Ichiban in Tehachapi

Stopped in around Noon on a Wednesday and there were only a few people there. We sat at the bar and ordered 4 rolls with an additional 2 California rolls to go for our kids. The food came out very fast and was good for the price. Its not the best sushi weve ever had, but well definitely be back.

Wow, I ate dinner here tonight and I really enjoyed my sushi roll. I had the Tempura Shrimp roll. The service was excellent and very helpful in choosing what to order. If youre looking for a great meal, thats fresh and inexpensive...this is the place!

Great food and atmosphere. I have read of problematic staff, but our waitress (serving 8 of us) was courteous and understanding. So kudos to her though I didnt get her name.Prices are decent and Id definitely visit again.

My order was different types of sushi and each one was particularly delicious. the attendants were very kind, always asking if we needed anything. the place was very clean and organized. I will definitely come back. If I could, I would give it a ten but I can only give it five stars because its the best. You will not regret.

Very clean, and quick the workers there were very friendly! my friends that we went with, they go there allot and they even stated how this was the fastest they received food! It also happened to be my birthday the day we went so to the staff that served me that night of Oct. 1 thank you for making my birthday a good one with my friends! Id definitely come back once were back in town the food was simply blissfully delightful!

Never been disappointed when Ive been, though I wouldnt mind some of the items that are labeled as spicy to be more spicy, but I absolutely love the place, the Baked/Fried rolls are spectacular and worth the money!!

Weve had most of their sushi and have loved them. Reasonable price and friendly staff every time we have been there.

Stopped by for a bite. Got in right away. I ordered a BMW roll (shrimp tempura, crabmeat, and eel) super yummy!BF got a spicy roll and some nigiri pieces.Everything was really great, flavorful and made us wish we had a bigger stomach!We will be back next time we are passing thru and want sushi.

I used to absolutely love this place, especially their garlic and anime. Whoever changed the recipe for everything they make is destroying this restaurant. Everything I bought tonight was disgusting and I am so disappointed. I will never eat here again.
