What do I need to say!? Its In-N-Out! Good food, a lil wait for it is expected. For the amount of people here they had pretty clean and available tables. They had a guy going around and asking if anything was needed or if he could clear some trash away for them. Good attitudes on employees.

Always looking for a great burger place that dont cost me a arm and leg, thats under $20.00 for a combo. I havent been to IN N OUT for a while so today I gave it a try still a pretty good burger I even went all out and got the animal fries didnt. really care too much for them but in all the total cost was lower then Habit Burger, that I had the other day and tastes way better.

We all love In and Out. They have great burgers and fries. They also have grilled cheese and chili, you just have to ask them.This one can get crowded, we avoid the huge car line by eating inside and it is relaxing and clean.The service is super good and they get your order right. I just wish they did not have to make their burgers all so well done. Sometimes they burn them and that is not okay. I like mine rare, but they cant/wont do that and that is fine as long as they are not burned.

Traffic was out in street and I was able to get in parking lot to find a space. Inside service was prompt and food was of excellent quality and delicious. I asked a employee to help us get out of parking spot due to backup of driveway. We were able to navigate out with help.

Like a lot of people, I love In-N-Out and I am one of those die-hard fries fans. I love their fries because they actually taste like potatoes! Wow! What an idea! Anyway, their burgers are great too. The protein style burgers are wonderful when you are on the Atkins diet or watching carbs and sugar. Just make sure to ask for your burger, protein style with NO spread (the spread is like a thousand island dressing, full of sugar) but mustard instead (if you like mustard) and whatever else you want (no ketchup though, thats full of sugar, as well). These protein style burgers have no buns and are wrapped in lettuce, instead. They are actually very delicious!Also, love that they are open till 1 am., since we are on a graveyard schedule.

Always grrat service when your order gets processed while youre in line. Saves time and gets you through faster. Order processor out in the cold was fast, very curtious, patient and helpful. Got our order a few minutes later (about 10 vehicles in front of us) and everthing was correct, even our Animal Style orders. Keep it up In n Out Hesperia, Bear Valley Rd.👍🏽

Oh my my my, it had been so long since I actually stopped in and had a burger. The lobby was kept clean, the food was amazing, the chillies were spicy and the fries were hot and crispy. The food is fresh and amazing. Double double with chopped peppers please. A yummy vanilla shake and some fries. The restaurant was very clean and the employees extra awesome. I will definitely go back. They also have a huge hand sanitizer station by the lobby door..thats a plus..while everyone waits in the huge line I will go inside where its nice and cool and maintain social distance while I enjoy my food

They must send all the Kids that man this place to Smile School as part of their employment training, cause they are just INVARIABLY polite, CHEERFUL, helpful and friendly......I am a Senior, and as such often feel a bit overlooked or pushed aside, but these nice young folks ALWAYS go out of there way 2 make me feel welcomed in and taken care of with their courteous demeanor and offers of assistance every step of the way.Well done, Hesperia Team!!

I arrived to this location on March 4th at 1:45pm and was order #81. I’ve been going to In N Out for about two decades and have enjoyed it in about a half dozen different cities and got the best service I’ve ever received today. There was a fairly large mishap with my order but the manager handled it exceptionally well and even had a very kind and understanding demeanor. HUGE kudos to him! I’m also very aware that even the most well oiled machines have problems here and there so no hard feelings. The restaurant was pristine, flowed very smoothly, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. I’m convinced that this might be the best In N Out location on the west coast! Keep up the great work everyone and see you soon!

Went through the drive thru on a Friday at 6:30. It was getting busy and traffic was building up on the street. Mostly due to a large truck trying to get out of a parking spot and people on their phones and not pulling forward. In-N-Out sent out two employees to cut down the line. Which was amazing because the line went really fast after that.I ordered a double double, extra toast with whole grilled onion. The workers were very nice as usual. Especially for being very busy.My burger was lack luster. Once I got home I realized there was little to no spread on my burger and it was also missing cheese. There was hardly any lettuce or really any flavor to the meat. The meat looked as if it was cooked so quickly that it had hard char and my extra toast made the ends of the bread hard to chew through. Meaning it was very crunchy like a crouton not toasty.This location, like all locations, is very busy and can cause traffic to stop at peak hours. So be careful of other drivers.Im disappointed I didnt get what In-N-Out is normally all about.

