2024-06-16 22:08:37Service and Atmosphere was great. The two sandwiches we got which was a fried chicken sandwich and Italian were super sauce heavy which made the bread soggy. Also couldn’t taste the meat since there was so much sauce. All I tasted in the chicken sandwich was pickles and sauce. And it wasn’t that good until I took the pickles off, since the mustard was the super heavy already. It made the sandwich too sour. I think they might have just had a bad run since they were so busy so imma give them another try. That is also why I gave them 4 stars, since their service is great. Still prefer Jersey Mike’s and I thought this was going to be like a Fat Sal’s sandwich place (LA sandwich place) but it wasn’t even close.

2024-05-25 18:17:38Unfortunately, the rating I must give them is definitely two stars mainly for the food, service and atmosphere was totally on point. I like the Marketing spiel, love and what not. I had got the Madison bumgarner sandy and I must say it not only had too little meat, but was super doughy. Every time you bite the sandwich it’s like you’re eating only bread, carb overwhelming as heck. A thinner bread would suit them. The sauces they put on there was also odd and didn’t mix well flavor wise. I already mentioned they don’t put enough protein in the sandwich, but to top it off they put so little cheese on there one can barely even taste the cheese. Every bite was mainly lettuce and bread with a strong too sweet, off putting sauce. For cheesesteak sandwiches id say this place is not it. I would totally give this place another shot cause I want to like this place, so perhaps I got the wrong sandwich. This was my first time ever in any Ike’s sandwich shop, so I’d say I’ll give them 2 more tries before I give up and never go again. The magical 3x, maybe on the third try I’ll fall in love who knows. On the positive side of things they had these all natural teas & lemonades/strawberry fountain drinks which i totally liked more than anything here……..but one cannot go to a restaurant just for they’re fountain drinks🙈I first saw this place when I was living in Oahu Hawaii, they had a location in Ala Moana shopping mall in the food court by target, I just checked today to see if they’re still open and not to my surprise they closed down that location……I can see why it didn’t last……🧐

2024-06-14 21:39:44I’ve already been here to this location 4 times. I got addicted to Ike’s sandwiches back in the Bay Area so you have to know how ecstatic I was that he brought it to the city I live in. I’ve been telling everyone to try it, best sandwich you’ll ever have. Even down to the chips. I’m a vegetarian so the selection for non meat eaters is huge and why I’ll be a forever customer. It’s a must try, a bucket list item, a taste it for yourself sandwich. I get the jaymeatless which is a vegan fried chicken with all veggies on Ike’s famous Dutch crunch bread with sweet creole onion chips and a medley of the lemonades. They even give you a little dessert of a lollipop.

2024-06-21 21:41:16Am very disappointed with my first time trying this place. I had specific requests for each sandwich, but none of them were followed. The bread was too dense and big, with barely any meat inside. It was clear that the employees were more concerned about quickly getting me out of the way because the line was long. There was no regard for my extra adds and substitutions. It felt like all they cared about was money and fast turnover, rather than customer satisfaction.

2024-06-14 17:44:53This is, as we all know, the greatest sandwich chain on Earth. And now I dont have to haul way out to San Diego to experience it??? What a time to be alive. We had the Sneaky Kitty on sourdough and the Ikes Pastrami on gf bread. Tens across the board, really delicious food. Also just want to call out how friendly and proactive staff were about accommodating my pals food allergy, you dont see that everywhere and to me its something that goes beyond good customer service. Awesome service here, great vibes, phenomenal sandwiches.

2024-05-05 16:56:42I really like the authenticity of this shop. It’s a very warm, cool and welcoming vibe. The sandwiches are top-notch. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Also, very children friendly with Kid Meal options as well. The employees (05-02) were excellent. From the cashier, to the sandwich artist, to the manager himself. All were pumped and despite the business being insanely busy, Al seemed to work fairly well under pressure. While also being attentive toward us and always keep a smile. Thank you.

2024-06-22 20:46:35Busy spot on a Saturday, but they were working fast! Bomb sandwich, I got the Hunter Pence with lettuce, tomato, jalapeño and onions. Worth every penny. Of course its a pricier sandwich but if I bought everything to make it at home, I’d probably spend more, and still have to go make it, plus it wouldn’t taste as good. They were playing Tupac over the speakers! Im a mf fan

2024-05-27 00:43:53I knew of Ike’s when I lived in Orange County so was super excited when I saw they opened a location in Menifee. The sandwiches do not disappoint. The Dutch Crunch bread is soo good and like no other sandwich bread I’ve had. The staff is really welcoming and they have pickup orders ready at the time they say they’ll have it ready. Their signature Dirty Sauce is yummy and I love all of the sandwich options they have, including vegan and vegetarian. So far I’ve only had the Ike’s Reuben but it was really good. My mom had the Jim Rome and I’ve never seen a sandwich so big. Love the whole message and vibe of the company too. To people complaining about the price, you’ll spend $10 or more for yourself at Taco Bell. A bowl at Chipotle next door is $10-$12 and they barely give you any food. At least at Ike’s you get a really good sized sandwich and a lollipop if you want it. Will definitely be back here to try more of their delicious sammies.
