This legendary spot in and out is the loveliest and darkest burger spot for the money. If you haven’t tried animal style, give that a go as well, but I highly recommend double burger, french fries, and chocolate shake combination you will not be disappointed.

Just what u expect. Decent food for a decent price. I always get whole grilled onions or Animal Style double doubles or 4x4s. For the fries Its always good to get some Animal Style & regular & share em.The thing I cant stand about this location is the parking. Its a nightmare almost all of the time. If u can get in and park u cant get out because your blocked by the cars in the drive thru which wraps all the way around the building and parking lot and out to the street and to the freeway off ramp and half way to Spain. Its ridiculous.U either sit in the drive thru for half an hour or u get stuck in the parking lot or u be like me and have to pick & choose when to go there. Or just go to the one in Porter Ranch cause its in a huge shopping center with plenty of parking.

Food was decent, not the best location I’ve been to. Best location in my opinion is in Austin Texas on south Lamar. The tomatoes at this location were a little under ripe and the Patties weren’t seasoned super well. Overall good if you need your INO fix.

Consistency is everything. It is not the best burger or fries I have ever had, but its the most consistently good. You know what youre going to get, and theyre customer service is generally spot on! No complaints as of yet! 🤙

My husband loves this place & we go here every Saturday for 20+ years. But the real gem at this location is NICK. Heres a guy that loves people & just makes you feel good. Quite possibly the worst design of a parking lot and drive thru; the drive thru line frequently extends all the way to the Main Street and blocks 4-6 parking spots in the process. Don’t know why the workers taking the orders at the car windows don’t hold traffic back so people can park and leave without having to wait for a break in the endless line of cars in drive thru.

This place was slammed busy when we arrived. By the time we left it had cleared some but it was still busy. Plenty of parking but take care in parking by the drive thru, you might get stuck by the line coming out.We were there at noon. Perhaps it’s not like that other times of the day.

Best burgers in town, sadly this is the only location and its extremely hard to access at times. With only 1 entrance and 1 exit it tends to get jammed up a bit sometimes with the line reaching the street. The line also tends to block the parking lots making it extremely hard to even park if you dont want to wait in a long line. I really hope in n out open a second location in simi but for now this is all we got. None the less the service is great the people work hard and the food is always good never been let down.

Love that this location is about a minute from my home. Always great friendly service in the drive thru line. The only thing I can point out is sometimes the meat is really salty and other times it is perfect. That goes for the fries too. I might order no salt next time and see if I like that better.

So, something bugs me about the trend of having order takers outside to take orders. Its too hot, and the restaurant is often too busy to even go here. Its not fair to make employees stay outside in this changing and warming climate we are going into. Cars idling away making the problem worse.The company needs a second Simi valley location. Come on, In N Out. Take a stand. Do whats best for your workers and customers. Open a new store. Its past time. Put the people over the profits and make like a real Christian company or take those quotes off the cups.Edit: I drove by, the line is impeding the flow of traffic on Stearns.

I used to avoid this particular In-n-Out location but recently started frequenting it again. As far as ln-n-Outs go, this is a good location, It is situated right off the 118 freeway and is easy to get to.It is usually crowded, with the line sometimes going out into the street. They do keep the line moving quickly and get the drive thru orders out fast. I havent had a problem with the food. My order is always correct and the food is hot and fresh when I get to the pick up window.On my last visit, they understood the assignment and my fries well done were perfect, extra crispy and brown. Some of the best fries lve had recently.Employees are friendly. Parking is tricky and you might get boxed in by the drive thru line. There is some parking on either side of the restaurant that does not get blocked by cars best to park there.

In-N-Out never disappoints. The food is always hit and fresh. In most cases I request things add on or taken off burgers. I really really dont like raw onion and once in a while I do like grilled onions. They always get my burgers right. The meat is always grilled correctly. Cooked but not dried out. I love the fact that I can get a burger for my best friend, my dog 🐕, and it just meat and cheese, the flying Dutchman. I dont have to feel guilty about throwing food away and I can give it to her in the container it comes in, without worrying, she is getting wrapping, foil or other condiments that are not good for her or that she shouldnt have. She can also eat when I am so shes not begging or having to wait until Im done to get her treat. The staff is always friendly, helpful and focused on doing their jobs well.

Can I just say from the moment I pulled to the drive thru, a friendly employee took my order and made me feel so welcomed. Dale, is his name. Not sure why, but this location offers really salty food. On my last visit my fries were so salty I had to wipe off the excess salt in order to eat them. While eating, I noticed a woman sitting outside doing the same thing to her fries.Other times it was a overly salted burger that I couldnt finish. This will be my last visit to this Simi location, it was a convenient location at the time. Next time Ill drive to the Moorpark location, where their food is consistently delicious.

Not to be negative... I love in n out I have been eating at in n out since I could remember... We just moved to Simi and the in n out here seems to get our order wrong Everytime . I order the same thing for the last 4 or 5 years . So needless to say I havent had this issue before. I love in n out its always so good but my burgers are never fully cooked (I cant eat pink meat I need it to be brown) I always order well done or extra well done burger and never get it the way I ask . I have got home with 1 order of fries when I ordered 3 .. wrong amount of burgers or made wrong . Im not sure if its just Simi valley being so busy since its the only one out here but usually the food is good despite the issues with the way its cooked or prepared. I dont necessarily get to eat my burgers all the time but I eat around the red . I want to try the Moorpark one out next to see if its any better .

Definitely my favorite place to get burgers, Ive always loved in n out, but especially in Simi. The staff is always kind and they never mess up my order even though its more complicated than most people. Love the lettuce wrapped protein style burger because they wrap it well and it never falls apart.

