Ichitaru Ramen in Cypress

I got to say, this food is incredible! I had the Vegetable Ramen with Vegetable Broth spice level 10 and it was soooooooo flavorful! I will come back again 100% I have found my new Favourite ramen shop! PLEASE COME TRY! Also, we came in a group of 8 and order a lot of food and it was a little than a Buffet dinner for 4. We all left full. Our waitress was very kind and attentive! Amazing night here!

Not sure how helpful my review will be since I only eat Tan Tan ramen. I can’t eat fatty meats or textures like chasu so there aren’t many options for me. When I lived in NY most restaurants have Tan Tan but here in OC, I’ve yet to come across a restaurant that serves it. That is why I was delighted to see a ground pork and Chasu option. My brother gets my chasu (he normally orders extra for his bowl) and I get my ground pork. Most of their ramens don’t have an egg or bamboo or corn (all extra). The portions for appetizers and noodles were big. We all left very full. Food was also very good. Service was also great. Our server was really nice. We came 30 minutes before closing and they still had a lot of guests so the kitchen was a tad slow. I normally never want to go get ramen but now that I can macGyver my ramen here, I’ll definitely be wanting it more often

Another day on the road food tasting. Today we picked Itchitaru Ramen located in Cypress California.The restaurant is located at the back of the strip mall. As we entered, we noticed about 8 patrons busy enjoying their food. The restaurant with about six tables. There is also a bar with private partitions to enjoy your meal in private.As we entered we were warmly welcomed by the server and promptly seated. The server was knowledgeable when it came to the items on the menu.We ordered Takoyaki, Garlic Bomb Ramen with pork, Avacado Bomb and a Peach tea.The Takoyaki was absolutely fantastic looking and smelled great. They were deep fried to a crispy brown topped with Bonito shaving and sauce.The Garlic Bomb Ramen was ordered with medium heat... a sip of the red broth was spicy, warm and addictive. The pork in the ramen was absolutely tender.The next was the Avacado Ball. The avacado ball is deep fried in a batter which made it nice n crunchy then cut in half desseded and stuffed with cream cheese and crab meat, then topped with sauce. This combination of ingredients is absolutely YUM!! A must try.Overall, a big thumbs up here at Ichitaru!!!!

I enjoyed dining at this ramen spot! The servers are friendly and they are able to give great suggestions of their popular dishes. I ordered the miso garlic bomb ramen and added egg which was a wonderful addition and I was able to try my boyfriend’s order which I believe was the spicy Chashu Ramen with added egg. Both had a lot of flavor. The only thing that was a bit offputting was their tap water. It has a noticeable chemical aftertaste so we ended up ordering milk tea to go with dinner. I will definitely be returning!

The stuffed jalapenos were tasty. The ramen we ordered were great. Not a fan of the protein and the bamboo shoots. Over all good food.

Honestly extremely good ramen. The sides were okay I didn’t know the bao bun was gonna be sort of a taco covered in mayo but to be honest I should’ve known that so that’s on me; but the ramen was really good I would definitely go again. The prices weren’t bad either, so overall a good experience. The staff are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is nice casual.

My husband and I come here specifically for the garlic bomb ramen (ironic pick for date night, eh?). We suggest it to anyone who brings up ramen in front of us! It has just about every form of garlicky-goodness. All of their appetizers are delicious and this place never fails to please meal after meal. Love that they have the single booth bar area, makes it a nice sit down experience by yourself as well!

I dont know whats so wrong with this place, worse ramen I ever tried, long waiting, missing tuna in jalapeño bomb.. Low quality meet, etcetc

Great flavor, not as spice as you would think for a 20 out of 20 spcie level, but still very good flavor.

Wow loved everything about this place 1st time coming here definitely gonna be coming back give them a visit (: you wont need disappointed ‼️💯🔥
