Stopped by In-N-Out Burger for lunch on Father’s Day. First time trying this. Burgers are freshly made in store. Very nice burger. Tasted fresh like a real burger. Fries are a bit dry for my liking.Great and friendly services. Will come back again.

Classic, old school Southern Cali burger place. I love in-N-out and have it every time Im visiting California. This time I had a cheeseburger but I usually get the double double. The thing I noticed on my recent visit on Aug 1923 is that the meat had gotten thinner. While the cheeseburger tasted good, I feel like Id rather have a thicker price of beef and pay a bit more. I still think they have one of the best fast food burgers but I no longer feel like I need to make a point of going back there each time I go to Cali.

There was a time when all I ate was In N Out. I lived near one in Pasadena CA. Today I still crave the burgers and was not disappointed the other day at this location by the River! Crowded as always but I munched down 2 cheeseburgers no problem. Plenty of outdoor seating now that the heat is off.

I’ve heard about this place from friends. Being from FL we don’t have them so I was excited to try something new.The visit started by walking into a VERY crowded dining room. I thought I would be there forever before placing my order, but there there three people at the registers and they were FAST!The menu is very basic. There about 5 main items on the menu so ordering was easy. I got a burger, fry, and soda. It took about 10 minutes for them to call my number.The only issue I had which was a bid one is the meat was not cooked all the way through. I noticed when I got half way through eating. The taste was good and everything else was good.Personally I enjoyed the visit except meat issue, however I’m a Wendy’s fan and so far they steal the meat when it comes to burgers.

10/10.As a vegetarian you can get a grilled cheese burger. It‘s like a Cheeseburger without the meat patty. In addition I went for the animal fries, which come with a topping of cheese and onions. Tastes amazing.For the future it would be even nicer in my eyes, if there would be a vegetarian/vegan patty available.

For a long time heard from people talking about In- N- Out Burger so I was driving by and decided to stop in and try it. Wasnt the best burger Ive ever had but it was good, not greasy. Good deal for what you get, burgers are normal size. Friendly staff and clean.

Such a clean and very well run location! As always with In-N-Out. Food is awesome as usual, I love the 3x3! The milkshakes are great as well! I also enjoy those hot peppers and like that they don’t pull any punches! It’s HOT! Can’t wait to go back! The people that work here are very friendly as well! What’s not to like?

What can I say? It’s In-N-Out. They’re fantastic. Burgers of fresh beef made to order, fries fresh cut and cooked to order. Fresh ingredients and toppings. Clean dining room, and condiments were filled and ready to dispense. Everything is fantastic at this location. Though, I’ve never been to a bad In-N-Out.

An iconic hamburger place that you need to eat at minimally once in your life.Most wont agree, but I dont care for their food, more on that. I go for my family, who like it.I find their hamburgers mediocre. Carls and Del Taco serve better. Their fries, though fresh and from real potatoes, have a strange texture. I liken it to cardboard.Their shakes are amazing but no better than Del Tacos.The line is always long. Sometimes, they move through it quickly, and sometimes, you feel like youll starve to death before you get your order. That was our last experience, so DONT go when youre hungry!I LOVE the Bible verse on the cups and wrappers. Takes guts to stand for Christianity these days and respect them for it!Google the secret menu and try it.

Many people enjoy this IN-N-OUT burger location. The drive through lines are not long on Tuesdays from 4pm to 6pm, which is a small but convenient time to visit. Personally, I like to order a paddy for my dog and a double-double for myself, without fries or a drink. I always ask for extra packet sauce, yellow peppers, and extra napkins.

After eating 3 double doubles I was sick.... just kidding. I need to return to see if I can catch them actioning like some of the other reviews say but this visit was decent. Admittedly not good but not bad either, hence the 3 stars. This shopping center is poorly designed but dont blame in n out for that, theyre doing a darned good j9b for what they have to work with.For the food, the burger was slightly more salty than any other in n out burger Id ever had. This was the first time Ive experienced inconsistency. Other than that, it was good.I ordered the fries well done.The wait was longer than usual too.Ita a unique location in n out so maybe bare with some of the bad parts if you cant drive to 1000 palms or la quinta. Were from The Netherlands and have no In&Out burger there.This was our second experience with In&Out and definitely very happy.The food order was taken by this lovely and welcoming smiling server Mia.She even told us that she had heard from our country because of our wooden shoes. For this occasion we were not wearing them.The food was actually very good.And looking into the kitchen clearly there is nothing to hide. For a busy place with so many people working hard in the kitchen it all seemed to go as clockwork and it all appeared to be very clean.The burgers we had DoubleDouble (?) were fantastic. And apparently a special type of milkshake Napolitano. This was stunningly nice!!!Free iced water with the meals.Only one personal dislike: we thought it was a little to bright and to whitish dining inside. Could do with a slight dimming of lights.A definite return will be on the cards and wish we would have something this outstanding in our small country in Europe...