I mean really... its In n Out. Everything is good there is you ask me. I live in Miami. We dont have In n Out. So when I visit Cali I usually stop at In n Out as soon as I land.The shakes are so fresh. And the fries are always so hot and tasty. I add a little extra salt sometimes. Every now and then, I make it animal style. If you dont know about it, try it at least once.The burger is huge. Well, I usually get a double double. Why not? Like I said, itd In n Out lol. They have so many locations, so make sure to stop by one.

As always, the food is delicious. If I didnt want in n out I wouldnt go there. This is the second location Ive been to, and its always quick service. Even twenty behind the current number doesnt feel like a long time. Part of this has got something to do with watching them work behind the counter and drinking a Dr pepper with lemon squeezed into it. As far as the atmosphere, its only getting three stars simply because its super busy. Customers and workers alike are talking and thinking and moving and working and eating and it can all be a tad overwhelming for somebody with Adhd like myself. I will say though, its nothing against this place. Five stars all around otherwise. Lastly I would like to recommend what I like to get. I get a number 2 with both fresh and grilled onions on it and I ask them to put chopped up yellow peppers on it. Its delicious with a bit of a kick. Goes great with animal fries.

Im sorry to say, Im 65, and over the course of my lifetime, Ive been to alot, and I mean alot of in n out burgers ! This one here on Bear Valley Rd. Was by far THE WORSE ONE IVE EVER BEEN TO! My burger was cold, top bun was hard!!!! I could of used it as a Frisbee and I mean hard and cold. I wasnt even out of the drive and I reached in for a French fry! Every single one was as hard as a rock and they were also cold ! I will never EVER go back to this particular in n out burger EVER ! My son just told me he had a similar experience at this store. He turned around and went back. I unfortunately could not turn around, if I had I would of been late to work. I tried to eat this cold hard food. I couldnt, so now Im hungry at work and disappointed.Good luck! Im sure youll have more bad reviews if you keep this up!

This Location is very crowded to park because the drive-through line blocks a lot of the parking spots and handicap spaces. Dining is crowded noisy. Burgers were good fries were good so it was mixed right everything else was good except for the crowded parking lot.

I was so excited to visit In N Out Burger! Staff could not be nicer or more accommodating. I mentioned allergies and they took good care of me, however there was some what appeared to be sauce or something on my lettuce wrap from some cross contamination. The food was prepared quickly and well cooked. I am used to Five Guys which is more expensive, but hate to say much better. The hamburgers are small and the fries are dry like potato sticks from a can. The lettuce and tomatoes were really good, pickles were great, seemed fresh. Overall happy experience but food is smallest part of it.

Employees At other fast food places are somewhat nice, for the most part, but every one that works at In-and-Out are really, truly, nice people, with great customer service skills. Ive never had my order messed up, not once. (Unlike other fast food places).I never order for just me, its always at least 4 people in ordering for. Food is always excellent. First time visiting this location, it was fairly busy, but the employees worked at a great pace! I ordered at the intercom that I was greeted and assisted pleasantly. I was greeted at the first window, and the employee repeated back my order with a smile. I approached the second window and was assisted by a different employee. She gave me my order and asked if I would like sauces. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Pretty fast since they are always too packed.

I used not to like In-N-Out Burger, cause even with a triple burger I still felt that Im eating more bread than meat. Until a friend of mine told me I can go 4x4. I gave it a try and it was really the right way to go. My only comment was at this branch it took us about 30 minutes to get our order which is much more than needed to get your food. Btw they serve a pretty decent milk shake as well.

