I came here a long time ago. It was very quiet,and the food came in a good time. I tried I think is crunch rull( the one with banana on top) it was really good actually. I tried also some nose runner.

Love this place even through the different owners I always buy the golden Tiger roll,hardly any people here since covid, staff is new but still polite,I usually get my food to go Descent prices, lots of parking, and a clean area of highland, there is an option to eat outside

I cant decide if I love, like or strongly dislike this place. I love the food. I ecspecially love the lobster roll. I even enjoyed my cousins rolls (crunchy and 007). The rolls are fresh and decently priced (they are very big).What gives me pain about this place is the waitress/owner is hot and cold. Sometimes shes friendly and sometimes not.If I spend the time and money going out, I want to be treated with respect. And I am willing to do the same ALWAYS!!!

It was an interesting experience. In case youre wondering, no, they are no longer doing you can eat.The food was bland, and the sauces were not the best but were ok at best. Of all the items, I tried the veggie tempura, and I recommended it. Everything else ( heart attack, baked salmon, and popcorn) was mediocre at best. It might be someones cup of tea, but not mine.The service was good, and there was one server. Given the circumstances, he did the best he could.The atmosphere was bad, there was no AC and it was muggy. The bathrooms were not very clean.Overall, if you absolutely love sushi and are in a pinch, try this place. Otherwise, Id look elsewhere.

I absolutely love their fish here. Quality is not for everyone. Sushi is not a cheap meal to begin with not to mention good sushi. I feel like they have quality food. Its low key but cool. I highly recommend taking a chance on this place.

Ive driven by this sushi spot over a dozen times. Finally I decided to take a chance and order take out. I ordered online to pick up. I arrived early and went in to use their restroom. Very friendly staff. Very intimate and cozy atmosphere. Ill definitely be returning here. Prices are reasonable. I mean its sushi guys, so dont expect fast food drive-thru prices. In my opinion, the prices are reasonable compared to other spots. I dont have specific recommendations, I just go through the menu and go wild. 😜. Check it out.

I do not recommend this place at all. First time trying it yesterday and two of my rolls were awful. The yellowtail on the Aloha was super chewy and red. And there was a lot of tiny bones in the B.M.W roll. Ive never had that happen in any sushi place ive ever gone to. Save your money and go to to any other sushi spot

It was just ok and the “AYCE” lunch menu was very limited. As I sat waiting for my sushi I noticed several sushi rolls just sitting out, wrapped in plastic but out and not refrigerated.I’m sure everyone knows how the “AYCE works. You order a bit to get started and then if you’re still hungry you order a bit more. I had to get the sushi chefs attention for my first order because he was glued to the TV. I got my first order and it was just okay. Turned in my second order, and really it was just a nice thought because I never got it. In fact I actually wrote this review while waiting for sushi that never happened. I finally had to leave as I sat waiting way too long for any more food to come. I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work. It was 2:40 ish pm when I sat down for lunch and the place was almost empty. I took pics of the sushi I mentioned and if I figure out how to post them I will.

I like trying new places...this one was nice, not fancy, a bit outdated.... but the customer service was great. The AYCE (all you can eat) was about $25 and change per person, which is what we pay on average. The food was decent, definitely worth going again. The strawberry nigori (recommended by the hostess) was delicious, I dont care if it did cost over $12 for the bottle, I would order it again!!!

Very good sushi and fair pricing. Many of the rolls are California rolls with stuff on top, but that works well for my family with our young kids. They loved it all.The waitress was busy with mobile orders but made sure to check with us often, and the chefs were quick to get the rolls out to us

This has to be my only go-to sushi place. I go out of my way 40 minutes but its totally worth it. I take my wife every year on her birthday and on special occasions. Never disappoints! The wife absolutely loves the super cucumber and its one of the main reasons we keep coming back.

