Gréât burger! Gréât expérience. We went Saturday morning and it wasn’t super busy. Lots of tables out back to eat.

They need to listen, communicate from placing order to making orders. Especially with peoples orders that have exclusions, no sauce, no tomatoes, NO WHATEVER it is. MAKE THEM RIGHT. Dont believe they care, especially drive thru orders, whos coming back to complain. Simple requests. Ive even complained to main office. Asking, is there a special way to order, items with exclusions. Because they dont get it. Apparently Im ordering correctly, ITS THE EMPLOYEES

The drive through is two lanes and always goes at a reasonable time. I like this In n Out more than others nearby because the buns always have the perfect crispy bits and the line isnt as crazy as some other locations. I dont think theres an eat-in option at this one. There are a few tables outside.

The best burger in California and the long line of patrons is the proof of it all. You should order the double double, you will not be disappointed. Plus pair it with strawberry smoothie. Am sure you will come back.

This young teenege boy took our order in the Drive- thu. He got distracted and started talking to a friend. It seemed like He was talking to someone. Because of this, he didnt take our orders correctly, which caused ALOT of drama when we got our food. Everything was mixed up. We ordered 4 combos. We only got 3 fries and drinks. Hamburgers didnt have the right ingredients that we ordered, all because of this young teenage boy not paying attention while we ordered. This isnt acceptable.The staff in the kitchen and window were very helpful, and Im glad they made it right.

Been living in Colorado for the past 9 years but originally from Cali. Just had to get my In n Out fix. Its in CO but I dont want to wait 9 hours.Always a great double double and you have to switch out raw onions for grilled (sautéed). Crispy and juicy party patty always and a good toast on the bun. Only reason I cant give them 5 is because, as always, their fries are not great. They dont double fry like youre supposed to so you dont get crispy, salty fries.

The food is fresh but the service is very slow as a walk up customer. We waited a half hour for three flying Dutchman. After twenty minutes+ when inquiring where our order was, we were told its taking longer because theres a lot of cars in the drive thru. 🤔

Way too busy and dangerous branch. I traveled here twice and steered away because its too dangerous to be waiting on the road for so long. (the line extends far all the way on roscoe blvd) very poorly projected branch. It should have 10x the terminals for this type of location. Im pretty sure 95% of people knowing this location avoid this branch because its overcrowded to the point, youll have to be ready to burn some gas and wait for 30-40 minutes to go through their slow drive-through...Not worth going here.PS. Store #10.. San Fernando Valley.🌴🌴🌞. Well first of all let me start off by saying that I love In-N-Out Burger. Im not guilty, to say honestly that this is the best burger place in the world. Not only the quality is the best. And the staff and the employees, or should I say Associates, are excellent and always smiling. Furthermore they take great pride in keeping all their restaurants clean. And it shows in the attention of the details. I cant say that Ive walked in into one of their restrooms and it was a mess. The restrooms are always kept supplied and clean. Especially during this pandemic, they have taken special precautions to make sure that everyone is kept safe. And speaking about covid-19 guidelines, In-N-Out Burger strictly follows All State Federal in County guidelines. To make sure that everyone, including the associates, are kept safe. Now lets talk about the burgers, everyone is familiar with the animal style. That basically means that the meat is mustard fried. And whenever you ordered mustard fried on the Patty you automatically get pickle. And it comes with gnarly grilled onions which taste very good. On top of that it comes with extra spread and top of the lettuce. But of course is other ways to order your burger. Animal style just happens to be my personal favorite. And now that were talking about animal style, dont forget you can also order the fries animal style. Which basically means that you get an order of fries with two melted cheese grilled onions and spread on top. Definitely the way to go if youre feeling extra hungry. But we can mention all this great food without mentioning their milkshakes. I understand that the milkshakes and made from real ice cream. And its my personal favorite too. You can choose from chocolate vanilla or strawberry. But if you get creative you can also order a Neapolitan all three flavors. I would also like to add that the prices are always great here in and out burger. For the amount of quality food that they serve. And excellent customer service they provide. You really cant beat the prices. Especially being in California. Ultimately, I want to give special thanks to everyone who works very hard on keeping in and out a wholesome environment. It is no surprise that this company In-N-Out Burger, is well known as a Christian loving organization. I would like to point out that when you order a drink, at the bottom of the Cups theres a verse from the Bible. John 3:16 😄
