Not too many varieties of burgers available, but its worth to try. The taste is delicious and the price is cheap comparing to other burger places. Service was professional and the place was tidy and clean, they even had outdoor seats.

My favorite burger chain of all time and it’s consistently the same taste everywhere.I ordered a #1 in a lettuce wrap animal style with two fries and a Diet Coke because the Diet Coke balances it out(yeah right). Overall it’s my favorite order and it’s always Delicious!I’d definitely come back here again and try their other menu items. Also on peak times, the drive thru can be a bit of a wait.

My kids love this place. Id suggest walking in and ordering at the counter when the drive thru line is extra long. Also, it isnt healthy for the planet to have dozens of cars idling at the same time, unless you have an EV. I would encourage In N Out to start serving a veggie patty.

My favorite burger place ... I always get the double burger with grill onions instead of raw onions. It just tastes better, and my dog gets the plain patty, which is a dollar and a view cents. You should see his tail when I get close to this place!

This is a really good in and out. It’s pretty fast pretty. I like the drive-through. I always get a double double and a puppy patty. Always get fries. It’s a very clean new-ish In-N-Out. I recommend it. Also very nice views if you sit outside. It’s very very hospitable. It’s right on the freeway so it’s a bit noisy.

The founder of In n Out burgers has just released a book about the restaurants. This reminded me of our trip to the Westlake Village, CA location about 2 weeks ago.I took my adult son there, he wondered what all the fuss was about. He has repeatedly heard that the burgers are an experience worth having. Disappointing! ( I tried to tell him!)For a place which sells only 2 things, burgers and fries, they got them both wrong for all three of us! ( not the first time for my Wife and me!)The fries were cold, rubbery and tasteless, the burgers had no flavor, in fact, the lettuce was the most tasty part of the sandwich!Needless to say, my Son is now a believer of what I feel about the iconic burger joint, not worth the trip or the price. Go to Carls Jr instead!

The food is the same great tasting burgers as this restaurant chain is known for. Im leaving the 5 star rating for the exceptionally friendly staff! Came in with my family and we were greeted by all the staff that passed by us, and one of the workers even brought my son a free hot chocolate to our table since it was raining.Restaurant was very clean, and tables were tidy as soon as customers left.Happy to have stopped in for a quick bite!

Always quick service at In and Out. Love the meal. Travelled 1600 miles to come back for a taste. Everything was delicious. Friendly service. Bathrooms could be cleaned better, but rest of the restaurant was kept clean well. Like the Bible references on the bottom of the cups.

I heard about In-N-Out being a good place to try. Personally, it wasn’t anything special but a nice experience to try. Highly recommend just doing take out since it was PACKED when I went.Definitely plan ahead because you will be waiting and most likely will not find a table to eat at.If you just want a burger, this is your place. But again, nothing special.

I felt bad for these military guys who had been waiting longer than i did, and i waited at least good 20 minutes. Not one person came to them said just a bit longer or sorry it is taking so long something. I thought Carlsbad one was slow, but Oceanside failed me this time. I was also in Malibu, the same thing that they were super slow took forever and not a peep from anyone. Its really sad these days. Soon, these people will wish they had a job when they are replaced with Robots!

I was really surprised by this In-N-Out, first of all it was not busy as I am used to seeing this place at different locations which was great for me. Service was wonderful and staff was on top of things. Place was clean and staff was going around cleaning. The food was tasty, I had some fries animal style and that’s definitely the way to go with their fries. Got takeout. Went on a Sunday and did drive-thru. Not busy at all, which is rare for an in-n-out. Ordering, paying, and getting food was super easy and this spot has ample parking and easy to get in and out of.Burgers were solid, as always. The only reason for a four score is because of the fries, bit stingy on the amount as you can see by the attached photo.

I recently visited the In-N-Out Burger restaurant and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. First off, the location is just perfect, with the beautiful nature scenery surrounding the restaurant. It really added to the overall ambiance of the place.But what really made my visit exceptional was the food. The burgers were absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. I also loved the fries - they were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.On top of all that, the restaurant was super clean and well-maintained. This is one of the prettiest In-N-Outs around, with stone walls on the outside, and a nice setting next to an equally beautiful large outdoor mall. Gets pretty jammed up at lunchtime, so allow for up to 15-20 minutes in a very long drive-thru line.

I cannot say enough about the staff of this location of In-N-Out Burger. Whole family converged on this location for a recent graduation. Happily sharing dinner with our kids who hadn’t experienced an In-N-Out before, as sadly we live far away from this institution. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier. One particular employee took the time to deliver the straws for the chocolate shakes as we forgot them on the way to the outdoor seating. What a great example of going out of her way to serve their customers! That was very much appreciated and a sure sign that the In-N-Out culture cultivates in its staff members. So happy to know they are there and doing great work. This location is highly recommended. Enjoy!

I dined here with an 8 year old who is a little shy but we are working on building her confidence and speaking up. The staff were very accommodating and attentive when she went to the counter to ask for stickers and a side of spread. Both of our orders were made correctly. One was a plain cheeseburger with only ketchup, french fries, and an original single cheeseburger with chopped chilis. The only disappointment is that in and out corporate has changed their chilis to be banana peppers and not the spicier chili peppers that they used to source. In and out is reliable for a quick meal that hits that burger craving.