Usually the food is really good. This time, not so much. I got the Dynamite and it wasnt cooked enough. I even told the waitress I liked mine done a little more than usual. Also, the waitress was nice, but never gave us the little plates and my husbands water was empty for quite a while.

Unpleasant. I would’ve given you 0 stars, but the app doesn’t allow it. Got here and a girl asked if it was a pick up or go take out. I told her we were looking forward to dining in. She said last dine-I. Is at 8:30 pm. I replied with it is 8:30 pm. She walked back to the sushi bar looked at the time and replied, it’s 8:33 pm not 8:30. From then on, she had a poor attitude while taking our order. A hostess should never have an attitude like this. I asked how long was the wait and she said 15 minutes. I walked in at 15 minutes. She started to greet me nicely “Hi, thank you for…. Ughhhh, it’s you.” Are you kidding me?!? We just spent $82.51 and this is your attitude? Every time my kids come, and it’s like 4-5 times a month, they spend over $120 every time! Not only that, a couple of months ago, we stopped a burglary in progress at this location! We called the owners, the police and …. Check this out…. My husband followed and chased the individual for blocks!!! I provided you with the footage so that you can give it to the police, hoping it would assist in the arrest and prosecution of the individual. Sad sad sad.

Out of all of the sushi restaurants Ive ever eaten at, Ive never had an experience in which I genuinely thought the sushi was bad. To be clear, I do not mean that it simply wasnt good. It was genuinely bad. The taste, texture, and even a few of the cuts were just awful.I ordered tuna and salmon sashimi. The tuna was extremely watery, as if it had been thawed from a frozen state and was sitting in its own liquid for hours, with a fibrous-type texture commonly experienced with food that has been frozen. The salmon sashimi was a bit better, but two of the pieces were extremely thin and nothing but skin and fat. One piece had a bone in it, which has never happened to me in over ten years of eating sushi. The edamame was ok, but nothing spectacular.I truly believe the fish they used was likely store-bought non-sushi grade cuts, that were sliced up into sashimi pieces. I hate to leave a bad review for a local business, but this sushi quality was so poor that I felt obligated to write a negative review.It is of my strongest recommendation to avoid this sushi restaurant.

Incredible service from the moment I called 4 hrs prior to dining, to the moment I left after dining.Special thank you to Selena and Amber who went above and beyond and had my family raving throughout our entire meal.It’s my daughter’s 10th birthday and she really wanted sushi. This place had the most promising reviews so I decided to go with it, and I’m so damn happy I did.We brought a small cake and gifts and were offered a table as soon as we arrived. Once we were sat, Amber immediately offered to refrigerate our cake. That was so sweet of her.The rolls were fantastic and tasty and so was my Gyoza. Prices are on trend and fair/affordable. They do not offer AYCE but who cares- you don’t need it. Service in general was prompt and thorough. Selena was kind and attentive and made sure we were okay the entire time.They helped us serve our cake and even brought out a giant knife and a lighter for the candles. I didn’t ask for any of this but the fact that it was done without question really touched our entire party. This is the kind of service you never forget. Selena and Amber made the night memorable!I highly recommend this establishment.

The first couple of times I went here I absolutely loved it. But the last half dozen times or so has been horrible. The staff girls are rude, Wait over 10 or 15 minutes for them to even take my order or even acknowledge me sometimes.. sometimes I’m the only one there! I drive far and have spent hundreds of dollars at this place and I will never go back after my last visit. I was seated and eventually handed a menu that nobody ever picked up off my table, I waited for over 10 minutes while employees passed my table 3 or 4 times. I finally ended up walking out. I had it. I enjoy this place. Despite Covid and not being able to sit indoors, they offer a to go option. I went recently and was able to sit outside after ordering. Tried the spicy garlic edamame beans and they were awesome! Plus the pink lady roll...minus shrimp due to an allergy. The roll was made as I specified and had a generous amount of fresh salmon on top. Very tasty.