I really wanted to love this place. I really did. This pains me so much to have to write a scathing review.JUST AWFUL. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes just to get this slop? The fries were cold, WAY undercooked and a soggy mess. The Double Double was absolutely atrocious. Onions.. oh wait.. what onions? The top bun looked like it had been gnawed from some animal and was COLD.I tossed everything in the garbage. Photos prove that. First time trying In & Out because of the hype? What hype. I can say with ease that the food is great and service as well. Can expect this place to be very inviting with patient and kind service. No where is perfect buy this is one of the cleanest and easy going places you can go. However if you dont like that much noise Id suggest grading your food to go as it is a very heavily populated area that brings a lot of people. To full parking lots to no seating, it can feel a bit cramped. But you can expect you food to be perfect everytime and feel very welcomed

They didn’t hand me my order they had it sitting on a different counter. When I asked what happened to my order they tried to hand it to me after it was sitting there for 10 min. I asked if they can remake the food they did and all was well. Wait time sucked and so did customer service. Food was good though.

Food was awesome as always, but the staff seems slightly unorganized at times. When I paid with a 50 dollar bill the cashier had to go find someone to authenticate the bill, then it took a couple of more minutes to get my change. Maybe theyre just new, and maybe it was a rough day. Otherwise an excellent lunch.

Never fails to be the best burger in the world! The staff is always friendly. It was pretty late when I went through the drive thru and I only had 100$ bill on me. The policy is not to accept them after 10, the cashier went and got the manager’s approval and I was able to pay with the bill. Thank you !

In n out drive thru blocks access to half the EVgo chargers. Everyone crowds up across the lot to use the other ones so you dont get trapped in by their line, plus the cones making it very difficult to use them.

In-N-Out has to be, by far, my top favorite fast-food burger chain in all of North America. Its always a treat being able to have an In-N-Out burger while on vacation. I previously was a fan of just their regular Cheeseburgers, but tried their Cheeseburger Animal Style and fell in love, I didnt think it could get any tastier, but it most definitely did.

I have applied to this place three different times. The first time was before they ever opened trying to get out of Dominos managment. Then about 4-6 months after opened still trying to get out of Dominos. 6 months after this location first opened I was then invited for an interview. That time I wasnt allowed to pick The day set so manager obviously set the day. I selected the time. Now, as a general manager of a food establishment, if youre in need of staff to hire and your scheduling interviews, things you dont do!1) schedule interviews on a busy Holiday. Why? Because in the food service industry, all holidays are considered the busiest times of the year. Every single holiday should be properly. Staffed just for the holidays alone. Then to add-on the fact that if youre going to put an interview on a holiday, youd better have extra management to take Uber the fact that youre not gonna be able to run in circles with your crew because you, as the manager decided to schedule interviews. I get there 5 minutes ahead of time to let the manager know. And 10 minutes past the interview time and only 15 minute interviews. According to the website interviews only take 15 minutes. If that is the case why was I sitting for 10 minutes after interview time. Remember this is my 1st time being asked to interview. I didnt get to select myself along with all the other applicants. Like the other applicants we are using our time, energy and some how got transported to the location if not walking by foot! As a former general manager of an establishment, I know applicants are looking for work and they could be out of work to wear if theyre not hired next week. They could be homeless begging you and me for change standing in front of 711. So why 10 minutes past my interview time? As a former general manager Im questioning. Do I want to work for a manager? Whos not well prepared trying to run a high volume business. I have experience running high volume domino stores so yes, I have experience with high volume. I have experience working circles around the staff. My last 3 jobs, Im older than some of the younger guys. Are able to perform better and faster with just as good or better quality. So why in and out management decides not to look at my resume and skip the cannabis? Because now theres a law that youre not allowed to discriminate me against my medicinal cannabis use. But I was questioning. Is it common practice as the interview? To just sit there for 10 minutes. And then maybe the next 5 is a couple questions. Okay, thanks for coming by because to be. That is not even a good interview. It makes you question if theyre not well prepared for you to interview. And then looking at all, the employees with sad looks on their faces as if they dont like their manager or their job, it made me double question. Do I want to work at this location now? This is when they first opened. Now getting laid off August 1st 2023 years after this location has opened. I re apply looking for work thinking. Maybe Ill get back into some food service. Since cannabis keeps laying me off every summer. The last 3 years because I was trying to get out of Dominos 30 hours a week during the pandemic. Doesnt help when you dont get to go home. And your bills still pile up trying to get out of Dominos management and their lives and. The support that they dont have for their employees. I just so happened to get a message. Congratulations, wed like to offer you an invite for an interview. Please select your time from the following date. Which was Monday Labor Day like what? General manager schedules interviews on a freakin holiday. Go back to what and I first started mentioning holidays are some of the busiest days in all of food service and no way shape or form. Should you prepare anything other than your schedule accordingly? So years later I go in for an interview and the same exact saying happened. Its not fair to applicants! We sit 10 minutes into our interview time and why didnt I just select 415 instead of 4 to sit til 410? Worst exp. EVER!

