Love the name of the place. Service was excellent. Staff very friendly. Food was good. Got tons of lime wedges. Thought the portion could be bigger.

Good service. Clean location. Only gripe is their portion size is small vs other Pho restaurants. Got very little meat and noodles in my Large order. My co-worker ordered the same and agrees.

Went here because they offered bogo with Axxess. Got the vermicelli and spicy beef broth. Good flavors, decent portion sizes, and very friendly service. Clean restrooms too.

1st time trying this and i had dry noodle. I requested them to take away the bean sprouts and when my order arrived... the bean sprouts were there... We also asked for an extra plate but for some reason, i think the crew forgot to bring it... anyhow, the food we ordered was okay... but the vietnamese drip coffee was spectacular and indeed a must try!👍🏻

Ordered 2 Banh Mi Sandwiches. 1 Pork and 1 Chicken. They used mayo instead of the paste that makes banh mi taste like BANH MI SANDWICH! A sandwich that cost $10 each is just disappointing. And when you pay with a card you are asked to choose the tip option on their handheld kiosk before you can process your payment. You’re expected to tip even if your order is to go.

I tried their pho noodles once before and thought it was ok so came back to order take outs. I arrived at 7: 25 pm but I was told they were closing so couldnt take my orders. But their website says it closes at 8 pm thats why I drove all the way there. Inconsistent service hours may not be appealing to customers. I wont come here again.

First time, and it was simple but good. I ordered to go, and everything was packaged separately, which I loved. It allowed me to add what I wanted and trash what I didnt want. Service was quick and easy. The cashier offered to help take the food out to my car. Wonderful employees.

First I have to say I have been a loyalCustomer of this place in until today. I always got the same plate which consists of rice, chicken, 1 egg and shrimp. I know exactly how much it costs! So today I went in and when I got home upon checking my card statement I noticed they over charged me two dollars. I called them to ask why I was very nice and respectful, I stead the guy that answered the phone said you were charged more because you got three items chicken, shrimp and egg. I said that makes no sense that is what I always get and never pay this much. I asked to speak to a supervisor or the owner. After being put on hold Jerry (the owner) answered the phone was very rude and instead of explaining he told me with an attitude to come back to the restaurant so he could give me two dollars back. I was not about to drive across town for two dollars . That was not the point! In my opinion if you want a tip ask for it don’t falsify my signature and put that I’m giving you a tip. The lesson here is honesty!! Also the way they handle credit cards it’s quite sketchy. Also sometimes they can be quite rude that’s why I would always order to go. It sucks because the food is good. Don’t forget the ones doing you the favor are the customers!! Stay away from dishonest businesses!

I love this place! The people that work here make it even better. Theyre so nice & talkative. My boyfriend & I go in often & they always remember us. Jimmy especially is so great & has a awesome personality. The owners definitely have good people working here & should know how much they add to their business by being so genuine & friendly!

Great service, the people here are very friendly and helpful. The food is reasonably priced and tastes good... Im usually picky about pho as someone who used to live in LA, but this has good flavor that holds up to a legit Vietnamese restaurant.

Mediocre Food and Bad ServiceThe food is definitely the lowest quality Vietnamese food Ive had in Oxnard and Port Hueneme but unfortunately for me, they are my closest place to get my pho fix which is why Im giving them the second star instead of one. Out of the dozen or so times I have been there they have never made me feel welcome and and on a few occasions if I arrived within 15 or 20 minutes before closing time to get some food to go, they have turned me away telling me the kitchen is closed. It looks like Ill have to drive down to Pho Saigon in Port Hueneme from now on.

Vietnamese food is slowly making it into shops in the neighborhood. Pho is a staple food in Vietnam. Bowl full of Rice Noodles with your choice of meat. Usually in Beef broth but is also possible in Chicken broth. It is usually served with sprouted beans, Basil, Jalapeno pepper and Lime. Couple of sauces are given to adjust taste to your buds. Thats the key to enjoying Pho - Pronounced as Fa!

Every Vietnamese restaurant Ive taken my family to in Ventura county does NOT compare to this one. From either the service or the food. The bahn mi, egg rolls, and pho is really good. They are family friendly, accommodating, and have great prices.I talked to the owner for a good 30 minutes and she was funny and kind.One of my families favorite places to eat

My husband took me and his mom to this place and when we walked in theres no customer and we thought were lucky so we booked table for 3 people and we ordered 3 pho but it turned out to be tooooooo oily(literally thick layer oil were floating) we returned and asked them to change but seems like they just took out the oil and the vegetables were stirred up completely already,not decent to eat. The owner removed the oil and trying to push that it is not oily ( we have eyes and we know whats oily and whats not) and we decided not to eat anymore because the owner insisted about the food, but were like, lets go.Disappointed because it is my first time there.My husband said the owner should stay home and let the kids work instead because it wasnt like that before.

The ambience was nice and the food was good. Spring rolls could have been better Staff was not very attentive, they didnt give enough silver ware and when you tried to get ahold of the waitress it was hard to get her attention even though the place wasnt busy. Would still go again, just because its conveniently located next to Oxnard College.

Such. Delicious. Pho. I got the M30 (seafood egg noodle pho) and it was outstanding. The seafood was fresh, the broth was unbelievably flavorful and the noodles were excellent. My husband order the M35 and loved it just as much. We will definitely be back.

I love coming here to eat after a hard days work or when I am sick. I always leave feeling 10 times better then when I walked in! Staff and cook make us feel like family every single visit. I guess u could say I am a regular.

Im new to Oxnard and I love pho is the first placed I tried. I was not disappointed. They were very friendly and greeted me quickly. I ordered #65 a cold noodle bowl with egg rolls and BBQ pork. It was delicious! Looking forward to my next meal here. Thanks I love pho!

Fairly new location. Pho came out kinda smelled funny. Shrimp was a little fishy. No fresh basil on side plate. I am willing to come back and try it again. Happy hour on drinks.

I really like this place, but today I went to go and they have the open sign on and a sign that says open 10 am to 9 pm. I walked in and they said they would only do to go. Just a little disappointed. I wish they would change the sign if they arent going to allow people to sit and eat. Definitely knocked off some points for me but still good pho.

Dis place hella bomb i came in and instantly was greeted by an asian boy server, he took me to my table when i would then for the rest of my time their enjoy the plethora of delicacies that they have to offer. Everything i ate was delicious, you could taste how fresh it was, i eat ass, the vegtables and meat wrre so fresh its like they have their own farm in the back. Hands down this is the best pho resteraunt i have ever been to, i eat ass, would reccommened this place to any pho loving people.

Food is good the place is clean ......but after trying pho in los Angeles and orange county this guys need to reinvent them selfs ...also the waitress since is one of the owners daughter she feels like she deserves lots of tips ....and dont understand people some times just dont have change or not satisfied with the service she even made faces when i left 3 dollars tip on a 12 dollar bill i just didnt have more change i just wanted to put a 20 in her mouth ......also she plays stupid whem you order to go and the bill is 14 dollars and you pay with a 20 dollar she say thank you bye and keeps the change as she pleases .....they need to get real waitress that need the job not this spoiled kids .