I had a late night dinner at this location on November 1, 2021. My meal consisted of two double-double burgers with just lettuce, grilled onions, and tomatoes; two orders of the French fry potatoes, and a vanilla milk shake. My meal was delicious. I was so hungry when I arrived at this restaurant location that I completely finished my meal. The staff members at this location work very hard and keep their customers happy.

Upon arriving, the line was completely wrapped around the parking lot and into the the turning lane in traffic. Typically In-N-Out is good about directing traffic when visiting any of their establishments.However, I waited in line (in traffic) while cars are honking and going around myself & others waiting to get into the parking lot. Being that Drive Thru was a nightmare, I proceeded to look for an empty spot to park.I found a primo spot but couldnt park there because they had been roped off, directing everyone to the drive thru. I then asked my passenger to go inside to make the order. I waited in the drive-thru line which barely moved. Within 7 minutes, my passenger came out of the restaurant holding our food & drink.If youre willing to wait in dangerous traffic while attempting to enter the restaurant, then this is the place for you. Dont get me wrong, the food was well, standard for In-N-Out. But something must be done to address parking, and allow people to know its easier on your patients, time, and gas IF you simply go inside to order.Happy Eating 👍

One of the best hamburger places around. You can tell that they really take pride in who they hire. The people are usually young and very energetic and always willing to help. If a mistake is made, let them know right away and they are always willing to correct it. Whenever I go here I know theres probably going to be a wait but I plan. Ive never had a problem here and the food is always fresh. I definitely recommend. In fact I would give them 10 stars if possible.

This is one of my favorite locations. Always consistent and quick.Today was a rather long covid line but took 15 minutes from the time I entered the line to exiting. With a line to the street I expected a longer wait.Always reasonable especially for the quality and freshness. Remember you can customize your burgers so dont be shy in letting them know how you want it. I usually order a 4x4 as I enjoy the extra meaty deliciousness.

Worked here for almost 10 years and miss it all the time. Its a great bunch of people that work there and I know that Im going to get a great burger and order of fries every time I go.The folks who say they waited 30 or 40 minutes for food are clearly exaggerating. The longest wait time I was working for was about 16 minutes.The patties have not shrunk from how they used to be or anything like that. They are still ground, shaped, and pressed in the same warehouse, with the same equipment, as they have been for decades.The only thing that changed about the fries is what kind of oil theyre cooked in (about 2 or 3 years ago now, from cottonseed to sunflower seed). This change was definitely for the better. I worked fries A LOT, and saw a noticeable difference after the change.As for pink meat, that is always going to be hit or miss, honestly. The meat is different everyday, so you could cook a burger for 5 minutes one day and be well done, and another day itll look like normal (which FYI is medium). It isnt an exact science, so give the cooks a break, no one will ever intentionally set out to give you a raw burger.Ive eaten and worked at more stores than I can count, and this will forever be my favorite one (at least until all my trainees are gone!)

Got there on a busy Friday night at 5:30pm. A little chaotic with 3 crew member taking order in the parking lot. They missed an order of fries in my drive thru order, but got the special request on my burger right. I dont frequent this store very often and will stay away during rush hours as they seem to miss items when its really crowded. Food was on par though with In-N-Out taste and consistency. Might have to send some folks back for training in Baldwin Park...lol.

Totally messed up my order from beginning to end today. I came in, the boy at the register (whose name begins with G) didnt upgrade my drink to milk shake with my combo like I wanted, he added it so I had an extra drink, I didnt need. So it was 2 #2s with an extra fry and a milkshake. Worse my 3 yr old son burger was almost raw! Hoping he didnt eat to much of it before I found it. For $22 I will eat elsewhere. There is no reason for burgers to not be cooked fully.

Everyone is busy BUT they are attentive if you come up to the counter for something after you have picked up your food they get what you need. I have been to a great deal of Californias, Nevada,Utah,Oregon and Arizona In-N-out stores and they are all the same.