This restaurant is hands down the best dining experience in the Inland Empire. Not only is the sushi always delicious but the entire staff is outstanding. We were there for Valentines day and they were slammed. They were resourceful in figuring out a way to serve all of their unexpected customers and kept a friendly and fun atmosphere. We went back again last night which was 3 weeks later and they remembered us. That for me is beyond outstanding!

Awful experience. Worst customer service we’ve ever received. When traveling to this place it was said to be a Sushi-Go-Round, which it wasn’t. The waitresses never introduced themselves and when sitting down they gave us an all you can eat menu without even telling us how it worked. When the waitress came by to look at what we wrote down she laughed and said “what is this? You did it wrong” and ripped it up right in front of us... when we tried to explain to her what we meant she went back the the trash to fish out our destroyed menus and then tried to understand what we wrote instead of starting off with that. She didn’t listen for long and decided to just ordered for us.. still we had no idea how it worked. When delivering 3 rolls to us we ended up not liking 2 of the rolls chosen and when telling them the rolls they gave us were rolls we couldn’t eat because they were gross, they said we had to pay for it anyway.. a dollar for each unfinished piece?!Would not recommend, and would avoid coming here.

Easily the worst sushi Ive ever had. This place was once good, had the conveyor belt going around with random pieces. Now, they dont run it unless its busy, which is never. The quality started going downhill awhile back, so I stopped going. I heard it was under new ownership, so I tried it one last time when I went on a Friday at 12:30 PM, there was 1 customer in there, and 4 others showed up during the hour I was there. The salmon smelled like a fishing boat, most of the fish was not fresh. I assume because they dont have any customers. The service wasnt necessarily bad, just not friendly. Our server was eating at the end of the sushi bar in between helping the few customers in the place. Id be surprised if they last another 3 months.

Place is pretty small, so it always feels crowded. Even with that it doesnt really kill the vibe it is still a cozy place to get all-you-can-eat sushi. The prices are reasonable and has more of a variety in the Highland/Redlands area. When it is busy you can expect to wait a bit for your serving. Really enjoy their cooked/baked rolls here.

Stopped in for the all-you-can-eat special. I understand that this place to get quite busy at times, but it was only moderately so tonight which was nice. The quality of the Nigiri and sushi rolls was very high and they had a good selection of rolls. Not a lot of selection of the sashimi though. The wait staff was friendly, but could have paid a little more attention to the status of our drinks, and returning the sushi selection form for our next course. The price was excellent for the quality and amount of sushi that we received.

Food is great, prices are comparable to other local sushi spots.My main issue is the fact that they seem understaffed/always swamped, and it shows in their customer service. I have witnessed tables get completely wrong orders/switched orders, food takes FOREVER to get to you, often appetizers get there after the entrees, and even at half capacity, it could be a while before they even begin to work on your order.

First time there, if you dont eat all your all you can eat they charge you $1 for each piece you dont eat. Amazing. There rolls are a bit high service is slow since they only have one person. Dont think Id go back. Go down the street to Star Buffet all you can eat with sushi, Mediterranean food, ribs, crab legs American food, salad bar, Chinese food for less and they dont charge you for what u dont eat.

My old rating was fantastic sushi now I was sad to find that the new sushi chefs are burying the rolls in sauce. My Las Vegas squirted out sauce as I picked it up and my humbling bird just tasted like eel sauce. The food is really good here so I am hoping it doesnt continue down this path.

All you can eat lunch. Fair enough for the price. The rolls arent that different from each other. Kind of wished they used a little more variety. Mostly salmon, tuna, crab in different combinations. Adding eel was the only real change up. They were good. Going back? Maybe. Because of the lack of variety, I would have rather had a bowl of miso and one roll. Id go back for that.

