Great ambiance and staff. Met one of the owners and he was a nice guy to speak with. Their food speaks for itself, really good and delish. My first time was yesterday when I had the Beefriended Banh Mi and it was awesome. The French baguettes they use are very soft and have lots of flavor and depth, the meat is the same way tasty and tender. Today I tried the Pho and yes it is Pho-nomenal and very filling!Ill be back!😎
Great selection of teas, highly recommend. I had the toasted coconut tea and had to try a second drink. The lychee blended smoothie was just as good and different! Also had spring rolls that were decent. The place is very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Well worth the drive!
Do not eat Sandwich Banh Mi here! The bread is not toasted. They have no heart to sell these old bread. I should have walked out !!! The bread is white color and it cost 0.50 cent to have fresh bread in Stater bros. They charged $10.50 for gross sandwich. Shame on the owner!
Is there new owners or a new cook ? This used to be my FAVORITE for the chicken pho, but its so bland doesnt tast ethe same and the garlic fries were bland as well and not fully cooked super bummed loved this place .
Tasty Vietnamese sandwiches and garlic fries, the have other finger foods and soups also. Staff is really friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable and they have plenty of drinks, smoothies and teas with boba.

OMG!!We just loved the broth from the Pho here at I ♥️Banh Mi in Hemet, CA.This is by far one of the best Pho broth that Ive ever tried! And believe me I have tried a lot of different places.Anyways the restaurant is very clean & the food is excellent! I suggest The grilled chicken Banh Mi sandwich that I had. It was also so tasty! This is definitely one of the best Vietnamese restaurants Ive tried in a long time! So far its the best here in the Inland Empire area. We will definitely be back soon. I cant wait to try their chicken curry pho! I hear its just as good or better!! I also heard that It actually has coconut milk in it! We just moved out to the San Jacinto area and I stumbled upon this little place which I have to say I am very pleased the food was really good I had the oodle and noodle first of all they give you a lot of food nice portions and it was very tasty I will go back to get me one of the sandwiches my husband had I believe the pork and the ham sandwich I believe he had the chicken sandwich on a baguette and its really tasty must go to. Heres my plate and this was all I had left.
This place USED to be amazing! We loved the food it was so good, 5 stars. Not sure what changed like 2 years ago or so. Maybe new management who knows but its not good now sadly. The bread tastes uncooked, they always mess up your order or forget something. I was really sad the last few times we went, not sure well be back.
So I have a mixed review of this place. I was not thrilled with the lack of meet in the bahn mi sandwiches - very sparse. The rice which was $10.95 was sparse as well but sooooo good. They also have some bahn mi fries that are pretty good. They give you a healthy serving of fries 🍟 😋
The Banh mi is INCREDIBLE!! The bread used is soooo soft and the sandwich as a whole is delicious. Had the popcorn chicken once and already craving for it again. Garlic fries were pretty good as well, although could be crispier
Ive had dozens of different banh mi sandwich from all over SoCal. This place hold a top spot for sure. Ive tried 4 different sandwiches and they were all good. Traditional banh mi with a twist of american meat flavors. Its a lot more meat, flavor, and juiciness for a banh mi. It doesnt have a lot of traditional recipes you might find at a Lees Sandwich, but their unique twist and pricing is fair for the location. They are located in the Target plaza. Left of Target. Google maps doesnt pin point them correctly.
I was really hyped about this new Vietnamese tea place by my house but then I ordered their original bubble tea and it was HORRIBLE and NOT DAIRY FREE. I dont know if its because it was a cold drink with ice in it (I normally get hot and they dont sell hot) but a few hrs the milk started separating from the water and looked DISGUSTING.I suggest practicing that bubble tea with different types of plant based milk because the one youre making right isnt nowhere near good.
