Decent customer service. Cute sandwich shop. Delicious, huge sandwiches. Dirty sauce and slaw are so good. Only problem is there is hardly any meat for a sandwich costing over $17. I understand inflation but this is unfortunate because I’m sure folks like myself won’t be able to patronize them often. Loss, loss.“Where’s the beef?”

Wow! This was my first time in an Ikes and I absolutely love it! The menu is unique with a funny numbering system. There are big pictures of the sandwiches, to help you choose. I eat with my eyes first, so I really appreciate the photos. The rest of the shop is decorated with cool lunch boxes.I ordered the #599. The Graffiti Petey. On sour dough. The bread was so soft and fresh. The sandwich was perfectly warmed, so the pepper jack was melted. The wing sauce was sweet with just a hint of a spicy tingle.The staff was friendly and efficient. They greated me at the door and the counter. The shop was clean, including the restrooms.

Had my first Ikes experience. Great service. Great food. Great staff. Had the Matt Cain on a Dutch roll. The sauce made the sandwich. Definitely recommend this spot for your sandwich needs.

I always enjoy Ike’s veggie menu options! The Dutch crunch might have been too much for the meatless meatballs but they were delicious none the less. Also, i would’ve enjoyed a bit more meatball as it was filled scarcely with only three. Ratio seems off maybe it was just my sandwich but my husband had the fully loaded sandwich with roast beef that was also skimpy where it mattered. We tried the onion rings and jalapeño poppers, they were ok. Onion rings seemed a bit soggy or doughy and lacked any crunch. The poppers were a bit better in terms of crunch but not worth the calories or ordering again. Additionally, my sandwich was a bit sloppy and hard to eat and I was fine just eating half as they are large. Glad I ordered pesto on the side as this sandwich was filled lettuce and not much flavor. Average food sandwich dining experience, with an above average price tag on sandwiches, with nice service.

When i entered I asked for a menu. I was told to look at the wall by the gentleman behind the counter. I did. It seemed very limited and the sandwich my spouse wanted wasnt listed. So, i went to the stores website. Low and behold many many many more sandwiches. So o went to the counter and asked the man “so thats all your sandwiches ? “. “ Yes!” I then asked what about all the others on your stores website? He told me “they are made at other stores but he could make them here if I wanted.” I said yes I wanted x and y.I just think for the price they command they could train their people to properly merchandize and go through their offerings. Personally, I found being told to look at the wall rude. The fact that is was not a complete list of offerings made it worse.Food? Ok. Just. Would I go back for their service? No. Would I go back for the food? Probably not. Maybe only because they are open a bit later then other places — so then I would be forced to go back. Come to think of it…. Nope, note even then. I have some hot dogs in the freezer.Atmosphere? LOUD. A refrigeration unit is so loud it is annoying. But - besides the homeless man going up to tables (in the view of the man at the counter) asking for money —there is little else to mention.

We tried this location and again our sandwiches were tasty.Chase Ottney is Hella Sexy and a Menage on GF rolls.The location itself is weird to get to, cause of the shopping center.I still dont enjoy wandering the entire location looking at the menu items.06/17/2019Ordered using the mobile app. Didnt receive my chips and drink with the Hella cheap Meal deal.Asked the lady behind the counter, she stated, They didnt come with the Hella cheap meal deal.Their printed adverisement shows that it does. So much for the perfect fathers day lunch.Update 04/13/20Ordered sandwiches using the Ikes app and for the second time they did not deliver drinks or potato chips even though they were paid for.

I was disappointed that I couldn’t dine in like I can in other restaurants now. I had to eat outside and was constantly having to anchor down my bag, napkins, etc. I would love to come back where I can have the full restaurant experience. The sandwich was delicious 😋! I had the Matt Cain with the Dutch Crunch bread. I plan to come back so I can at least give a better review.

I love Ikes. The variety of sandwiches is amazing and I love the veggie and vegan options. The vegan meat actually tastes pretty good. Their Dutch crust bread is amazing.

The sandwiches were excellent. The last time I had Ikes was in San Jose. The shop has nostalgic lunch boxes on the wall.

YAAAALLLLLLL!!!!! I cant even expresssss how GOOD this place is. The customer service ALONE is worth the visit! I thought i knew what i wanted to a T BUT the Staff made a recomendation to try some new things that made it ten times better! These people KNOW SANDWHICHES!!! Dopest staff with the dopest sandwhiches in the 209. Quit playin yall, bring your hunger and give them your money honey! Im tryna eat here every dam day! 🤙🖤🔥👏 (I got the halaal chicken 👅)
