There’s a large variety of sandwiches for anyone taste. They are Very friendly but be aware it’s not always easy to get parking, I’d suggest to park at the student parking lot or Taco Bell to pick up your orders. They offer online, phone, and in person orders.

I stopped in at Ikes for a relaxing lunch to decompress from a stressful morning at work. I ordered the Jeremy Affeldt sandwich (avocado, italian, roast beef, turkey, ham, pastrami, salami, provolone) and was not disappointed. This sandwich was bursting with flavor from all the mouth-watering meat!I also ordered a Butterscotch Root Beer from their large selection of flavored sodas. A nice touch was their inclusion of a Caramel Apple Pop for a little dessert.

Eat here all the time lately they have been shutting down early it seems. I have been able to put in orders prior to 7 and now they ignore the phone and closed on line orders as well interesting. Letting money just go by and potentially losing customers as well sucks, I really like your sandwichs. Oh well another business that cant hack it the full shift. The 2 star review is for the service not the food thanks your not the one whos got to tell your kids nope they closed an hour early.

Ill meet you at Ikes Love Sandwich shop, and Ill buy you lunch. Thats what my old pal Rodger Ramjet told me right before he asked if he could borrow my Lassorinator Splicer, the one I picked up from the Belisario rebels before the conflict, he trusts the accuracy of that one, but not the other one I have. I told him be careful and its best not to have any witnesses, and left it at that. Man-O-Man was my sandwich good! Ikes Love sure makes a great sandwich 5 stars! ☆☆☆☆☆

I love a good sando just like the next person. It just didnt hit the spot. They have soooo many options, so theres that. I prefer Jersey Mikes oil and vinegar/ dressing over theirs. But its all about personal preference. 9 out of 10 is a good rating🙂

Little disappointed today, ordered 5 sandwiches to go for a total of $62, drove all the way from Sonoma. One of them was #118, the Tony Soprano BUT what I got wasnt the one I ordered. Receipt was right and the writing on the wrap said Soprano but thats not what I got. Not even sure what the sandwich was but I didnt care for it and Im not about to drive back. I do love this place in general.

The sandwiches at Ikes are a bit pricey, but unique and tasty. I have enjoyed all the ones Ive tried. Besides the large variety already on offer (from the very meaty/fatty to the very healthy), the sandwiches can be customized to ones taste - and there is a large selection of sauces to pick from as well.

Unique sandwiches. They are also open to custom orders no matter how weird. My favorite sandwhich spot due to all the options.It is set up more for grab and go food than eating there. The eating areas are cramped or outside, so just know you may want to grab and go.

Over priced and bad service. App doesn’t work. Card readers have problems. And when they do you don’t get to keep your place in line while the cashier figures out the issue. Which means a very long wait for a sandwich. Don’t waste your time.

Decent subs, but even better service. I recommend the Charles Schulz or the Tony Soprano for meat lovers, avoid the meatballs though unless you got a strong stomach. Its still a chain restaurant but the vibe and the quality of products is pretty good, IF you judge it as a fast food chain. If you’re not judging it by those standards you’re gonna be disappointed. All n all, its a solid place for a filling lunch.

Been coming to this location for a while, never anything wrong, in fact theyve been amazing, but suddenly the past 3 times in a row Ive gotten no red onions on my sandwich. The second and third time I asked for EXTRA red onions in the order, while making sure the red onion box was checked, and I got none. To add, I have a gluten allergy and no one wrote anything on the sandwich wrapper like they usually do, couldnt tell the two apart till I opened them, if a couple came here for the first time theres a chance they pick the wrong sandwich and get sick.Edit: I saw them putting red onions on other sandwiches when I went inside to pick up the food, so Im a little confused as well.

A great sandwich at a not so great price. If it was all about the quality of the sandwich I would have given 5 stars. They do make a great sandwich but be ready to shell out some heavy sandwich cash. I ordered 2 sandwiches with drinks and chips and it was over $36. Again the sandwiches are good but $36 seems a bit steep. I am an old guy and at this stage in my life I can cover the cost without any issues but I would think done if the younger folks out there might find the price a bit hard to swallow. Bottom line sandwiches 5 stars. As far as value for the money only 1.5 stars. I hope my review was helpful.

I wish the quality of food met the quality of service. The food is fantastic. Unfortunately, if there is even a minor mistake with your order your options are to send an email or go back in. They do NOT answer phones. Normally I wouldnt write a review over one wrong order but this is the 2/3 of my last 3 orders were wrong in some way and Im sick of footing the bill for extras that werent put onto our sandwiches. Please develop a system for customers to resolve minor errors with their sandwich that doesnt involve having to contact corporate.

I really really love Ikes Sandwiches. Believe me I have been a loyal customer ever since I moved to Santa Rosa. However, lately, unless I go in or order at obscure times, I get hung up on trying to phone order or I when I do order, they rush me and it ends up being incorrect when I pick up. Other than that I adore Ikes and hope they can find a way to remedy this.