Their food is awesome I grab some everytime time I am close by. Went today to pick up some dinner, and they have take out orders waiting outside. I understand and have no problem with this with everything that is going on. I do however have a problem with standing outside waiting for 30 minutes while my food was done after 10 minutes. Would give this place a 5 star if their customer service was a little better. If you are going to have your customers wait outside you should have a system in place to get their order to them in a timely manner. You were able to send me a massage that my order was placed, is there an option with the program that you use for take out orders to alert the customer? Again food is great just upset with the service.
I use to really like this place but recently Ive been having some problems with it. The last 3 visits Ive attempted to make to this place have ended in me not ordering at all.Maybe 4 months ago I went on a Sunday afternoon to order 3 Beefriended Banh Mis and the cashier said they didnt have beef. So I left. It sucked. No big deal.3 months ago, I went late Sunday and the cashier said that the bread was frozen, right after taking a bahn mi order. If felt like the cashier just didnt want to take my order at all. And it was late Sunday afternoon, around 5 ish. Maybe it was slow and they just didnt want to take another order. I know what its like to work. Fine.I go again this Monday, its around 3pm, I wanted to order bahn mis to go as a late lunch because I had already had a long day and I didnt want to cook. I go back to this place and the cashier tells me to wait, so I do. I wait no less than 5 minutes and I ask for 3 Beefriendeds to go and yet again, Im told immediately that theyre out of beef and that it will take 40 minutes to even get an order done.So this has happened to me 3x now. Bad luck and hard not to take it personally. I was a little bit rude bc I was so annoyed. So if they see this, I do apologize.It makes me wonder if this place simply no longer sells beef related meals.This used to be a great place to get great food and its not anymore in my experience. I urge whoever manages it to get more employees and to pay them a higher wage, because why is a cashier making the sandwich in the first place? Their job is to take the order not make the order.I hope this place gets better but in the meantime, I wont be returning.
What can I say, I love Bahn Mi.Their Pho is great, sandwiches are delicious and smoothies are superb.Prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality of food youre getting. Service is friendly.Overall a great place to frequent.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday and ordered chicken pho and shrimp spring rolls. The flavors were defenetly there. The only complaint I have is that my spring rolls had only one sliced thin shrimp on each side and a bunch of lettuce and noodles. Also my pho had only like 4 thin strips of chicken. That was disappointing but flavors are good.
One word. Phonomenal Easily the best sandwich Ive had in ages!!! I could tell the bread was fresh baked and oh my gosh did it only get better from there. I had just picked up one sandwich and was driving back home when I took my first bite. I kid you not when I say I turned around and went back just to buy another one! It was that good! Keep it up I Heart Banh Mi crew!
I like this place. The food is different then what Im use to, so I really enjoy it. The customer service is cool. You dont get your food fast, but its worth the wait.
I rate this place a 1 should be 0. I ate a chicken pho bowl and it was delicious but when I was about more than half way done down to almost just broth I found 2 little gnat flies in the soup. Mentioned it to the front worker in the nicest way and the cook tried to say it was part of the fried onions. Okay when it had legs and everything. So grossed out. No refund or anything. Should have took a picture.
The last few times I have ordered have been so disappointing. The boba this time was hard and not sweet, the milk tea taste disgusting and didn’t have any hint of sweetness like normal. The strawberry sensation was sour and milky not how it should taste. It seems through the pandemic they are putting little to no effort but instead over charging and under packing however they can. I get it we’re all struggling but this is how you lose regular customers.