Just want to give a shout out to the main store manager, Justin, and and the on-duty manager, Josh, who I had the pleasure of meeting when I placed a very large order a few days ahead of time. Both were so incredibly kind, professional and helpful!In short, we wanted to have 100 burgers prepared and at the ready for our wedding planner to pick-up and bring back to my daughters wedding reception as a late-night snack for late-staying guests.I came in 9 days early to arrange for this order and Justin, who was most attentive (despite my unfortunately arriving during a bit of a busy time) in accepting my order. He wrote everything down, including the name and phone number of the contact person for the person who would be in charge of picking up the order the day of the wedding.He advised me that to ensure there would not be any confusion, that I should return the actual week of the wedding because of how In & Out manages their weekly ordering/accounting.He provided me with his schedule for that week and how to directly contact him if needed.I returned on the Wednesday before the wedding, to find Josh in charge. He too could not have been more friendly and helpful. I explained my conversation with Justin. He immediately called Justin (who was actually off that week until Friday), and was able to locate the order as written by Justin.I was able to easily complete the transaction, confident that everything would go smoothly on Sunday (the day of the wedding).Suffice to say....when I looked around at 10pm during the wedding reception, I saw (to the ABSOLUTE DELIGHT of our guests...many, who like the bride and groom, live in NYC) our caterers servers tray-passing theIn & Out burgers, and wearing In & Out hats (some of which our guests then managed to find and wear as they danced around with silent disco headphones on).Want to thank Justin and Josh for their part in providing my daughter and her husband with the perfect grand finale to their wedding night.Our photographer definitely got some priceless photos of the bride and groom in their formal wedding wear, both wearing anIn & Out hat, with a burger in one hand and drink in the other!!!

We are big fans of In-N-Out, but this location was really disappointing. It was about 4:30 today (Wednesday) when we ordered. It was pretty quiet and well staffed. Unfortunately, at least half the staff were moving very slowly or wandering around the kitchen chatting and not doing anything. At one point several people were standing in line to order and four employees looked at them and continued to wander around the kitchen talking to the others that were working. It was a couple minutes before anyone approached the customers to take their orders. Our order was taken back to the kitchen to be fixed and when the young man was carrying our bag back he was swinging it back and forth. I didn’t say anything, but it was extremely unprofessional and of course the fries were spilled all over the bag. I did let the young girl at the counter know the women’s restroom was out of toilet paper. She said okay, and did nothing about it. Hoping that some additional training and supervision will happen to help this location.

Cheap compared to many restaurants around here, but it reflects in the food. Zero flavor fries aside from just potato and whatever you dip the fries in. Burger patty was thin and it only comes with thousand island dressing. Its basically a smaller Big Mac in my opinion. Ill likely eat there again, but as for flavor there are better alternatives.

Expect a small menu with simple choices, long but fast moving lines, and generally friendly service. You get in, and you get out!Heres a tip for anyone thats not a California regular: its not on the official menu, but you can order your burger or fries animal style. In-N-Out is my favorite burger place. Im sure some of it is nostalgia; the menu is unchanged since I was a child and the Sirens song of the secret menu items still draws me back every time. At this particular location they are doing a fantastic job of keeping employees safe and I hope they continue to do well. Ive never seen this location without a line almost out the parking lot, but Ive also never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a burger.

Just came on here to give some praise to the employees. I had my baby sleeping in the back so I told the guy who was taking my order and he and all the employees at the next 2 windows were whispering. It’s something so small but it meant a lot to me so thank you employees!!

First time going to In-N-Out. It was cheap, pretty fast service and the food tasted good. The employees looked like they were having fun which I like to see, rather than dead eyed zombies. Buns were really good, and the lettuce wasnt like wilty or anything. Tables and stations seemed fairly clean to me, including the outside areas.

Always love to help an aspiring entrepreneur in the neighborhood.Friendly staffs. Free chocolate for kids on rainy days. Protein style lettuce wrap burger for keto diet customers and diabetic residents. Great place for local high school kids to work. Excellent hand out place to meet new friends.

The old adage, You can have it good, fast, or cheap. Pick any two, but you cant have all three, dies at In N Out. You can get all three here. So tasty, long lines that move like the lazy river raft ride, prices that cant be beat. And the most Cool of the cool making it all happen. Dont think I didnt notice you all-stars behind the grill, at the drink fountain, and stockers and cleaners keeping the place like Momma is coming over. My hat is tipped to you crew!

I swear every person who works at this in-n-out is striving to be employee of the month. Very helpful, friendly, and always in good moods. We come to this in-n-out specifically because we know they work fast, accurate, and their vibe rubs off and puts you in a good mood too. Its nice when you have hungry, cranky kids to know the staff will always be smiling and not add to the misery haha.

I eat here almost every weekday, after the gym to get my protein fix. I order a 3 by 3, plain and protein style. The burger is always hot and fresh. I wish they had bacon and avocado. I also wish they were a little faster and although I understand that everything is made fresh, one would think that corporate could figure out a way to time when burgers will be needed, especially since everyone is coming in for burgers.

Look, its In-N-Out burger... You know what your getting, and this location has as high a quality burger as any.But what you really want to know is: if you get into the drive thru line, once you hit the point of no return (where youre blocked from getting out of line) how long does it take before you get your food? The answer, based on a very scientific multiple trial test (me going thru the line on three different occasions), is between 20 and 25 minutes. No joke.Of course Ill probably do it again, but if youre hungry, be prepared for the wait. Next time Ill probably bring a snack.

And just like every In N Out Ive ever been to, its a long, long, long wait in line. Now my car stinks like onions, even though I thought I got rid of it all.
