California classic. Theres a reason In N Out burger is a world famous California staple. Immaculate burgers and fresh natural french fries... Dont forget that delicious milkshake! Reasonably priced. Great quality. Depending on the time and day you go the service will vary but for the most part the employees are kind and very fast. If you havent tried In N Out do yourself a favor and come experience the California classic!

The meal was delicious and definitely up to In-N-Out standard. The staff was friendly. The place was relatively clean.My biggest complaint was the long wait times. For a fast food restaurant, you would expect to wait around 10 minutes. This was not even peak hours.The sliced banana pepper was great, but the lid had been opened for God knows how long. One of the ketchup pumps was also busted. They needed to check the condiment island more frequently to make sure everything is clean.

9/2023: Always a clutch stop when visiting this coast. Food was fast, place was clean (which is pretty noteworthy), and employees were super friendly and helpful. Can be hard to find a seat around lunch or dinner rush but worth it. Highly recommend.

This is one of the busier In-N-Outs in the area but right next to my job so there’s days where (just like every other person in San Jose 🤣) U can’t resist stopping by for a guaranteed hot meal! And the worker’s deff be bustin there a*s so I salute y’all! Need to get some sort of order ahead started. I know they wanna keep it old school and make sure your foods hot but there’s days I don’t stop by because of the line.. As a Southern California girl here is my order: Double double, no tomatoes (thats why it leaks yall) GRILLED ONIONS(sweet w/ out the bite of the raw) add pickles for the crunch and always ask for the chilis and extra spread. The extra spread can be used on the fries and chilis too and you have a version of animal fried. Finally I always ask for no salt really doesnt need it and they always add those packets but in reality the fries are already slightly salted. Be careful not to over do it.

From Wisconsin. Burger was excellent probably 8/10. I don’t wanna be harsh on the fries but they were garbage. They were not crisp or soft at all. They were somehow in the middle and I felt like I was eating paper. Probably a fluke because I’ve heard these are good so I will try again.

Awesome hamburgers, with cheese can taste a bit salty to me.I usually get animal style which I really like. Much better burgers than most regular fast food joints (except Carls Jr which also makes a pretty decent burger).Shakes are awesome, very thick, go great with the burgers.Staff are usually very good. Delicious simplicity. Located next to the San Jose airport. Service is quick and the facilities are clean. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Expect a soft bun with a crisp interior, great sauce, pickles, onions, tomato and a tasty beef patty or any combination that you can imagine. Drinks are self-serve with ketchup in handy pump dispensers. The drive-through line can become long during lunch and dinner hours. The parking area has trees that provide some shade.

There’s nothing better than In-N-Out. Yes I know, the line is always super long, the place is always packed but it’s definitely worth the wait in my opinion. Perfect meal for the 7 days of the week, you just can’t go wrong with a 4x4 with grilled onions, animals style fries, large coke and lots of spread. The price is unreal for the quality of the food, the service and the experience. I love this place I don’t think there is a fast food place that does it better than In-N-Out. 10/10

The order taker acted like customers are an interruption in his day. Seems angry. Other than that,when they were handing out orders, ours was skipped a few times. I had to take my receipt up to the counter for them to make my order. After that the food was hot and tasted good. It will probably be a long time before I go back there.

It was 12:30 AM and This in n out was super packed! The drive and drive inside. The team did a great job at handling it being busy! Food came out great! But they got through it all! Thank you and always enjoy!I didn’t like hearing, assuming the manger (the shorter guy with the keys hanging on his hip) yelling cussing, and using foul language to his employees.I can’t reiterate enough what a great job the team did! They all got through it together.Special shout out to Dana I think her name was! She was killing it on fries, order hand out, and customer service! All done with a smile! In n out burger is a staple in the California experience. Each location transports you back to the old California. A place without care or toil. This specific facility is amazing the staff is super friendly and always understanding. The layout is a little different than normal, the classic “waiting bench” is missing from this location. Overall this in n out is located in great spot near both Apple campuses. I would recommend this location to anyone who asks.

With the drive through line wrapping around the building twice and going up the main street a long distance away, and the store line going well out the door, youd expect to be waiting here for hours. Thats not the case with how rapidly the staff moves people and food.I had the cheeseburger animal style with fries to match, and goodness was it delicious and perfectly done. It was absolutely well worth the way, and the very obviously happy employees gave amazing service.

The staff here are probably some of the nicest I’ve met at any In-N-Out. They truly go out of their way to make sure every guest is taken care of even during a late night rush. Given it’s close proximity to the airport however, don’t be surprised if there’s a long line, but the staff get it moving faster than you’d expect!

It’s my first time in an In-n-out branch, we got here by Uber which seems like a good decision as the place is really crowded at the time we arrived, around 12:00pm, even with what seemed a big line the wait time from queue to ordering was no longer than 10 minutes so the staff is quite fast on these times,After ordering two double-double a pack of fries and two drinks for me and my wife it took another 5-10 minutes to get our food, and the look was good, but once i took the first bite, I just felt in love with it, it is quite really good, the cheese is all over the place and meat is tasty as it can be.I understand a bit the part that staff is not really serviceable but that’s what I expect from a fast food place,Overall the experience was full filled my expectations.

