I actually really like the sandwiches here, and the bread plays a huge role in that. I was looking for a real, crunchy, flakey deli bread and this place has exactly that! They also have other options, like sourdough, but if youve never been here before, I definitely recommend trying their signature bread! So far Ive tried the Tuna sandwhich, the Matt Cain, the Menage A Trois, and the Beast Mode. I didnt really like the Tuna sandwhich here, it was a little bland, but the other three were so delicious. I would recommend asking for a little extra mayo and dirty sauce--the dirty sauce is very good. They also have quality chips here and a variety of cane sugar and bottled sodas. I also had an order of fried zuccini, and I probably wouldnt get it again, but they are definitely worth trying. For sure come and get a sandwhich here!

The first time I tried it, I got the Freddy Kreuger and was fairly disappointed. While it was definitely better than a subway sandwich, it fell short of being exceptional. However, the great variety of sandwich choices, very friendly staff, and quality ingredients pushed me to give it a second chance.I got the Madison Bumgarner the second time around. This sandwich was amazing. My only disappointment was that it wasnt bigger. The meat had great flavor, the sauce worked well as a compliment to the other ingredients, and the crunch bread really completes the sandwich by giving it exceptional texture. I will definitely come here again and work my way through more of the menu.

Really Tasty! Sauce has such delicious flavor. Got the Madison Bumgarner added jalapenos, banana peppers, red onions, pickles on the Dutch bread. Ingredients were fresh so was the bread. Bread was good, but a little sweet (will try a different one next time). It was a decent size, although a but more expensive than other places for just the sandwich.They had interesting lemonade juices in the cooler; I had the Sweet Cherry; it was good but but too sweet for me, the lemon helps balance it a bit. Place is cute, clean. Unfortunately due to the shutdown wasnt able to eat there. Staff was friendly. Its in a big plaza with plenty of parking hut it gets crowded cause of the grocery store next door.

Ikes is my favorite sandwich shop. I just get two of the same sandwich every time. They are always decently fast, friendly, and the food is always delicous. All locations that Ive been to are the same quality!

Great sandwiches. Friendly service. Innovative combo sandwiches. They carry Zapps chips.Lots of free parking. I eat there weekly now. Try it you will be pleasantly surprised.

Great sandwiches, good atmosphere and a massive menu. The employees were very nice and the food was delivered promptly. The only thing I would note is expect to pay between 10$ to 15$ per sandwich. This is a little pricey but they are custom sandwiches with top quality ingredients.

One needs sandwiches to feel human. As a vegetarian its not always easy to feel human. Ikes saves vegetarian humanity with a wide selection of vegetarian sandwiches complete with the faux-meat of our dreams and the original Dutch Crunch Bread which now occupies all our fantasies. Ive had 2 of them now...the Maya Angelou (vegan steak, Ikes Yellow BBQ and smoked gouda) and the Pilgrim (Vegan Turkey, Cranberry Sriracha, Cheddar), piled with the free banana peppers, onions, tomato and lettuce. Im not a dirty sauce kind of guy (every place has a special name for their pinkish sauce and its all kind of the same to me.) I liked the sandwiches very much. I want to try all the veggie sandwiches. I surprised my wife on Mexican Night by asking for sandwiches. She almost didnt know what to do with me. (And she thinks their gluten free bread is outasite.) I, for one, wont stop until all the veggie sandwiches have been sampled.

First time here after my friend raved about it and convinced me to stop by with him for lunch. I ordered the Adam Richman and it was the best the sandwich Ive had in a while. Leagues beyond Subway and the like. Service was friendly ingredients tasted fresh, the combination of fried chicken, ham, pesto, and swiss was amazing, and they did not skimp on the filling. My friend is vegetarian and his favorite is the James and the Giant Peach sandwich. Recommended!

Paul Reuben pastrami Sandwich was good, I think the slaw over powers the other ingredients to be honest! Good amount of pastrami! Dirty sauce was great and the Dutch bread wasn’t anything special. Would definitely try the other sandwiches though! Mmmmmm

Sandwich was a solid 10 bit size was definitely small for $13. It was like a 6 inch Sandwich, but its heavy so got me full for lunch. The sauce it comes with is amazing and its heavy, so gets you full.

