This is a VERY busy store on a weekend. We probably waited 15 mins in the drive thru - all while next door was empty :) But...when we go the food it was worth the wait! Always a great burger at a good price.

No matter what state I’ve traveled to whenever there’s an In and Out I’m stopping. The food, the taste and customer service are always the same. I’m from AZ and in California for a visit with no change to how there food is made.

I got a California In and Out tshirt for $14.95. In-n-Out Id great if youre doing Keto or have a gluten or yeast allergy. You can order a burger protein style and they will skip the bun and lettuce wrap it. There isnt a place anywhere else that compares when it comes to lettuce wrapping a burger. They do a fantastic job. They also always have the friendliest staff. There was someone cleaning the bathroom while we were there as well. Two thumbs up and get in there and have a double double protein animal style with mustard instead of animal sauce.

The burgers are decent, but not as good as a lot of people would have you believe. The place is so busy, youre always having to wait 10-15 minutes for your order. The atmosphere is like a 50s diner if it was inside a bus station waiting room. I couldnt have left soon enough after getting my order.

I love this place because my burger and fries always always always come out fresh! And Im not forced into buying a soda with a meal! My service is always top tier. Sometimes can take a little time, but its always worth it to me. Easily my go to place for a quick hamburger I can drive off with. But dining in is just as great!

I was starving and didnt feel good, but needed to eat something. I decided on a 3 by 3 and chocolate shake. When I tell you I felt like that burger and shake felt like it saved my life 🤣🤣🤣. Of course thats an exaggeration .... but it was so good! The raw onions, by the way are a probiotic. ☺

Why are employees at the payment window also washing dishes? The number of times Ive had to hand my card or cash to am employee with wet hands and to receive a wet card or damp change in return is unbelievable. Either obtain payment or cash dishes not both.

Love in-n-out. Food is always fresh and tasty and the staff is always nice and friendly. If there is a problem with your order, they fix is quickly. We went there the other day and there was a mix up with it being take out. Even though the food was correct on the tray ..the take out bag ended up with the wrong order. We called and they replaced everything with no issues.

The orange cones driving up to it were like a DMV driving test.. But very convenient to have someone standing outside to take our order. 1st building window they took money. 2nd window picked up our order. In between is a huge picture window to show how your food is prepared. At the 2nd window, Eric said he saw we were taking photos. I explained it was for Google Maps. He seemed very concerned that I know that the law said people who were working inside NEED NOT wear a mask if vaccinated. (California July 28, 2021 says ALL should wear mask inside. ) IRONICALLY, the guy standing outside was wearing mask. Most employees inside were not.My photos were to accent their huge window to the prep room and their transparency and cleanliness, not to reveal some were unmasked... but apparently there was some guilt about that fact.Hamburgers were good. Outdoor seating.

They do their best to manage the chaos, however a SUGGESTION: maybe In-N-Out should make at least a QUARTER MILE to HALF MILE of DRIVE THRU length in order to make it work lol sounds crazy I know but Ive seen In-N-Out drive-thrus takeover city streets with cones LOL tells me DRIVE THRU is a serious business make them about a quarter-mile to half Mile in length, you guys will be Gucci

All my life Ive heard so many people tell me how wonderful the In and Out burger is. They all lied. This place was packed, causing me to wait almost 30 minutes for one of the worst burgers of my life. The burger is a poor-mans version of the Steak & Shake burger. Not good, fries were even worse.

This In-N-Out is like all the other In-N-Outs Ive been to which is why I love this restaurant. The burgers taste the same, the fries taste the same, and you always receive the same amazing service. My husband ordered a 3x3 plain, but when we got our food his burger was missing a patty. We told the cashier and he fixed it for us with no issue. 👍 I have no complaints! Husband was there for 30 minutes-from waiting to give order and receiving order. Hamburgers were cold as were the fries. The fries were seriously undercooked. This place is a staple in my routine. My autistic son is obsessed with the hamburgers and fries from in n out. I like to go early to avoid the long lines. My only gripe is that their tech is as antiquated as their menu. I can order online at most other fast food locations, and the order is ready at a predetermined time. If I had to wait in an in n out line for anyone else but my son, trust me, my guys, that would not be happening. Even if they took a note from panera, we could pick up an app order in the drive-through. YOUR BAD TECH IS CAUSING MOFO TRAFFIC JAMS FOR REAL. If your food was as bad as your tech, you would need a bailout. Imagine the boost in business when you get the people that refuse to wait, like 40 minutes in a drive tru line to order your food.

Cleanest In & Out Ive ever been to. I was there on a Saturday (lunch time) during the summer and it wasnt crowded. Lots of parking in the Michaels lot adjacent to the restaurant (their parking lot is small and they share it with Panera; you could get trapped in there).

Friendly staff always. Excellent, classic burger and fries. Their 1000 island burger dressing sauce is the best part of the whole restaurant. Fries not over salted which I like. Predictable food. Great prices. Shakes. You can get fries animal style which is with added 1000 island. You. Can request onions grilled or even fries extra crispy. Dont forget to buy a signature In N Put t-shirt or hat. They vary I believe each year. Drive-thru is often very backed up so we walk in mostly. Teens like to hang out here but also families. Love it.