Prices up a lot. Workers are slow and apathetic. Wait time for a simple sandwich was 20 minutes. Barely any meat or toppings on sandwich. Cashier left my completed sandwich on the counter to help another customer when I had clearly been waiting for a long time
I have to say, the best part about Banh Mi is their drinks, and their customer service! I found them online, and went in expecting to get a boba milk tea, but it turns out that they dont offer any on the menu. (Im not sure if they can make any as a request as I havent asked). I would love if they started offering Milk Tea on the menu! But, every time I go in there they are super friendly, which is great. Ive gotten their teas, and smoothies and all of them are really good. My favorite is the Peachy Lychee tea. I order it almost every time I go there now. Ive also tried their Banh Mi, which are okay, funny considering the restaurant is called Banh Mi, but the sandwich was a little on the small side, and Ive had it more flavorful and packed elsewhere. I think they are the only place in town that serves Banh Mi, so thats awesome at least. I have yet to try their Pho, but I really want to because I absolutely love Pho and theres not too many places in town that serve it. Overall, I have a pretty good experience every time I go there. Their drinks are a little on the expensive side, but they taste really good so its honestly worth it.
I ordered the house special pho soup. I specifically asked for all my meat to be cooked. I got home and there was still rare slices of steak in there. The cashier double checked with me after I ordered to make sure I wanted everything cooked and I said yes. The cashier was really nice but the cook or whoever prepared my order did not listen to instructions. Its a small restaurant so everyone worked close to the cashier and could hear. IDK whose fault it is but it is a huge bummer to come home and have to cook my steak. I hate raw meat and cant eat it like that. Very disappointed...
Didnt have boba drinks! Thats what I was there for. We decided to try the banh mi, the amount of pate in that sandwich was too much. Then my friend opened up the sandwich and found free spots in the meat in it. We stopped eating and threw away our food and walked out. Never again.
The food is great!The reason I didnt give 5-stars is only about accessibility and the service/wait time:1. Call ahead if you dont want to wait--you will wait quite a while if you order on arrival.2. Plan on waiting even if you do order ahead. The staff doesnt really have any hustle.3. Door Dash has this place available, but the full menu isnt listed...you cant even order a banh mi sandwich...go figure. Door dash has most places but the item availability, order accuracy, and service is mediocre, at best.4. No other food app has this restaurant available.
Completely disappointed! I ordered the raw beef pho and they give you HALF the amount of broth, noodles and beef than actual pho places give you. I asked for extra soy sauce, hoisen sauce and siracha and they gave me ONE of each AND I had to ask for chop sticks. Stick to an actual Vietnamese restaurant if you want some good pho like “Fresh and Yummy” This was my first experience here and I don’t think I’ll be going here ever again.

I wanted a veggie banh mi and had a hard time figuring out how to order. Once I figured it out, it was a great experience. Cashiers are nice and my sandwich was very good. My kids didnt enjoy the popcorn chicken, but I thought it was decent. Will visit again for the same sandwich.
My family and I have been coming here since about a month after it opened. We love the selection that they have and how fresh everything tastes. We love the Tofulicious Sandwich and the Garlic Fries are delicious. Will have to say one of the better places to eat in the area. Come check them out and see for yourself.
The service is great, I had their curry it was not good at all. It seemed like they used the same chicken they use for the sandwiches. It was lacking flavor
The food is subpar at best. my garlic fries looked like a mojito. i went to this place several times and they never had change for my cash. also, $20 limit for a card is a little much. won’t be back so i can be disappointed again.
I love their garlic fries so good. They are to die for. First time trying their Carmel milk tea with boba. Not very pleased with the boba balls. They aren’t squishy and chewy like real tapioca balls. And the. Texture of the Carmel tea almost tastes like iced coffee. But other than that pretty good place.
Mediocre at best. Went here because my favorite pho place is closed today. The pho here lacks flavor and does not have cohesive flavors at all! Go elsewhere for pho if you know what good pho tastes like, you’ll be disappointed.
I came here while visiting my best friend as he loves this place and wow, this was delicious! Pictured here is the Pho-nomenal Sandwich and it certainly lived up to the name.This place is pretty cozy with a few tables but it looks like the majority of traffic are to-go orders. They offer a good selection of sandwiches, boba drinks and sweets. I will definitely be returning when I’m back in the neighborhood.
Updated 5/1/21:So sad We went back and tried something new for us. We wanted to try the curry and the Bang Bang chicken. We called to confirm that it was white meat otherwise we would just get our usual tofu items. We were assured that it was white meat breast. When we got our food home, neither meat was breast meat. The garlic fries were cold too. We called and they said that they couldnt do anything about it. There was no manager and they couldnt even make us something else. So so disappointed. She was getting progressively more rude. At the end of the conversation she said I have to go I have other customers. You have an ok night. Everything would have been fine if they would have just made us 2 tofulicious. I dont think that we will be going back.Original: We come here frequently and love everything we have tried. The Banh Mi is fresh and yummy. My favorite is the Tofu-Liscious. Its a simple but delicious sandwich with marinated grilled tofu, pickled carrot and onion, jalapeño, cilantro, soy sauce, and mayo on a baguette. The Gallic Tofu small bite is a favorite too. It is fried tofu with fried garlic, jalapeños and Thai basil. The garlic fries, fire cracker fries and egg rolls are yummmy too. Pretty much all of the drinks are awesome. You can try something new every time! The employees are always super friendly too. They have a great loyalty card too. Some many great things.
This was actually my second visit. There are always a few customers, its a very small shop. My only complaint is theyre really slow, once again I think it has to do with the size. Not enough prep, eat-in or waiting for to-go space. Their bobos are good and my daughter likes their sandwiches.
Everything was Amazingly Awesome. The Banh Mi Sandwiches, Banh Mi Fries, Firecracker Fries, Shimp Noodles were all fresh and so Tasty. Ooh and the Strawberry Popping Boba and Peach Sunset Teas were soooo good. We went there for lunch 5 Adults and 1 child, we will definitely be back. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