I used to come here only to have their $1.00 Beer special and grab an occasional basic role, nothing too crazy cause for some reason they always under cooked it or it just didnt taste right to me or anyone I brought. One night I came back with a friend, and oh man was I getting the worst service of my life. The Asian woman would be doing anything from talking and sitting at the bar to walking back and forth to the register. Also the food was getting worst as the night when on.. I felt as if we werent welcome. We were the only table in there mind you.. Finally on our last dish we ordered it was so funky tasting. It was almost a rubber like taste and some slimness on your tongue. We asked not to pay for it and just get the bill please. The lady however didnt think that was okay and was drilling us saying why you not want to pay? We then explained ourselves multiple times to her. She then tried getting a cook involved and eventually we said we arent paying at all then finally she agreed and said okay. I will never go back to this dump. Im amazed it is still open..

I came after peak hours between 2 and 3 before closing on an afternoon. It wasnt very busy. The service was excellent, although they charge 2.25 for with a bag. If youre going to charge me to 2.25 for tea, get me a infuser or something. LOLThat would be my only complaints, because the sushi was quite good for all you can eat. In fact this is the first sushi place in Inland Empire that I would return to.I believe its Korean run and they have a lot of extra things on the menu that are cooked, from the Chinese American food family.The fish is pre-sliced, and I wouldnt ever rate this has good great sushi on its own. But for the Inland Empire and all you can eat it was quite satisfying.Im going to order off the menu next time and see what they can do, but I feel really good feeling about this place. Worth trying.

I give this restaurant 2 1/2 stars actually, and it would be less than that if it wasnt for the sushi chefs preparing the food. I have a lot to say about this place, but Im going to keep it as short as I can. ( Lunch buffet all you can eat is around 21.99 plus tax. ) I think my biggest problem was with the wait staff and the condescending attitude she displayed the other small concerns can be fixed. My experience went as follows: asked for a bottle of water and was told no restaurant has bottles of water asked for pepper shaker was told we dont have a need for salt and pepper shakers here and finally i wanted to be able to order separately from my guest and was made to order from the one order sheet and was told cmon you know how this worksAs you read these statements in your mind you have to keep in mind that the person saying these things is making bewildered looks on there face as if you just tried to order a big mac from a sushi restaurant. If you are able to accommodate a customer then do so, if not just say you cant... Its thats simple. And to be honest, simple requests were difficult for the wait staff. I asked for an empty cup with a saucer of lemon slices and stated that I will just get a bottle of water from the car, she bought back a cup full of ice with one lemon slice, REALLY! I did however try to justify spending $45 plus dollars for two people at this place by eating as much as I could but honestly the food was not that appeasing. The better items on the menu were Xd out for lunch because they were considered dinner items and the entire sashimi section was crossed out. All in all I rebelled at the end, my usual 5 dollar tip was only 4 dollars, take that I love sushi (lol). In short, I cant recommend this restaurant.

Staff were shorthanded which is understandable. The sushi was ok, for an AYCE fish quality is never the focus. The eel was not cooked well and tasted slightly sour. Miso soup taste very bland to include the tofu. I would have to complain about their left over charging method. If you eat 5 out of the 8 rolls, that in my mind should never be charged 3 dollars. That policy is ridiculous!!! You need to be more fair and should only charge for excessive left overs. I dont understand why you charge 1 dollar a piece if most your rolls are California rolls with a slice of fish on top of it. Overall the restaurant has a foul stale smell to it and it needs to be addressed. I was a deeply disappointing experience and will not give this place a second chance.

This place is the second best sushi place in the IE so far. The rolls are fresh and the food is tasty. The people that work there are very friendly and they get our your order quickly after you put it in. You should definitely check out this little hole in the wall that is in the middle of nowhere lol. PS there is a conveyor belt that goes around the resteraunt and if you are eating all you can eat fee free to grab one of those badboys and check it out. It is pretty much just whatever the chef on duty is making and there are aome pretty suprising combos that slide by. I would say that if you on the north side of the Inland Empire and you want some great AYCE sushi this would be the go to place. If you on the South side of the IE check out Sushi Asahi
