Busy location took about 7 to 10 minutes to get my double cheese burger and strawberry shake. The staff was friendly the restroom was least to be desired, but overall a good visit

Every time I come here, the service is exceptional. Its not just an innout good service as usual but this particular location is always very friendly and helpful. The moral comes off as people enjoy their job even in the rush hours. Good job, team, and management for a well run location.

Great classic California burgers.Dont forget to lookup the secret menu, animal fries are a favorite and can be had at any location, but you wont find them on the menu.If you like your burger a special way, just ask.Keep in mind, the popular double double is a good size double cheese burger.Fries are hand cut at the store and are good and fresh.Oh, if youre driving, expect a line, it is very popular with locals.

Drive thru takes way too long to service customers. I usually go inside and get to go if the Drive Thru line is past the speaker box but today I decided to try the Drive Thru again and once again it took 25 minutes to get from the curve before the speaker box to exiting the Drive thru with my food.It must take over an hour to get through the Drive Thru when it’s lined up to the street. Ridiculous! Go inside it takes 15 minutes no matter how busy it is.Also, the fries are always over salted so I ordered no salt and all they did is refry them which made them hard.This location needs better management of operations.

I think the burgers are really good. The fries were just ok. And although the servers were very friendly they got the order wrong even after going over it with the person at the drive thru speaker and when I got to the window. I did this because it was an order for 6 so wanted to make sure we got everything. When I was given the order it was wrong and missing an item and I had to reorder at the window and wait. First world problems for sure but just frustrating since we went over it quite a few times. Overall though I’d recommend the food.

First time dining here since lockdown. Drive thru line was too long (as usual), so ordered inside (only one person in line), but took a good 15 minutes to get our order. They prepare your drink for you because fountain machines are closed (COVID safety).We ate outside. This is a nice, big In N Out with plenty of parking and seating.Update: COVID restrictions of course have waned so everything back to normal. Its in and wait. Long lines inside and longer lines in the drive thru.

This location was much better than other locations I visited. I asked for extra well done on the fries and I over heard a conversation when I was paying. A worker was asking another team member if they had to make it extra well, and they said yes you have to make it how they want it. I dont see that a lot. These staff were overly friendly than usual. I recommend this for night owls.

Thats what a hamburgers all about! Its the iconic double double animal style for me. Amazing quality and value! Animal fries if youre game! Secret menus can and should be googled for additional creative options. Grilled onions are essential even if you dont go full animal style (grilled in mustard, pickles added and of course grilled onions)

Never had an issue here. Orders are always right, staff always friendly, food always prepared right. Of course the line is often very, very long as with every in n out location but I like that they manage it well by having someone out there to take orders. Also love that they’re open late when everywhere else is closed! Oh and it’s great that the staff is paid well and loyalty is rewarded especially the managers with a 6 figure salary. They are a great example of how a business should be ran. It’s no wonder the employees often have a pleasant attitude.

This In & Out location is near the 15 freeway off the Ontario Avenue exit. As always, the food is great, that’s why it’s worth the wait. The staff is friendly and efficient. They is outside seating for groups of 2-4. Handicapped parking is in front of the entrance. Stop by and order a double double with animal fries.

Wow! Ive eaten at many, many locations in my lifetime, but the Corona location (2305 Compton Ave) has to be the very best! The food was amazing, and I could tell the crew was happy. Very engaged with the public. Shout out to Ralph! But heres the kicker - I (stupidly) took out my Invisilign retainers & wrapped them in a napkin and thought I had put them in my purse. Of course Id accidentally thrown them in the trash but did not realize it until wed returned to our hotel. I went back, and Keller (Team Lead or Manager?) actually went through the trash and found them!!! He wouldnt even allow me to go through it myself. Thats dedication. Job well done Kellen! Next time were in town, well DEFINITELY be back. THANK YOU ❤️

Sorry, but this is the worst In N Out I’ve ever had.Cold burger, salty fries, long wait(much longer than the expected long wait), and lastly I saw the burger preparation person consistently scratching head and touching headset (gross). I didn’t catch the last act until I was a couple of bites into my sandwich. Pretty much threw away my $11 meal. Not even trying to be messed up, but this location needs improvement!

