2023-11-16 00:46:12Surprised this place is still open. Boba was overcooked. The slushies were watered down. This place don’t even feel like a self-serve boba place. This might sound ridiculous to complain about but really a 50 cent surcharge if you don’t spend $10? A lot of boba places don’t have that.

2020-01-27 04:55:12This is me and my girlfriends favorite place to be at to study. Our favorite food is the bulgogi fries with shrimp, as theyre very tasty and is a good size to share. They have a nice variety of toppings and drinks for you to experiment with. They recently came out with a banana milk tea and its BANANAS how good it is. I dont even like bananas that much. Try this place out some time.

2023-09-19 15:03:57Never again....They have no restrooms, they charge for water and I had hair in my food. Then the two that were working didnt have a clue. Almost 30 bucks for food to go through that. The youngster that worked in front was scooping the boba toppings out and eating them. This place is unsat...just pass

2019-01-06 15:33:55#IceBox is famous with their gourmet toppings on a bed of a french fries and their self-serve boba tea. Im not a fan of fries but their versions were actually good. Service was great as well.#nationalcityeats #sandiegoeats #letsguide

2019-12-06 18:17:04Bouji boba and fries.Over ten types of self-serve boba tea, slushies, and toppings. I think these flavors are good: pistachio, taro, mango, mocha, and honeydew. They sell refillable cups that make your next visit more affordable. Nonetheless, this place is PRICEY.3/5 stars because prices and customer service do not match. We used to pay $9 +tax for fries and okay service. Now you have to pay $14 +tax for fries and bad service.

2023-05-20 15:06:07This place is so cute! You go in, device what size and shape you want. Then you fill up your choice of container with whatever drink and toppings you would like; hand it back to the cashier and they seal it for you. The prices are very reasonable, the drink options are many. Ohhhh and the loaded fries...... You wont be disappointed!

2019-02-07 20:09:34Me and my boyfriend love this place! The drinks are amazing and so are the “fries”. It’s such a peculiar mixture of American, Mexican, Filipino, and Korean culture! Can’t wait to go back!!

2019-05-05 08:50:16I love how they have different flavors of milk teas and slushes that you can mix and match with different toppings as well. You cant go wrong with their fries coz theyre just the best! Not soggy not burnt, just perfect! Will definitely come back for more fries and drinks. Bulgogi fries is my forever favorite tho 😂

2023-05-08 03:27:56I was here on a Sunday about a half hour before closing time. Ordered the Bulgogi with Shrimp fries and the Garlic Chicken fries. I counted the number of heavily breaded chicken pieces at 13 and the rest was soggy fries :/ The Bulgogi fries had 4 shrimp and sparse meat with mostly soggy fries. This means I paid about $1.25 per chicken piece with a handful of fries for the Garlic Chicken fries. The Bulgogi with Shrimp fries were $17. I can see how if it were well executed the concept can work so maybe they were having an off day? In any case, too expensive to try again so I will never be coming back.
