Burnt buns no lettuce and salty fries, yes every time I come here it’s three fat pieces of tomatoes on my burger. Not once but twice I can recall this is the second time they’ve ruin a dinner meal for my family and I but the nerve this place has to ruin it for us on new years ever when the one day I have off work and didn’t feel like cooking. We never coming back to this one again wasted gas and money here.Don’t ask why but here’s an update HR calls to see how my next visit was since they decided to kindly gift me with my money back with a gift cards and I tried giving them a second chance more like third chance to get things right and this is what I got a raw patty idk how these kids are getting trained but it’s obviously not the right way, to make things worse I was being very nice to Ryan who works there about replacing my burger and he takes it back him and a girl who preps the burger leans over and smiles at me he proceeded to hand me a new burger with mustard on it. I took one bit and just threw my food away. This place I horrible just eat there at your on risk.

I ordered a #1double double, french fries and a drink.The customer service is outstanding!! Aidan nice young man at the register, Omar Manager is super nice, friendly, and service oriented, and Hector is super nice and friendly, he brought my order to my table he is a total sweetie!The restaurant is very nice and clean so was the bathroom!!!I highly recommend this In n Out, it’s great!!

Pretty quick (like 20 minutes) for a full parking lot and drive thru line out to the street, AND my order was correct (unlike other fast food joints that I ALWAYS have to double check my order BEFORE leaving the place). Patty was cooked through, onions grilled just perfect, and the chocolate shake was undrinkable through the straw! PERFECTION, just how I like it!

First visit to an in-n-out in Lake Elsinore and we received full service and great food!Sici opened the door for us cleaned off our table (even though it was already clean) and ensured we had everything we needed. Came in on my lunch break to grab lunch really quick after waiting a while and getting my food. I noticed they gave me the wrong order walk back in so that I can get the correct order but I guess they just ended up making the whole order wrong and I did not have any time since I was on my lunch break to wait for them to make a new meal so I just had to take the wrong order, and when I walked up to the front to let them know what happened they were not very helpful at all

Came from Chicago and this was my first time trying In-N-Out. I ordered a Protein style cheeseburger and animal fries for my first meal here!! I definitely think this is a better choice than mcdonalds but the meat is a little dry like most fast food places, the sauce is a little like chick-fil-a sauce without the bbq taste. I enjoyed my burger (just because I didnt get the buns... Im trying to cut down my carb intake 🫡) and the fries were good but the cheese was a little cold and sort of hard. The onions on the animal fries were actually nice and sweet so it paired well with the sauce. Overall I feel like this place is a bit overrated but it might be because Ive had better in Chicago from my local Wendys. The vibe was also not very nice, there was a lot of tension between where to sit as I could definitely feel a lot of stares especially as a person of color, I just feel like thats a lot of california in general though especially being close to LA. The staff was really friendly and the service was decently fast. The restaurant was clean, and though it was a bit small, the crowds in there were quickly cleared by fast service.

Upon entering we had our order taken by a young man standing outside. After that we waited in line for maybe 5 minutes before being able to pay. We were greeted at the 1st and 2nd window. Enjoyed the cheeseburger.

This is a busy location. Parking can be rough and the drive thru long. Nevertheless the employees are very much on top of taking care of customers. They ask if you need help whole youre waiting on your order and are happy to answer questions when youre wanting an update on your order status.

I can appreciate a place that is consistent with prices, recipes and menu items. Great for dine in, indoor and outdoor seating, with pleanty of parking. Takeout is quick and they have an efficient drive thru. Delicious food, and great service as always. Thank you.

Excellent burger (animal style plus add peppers) for a delicious double double. I added fries which I put into the burger. It makes the perfect burger. HahaI also ordered an Arnold Palmer, iced tea and pink lemonade mixed together.The area is crowded and there can be long lines. The staff seems to work fast to keep the lines moving. Ill definitely be back.

