2023-07-21 18:52:34I Luv Sushi has always been a hit with our family. Love their sushi. We have been coming for a long time. This time we stopped by for Happy Hour and had the 5 items special, plus miso soup and a Sapporo.Love their Volcano, daughter likes Lynn special and crunchy roll.We enjoy when the lights go out and they sing happy birthday to you.

2022-12-01 01:43:31Waited a long time to be seated even though there was plenty of open tables. No host bothered to sit anyone down. When i waved down a server she just gave us attitude. The other patrons all agreed with me that she was bad. Asian gal short dyed blonde hair you lost a star for your dumb lie. This place is for people who have no clue of what sushi should be. The first plate of gyoza was served with red sweet n sour to dip. This alone speaks volumes. Like panda express. The calamari was chewy nasty. Forget the sashimi. Yes good size portions but not the best quality... pass on it. My friend said your salmon was sticky and it just felt like mall food. The rolls looked and tasted ok. Stick to the rolls. Our server was very nice. He is the only reason you get any stars. We both said first time and last time.

2022-07-14 00:33:44Smallish sushi restaurant in Lakewood with decent quality fish & Happy Hour menus. Passable quality for all fish i tried, though a few orders were just not wrapped as well as they could have been. The tuna & salmon sushi were both excellent and quite fresh on a Saturday. A few of the rolls that use eel sauce in their preparation were a sweeter than I would normally prefer at sushi.

2022-05-01 23:27:28This place has revamped their menu within the last 2 years. The layout looks different and easier to read. This is our first time eating here since the COVID-19 shutdown. Added many dishes to their menu that I didnt see before. Sashimi is always fresh. They serve very large pieces. I love their garlic edamame too. Came here for lunch on a Sunday and it was not busy around 1pm.

2018-04-16 22:05:42The food is amazing, really good high quality sushi. In compares of price its a little on the pricey side but worth the quality and taste of the food and the atmosphere. Although the only thing I didnt like was our waiter. Not very attentive or approachable, like if I asked a question she would look at me as if I didnt know what it is I shouldnt even be there. The table next to us were a group of older men and they seemed to be very flirty to the same waiter even though they were all far from her age. I felt bad for her but she seemed more responsive to them as she would laugh and joke around and even be more attentive to them.

2022-05-31 21:05:04Just your average sushi restaurant. They ask you to sign in on a sign in sheet if you’re dining in. Seating area is quite small, so I could see longer wait times during peak hours. I’m a big wasabi fan, so to receive wasabi packets instead of fresh wasabi wasn’t nice. Sushi rice was very crunchy. Sauces for the sunrise roll and spider roll were quite delicious. Paying $40 to not get full from two rolls is enough reason for me to not return.

2019-03-26 00:49:48Ive been coming here off and on for a few years now, and I really like it. I would definitely come here more often if I lived closer. Happy hour prices are good, and the rolls are good too. Spicy Edamame, Atlantic Roll, and Sexy Girl Roll are personal favorites. Seating can be pretty tight with a full house and I wouldnt come here for a fancy date, but I would come here for good sushi.
