I been going to in n out for years and eat it probably twice a week and today I stopped at this spot in pico Rivera and got my usual double doubles and not going to lie burgers did not have the in n out flavor...meat tasted exactly like jack n box I would recommend any other in n out but this one they doing something funny with the meat!!!

Double Double Protein style with cheese, grilled onions, chopped chillies. Well done fries and get a spread and ketchup on the side for your fries. I like half pink lemonade, half water just because it is a bit sweet but still delicious. You have to eat it right away, believe when I tell you, if you drive it home it wont taste the same.

In-N-Out never disappoints. Food is always freshly cooked, quality is consistent, and the service is fast and friendly. The only downfall is that lots of others agree. Usually, there is always someone leaving, and staff is quick to clean tables, but you need to move fast to get it. On this occasion, there were a lot of people from a soccer tournament nearby, so it was VERY crowded and noisy. Food took a little longer than usual, but during the wait, we were able to get a table. Staff worked like a well-oiled machine and didnt seem fazed by the high pressure to get food out quickly, and it was wonderful as always.

Definitely a 10 of 10 dining experience! They were running out of coffee when I ordered my coffee. As a solution, they served me what they have left right away and then checked in with me several times to make sure my cup is fully filled when the new pot of coffee is available. Great customer service!

This In N Out used to be great. I had an issue here a long time back which was resolved with great satisfaction by their customer service department but the other day I went in and an old man supposedly had been waiting for an hour for his order and he was definitely agitated. I dont know if he had been waiting for that long so who knows but given my past experience here it could be possible. The employees are always nice, sometimes things happen and we just have to roll with it. My order was great except the fries were a little dry for both my wife and myself.

I’m from Washington State and every time I come to California, I NEED to have In-N-Out. This was the very first location I ever went to, to try In-N-Out, and it did not disappoint at all. Not only were they pretty fast compared to some of the other locations nearby, they also got our orders all correct and everything was absolutely delicious. I went through the drive-thru and the guy that was outside was busy talking to someone that is not a customer and when he provided service he was rude and had an attitude as well. When I also went to the window the guy purposely put only one drink in my order when I clearly ordered two burger combos. Its worth it.This location is always packed inside as well as the drive through, but the staff here moves rapidly. Compared to other In n Outs this one is definitely on the older side. The size of it is on the smaller side, but the burgers remain what you expect from an In N Out: Amazing. But what really puts it on top of others is the fact that they take your food to your table! Been to multiple In N Outa and that was the first time I experienced that. Really cool!

So first of all full disclosure, my boyfriend and I are east coasters so we came in with high hopes from all the hype people talk about here. Honestly I’m a little disappointed with the taste level of what we ate (double cheeseburger/cheeseburger/fries). If reviewing fully on taste I would say it’s pretty average (3/5) because the patty is really thin (I’m a thick patty person) and the fries were very meh, kind of bland and not that crispy. However the vegetables in the burger (lettuce, tomato, onion) definitely tasted fresh which was nice, and the home sauce tasted pretty good. Based on taste of just the classics (burger and fries), I would say it’s average at best compared to other chains and burgers I’ve had. But the customer service was very nice and friendly so I think that raises the restaurant’s quality a bit, and apparently the items on the secret menu are supposed to be better (although personally I don’t think you should have to order off of a secret menu to taste something good). Overall I probably wouldn’t go here again if I had the choice but I suppose if the experience is important to you then by all means go for it.

I never had a bad experience there up until 10/12/2020 the cashier tried to steal money from me. I handed her 40 dollars cash and I asked her to put the rest on my card. The cashier still charged me the full amount on my card if i would not have checked my receipt I would have been over paying forty dollars. SO OVER people telling me to get my In N Out fix while Im home in CA.Im not 100% certain whether there was actually any meat in my burger. I saw a sliver of meat in my burger, but definitely did not taste it.I used to describe In N Out by saying it had a very distinct taste that you wouldnt really find anywhere else. I was trying to be nice. From now on, I will say they have fries that have less flavor than a boiled potato, and patties that are thinner than the paper the hamburgers are wrapped in.Ive been wondering why In N Out is able to pay their employees so well. Its probably because the ingredients that go in to a hamburger hardly cost a dime since hardly any ingredients go in to a burger.

This was the first In-N-Out Ive been to with dining room service. Employee Daniel continuously walked the dining room tending to customers, i.e bringing out the food, condiments, opening doors, picking up trays, and asking customers if they need anything. It was a very enjoyable experience. Great job Daniel!

Food is always good at In n Out. Staff very friendly. Drive thru always messy. There are two ways to hit that drive thru. To make things less complicated, In n Out needs to snake the line from the east only. People get messy and start fighting because the order is all thrown off. Over all, its really good. Drive thru runs pretty quickly. Avoid the drive thru when its messy, with messy people.

With their limited menu in exchange for great service great food delicious food theres usually a wait here but thats given and most of the In-N-Out to go to their typical pink lemonade and the three choices of one two and three. When I went today I was displeased with the service and how long it took to get my food. I shared my frustration and received my order. To my surprise the young man Johnny who was in charge and under a lot of pressure came to speak to me, calmed the whole situation down. He earned my respect and gained a customer. Good job kid!!

I love in n out, its a great burger for a great price. With having said that; The in n out in Santa Fe Springs has missed the memo on allergies. More than once at this location our food which is flagged for an allergy has been mixed in a bag with food that contains the allergen. This also make me question whether or not they use separate equipment to make the food since the bagging issue seems to elude them.When the bagging issue is brought up the employee at the window everytime has stares blankly like a deer in headlights; with no clue how to solve it which leads to a frustrating situation.

Im alot on service since i run a business as well. Food was okay at its best but, they gave me a fuzz over honking at some lady at the drive thru cause she was distracted and wouldnt move even after giving her a minute of time almost 2. When i pulled up to the window one of the guys was laughing shaking his head and another asks me if everything was okay with me. I was going to apologise but i guess i was the issue and not the person that was distracted not moving the line

The expected In-N-Out quality packed in a microscopic dining room. Driving your burger and fries home completely ruins them and you wouldnt want to sit in that parking lot and eat, so what else can you do but eat inside? Even during low traffic times, finding a table is an event. Youve got to hover over the lucky few who were able to grab a table and pounce on those seats as soon as theyre done. Not exactly ideal, but I continue to put up with it.

I ordered a veggie burger that consisted of lettuce, bun, tomatoes, and spread. You give me lettuce in a wrapper....it wasnt that hard In n Out. It was as easy as 2+2=4. The worker who messed up and kept confusing the order was named Justin. You should retrain Justin. You give me what I paid for! Rather take my business to the Taco Bell next door.😒😠

This burger joint is a life saver. A lot of burger joints can be so expensive but In-n-out is always a reasonably priced joint with quality that should be worth dozens of dollars.