There’s a reason there’s always a mile long line for every location no matter the time of day or night…. There’s no other fast food burger that even comes close to theirs . Waiting in line is worth it in this case . And with everything being so expensive now, the price just can’t be beat . 5 stars

I always love coming here. The food always tastes fresh and amazing. The drive-thru line is always long. It does go out the street sometimes, pass KFC to the gas station on weekends. The parking lot is small. But whichever one you choose inside or drive-thru, they get your food out at a fairly quick rate. The staff is always kind with a smile. If they see kids in your car they give them stickers, colored paper & crayons, or whatever they have in stocks for them at the time.

For a place called In-N-Out, it is the most difficult place to get in and out of. We have literally changed our minds and gone elsewhere because of the insane location of this place!

We stopped here for lunch, pulling a pop-up trailer. There was no way we could go through the drive thru, but we pulled up blocking cars. My husband stayed in the car to pull forward or backward as people were pulling out. Service was super fast and food delicious as always.

In-N-Out is famous for their fast & friendly service and their grilled burgers. The price is great compared to other fast food burger joints, and Ive never had a single employee be rude to me at any In N Out location. Google the Secret Menu and try a Neapolitan Shake or 4 x 4 animal style with extra chopped chilies!

This is probably the 3rd time that a plain hamburger has cheese on it. It’s disappointing to come home to the whole order being incorrect. I get it it’s a busy restaurant but 3 times in a row on different days of the month that’s just disappointing. I love In N Out. But I’ve stopped going because of getting my order incorrect. We are always happy with this location! In fact EVERYTIME we leave Disneyland and want in and out we wait and pass the Anaheim location to hit this one up before we get home ! Justin who works often when we go is so kind and we appreciate his and all the staffs efforts to keep us in and out lovers happy EVERYTIME ! The food is always as you expected, fresh and decent. Living in California. If you have in and out enough, youd know its always a solid choice. However, Ive noticed that many of the locations revamp their kitchen and it seems to speed up drive-thru service. This location doesnt seem to have that as an option and so walk in dine-in patrons are prioritized. Ive tested this on multiple locations and seen people come in and out as well as family walk in order food and get back in my car while Im still waiting in the drive-thru. My three stars is more a reflection on the management of this location and their need to upgrade the facilities.

Great fast service with a smile. Always a line in the drive through, but we always do sit down anyhow. Parking lot is small, but when we came there was room. We went on a Saturday night around 8/9pm.**Update: this is now our local in-n-out as we moved to this area. We love this location. Great, fast service with a smile all the time. And when we go for dinner usually around 5pm/5:30pm the dining area has lots of seating, the high chairs (about two I think that Ive seen by the entrance closest to the restrooms) are available (we have an 18 month old daughter who uses a high chair), and there is outside seating; the drive through is fickle -- cant speak for busy hours for it. We will keep coming to this location and value that we have one so close to us. Highly recommend!

I have NEVER had bad In & Out…until this past Saturday. When we arrived here at 12:45PM on a Saturday, it should have been a clue to me that the lack of people inside meant there was something wrong with this particular In & Out. Order took over 15 minutes for 4 burgers and 4 orders of fries-there was hardly anyone in there! Still, I didn’t care because we LOVE In & Out. When we got our food, our burgers were lukewarm, fries were dark brown and cold, and our buns had black, gritty specks all over them from the grill. Worst location possible. Burgers were all soggy and the buns were stale and crusty. The fries were cold hard and dry. Also worst drive thru setup, I was in a 18 car line and some random truck cut the huge drive through line and the workers taking orders didnt do anything about it. Worst customer service ever!!!

In and Out has always been my favorite hamburger restaurant. Now, Im second guessing that. I would never have said that about In and Out. The In and Out at that location was horrible. I ordered a double double protein style burger and a single cheese burger. I asked for mustard as the dressing instead of the spread they use, I dont like that spread. The cheeseburger came with the spread not mustard. They both were absolutely tasteless. No salt on them at all. I mean they nasty. The frys barely had salt. I took a bite of the cheeseburger, no flavor (yuk) the same with my protein style burger, no salt, no flavor (yuk) I spent $13.00 and I ended up not eating either one of them. They were awful.