First time ever my In-N-Out meal was subpar... The bun was burnt (just this side of burnt, someone made a call, but made the wrong call). Worst was the fries: the young lady on fries had way too many ready to go, too soon, so the fries were sitting out for too long: cold upon my receipt. Placing napkins over them doesnt keep them fresh. I saw one smart dude ask for fresh fires before he even left the pick-up counter. In-N-Out fries are AMAZING *until* theyre cold; common knowledge, right? Then theyre pretty rubbery. I have a thing about food waste, otherwise, I wouldve asked for a re-do. Alas, maybe managers will read this review and give some reminders to the hard-working folks who make the food; I really am grateful for them. In-N-Out is the only fast food I eat and will, of course, continue to eat here. I *might* watch the fries a little more closely, though.The young lady working the register was the best part: friendly greetings and genuine smile.

My son and I frequent this location in Rancho Mirage. It’s so clean and the staff is amazing. They are so friendly. During this visit we had one of the employees wipe down our table and she was so helpful and just so kind. Andrea is the type of employee that you wish every business had. I witness her going out of her way to take a picture of a guest because it was their first time and they wanted to post on social media. She was just a breathe of fresh air. We definitely hope she is there each time we return.

Excellent, top-tier fast food burger chain. I wish they had locations in Canada! When we went the place was very busy and we had to wait but the staff moved very quickly and were very friendly and helpful. Although the thin fries are a bit underwhelming, the burgers really are excellent for the price. Iced tea and sugar free lemonade are nice additions to typical fast food options. Definitely worth a visit if youre here or anywhere in the Western US.

Great location! Glad they finally won and were able to build here. We come to this one because it is convenient to the EVGo DCFC stations. As In n Out’s go, this is absolutely one of the better ones! This is one of the newer locations in the desert, so the building is very clean and well-maintained. The service is excellent. The employees are respectful and helpful, and the condiment section is always filled. The burgers are grilles to the right level and seasoned well enough. And the fries are excellent, too. Overall, a very classic in n out experience. You will not regret your decision to dine here, and will love the food like you always do at In n Out!

I work at In N Out and this is such a nice store, you can see how updated and new the equipment is compared to older in n outs. I went through the drive thru today and the lady giving the food out was so rushed that she handed me my two bags and said here you go. I told her I still needed my drinks and she got those but when I got home I had 2 bags full of just fries. Top notch fast fast food! The original store I went to as a child was the one on Ventura Blvd in Encino next to the carwash. This was in the 1970s and 80s. I moved to Palm Springs in the late 1980s and there were on two, one in Thousand Palms another in Indio. Been waiting a long time for this location. They even finally got the palm 🌴 trees correctly overlapped and leaning across one another. Props to the landscape contractors too!

My colleague and I were there at 11:10AM this morning. 01/13/2022. The fries were undercooked beyond edible and the Double Double burger was cold and unappetizing.We ended up not eating our food and threw it in the trash as a result of the food being so distasteful . Very overrated and unfortunately inedible. Its a real shame because this place had so much promise. Hopefully management will see this review and do some quality control. We will not return. In N Out is a staple here in souther California. One of first drive thru burgers joints.. If you have never been differently check it out. Yes you will have to wait.