While they do have a line (duh!), they have speedy service. I never spend longer than 7 to 10 minutes and thats when the line is out on the street past the freeway. Theyre friendly and when you ask for condiments, they dont skimp like other places might.

In and out is always good, the food is good quality and I love how you can get it many different ways. The employees are always very friendly and personable. My only complaint is that just like every other in and out it is way over crowded so the food always takes forever regardless of whether you go in or drive-thru. If you go in the Drive-Thru be prepared to sit there for about 15 minutes on the low end and good luck finding parking anytime before 10 or 11 p.m.

Gotta love In-n-Out Burger. For those of you visiting a state that has one, you are in for a treat. First off...they sell hamburgers/cheeseburgers 🍔, fries 🍟, sodas and milkshakes, thats pretty much it. The fun is in their secret menu, which can be found on the internet. If you have a big appetite my suggestion is a 3x3 with animal style fries. Oh, for those cutting carbs they will happily wrap your burger in lettuce instead of the hamburger bun, just ask for protein style (no thats not on the menu).

Its a cozy sorta trendy place good for families or a date or just a quik bite by yourself. Excellent dinner at a reasonable price.

Took cheeseburgers fries and shakes home, but needed to reheat fries as unfortunately this time they were cold when handed to me at window, no complaint because I knew I would hear them and enjoy, which I did. What can one say about In-N-Out burgers? They truly are without peer comes to mind, and they make everything your way and do so with a smile. This location is no exception. Its always busy, and no matter what, they get you what you want and do it quick and with a smile. Parking here can be a bit of challenge, but other then that I have no problems. The food is always great, plus they have those little yellow chili peppers I love!

This place has long been a favorite for my family. I love their burgers and fries. The burgers are well cooked and they are juicy too. I like the fact that they are flexible becuase I have food allergies. The fries are good too, but not the best I have ever had. Sometimes they are a little too crunchy but, they are still good. There are 2 reasons why I only gave this place 4 stars vs 5 . The fries which I talked about before. While they do a decent job of getting my order right. I have found that this place messes up more than other restraunts like the habit. Lastly, it would be nice if they could expand the menu a bit to include salads and sandwiches. I think they coukd gain a lot more revenue that way.

Favorite burger place of all time. The sauce is the key to a good burger! This is the only place with a flavor so unique it will make your mouth water for more. The burger goes great with some warm French fries and a neapolitan milkshake. Sounds way too delicious right now.

In-N-Out is consistent every time we go. They seem to move the long lines fast no matter what. We love ordering the fries extra well done for a crispy delicious treat with a side of spread.I recently discovered you can ask for hot peppers on any burger, so good.My favorite is a double burger animal style protein style (no cheese). High protein and fat with little to no carbs. And super yummy. I tried going back to the bun recently and it wasnt for me.My daughter orders plain grilled cheese and a neopilitan shake... Who says their menu is to simple?

The drive thru location and drive is the only reason I didnt give this 5 stars. To sum it up It sucks. There is a lot of confusion from everyone as to how to go in the drive thru and just going in to find a parking spot. Other than that it is like any other IN-N-OUT

Most disappointing meal at a fast food restaurant ever....I have been eating at in n out since I was a kid, I had the first ever poor experience at the Simi Valley in n out...it felt like high school kids empowered and having a try at laying down the rules for the customer. I felt confronted when I was told that they were closed and we need to leave so they can go home...there were many employees still busy...I said sure can I have two minutes, I still had a plate of Frys to finish... The look I received did not feel friendly it was a look that seemed to me to confer that two minutes was not ok and that I needed to pick my food up and leave now...it threw me off my emotional base... I have always had only the absolute highest regard for all in and out employees, and consider all staff at all locations I have ever been at to be the most across the board best employees of all fast food restaurants, the king of hard working kind American fast food.I had a couple more bites of Frys, lost my appetite and threw my fires out and cleaned up my tray and walked out into the parking lot to finish my conversation in the lot with my friend and I we finished, we were told that we have to leave again.We thought it was open till 2:00 am and so we finished our conversation and went to our cars to leave.I realized I didnt get a lid for my drink, didnt want to spill and so had to re-arrange a few things in my cup holder things so I didnt spill on the drive home.Meanwhile the employees gathered at the window in what seemed like a planning about how to come harass me more, a girl came out and made a statement like we are waiting here for you to leave..at that point I called whoever would come over to explain to them that their behavior felt like intimidation And I had never ever experienced anything like that ever from any fast food restaurant and the last thing I ever would have expected was to have a team of shirtless groms from In n Out hassling me.Most disappointing fast food meal ever other than the food poisoning I got from the jack in the box in ft Collins CO, where I ended up in the hospital in new Mexico on a road trip home for Christmas.

It was about 2 pm and the place was very crowded. I had to wait for some people to leave to get a place to sit. The clerk was friendly and so was the guy who cleaned the table. I am disappointed in the food. My burger was so thin I had to look in the bun to make sure there was meat in it. The fries were not crisp. When I held them up, they flopped over like a wet noodle. Im not sure I will go back.

Okay, if you are visiting the west coast, this is a must eat! As someone who grew up on both the west coast and in the Midwest I can fully say that these burgers are better than Culvers, portillos, five guys, etc. I mean, love those places, but nothing says mouthwatering than a big juicy in&out Burger! The shakes are to die for, and the fries are deliciously crispy and made in house straight from a potato to the fryer. The burgers are Gordon Ramsey approved, and will surpass some of the most expensive burgers you have ever had for only 3$. Overall, if you are in this part of the good ol USA, ya need to get to an in&out stat!

Cant ask for any more fresher fries. If you ever been at INO at one time or another, chances are you seen a guy peeling and dicing potatoes into fries. Fries are good but when ordering for take out, taste, quality doesnt seem the same.. so keep that in mind when visiting INO. Eat fries fresh off the friyer.