Grilled pork sandwich was delicious. Fresh bread and tasty marinated pork with pickled carrots and daikon. Garlic fries were yummy too! My husband had the won ton soup with rice noodles. The broth was delicious. We will definitely come back.

The Hulk Smash smoothie is my favorite! The boba can be a hit or miss on taste and texture but the drinks always end up being tasteful. I enjoy going there because it’s the only boba place that I like in town. Also, their OBM sandwich is the best because it tastes like the old school banh mi’s that you get at a Vietnamese restaurant and it’s consistently made the same way by all of the staff. Check them out!
The staff here are very friendly, the food is definitely delicious. Portions were better and on the bigger side than I expected. I recommend the pho nominal sandwich, totally umami with the pho broth that comes with it. The popcorn chicken was super good too, I preferred them without the sweet and sour sauce. Prices I felt were good overall, just a tad more than a fast food joint. The only thing, I wish there was more space in the restaurant and bigger tables, but that was no deal breaker, big enough for the 4 of us to survive and enjoy the delicious food.
I dont know why Vietnamese food in particular is the most comforting of all but it is and this restaurant supports my theory. I got the tofulicious banh mi and it was soooooo satisfying. The bread was soft and crusty, the tofu perfectly seasoned and cooked, the pickled veggies were slightly sweet, and still snappy, the jalapenos were paper thin, the combination of flavors was near perfect. For my personal tastes I will ask for light mayo and extra cilantro and jalapeno, but I will be back and I will be telling all my friends to stop here. So worth it.
Food is amazing. The Shrimp Phó is so flavorful. My issue was the staff was a bit brash and MAJOR issue is they do not have sauce posted as coming with the Springd rolls, however, to my surprise when I opened the togo sauce cup (which was white foam so could not see in it) there was a PEANUT sauce :( I am allergic to peanuts and if they would have mentioned peanut sauce on the menu or said it cones with it I would have told them no sauce and it was an allergy. Very disappointed they dont mention about Peanut sauce when its a big allergen for people.
The steak pho was good but could’ve added more steak inside only got about 5 slices for a full bowl but besides that the sunset passion peach tea i will literally get it every day if i could 🤤🤤 so 5 stars because of the tea

Everything ive got is pretty good. i wish they put pate on other sandwiches though. it comes on the piggy piggy, but the other meat that comes with is not very good. also i wish they would take the stems off the cilantro. no one wants to eat those stems, take some prep time dont make me do the work.
Showed up 30 minutes before closing and the lights were off and workers cleaning. They just stared at me as I walked up confused and then left. If you change your hours, please post that on the door so we don’t drive all the way across town for your drinks and then have to leave.Edit: I also noticed the hours on google maps were updated just days prior to my visit, so it wasn’t a matter of incorrect hours.
Since theres not much of a competition for Vietnamese food I gave it a two stars. The price for a sandwich is too high. The spring rolls are so so. The pho soup is sad. Like I said two stars because theres not much of choices at this location. Two stars for authenticity.

