Cant beat this burger. Best fast food chain in the USA if you consider price. It is relatively cheap compared to Shake Shack and other popular burger restaurant chains. Fries are not the best, ask for crispy fries.

First time at In-N-Out. Had the Double Double with grilled onions. And an order of fries. Burger was delightful. Well cooked, pickle onion tomato and lettuce all fresh. You could taste each one. The grilled onions sent it over the top. The fries were average at best. They were straight out of the sunflower oil. Its almost crispy but slightly limp. By the time I got to the bottom of the order, they were limp, cold, and wet. Would not order fries again. Will definitely have another DD. Staff were fast efficient and courteous.

This is one place that I love for a hamburger. They are so good. Fries and vinallia milk shake makes a fantastic meal. Know matter what one you go to the service is excellent. We were never disappointed.

This in and out is in Marin county off of 101N just before you get to the turnoff for the Richmond bridge.Its your standard in and out, clean, expected quality and types of food. One difference is it does not have a drive-thru, so you will have to get out and park.

Amazing food. First time having In-N-Out. Long line, but the line is there for a reason. DELICIOUS food. Employees were cautious of my boyfriends dairy allergy and gave fantastic service. Will return again for sure if Im in the PNW any time soon in the future. I appreciate that the store owners are also paying employees a living wage (while proving that product prices do NOT need to increase to pay your employees a decent wage. Normally I have a great experience with In-N-Out. The restaurant was busy but clean. The fries however, were undercooked and soft still. They also oddly don’t put napkins in to-go bags which they do at almost every other In-N-Out in California. I wish they had a drive-thru since I was in a hurry.

Made my pilgrimage from KC to hit an In n Out Burger while visiting for three holidays and am thinking either my memory is not that great or their food is slipping. Fries were weirdly dry and although I know theyre fresh made somehow managed to taste like powdered potatoes. Even the burgers seemed dry and thin so the Double Double made up about one standard patty. And seriously dont bother with their shakes. Probably wont make it a point to come back like I always do when Im out at the West Coast 😕

Huge fan of In-N-Out in general. Not a fan of the hoards of drunk teenagers who hang out here Friday thru Sunday. Tonight, one ran out in front of my car while I was parking and started hitting the hood of my car with his open hands. My heart lept so hard, I could feel my pulse in my mouth.The food is classically In-N-Out good, but its not worth it to navigate idiots under the influence.

A nice location off the highway, a bit hidden.This one offers a lot of outdoor tables, all around the building — that is convenient and allows you to enjoy your meal right away in times of covid, especially because there is no drive through!On the food side, it never disappoint :)The menu is very straightforward and small and the burgers are delicious.Pro tip: in case you’re not familiar with in-n-out and their secret menu, ask for your fries “animal style” — they have some melted cheese, bacon bits and special sauce and they are delicious!

Okay, In-N-Out. You win. I have tried you three times now and never been impressed before but that changed today. My biggest hurdle? Your fries are just different. They aren’t McDonald’s fries. Or Burger King. Or Culvers. They are unique. And something I had to get used to. But we now I did that *and* figures out the 3x3, it all just sort of clicked for me. I get the In-N-Out zeal now. The parking has wheelchair access and so does the entrance as well as the restroom and eating area. This In N Out establishment was very busy but the wait was not bad. They also have a drive through if you prefer that over dinning in. While we just ordered the classic cheeseburgers the menu has many choices. It wasnt the cleanest place Ive ever been to, but it was decent for how busy they were. In the 35 minutes of time we were there I saw 7 or 8 dogs on leashes come in with their owners and stay even while eating in. Dog lovers dream but if you are allergic to dogs I definitely do not recommend this In N Out for you.

I can really say In & Out is where it is at as far good food in San Francisco. My husband and i could leave full and happy for under $20.00 that is rare in California. Food was not fresh. Boyfriend ordered animal style fries and got a congealed glob of cheese that was not melted and was only on one side of the fry order. Hamburger was dry and seemed like it was cooked several minutes before assembling my burger and the bun was over toasted to the point of the bread being inedible. Also, so insanely crowded and didnt seem to be a lot of good covid protocols. Overall, not a good experience at this location but have had better experiences at other In-N-Out locations.