Came in for the first time today. I always crave sandwiches but being vegan it’s hard to find when I’m on the go. The worker gave me a suggestion and I am NOT disappointed. This is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. I work down the street, so I’ll be back.

Never heard of this place, stopped by on a fluke craving a sandwich, found it online. It was the best vegetarian sandwich ive ever eaten from a quick restaurant. it was flavorful, it wasnt bland, the vegetarian and vegan options are fairly abundant, house bread is soft and crunchy at the same time, it was just a damned good sandwich, i really appreciated every bite. Next time im gonna sit and eat it there, while its still hot, my goodness thats gonna be eeeeven better!!

First of all, I admit that I LOVE their Mel-o-Kitty sandwich. But they ALWAYS get it wrong. Which is not only a problem of preference as far as my taste but I have a very severe allergy to dairy.The menu calls the Mel-o-Kitty “Veggie” Vegetarian or Vegan? Not sure. But every time I explain NO DAIRY & VEGAN. I ALWAYS end up in severe pain and sick after eating their sandwich. And despite the menu clearly saying what’s on the sandwich, they ask questions like “Do you want lettuce?” “Do you want avocado?”.I feel really bad because sometimes I have someone else go and order for me and they don’t know what “gluten-free” is or when they ask about ingredients that are *on the menu* for Mel-o-Kitty there’s a lot of confusion.By the way, if you request gluten-free, they will ask you if it’s due to preference or allergy. Honestly that’s none of their business. One time I requested gluten free and said that it was a preference. I am 99.9% sure they gave me just normal bread with gluten.One time I ordered the Mel-o-kitty and Strictly stated my diary allergy and vegan diet and they put mayo on it DESPITE the fact that mayo isn’t even included in the ingredients on the menu.I love and crave their sandwiches but I just can’t anymore. You lost me as a customer & I hope if you are Vegan or have a dairy allergy that you follow me and avoid this place because believe me, you do not want to go through this.

Gluten free sandwiches are small and have little meat. Ordered today while they were preparing catering, and our sandwiches were mislabelled, in the one vegan sandwich we got, they forgot to add the avocado which was supposed to be the main ingredient. Just bread with lettuce and tomato. Wouldnt visit again.

By far my favorite sandwich shop in the valley. Everything tastes amazing. They have a huuuuge menu so I would suggest checking it out online if you have a hard time deciding on what to eat. Customer service is amazing. General manager went out of his way to make sure my visit was amazing. Will definitely continue to come back often.

Im seeing Ikes popping up everywhere! I didnt know each store has its own specific items on the menu but you can still order any sandwich if you remember the name. My usual sandwich is the Hot Momma but it wasnt on the menu at this location. The cashier told me they can still make it for me which was awesome! Love the complimentary bag of chips with the Yelp check-in offer.

Wow...just wow. Always hate trying a new place but this did not disappoint. I’ve literally just finished my sandwich and had to write a review. I had the Damon Bruce (steak sandwich) and my other half had the Jayne Sirewich (fried chicken sandwich) and both were unreal! The bread itself was 5/5 so I will no doubt be trying most if not all of the menu.

The custom service was friendly. I didnt know what to order. The guy at register helped me with answering all of my questions and he didnt rush me to place my order. The sandwich was pretty food. Its definitely not Disgusting Subway, or Jersey Mikes. Their sandwich come with a modern twist and are really good.

Sandwich is good. Came in during their lunch rush so I understand that things can get hectic. Had to wait around 30 min, which is understandable since place is popular and food is good. Only issue is when I came back to receive that my order was made wrong, I did not like the way the manager (or an employee) handled the situation. Again coming around lunch rush, the confusion or the mess up for my order was made there. In response to me coming back claiming my order was made wrong, the manager/employee said “that’s why we put everything on the promoter”. I guess as a customer I should be more aware, but it was my first time and I don’t think I came back to hear that type of response. Hope it was just a one time thing for handling things.

I live in porter ranch. I love ikes that dutch crunch bread is game changing. This location never disappoints. Produce always fresh and sandwiches are delicious. Dont forget to grab your bag of Zappos creole onion chips. Dip them in dirty sauce if you extra!

This is a decent Ikes location The people that work here are very nice the place is clean The food is decent The prices arent too crazy so thats kind of nice the parking is not that great but thats not really their fault either but if you want a good sub they are place I would definitely consider to check out I would say on the level of like a Jersey Mikes or something like that