Weve been going to this place for a while now and today was our worst experience. There was 2 guys and a lady that was working today and when my aunt went to pick up our food, she didnt see the notice at the door that no one is allowed inside. So when she opened the door the lady yelled at her not to come in. How rude was that. They should of lock the door if they didnt want people going in and theirs absolutely no reason for her to yell at a costumer. We picked up our food and when we got home our oder was messed up. They gave us the wrong order and they forgot to add the things we added to our order. This wasnt good day to go there and that lady should be reprimanded for her attitude. If she doesnt like her job she shouldnt take it out on the costumer. We pay so much money to buy our family meal and if the costumer service is bad its not even worth going back.
The Pho is decent and the workers are nice people. If theres one thing I would complain about is theres not too much seats and theres not too much space in between. I went to eat Pho there the other day and I had to sit next to this old lady and she kept on trying to talk to me and when I was being unresponsive she got mad. Im trying to enjoy alone time and enjoy my Pho not get bothered or harrassed by someone I have no choice but to sit next to. But its not the restaurant fault I understand its a small place and its a mainly to go place. Other than that the food and drinks are good and the prices are normal for what they are serving. Sad when this place first opened it was nice clean and great service now, it’s really dirty, very rude staff will not be going back, when you try to support small business and they act like your the in convenience when your buying that really confuses me how you can open a business then keep it messy and have rude staff.
Tastes good but mostly veggies and not much meat in the sandwich and expensive. Cost me over $15 for one sandwich and drink. Maybe I should had something else to eat there instead.
I love Banh Mi! Their horchata crunch with boba is absolutely amazing and I love their garlic fries! I’ve loved pretty much everything I’ve tried on their menu. It’s absolutely worth a visit!

So me and my mom decided to go on a date and we like supporting small businesses so we went to try this place out first red flag was the price didnt add up and something is going on with the pricing and once we got our food,the food tasted ok the reason im writing this review is because my mom got humiliated not even an hour later we went to go walk our dogs and my mom started to have severe pain on her lower stomach and she wanted to throw up,she got sweaty and shakey and had a horrible accident keep in mind my mother suffers from constipation my dad had to pick her up in the car no one should be this humiliated that way thats why im writing this review.We will never be coming to this place again we should have read the reviews before coming i wish you the best of luck the best of luck if you decide to go there.
The house special pho is really good. I have eaten to go only . First time dinning in. Paid $14 for the house special pho. We were very satisfied with the food and their customer service!
$6 for a bomb ass sandwich. Me and my wife can eat here for less than 20 bucks, and they have a flavored soda machine. This place rocks and I bet your ass you wont have anything bad to say about it, unless you have no taste.
Recently went back to this place and its not the same, I got one slice of meat with a sprinkle of veggies in my bahn mi, my wife got one of each meat in her Pho. I was left disappointed and hungry. Was still delicious though but not worth driving to or going there if your hungry
I went there to get pho and was extremely disappointed. The girls kept starting at me and made me very uncomfortable while I eat and the rare beef pho I got had no love put into it .. the broth was off and the noodle portion and meat portion they give you are skimped out... will never order pho from there again. Like another rate said I would definitely stick to going to an ACTUAL Vietnamese restaurant
I Heart Banh Mi is a really good spot in podunk Hemet. I never thought my town would have Vietnamese food, but weve been coming up lately! Reasonably priced, good grub, friendly staff, yadda yadda yadda. The steal of the menu is the Pho. A huge bowl of delicious exotic soup for about eight bucks. If I can get out of a place for less than ten bucks, Im coming back every week!