My first time eating here and I tell you...Wow!!! I have heard the hype and I figured just another of those over-priced under filled sandwich. I was more than pleasantly surprised. You get what you pay for. It is worth the 9-13 dollars depending on he sandwich. You won’t be disappointed. The service is fantastic and you see the sandwiches made right there. Depending on the time you go you could be in and out in less than 5 minutes or it could take almost half an hour. Apparently the college students love the place too. Ike’s puts love and meat in their sandwiches... mmm

First time here. We arrived at noon on a Friday, the line was long but seemed to move quickly enough. Large choice of sandwiches, and my BLT was perfect. Outdoor seating and nice eye candy too, probably because of it being across from the junior college. I expect to return.Update 7/27/20 weekend experience not good. Sandwiches are still good, but service is not. Late sandwich one weekend, no chips the following weekend which I didnt notice until I got home. It kind of kills the feeling.

Its a simple rustic deli place. The sandwiches are exceptional but not inexpensive. Due to the pandemic order ahead by phone. Use the number Google provides. The other # is continuously busy or not answered. Theyre very busy. Expect a wait of 15 minutes for your sandwich if you come around lunchtime. Everyone waits outside. Check the signs outside. Pay inside one person at a time. Its a small place. If you order online you can prepay but you should let them know youve arrived. Sandwiches are brought out and left on the out door table by the front door. Anyone can pick up your order-so be there. Pick up your drink inside while paying from their coolers.

Their sandwiches are always good but their systems for ordering are garbage! Trying to order from the website - says theyre closed. Try to order on the app - will not accept my credit card info without a first and last name but there is no prompt or space to put in my name...? Call to order and you just get left on hold forever until you give up. I honestly feel like they leave you on hold intentionally when theyre busy so they dont have to deal with you. Even when you do get to place an order make sure you show up 10 minutes after its supposed to be done or it wont be ready. After today Im over it. The sandwiches are not THAT good.

Honestly Ike’s used to be one of my partner and I’s favorite spots years ago. However the staff doesn’t seem to be held to any customer service standards, and are exceedingly rude. Yes the sandwiches are pretty dang good. Despite the quality of the sandwich the service is horrid and I would recommend a hidden gem, pacific market just down the street that offers far superior service and just as good sandwiches.

This is a super casual place for students. Service isnt the fastest, but theres a huge selection of sandwich options, including plenty of vegetarian (a even a few vegan) choices. Today I went to pick up sandwiches for myself and my family. There were rude customers complaining about the wait and guidelines put in place for covid. Even with an understaffed store and rude customers, they were helpful, quick, and kind. I hope that those who visit in the future, will have more compassion during these hard times. As a vegetarian, I don’t like eating sandwiches anymore (it’s basically a salad with bread). However, this place has great sauces and vegan meats that make it possible for me to enjoy sandwiches again. So grateful for this place! Finally made it to Ike’s. It’s a busy place and for good reasons. It’s a sandwich shop w a huge list of choices. There must be 50 different sandwiches to choose from. Their signature rolls are wonderful and the sandwiches are huge. There are many vegetarian sandwich choices as well. The sandwiches are listed on large blackboards there are 3 or 4 people making the sandwiches and a station that delivers them to waiting customers. Most sandwiches are in the 8 to 10 dollar range and extras like pickles and onions and peppers are available at no extra cost. One sandwich is enough for both of us. I love Ike’s and it’s no surprise that they have 30 some odd locations. They do it right and they do it well.

On a road trip and my husband wanted a sandwich. So I saw this place and thought we’d try it. Got of the highway, drove there, passed it, turned around. Finally got there. The doors were open and there were other customers. We walked in to get in line. Then we’re told that they were closed. This was 6:10 but both their website and google say they are open until 7. The clerk was unapologetic even when I explained the situation that we just wanted to get a sandwich and get back on the road. He just said, “it’s not my responsibility to update the website”. Well buddy, I hope a lot of people see this review and just head to Subway instead. At least they are open when they say they are. Very poor customer service.

I love Ike’s, but today’s experience was less than exceptional. Called an order ahead at 12:30 to be picked up and ready by 3, but a mistake happened, they had to remake a sandwich and said it’d be a couple more minutes. Okay that’s understandable, but It took half an hour... when a customer places an order well in advance to be picked up at a certain time and a mistake happens so the order is delayed it needs to be prioritized. It doesn’t take half an hour to make a sandwich. Im a very patient person when it comes to the customer service food industry, because I understand it gets busy, mistakes happen, but no way is that an excuse to make a customer wait an extra half hour when the order is placed well in advance. The idea is to get them going asap before their patience wears thin. 10 minutes would be understandable, but 30?

Incredible sandwiches, crazy busy establishment. Six of us arrived just after 1pm on a Saturday and the line was out the door. I was ready for a long painful experience but was surprised when the line moved quickly and we were at the register in just a few minutes.They have an expansive menu, and when you find places like that they often dont like changes, but thats not the case here. Of our five sandwiches two had changes and the team took them in stride.The food was brought out to us and everything was good. There wasnt a great amount of consistency. My parents split a sandwich and one side had plenty of avocado and the other had hardly any. We all agreed that the bread was outstanding.