Great location, easy on and off the freeway on our way to LA for the day. As usual with In and Out it was quite crowded (especially since it was around 2pm) but the staff is like a well-oiled machine and got everything out hot and fresh and quickly! The area outside the restaurant is also clean which makes it inviting.All the employees are so friendly and helpful.I love their burgers. Their fries not so much. An incredible authentic American dining experience. I am visiting from Germany, and was pleased to experience a little slice of American culture in this rural village. What can you say about In and Out burger except they are the one restaurant that stays true to their menu and doesnt try to persuade you with gimmicks. Each time I go they are very accurate as I have some food allergies which prohibit tomatoes in my diet and the staff respect my order...ALL THE TIME!!! keep up the fantastic work In and Out!Update: I visited this past weekend and there was an employee named Craig outside taking orders. Well! Truth be told I Love In and Out Burger food, the fact that they love God and Country and they dont hide that! gives me a good warm feeling also. Until now the crew that works behind the counter has been impeccable. So the last time I was there it was difficult to order a double double fries and a drink but three meat patties instead of just two...... I was asked( if I wanted the meat Patty inside the burger?) Awkward look turning into awkward stare! I thought the guy was kidding with me, seeing is as they do that all day long around here, put meat patties in burgers. Of course he was NOT kidding with me, so to make sure I ask the girl next to him who was very wide-eyed and she said no hes not kidding and Im the one thats in training. Hmmmm? all in all a fairly decent experience with a slight weird Taste of humor and awkward pauses to answer obvious questions, My food was delivered in a timely manner by smart wonderful kids making their way through college and it was a good meal I slept like a 👶 later on that night.

Someone comes up to take your order instead of your typical drive through. If you are.not familiar with this chain, you have no idea what they have to offer and the person taking your order will guard that information with their life! I would advise looking up the menu before going. It is very limited but the food is good for what it costs.

You never knock In-N-Out for their food. Its the same good food every time. My son thinks its better than anything in the world. The one thing you can try and knock them for is their customer service. Well, I havent been able to do that either. The Corona location was no different. Attentive when they took my order. Cleaned my table and chairs before I sat down. Gave me a refill. Clean bathrooms. And all with a smile, or at least I think so because they had masks on. In-N-Out is how other companies should base their model off of. Everything is the same but the same is always good. Enjoy your next meal their. If the bun is not extra toasted I automatically know that this place knows what theyre doing. The bun was lightly toasted as it should be and how I like it. Its a nice location with good seating space inside, unfortunately its just a busy parking lot with gym people, bank people and carpool users who think no one will notice their car sitting there for like 10+ hours, when its busy hours around this spot the parking lot builds up fast and the drive-thru line is enormous. Once they start to wrap to the front of the building it almost always feels faster to be able to just walk in your order for carry-out.Overall the food is great and when they make mistakes (double check those orders) they own it or corporate makes it right as best they can.

Update:I had to edit this review because they made the effort to steer the drive thru line a different direction to accommodate more people and better safety. Im very impressed that they care and still deliver the quality that they do. I updated my review to 5 stars. Ill say it again, they are the best!In n out is the best burger but I had to update my review for this location as of late. The food is still great nothing has changed but the drive thru at this location is sort of inconvenient the way its set up. If its crowded you will be blocking people in the parking lot as you wait, theres just no way around it. Sometimes its so crowded the line goes out to the street and makes you want to skip in n out entirely because it isnt safe. If you plan on going to this one and want to dine in then park further away so you dont get barricaded in the parking area if the drive thru is busy.

I have never had an issue at this location and I am usually there and gone within 20 min in the drive thru. I dont go inside often as its usually picking up food for a few or many on my way home. I tell them allergy to wheat and then they prepare my protein-style burger AFTER putting on new (clean) gloves, and on a clean counter (no bread has touched it.) Never found a In-N-Out that I didnt like, they are usually my go to when Im in a new city or travelling because I know I can trust the chain, they have good values and work ethic. But sadly for the first time Ive been disapointed was with this one. Normally at In N Out you have the workers walking around cleaning pretty much the whole time, asking if the food is ok, taking trash and trays away for you. Now I dont expect it in anyway, I know its a fastfood chain and not Chilis, but it always been what they do at every one Ive gone to. If I were to bring in a friend from out of town and hyped up In N Out like I normally do, this one would have imbarrased me. And to top it off, one of the guys working there came over and randomly opened the blinds before the sun had set completely, this restaurant seating set east and west. The sun was in my eyes and we asked him to shut them, he complied but came back 10 minutes later and pulled them up again. Um excuse me sir but the sun is still out there, not much has chaged in the last 10 minutes. I dont know if they have some odd time scheduled to get these blinds up but with this particular restaurant they need to push it back. Got sick after eating there, like really bad tummy troubles sick. All in all, Im sad cause I just moved here down the street and now have to drive by this one to get to a better one.
