least provide some luxuries like making sure my drink and sauces are refilled. It’s pretty gross to have to use your phone mid eating to order another round of meat. Now the crazier part, the only time a waiter comes out is to charge your credit card and ask for a tip. Seriously? For doing what? Nothing? lol. My anxiety level is way too high to not tip though so obviously I tipped well but I definitely felt ripped off.As for the quality of meat- it has definitely decreased over the last several months. It used to be higher quality potentially prime grade but as of recent it’s more like choice grade meat which is eh for the price. The thickness of the meat is also not as thin and has more fat compared to 6 months ago.Something happened to this place over the last several months and it’s a big bummer because it used to be great. Now it’s less than mediocre. I’m not sure if it’s new management or if they decreased their quality of ingredients to pay for the new robot servers.Overall, this place is not worth it for the price and I would not recommend this place to friends or family.

This review is for the Irvine location The staff was friendly and the interior looked nice. We had take-out.Our order was brisket, garlic chicken and a side of fried rice. The beef was difficult to guess what cut. It was cut in a strange way all small pieces(very fatty) the texture was like beef jerky. The garlic chicken was also cut into small pieces. The menu featured a picture of a quarter of a chicken, a breast with thigh and leg.The same sauce was included for both. A very heavily soy sauce based teriyaki and a somewhat spicy red sauce. A wilted salad ( we threw it out)accompanied both meals along with overcooked rice.I have no words. Needless to say we won’t be returning, to this restaurant. The cost was about $50 for the “meals” and we tipped 15%.

Did not like the experience at this establishment. Had a reservation for 6 people on Friday. When seated we all couldn’t sit in the booth and politely asked to be seated at a table. Server/host said they couldn’t accommodate because they were reserved. The party in front of us didn’t have a reservation and was seated at those tables. Keep in mind that there was no one sitting at these tables before hand. Asked the manager why we couldn’t sit there and stated that that section isn’t open even though there was a party sitting there. This party was an employee working there. We went to the location of Alton parkway. I suggest going to that location over this one. Manager was very understanding and accommodating.

Came from Garden grove, went here with my wife, daughter and her BF, arrived around 4pm. Place is clean, restroom is clean. Food is tasty however, after my 1st order of shrimp, I Placed another order of shrimp and was told no more? Im not questioning the quality of meat at this location but the service was absolutely horrible. Forget trying to order more meat we couldnt even get a glass of water without flagging down someone in the kitchen staff. 4 of us sat down to eat and one left after 15 minutes. I still paid for the friend that left which is understandable but a waitress walking by stopped and told us that we would be charged for any uncooked meat. I can understand waste being an issue here but it was a little rude and abrupt of her to do. After all, we paid for 4 and ate for 3.

The Tustin location is fairly new and totally remodeled, so its in great shape. We went on a Tue night and there wasnt a lot of people there. But, that didnt stop us from what turned out to be an awesome meal. Portion sizes are insanely large and its the first time weve ever been to an AYCE and havent ordered a second round. Everything was fresh and tast and arrived quickly via their little robotic server. The pricing is average, no sticker shock. Service was quite good, but we got the feeling like they were starting to shut things down for the night and we had to look for a server a couple of times. Theres the normal smokiness that hangs in the air at most KBBQs even though the exhaust hoods are running loudly, but about 9:00 or so (2/3 through our meal) they were all turned off. It got strangely quiet (Yay), but then the smoke started to thicken. Not sure what that was about?Anyways, well definitely be back again soon.

I had the distinction of being the very first customer when they opened today. Despite the restaurant only being open for a few minutes when I walked in, nothing about it felt like I new restaurant. I was seated quickly, they brought out all the sides right away, took my order with ease, and had the meats out right away. Unite frankly, all of that is secondary for me to the food itself. It certainly didn’t disappoint. The bulgogi was SO good, as was the pork belly. I had to roll myself out of there. I will absolutely be back very soon.

The robots are the least interesting thing about this restaurant. Ordering is a little bit difficult to understand, unless all Korean barbecue are like this. Robots serve food, humans pick up trash and dirty dishes, which seems backwards, as though we had already lost the Great Robot War. I did not see any Korean people here, either as customers or as workers.

Seats are cheap. They’re not screwed in so you play seesaw with the people on the other side. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The price was 40 dollars for mid meat. We were sat next to a really loud group of 30 although the restaurant had many open tables away from them. Not only were they loud but we’re having drinking contests and ended up dropping glasses. 2 girls especially were drunk and wobbling all over the place. Any respectable establishment would kick them out. I couldn’t choke down my mid meat in peace. Shout out to the server with the rice paper hookup. You were nice. 10/10 would not recommend!!!

Okay, so the place is good. Food, also good (becauseyou grill it, so if you ever get food poisoning, thats your fault i guess). But omg the fricken seats, they either needed to be stool chairs or just be drill to the ground. When I went there with my family, the seat would lift up when we were close to the edge of the seat or someone at the other side would lift the seat on that side. Also, just to add this if someone didnt know how to use the bathroom, flush the toilets by holding the button on the right side. Reason why is because the bathroom in this place: GROSS! Im not expecting a 5 star bathroom, Im not that high maintenance, but i would want it at least a bit clean, also the trash in the bathroom was so full up, it looked like it wasnt taken out at all and was set there! So sadly, 2 stars for this place. Good food, but seats: fix it. Bathroom: clean it like you DO care for people to have a good day, because that just ruin the whole night for me, and that is just me, idk for anyone else, but that is just my opinion.

Ok if you’re in a time crunch and craving a lot of something like Korean BBQ, this is the place. The service staff is friendly and responsive. The samgyupsal is thick and chewy so I’d avoid that cut. Thinly slice pork belly was much better. Make sure you stir up your dwenjangjjigae (fermented soy bean soup). It’s clumped at the bottom and if you don’t stir it around, it’ll taste like watery miso soup…until you get to the bottom. Bring your appetite cuz it’s not cheap so make ur worth it by maxing out the AYCE aspect. Lunch on the weekends is Dinner price.

This place is clean and the quality is above good. The owner has several locations and when he is there always says hello and asks hows it going. The Tustin Market Location is big and very clean. Support the owner. Celiac friendly. My Wife and are Gluten Free and this place left us with no allergic reactions. A definite place to go and eat Quality Sea food and Meat and Poultry.

I found the food really good and tasty. Operating little rolling robots here is fun. The selection of meat and other things to grill is really great. The service was also very good, for example our grill grate was changed frequently because it was dirty. The drinks are also good and there is a good selection too. I thought it was a really great experience and I would love to go there again.