We figured we needed to come here while visiting California to see what all the fuss is about.We got two double double combos animal style. Animal style is apparently on the secret menu. It came with cheese sauce, bacon, and special sauce added to both the fries and burger. We also substituted one of our drinks for a strawberry milkshake.Overall it was good. Its fairly good for fast food, but still fast food. I liked the burger better than the fries and shake.The menu is very limited and a little on the pricier side compared to the specials at other fast food joints.If youre looking for a fast food burger, its not a bad place to stop.

After a year of debating which hamburger joint was better “the others Guys” or “In-N-our Burger” I finally went to the dark side to see what all the hubbub was all about.As I walked up I noticed that they were very busy but the lines moved fast, the restaurant was clean and had a lot of 50 style diner photos “very cool”I ordered double cheese burger and the animal fry’s “from the secret menu” the server was all smiles, super polite and friendly. So far 5 stars all around.When my name was called I got mu food, filled my cup with lemon aid and sat ready to grub down. The burger came with onions, lettuce, tomato and a toasted bun. “liked the toasted bun” Mayonnaise and barbecue sauce is not available? I did get a very hard to open package of “what I think is” something like thousand Island dressing with relish in it. For “my” taste buds I found the burger lacking 3 stars max, The animal fries were crisp but just had cheese “and tasty stuff” on the very top, I could not pull the fries from the bottom and dip them in the topping as it was a hard clump “2 Stars.” Very disappointing.On the bottom of the cup and the French fry holder I found Bible verses “as one who is in Christ I think that is a great concept, my friend who was there with me, IS NOT in Christ, said he likes that they do that and has actually looked up the verses from time to time. 5 stars in my book”The price point is also 5 stars, over all I think 3 stars is a legitimate rating.

No idea where the hype for this school lunch comes from. The fries have no seasoning, which would be fine if they even had salt, which they dont. The burger is cafeteria level. Unremarkable in every category. Freddys and Culvers are in my top, Steak and Shake is great, Wendys and McDonalds are pretty darn good. This is the only burger Ive had from in-and-out, so Im open to believing that this wasnt to their standard and that Id need to give it a second chance, but Im just working with the info I was given with the first, limp impression.

I usually dont mind waiting for an in&out burger until today. My burger and fries were just thrown in the bag. The burger landed upside down and leaked all over my passenger seat through the bag, and bun got soggy. My fries were soggy, Ive never had soggy fries at an in & out before ever! Also, my zero sugar lemonade tasted horrible. I always order, and it tastes great. I will never return to this location again. The employees were all very polite and friendly. They were better than the food.

A west coast fast food chain that keeps it simple. We went Friday evening before catching a flight and were a little intimidated by the long lines of cars around the block and people out the door but the lines move pretty fast. Their menu is simple and limited it is a burger place. The burgers are amazing for the price with some customizations. Their shakes are thick and tasty. The lab mats for eating in the car were a nice touch.

Ive missed In and Out since relocation to the East Coast 11 years ago. I hit up In &Out straight from the airport everytime I return to California, Nevada or Arizona. The restaurants are always clean and the staff is polite and geared toward customer service. Ive tried multiple burger joints back east trying to find something close to In & Outs quality and taste. Even 5 Guys, who claim to be better than In & Out fall short, way short.....There is just something about the perfectly seasoned and cooked meat topped with cheese and smothered in the special sauce between a toasted bun and wrapped in paper that makes all the flavors melt together.......licking the extra sauce and cheese off the paper wrapping is part of the exoerience.....Keep doing what you do and I will keep coming back In & Out.

I always get the protein style Double. Its a definite try if youre not a huge carb eater. Dont let the line discourage you. Visited for dinner/fourth meal a few times over one weekends stay. I would personally recommend to walking in and ordering rather than waiting in the drive-thru. I mainly stuck to a #2 (Cheeseburger w/ Fries & Drink) for most of my orders and waited maybe 15 minutes at most for my food rather than the indeterminate amount of time in the car.In terms of food its the In-N-Out youve come to know: either you like it or you dont. If you fall in the latter camp why are you even reading this? Fries get soggy with the quickness, but you already knew that.

This was my first time going to an in n out. I really didn’t know what to expect. I heard that everyone orders the double double but I went shreds and ordered the 4x4 and the animal fries. In all honestly their burgers are great. Also they aren’t over priced as other places. The burgers really are delicious. My wife ordered the double double and also said it was delicious. Our wait time was nothing. No one was in line when we got there but after we placed our order they did get a few people make a line. We were there maybe 15 minutes in total. In-n-out has never gotten my order wrong; I have been there countless times.The food is frankly overrated from the hype people give it, but that doesnt make it bad, its a higher quality than mcdonalds, burger king, and wendys at their average.More important of note is the consistency of quality that in-n-out offers. Sometimes burger king will put out a nicer cheeseburger than in-n-out depending on how much of a rush is going on, but in-n-out will ALWAYS have the same assembly, quality of ingredients, and cooking, which might just matter more at the end of the day.I would rather have a consistently ok cheeseburger from in-n-out than an unluckily awful one from wendys/burger king.tl;dr: in-n-out will never blow you away, but I would bet money on it being a consistently good experience.

Like most in and out locations, this one has very quick, friendly service, and surprised me with the speed they showed with my order. They were VERY busy, twenty cars deep, and still managed my large order in less than ten minutes. I have no complaints about the food, though they did deliver a slightly warm milk shake. They did come through with a replacement, and when my friend temporarily lost a boomerang to a tree and climbed up it, the manager went outside and asked him if he could learn how to climb trees that well. All in all, lovely experience, had a delicious 4x4 and a double double.