I visit this in and out frequently. Now I will say it is always packed and there might be a bit of a wait but Ive only ever waited about 20 minutes tops and it was so worth it. I will say that the friendliness of the employees that stand outside and whatever weather conditions just to take our orders is what really makes it worthwhile because customer service for satisfaction is everything. The employees have always been very friendly. Also I have never had one bad order from this location. The food is always hot Its fresh its cooked to perfection and the employees are not sloppy with the way they put the food in the bags theres no fries spilled or anything and they never forget my condiments.

In-N-Out is iconic to us so cal peeps. I like how this location note has two lines for traffic. I feel it does go quicker than before. I always get grilled cheese as I dont eat beef. Whatever they did is working and Im glad to say I have a local In-N-Out Im happy to frequent. Keep it up!June 2022 Update: weve tried this location occasionally since this review. Its still hit or miss but has shown signs of improvement. 3 out of 5 visits were good; but a couple of times the patties were tough.Original Review: Im going to start going to Temecula for my In-N-Out fix. Food was okay in this In-N-Out, buns were a bit burnt, and meat was well done and that is standard in fast food, fries felt like they were fried in oldish oil which might be due to how congested the entire area was during the time of buying. In standard fashion the area has little to no parking, with the drive thru making a line in other shopping centers, albeit not a bad experience but people who are concerned about germs n such definitely stay in the drive thru because the main area gets very congested with human bodies.

Todays experience was exceptional. We arrived at the height of lunch. A friendly employee welcomed us and took our order. The line was moving at a good pace. Well there is not much to say when it comes to this place. We expect the best because they put out the best. Everything was great. Food, service, cleanliness. The part that took that 5th star was the 5 packets of ketchup for the 5 burgers and 3 fries we order. We all wanted more ketchup but we where miles away. They should know by know a person wit h two burgers and fries needs at least 5 packets . We were not happy about that and we even had a little argument about it. A very small thing that should be automatic coast this place a star.

Personally I didnt have a great experience, when I arrived, I couldnt move 5 feet anywhere the building was so full. I didnt expect there to only be like 4 things on the menu either, the soda machine didnt have sprite and when I used it no matter how careful I was it wasnt set up right and some of the liquid would steadily pour onto my hand and fingers, Im giving it three stars as I feel I just went on a busy day otherwise it would be two had I experienced something semi the same on a nice day, the food was alright, it was falling apart a bit but thats okay, all in all 30 minutes to try it out didnt feel as worth it as 4 minutes to the nearest jack in the box which I usually always enjoy.

Went in to order some food about a week ago, and didnt realize until I got home that there was cheese on a burger that I had requested no cheese on. It was the first time I ever had an issue with them, so i was mildly perplexed as to what happened. When I called, the service rep was incredibly responsive and helpful, and I was offered to have them remake the burger, and they even sent me out a couple free meal cards. 5 out of 5 for sure. The issue was resolved incredibly quick, and in an amazing way. I bring this up today, because they just did a follow up call to make sure I had a better experience when I returned. I appreciate In-N-Out for their consistent service and quality. Portions are always good, orders are always filled out correctly, everything is packed neatly if its a to- go order.Lines are long during the peak hours but it moves relatively quickly. My favorite part of this location is that its located in the shopping center itself; that means the long snaking lines of cars is tucked safely away in the parking lot instead of one of the lanes of the main street.

Their service is slower then others and their food can lack at times meaning their burgers can be a little more dry then usual or over cooked. But its the only one in the area and Riverside in general sucks at making decent food so theres not much about it.

What is all the hype about? I first tried the location in Las Vegas. It was okay not anything special. I waited to get to Cali to see if there was a difference. Nope. It is a good burger but there are thousands of burger joints slanging decent burgers these days. Service was excellent as well as cleanliness. But the fries were a no for my whole family. Ive never had problems with this In-N-Out locations service. The problem I do have is with the drivers lol, they do not follow the directions, and they still block the exits and entrances to Panera, its not just a courtesy people its the law. If it says do not block DO NOT block. Other than that maybe they should add a stop sign for all the rude guests.In-N-Out keep making great burgers and well done fries ❤ Customer service is always superb. You make a long line feel short.

If something should happen to be out of order, although not likely, staff is on it right away if you let them know.You can order your burger animal style (pickles and grilled onion blend on top or protein style (lettuce wrapped instead of burger buns). You can also ask for fries well done, animal style fries or fries light (undercooked/a little soggy).Feeling adventurous, you can add more meat patties by asking for a 4 x 4, 6x6, etc. (Its off the menu but there is a limit to how big you can go).My family took a school field trip behind the scenes at a San Diego location and everyone works hard to be a team and for everything to be in order and the cleanest possible and thats the standard at all locations. So my order everytime I go, is the same 4×4 Meat, Cheese, Ketchup & Mustard only, Cheese fries, and Large Neapolitan Shake. Pretty basic. Yet almost every other time we go they manage to screw up. Either they add spread, over season, or its smothered with grilled onions all melted up in my cheese. I might be prejudiced when it comes to In-N-Out, having grown up in Southern California, this burger place is a standby for grubbing on REAL food. I personally am not much into fast food, but In-N-Out is real food, done fast. No fillers, no soy, no pre-frozen a year ago meat. The only complaint that kept me from giving a 5 star rating is the wait. Go there on a Friday or Saturday afternoon/evening and theres a line that stretches forever with a guaranteed 1/2 hour wait at least. But its worth the wait.
