Iberia in Belmont

Parking not so grand since the restaurant is right on El Camino. But its a cute place with very beautiful place settings.The food is wonderful. We were all mostly happy with the food we got. The tomato and garlic bread was entirely overcooked and just tasted burnt. Everything else was very good and good that I would want to order again.Service was not so great. We felt very rushed to order and wrap up our meal. I even felt like the server was irritated with me for asking for another drink and dessert.

Iberia is a lovely restaurant in Belmont. We enjoyed our dinner celebrating a birthday. Food was great and of fair price. Staff were very nice and helpful.

We came in for lunch to try this place and have a few tapas. Everything was very tasty and we definitely would like to return and try the paella 🥘

Iberia is a cute restaurant with lots of dishes to choose from! It’s conveniently located on el Camino real but parking might be an issue since it’s street parking. Overall food is good but on the pricy side, service is also pretty goodBread service - at first I was not happy we had to pay for bread but the selection and taste of the bread made it worth it!Gambas al ajillo - the prawns were very good and the sauce was delicious. A bit on the salty sideStuffed squid - wasn’t super memorable. The presentation was unique because of the squid ink but taste was okayScallop on toast - I really enjoyed this one. The scallop was fresh and the layer of salmon mousse on the toast really elevated the flavor, each order comes with 2 scallopsKing oyster mushroom - well flavoured but on the salty side. It was also drenched in oil which I did not likeBacon wrapped dates - the combination of the sweetness from the date and savoury taste from the bacon makes this a perfect starter, each order comes with 6Bomba - Really yummy and flavourful. Each order is 1 big piece100% jamon iberico - I was slightly disappointed at this. I’ve had iverico ham in Spain and this just didn’t taste as fatty or tender. Each order has 4 pieces of toastSmall paella - they gave a good amount of protein and it was yummy, but I prefer the paella at telerific Barcelona more for the slightly burnt bottomPistachio cake - highly recommend this one! Flavor is well balanced and I love the texture the small pistachio chunks add3 layer cake - a bit too sweet for me but others enjoyed it a lot

This has been the worst experience of my trip to San Francisco. I had difficulty understanding Spanish dish names showed on menu, and the poor cellphone signal inside the restaurant prevented me from accessing Yelp images to order dishes. I was hoping to receive assistance from the staff. However, the woman in the blue shirt I encountered had a very poor attitude. She didnt introduce any dishes or offer suggestions, and during the ordering process, she remained distant and arrogant. A very unhappy experience.

We love Iberia - the food, people and decor make this a great place to celebrate a special occasion. Their tapas: bomba, patatas bravas, camarones al diavolo and others are just so savory. Paired with a nice albarino or txakolina. Like going to Barcelona.

Excellent food. We enjoyed a variety of tapas. Each one was excellent. Sangria was tasty and complemented the food.

The food was excellent. The owner was really kind and spoke with us. The service is not great. The two ladies who served us had an attitude like they couldn’t be bothered. The other reviews are consistent with this. Other than that, a great restaurant. Note that it is not kid friendly - no high chair.

Paella is good! They have a variety of tapas that’s authentic!

Delicious food. Good Paella, many choices of tapas. A little bit on the expensive side, but definitely worth it 😋😋