The tables needed to be cleaned.I still do not know the obsession with this fast food. Its just ok. You can get a better burger from a locally owned restaurant, with reasonable prices, clean tables, great ingredients and actually enjoy your food. In-N-Out is the best. The staff is bright and courteous. Everything is spotlessly shiny. The burgers and shakes exemplary. The fries are still way below the McD standard, but still wholesome. The facility is neat as a pin. It never fails to please when you have a hankerin for some fast food.I had the good fortune to work with the In-N-Out corporate employees when they chose one of my retail developments as a location for one of their restaurants. Without exception, kind, happy, decent people who clearly are proud of their business. That pride is clear in every detail. They even have just the right meal for our little dog. 🐕

I remember all the way back in 1997 when In N Out was still testing the market in Marin Country so they would send burger trucks to the Strawberry Shopping Center. I remember when they finally built the restaurant, the residents of Strawberry had banded together to ban the restaurant from having a drive thru. Dang, has it really been almost 25 years? I hadnt had Double Double and fries in 6 or 7 months. The burger was great and fries were extra good. A little crispy, which I requested. The manager or shift supervisor brought the fries out to me(extra time for very fresh and hot) so I could enjoy my burger fresh of the grill! I did! This place was mobbed when I visited. There was a line out the door and around the corner. Given this, the staff was fast friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean well lit and the wait for the food qas minimal. My only grip was the fries were really salty, there was a security guard there so do as you will with that information. Over all it was a good experience.

In-N-Out Burger is California phenomenon and this location lived up to the name. I was visiting Muir Woods with a group of friends from out of state and so I expected our order to be delayed. The waiting area can get packed which means you are waiting right next to people who are eating their meal. Not really great for anyone during this time of Covid 19 protocols. This was a pretty great burger experience. Tried a double double with fries. We also got a second order of fries animal style. The wait wasnt too long for the food, it was delicious and it was probably the cheapest meal Ive had while visiting California. The animal style fries were interesting but I preferred them plain. Love this burgers and fries and they move people through pretty efficiently. The only problem is they have become victims of their own success. A huge tour bus full of Asian tourists had arrived before me and clogged the queue. Then there was absolutely no place to sit. Many non-tourists changed their order to go and went to their car to eat. Sad.

This fast food restaurant is what it is - fast food. Its not pretentious and doesnt promise to be something its not. The burgers are good - if you can eat them within 2 minutes after theyve been handed to you. Otherwise, they get cold fast and lose all appeal. Same goes for the fries. In-n-out is a California staple. The food is delicious. I dont think I need to review the food because the quality if the food here was pretty close to all the other in-n-out chains. The only difference was that this restaurant seemed to be a travel stop off the highway outside of San Francisco. There were a lot of people there, granted there is always a lot of people in in-n-out, but more than usual here. My food was slightly less amazing because it seemed like the kitchen staff were slammed with orders. Specifically, I got animal fries and there was only a little sauce. Still good, just know its a busy city in-n-out.

It always seems really busy, even on a random rainy Wed in December, yet this remains one of my favorite In-N-Outs (for nostalgic reasons?) and is nestled along Frontage Rd of the 101N in Mill Valley. Place feels a bit smaller that other (newer) In-N-Outs in CA but theres seating outside and weve always been able to get a parking spot despite the crowds. My kids and I now have a tradition of coming here every year when were visiting family.

I worked at In-N-Out in Southern California for almost 4 years, so I know what this job is all about. That being said, this place does not know how to handle a crowd. Mine, including three people ahead of mes order, was messed up. I understand its once in awhile but four people in a row is not what in n out is about. But the biggest thing was the lady who was handing out the orders was so incredibly rude it almost blew my mind. She was bitter, demanding, and questioning people. I was at In-N-Out yesterday and noticed a single employee not wearing a mask. All other employees were wearing masks. Now I’m worried about my food being contaminated by Covid, and many other possible contaminants, do to this one lunatic employee. I will now boycott this specific In-N-Out until I can be assured this she is either fired or required to wear a mask. Covid is still rampaging throughout the US and can be past and mutated by the fully vaccinated, this is the nature of the virus coupled with the ignorance and selfishness of the American population. There is one thing about In-N-Out; you never say NO! It is inexpensive, delicious, juicy and filling. The animal style is so good with the simple Thousand Island Dressing. That is such a brilliant idea! I do really like Shake Shack from NYC and I have loyalty to that but In-N-Out is definitely an excellent quick bite that is unique to the West Coast!