First time and the pho had a great broth and the meat was fresh. Didnt look like it was frozen. Could have used a little more noodles but all in all it was good. Service was amazing.

They can make a nice bahn mi in a hurry and offer a decent selection, if you want a decent pho better stick with a restaurant dedicated to it. Also only had 2 soda selections out of 28. Call it bad timing hah. Still worth trying
I had my eye set on this place for a while but never walked in I checked their menu it looks so delicious I actually walked in and my very first sandwich was a beef style sandwich with fresh jalapeno carrot sauce and whatever else they put on there it was absolutely delicious the baguette bread or roll that the sandwich was in was tasty perfect crunch Im definitely going back very very delicious very tasty I cant wait to try their garlic fries thanks for having me Ill see you soon customer service is great as well at this location here in Hemet good job everybody good job staff!
Oh man! Literally, almost anytime we are near Hemet we go out of our way to stop here! There is so much great food, made fresh. The old faithfuls are memory lane, popcorn chicken and a thai tea with bobba. However, I have tried almost everything on the menu and I was never disappointed. Take the time to expand your palate, you wont be disappointed.*A helpful hint if you have a hard time deciding- the items in the menu with an in love emoji (heart eyes), those are the most popular items.

Came in and right away I could hear the in proper music with vulgar language and racial slurs. I had to ask the worker to please change the music and it didn’t change. Food wasn’t hot but good taste.

Called to see if I could place an order in over the phone since they dont have online ordering anymore and they immediately put me on hold and never answered. A month ago I put in an online order and when I got there they told me their system was down and they werent taking orders, even after I was charged for the food already. This place has really gone downhill over the last few months. Such a shame as it was my favorite place to eat at in Hemet.

Had the piggy piggy... So much pate it was gaggy. Still kinda grossed out by it. Seemed non traditional and I love bahn mi. No spice. To much picked stuff.... I was disappointed. Also, they were out of boba. What the heck? Out of boba??? I might go back to give them another shot but so far Im totally not impressed.
Vietnamese sandwiches are so delicious and this restaurant does this perfectly! Their Pho-nominal sandwich is a delicious take on the French Dip sandwich. If you are visiting in Hemet, this is a must go for their amazing food!

The Bobas good but they literally forgot to put Boba I the tea. Like what the heck. It also took forever to get my order and the entire store just seems to run heticly.
Beefriend is probably the best sandwich they offer but I havent tried them all yet. The pho is really good!! drinks are too.
I watched 7 or 8 people, who ordered after I did, eat their meals. They completely forgot my order! When I finally got my sandwich, it was horrible. Cheap, cheap ingredients. Never again!

Food is really good. I recommend ant of the sandwiches except the original. The pork slices reminded me of a Turkey sandwich, but the beef and chicken are great.

I love their thai tea and the original banh mi is BOMB!!!!!!!!!!they only take debit if its over $10 purchase (sidenote) but overrall EVERYTHING on the menu is super good.

Only 1 star, Had an issue about our service. Food was served and left at the wrong table...... then was picked up and brought to our table later. Other table of 5 werent wearing masks. Safety concern for me & my family.

Ive only had the Original Bahn Mi (OMB) and have stuck with that as its really good. Ive had Bahn Mi throughout So cal and there is at the top.
Baguettes are fresh crispy outside, soft inside. All the ingredients are fresh.Best Banh Mi in town.

I cant get enough of their chicken bang bang sandwich. I have to have one at least once a week and sometimes more. Its a full meal. Protein carbs and vegetables.

I was willing to spend $10/sandwich.The following week, I ordered the exact same thing. I was so disappointed!The Patè tasted old, gritty, and I think they forgot my Vietnam mayo. The bread seemed undercooked and tasted like it was from the day before. My wife felt the same way.Its such a shame because I dont like to go to hit or miss places on food.The second time we came, we also tried the Phò. It was actually decent. Tasted like home cooked Phò. 7 of 10First time there, food was a solid 6 stars.Second and last time. 1 star.