We love their sandwiches. Theyre absolutely amazing. I wish I could give five stars. The *only* reason I cant, is they refuse to sell mozzarella sticks on the side. I get if they just dont have a line item for it and if they just have to sell it that way, but seriously. Just put them on the side. I have two sensory adverse kids, one of them is autistic, and they *love* mozzarella sticks but cant handle any sauces. Ikes refusal turns me off a fair amount, but their sandwiches are so excellent I keep coming back.

The sandwiches are top shelf -- I wish the parking was better. The employees are always friendly and well trained (though sometimes I feel rushed) but I feel that the service/venue could be optimized/improved a bit.Update -- had to lower the review a bit unfortunately -- best sandwiches in town, but have had negative experiences recently. The employees work their hearts out but the place is very understaffed. I see stress in their eyes as they rush from patron after patron (albeit very politely) and on days where deals are offered (i.e. April Fools Day or 04/20), they are overly booked and have to lock the entrance so no new customers can come in. It seems that management doesnt do a good job at correctly forecasting and prepping for proper ingredient amounts from their vendors and staffing to be ready for busy times/days. We came in at 6:30 and were told to leave because they were out of food. I wasnt upset but many people were giving these poor employees so much grief for something beyond their control.I hope they improve their management and perhaps act good on their deals that they can never seem to keep to us when we go.

Very Good sandwiches with classic and funky combinations. There are many menu items split into meat and non meat options. Seating is limited, so try to get there before the lunch rush. Sandwiches were mediocre. I had high hopes for this place and I was a little crushed by them. The menu is very overwhelming when walking in which is fine, but personally I don’t really get why it has to be. They messed up my wife’s sandwich which is fine, but when it’s slow I don’t really understand why - maybe because there are too many items on the menu and too many substitutes. My sandwich was one of the vegetable ones (can’t recall name) it was bland, the bread was stale and store bought, and it didn’t leave me impressed. The place seems a little gimmicky if you’re into that. They pass out candy apple lollipops with every order - if you’re into that.

Mediocre sandwich place. The wait is very long and food is average. Staff is friendly but there is too much on their plate. The cashier had to ring up everyone as well as deliver all the food out to customers which can be sitting outside waiting since there is no seating inside. Looks fantastic! Screw sonoma county covid restrictions though! I wanted lunch there drove around for 20 trying to find the place, but because of restrictions I couldn’t stand inside to read the awesome looking menu because they can only have one person inside at a time, when theres 80 square feet plus of room. So looking for something similar on my way back to SF 😖I hate this I can’t see the dang menu well to begin, its not their fault. So good, that its so popular, so prepare yourself and expect a line. Also its proximity to the junior college means be on your toes and scan for parking like a hawk. While doing this be cautious of the semi jealous employees of the Mexican food place across the street who are jaded by the college parking situation. The sandwich is worth it. every single one of them I tried always worth it. My partner always has a solid fav of the 49er, I switch it up between anything with chicken or pesto. Quality ingredients and consistency in product are both found here. Most anything can be vegetarian and theres even vegan friendly options.

I ordered a sandwich here, I was very excited to try this place. I asked for no lettuce, easy right. My sandwich came out with lettuce, no big deal. I took it back to ask for a new one as iceberg lettuce makes a sandwich soggy and gross. The hipster idiot behind the counter refused to make me a new sandwich or help me at all because lettuce is a free ingredient and dry. I informed him that iceberg lettuce is mostly water and he insisted that it wasnt. Staff is unhelpful and stupid and the food looked overpriced, I cant say for sure because I havent tried it. Now I understand why Ikes is ranked so high on the list of restaurants in Santa Rosa on Yelp and TripAdvisor. This is the only place Ive been to where its WORTH $10 for a single sandwich. Definitely get the Dutch Crunch bread if you havent tried it before. Lots of creative sandwich options as well as your basic sub combos. Cant imagine getting bored of this place.The wait during the afternoon rush is significant (~30 min waiting in line and for food) so it may not be the best option during your one-hour lunch break. Parking and seating are extremely limited.

I went here with my sons while visiting the area and found it to be a very cute and quirky Sandwich Spot that I would definitely try again... The menu Creations work right quite creative... I had the Philly cheese steak and the ribeye was absolutely amazing very very tasty would definitely go back for that... Just dont get a fountain soda, water quality is terrible in the machine. They have a ton of bottled drink options instead. And free caramel apple pops with every sandwich. Food is amazing! However, a bit expensive, very little parking, its always busy, only seating outdoors. If you want this food during the winter, you better order togo. If you want for lunch, better order ahead.

Hands down best sandwiches in town. Always a wait and never any parking but walk the 2 blocks (or risk a ticket in the red zone) and wait the 20 minutes I guarantee you wont regret it!

My friend took me here because she said these were the best sandwiches in town, But I saw that one of the employees was wearing a tank top, and I dont think they should be allowed to wear that in a food place, it seems unsanitary, I see they wear hair nets why cant they wear a longer sleeve shirt.