This location has fast service. Line moves quick. It is clean and does a good job to keep the lot clean. You see a cleaner out in the lot very frequently early in the morning. What I appreciate is that this place is not overrun with homeless people using the toilet unlike many other establishments in Lake Elsinore.

What a disaster trying to get in & out of this parking lot. But the food makes up for the inconvenience of the small parking lot, & the location of the entrance to the drive through.

There is a good reason that this place has become an internet controversy. Its delicious & affordable. People who expect the big chain menu options and/or dont order the double double, yah not that great. The ratio on a cheeseburger is off, but if you get the double double it is hands down the best fast good burger based off quality vs price. If you want options for drive thru burgers then maybe wendys or jack n the box is a better option but if your in the area they serve & want a solid fast food staple its worth every penny

Drive through tends to back up into the street, but the staff and the person who.come out to take the orders try to get the line moving. I know, I know, In-N-Out fans are fanatical so I will probably get a lot of heat for not giving 5 stars but just being honest here. Overall the food is good and fresh but the bun is as plain Jane as you can get and the hamburger party is not overly generous in weight. The shakes are very good but certainly not cheap. So for me its a very solid 4 but not a 5.

This isnt my local In-N-Out, but I had a great experience and felt that a review was in order. In-N-Out has a high level of efficiency and service already, but this location seemed even further ahead of the curve. The staff was friendly, food was fresh, the place was kept clean. The staff was so friendly they truly seemed to enjoy their roles at the company. I might not return for a long time, but this location can be set as an example for amazing service and experience.

In n out never disappoints.Prices have gone up, but I think thats pretty standard right now to accommodate for minimum wage increase.My only complaint is the entry and exiting... knowing in n out is almost always backed up this is kind of a poor location for it theres OneDrive way to enter and exit and you can only exit in one direction. It causes more street traffic.

Only down side of this location is the parking. Be prepared to get frustrated trying to get in and out of the parking lot. Other than that, definitely five stars!

Always a good experience at this in n out. Even though its always super packed and busy the service never seems to suffer. Its normally pretty clean as well. Floor was a bit sticky when I want in there last but that was about 11:30PM on 4/20 so they get a pass for that. Good was good and hot so thats all that matters.

I took a bite of the burger and it was actually the best in-n-out burger Ive tasted. The chocolate shake was so good, I usually dont like chocolate shakes because most places use Hershey syrup - gross. This shake tasted like it was flavored with actual chocolate fudge. As I walked into the front doors that where located on the side of the building.i was greeted by the aroma of freshly fried potatoes and grilled beef patties. The kitchen was alive with a flurry of speedy work and loud and clear verbal communication between all the team members. My order was filled quickly and accurately. I was very pleased. And will come back again. My daughters 💙 in and out. And I spent less for this meal for my family than I spend shopping for food to make one dinner at home. This is only a once a month thing if that. We also got a pink lemonade real strawberry shake and ice tea. Great and fresh food. Small parking lot. Drive thru will be more convenient. Correct order with 2 boxes for eating in the car.

In and out is always a great experience! Took my friend to Ford dealer near by to turn in lease, then discovered our favorite hamburger place. We usually go to the Menifee market place, but this was closer that day. Food always great quality and places always clean. WORST LOCATION EVER!!! I never thought it was possible to have a bad experience at In n Out. This location is by far the slowest ive ever seen. 10 min to go from number 11 to number 16 and it was absolutely dead. No one was there. Why does it take so long. Employees are too busy joking around and goofing off. There was one guy actually hustling like the usual employees do. You can tell he was a shift lead or manager.Quality was horrible as well. This burger was gross compaired to other locations.It would be worth the time to drive to the next location

We must have waited in the drive through line for at least a half an hour before even having our order taken. Now, we go to In-n-Out all the time and are used to the horrendously long lines in the drive through, but this line wasnt that long. The staff just seemed to have a hard time getting orders out, Im not sure. We were passing through Lake Elsinore on our was South and will not patron this In-n-Out ever again. I can accept long lines, but the wait here was unacceptable. Food was good, but they need to get their drive through moving. Unacceptable!!