The marinade thats on the tofu is delicious, the veggies are fresh, and the baguette is crispy and just the right amount of bread. We split it since it was huge and shared an order of firecracker fries.

2023-04-19 22:28:57I’ve been coming here for years and have always loved the food. The quality is top tier especially for this area. I would say that the quality of service has definitely declined over time. Today an employee named Keyra took our order and she was extremely rude. When we walked in she didn’t greet us despite nobody else being in the store, she saw us but just walked to us and when we were at the register she still couldn’t (or just didn’t) even ask us what we wanted to order. Not a single question was asked other than what name the order was going to be under. I expressed to my sister how I felt when we were finished ordering (off to the side) and she kept staring at me the entire time we were waiting for our order. She was clearly able to greet and ask questions because she did so to the next customer. When she handed me our order, I asked her if the noodles were separated from the broth and she just stared at me with a blank face. When I asked her a second time, she robotically said, “Yeah.” Not one thank you and was very rude. It felt discriminatory. Even my four year-old child commented on how impolite she was. As much as I love the food here, this interaction ruined my dining experience.(Once we got home we also realized that the quality of the food also declined) not sure if it was because we ordered to go, but we barely got any meat in the pho we ordered) I weighed it and it was 2 oz. worth of meat per bowl. Not right.

2023-01-05 03:33:30Wow, I cannot believe how terrible this establishment is now compared to 8+ months ago. We used to love going here, but something completely changed in the quality of their food. We used to eat the sandwiches, and were amazed at how incredible they were and so fresh. Today we got home after spending $60 on an order to find wilted brown Basil leaves, an entire sandwich filled with very little meat and mostly fatty cuts and one strand of brown cilantro, it was mostly a bread sandwich! These sandwiches use to blow us away, not even worth the cost to buy anymore. My daughter said the Bobas in her drink tasted hard and weird and she used to love the Bobas from there. The quality from this establishment has gone out the window. We will never order from here again after today. Such a disappointment and waste of money, this place used to be so good and fresh. What a shame. Lost another customer. Based on recent reviews as well, This place is going downhill. WE DID NOT EAT our sandwich! 🤢

2022-02-02 00:08:59Absolutely over this place!!!! We should of walked out the minute we noticed both the young workers at the front were high! This place needs to be shut down seriously! We had to have them fix our order over 3 times and still we get home and there is cilantro in our food after they reassured us that they don’t use cilantro and it’s Basil 😂 not only that but they didn’t toast our bread 🙄 so we got soggy 50$ sandwiches DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! they also cause another customer to over draft their account because she didn’t listen to the customers request of using the cash first and the rest on the card!

2023-10-07 20:18:20Saw the high rating so try to give this place a shot. The rating must be for past quality because it’s very disappointing. I came here specifically for “bánh mì” because it’s their specialty. I was served with old bread which was hard and crumbled in my hand. Food falling off as I bite into the baguette creating such a mess. A to go baguette and coffee cost $15 which is expensive for a togo sandwich and drink so quality needs to be decent at the least, not left over bread. I’m a business owner myself so I don’t like to leave other business negative review bc I know how hard it’s to sustain. But this one I have to give an honest thought to help the owner check their quality.

2023-10-06 19:06:31EXCELLENT sandwiches with real pork roll and pate. Nice, crunchy french-style rolls, and crispy-fresh vegetables toppings with lightly pickled carrots and diakon. Very clean, no frills vibe. No fountain drinks...canned coke only $1.25, and a selection of iced teas.

2023-09-05 03:39:36Enjoyed a chicken pho, also a Vietnamese sandwich with pork. Both were packed with flavor and very delicious. A good way to enjoy this combos is dip the sandwich into the soup and it is amazing!! Always add the mint and fresh jalapeños to this combo. Definitely recommend ! Check it out
