Everyone knows that In-N-Out’s lines are always long. And sometimes they don’t move very quickly. That’s because their food is fresh and made to order. But there are those times when you can go and even though there is a long line, it moves steadily, so the wait isn’t that long. That’s why I try to go during those times. This was one of them. The guy taking my order was very friendly, and greeted me with a big smile. He repeated my order back to me perfectly, along with my order total. The guys at the next two windows were just as friendly. At the last window, as I was getting my order, he handed me my drink and as I began to place it in my cup holder, the lid popped off and I spilled almost half of the drink in my car. He immediately gave me napkins as I tried to give him back the cup. He told me keep the cup and gave me another drink for free. I’ve never had a bad experience there. And of course, the food was great!

This location in specifically gets the food out quickly. The food is always fresh and never fails to satisfy. One small thing is that, sometimes the tables are really dirty and sticky so you gotta go out of your way to get someone to clean the table for you, but other than that the staff are really friendly and the location is a really good one.

They make a wrong design on the drive-thru i count a least 13 parking spaces that are useless because the drive-thru block them, if you park your car on this spaces at the rush hour you dead, because there is no way to get out.

I am so glad they put an In n Out here, They are fast and so far they always get my orders right, customer service is really good and the food always fresh, and don’t just get the burger, you gotta have the yellow peppers and the cheese fries with your meal for it to taste at its best, trust me and if you add ketchup to all that, eat it all together with a burger bite at the same time, you’ll know what im taking about, Delicious !!! I first went to this In-n-out location the 2nd day when it first opened and the service was better than Chick fil a but it was all to good to be true. I have been back 2 more times but safe to say it was my last. Food isn’t up to the in-n-out standards. And to finish it off I found a hair in the yellow peppers🤢.

For one of the newer in n outs this location kills it with the traditional taste of Baldwin Park location.Tip of the day. If you dont mind walking inside to order they will have you in n out(pun intended) in a fraction of the time the drive thru will get you your food.The employees at this location are super friendly and helpful. The operate like a well oiled machine. Shouting out to each other the different tasks being done to create the in n out experience.The only downside is parking. The line for the drive thru will block you in if it gets too long. If anyone is reading this that works there you should definitely re route the drive thru line to make it more convenient for the walk in customers.

In n out is always tasty, no matter what. But this is the second time I go to this one ( grand opening was about a month ago) and my order is wrong. This time I didnt get one single order of fries well(extra crispy), or grilled onions on the two burgers we ordered them in. Last time I was missing a burger. Like I said, its always tasty, but super disappointing when you get home and your order is not what you expected. I guess just make sure you check your order, no matter if you hold people up in the drive thru. Also, I asked for ketchup and got three only...🤪😂

Another excellent in n out! Despite what you heard on the news or what you see on social media, Compton is not a bad place! Stop believing everything you see on the news and come out and see for yourself.My mustard grilled double double protein style burger with light well fries were cooked to my exact liking. It was around 10:30pm and it was not busy in the dining room which was really nice. Everyone was minding their own business and enjoying their food, I really appreciate that aspect when entering a food establishment..If you’re in the area come check this in n out, out!

Additionally, the Cashier didnt use gloves and she put her fingers inside the cup, where the customer has to drink from, several times all while touching the register and handling money. Ate here with my kids, because there were no other places open at 9 30 on a Sunday night. Staff was very nice and friendly, and the food was very cheap, but the burger was terrible. Dry, lacking flavour, and way inferior to the burgers (using far more juicy, and environment friendly Beyond burger patties) I cook at home.The fries were pretty plain as well - not very crisp, nor properly seasoned.It was my first time at an InNOut. Since this was a new store opening I was interested in seeing type of service and quality of food as well as employee racial, age and gender makeup. We purchase a #1 and #2 cheeseburger combo. I was surprised that the cheeseburger and fries were not hot. The wait time was not long so. As customary when you have fries you are tempted to taste at least one or two. Wow! the fries was bordering like warm/ cool. The burger patty was thin and lettuce was took tick and cold which I felt contributed to the burger being cool. The staffing need to before racially diverse as well as the age and gender group to reflect the surrounding community. I was happy to see so many young people working there though. Just a few kinks/construction criticism to work. Looking forward to the business serving the community.

Went thru drive thru at 1:06pm was out by 1:21pm. Thats fast considering i had 12 cars in front of us. The food was hot especially the fries which i loved. The staff was friendly and nice from the beginning of the line until the end. My order was checked and rechecked for accuracy. Thats what i liked the most getting the order right. Lets face it in n out is the only reason were still in California. The government is incompetent, the taxes are out of control and housing prices are through the roof. I love In-N-Out burger. Its probably one of my favorite places to go to get a cheap fast burger. This location however had its issues. The drive through was one of the fastest Ive been to but when we asked for ketchup we got a bag of and in the bag were little ketchup packs that were covered in some sticky pink sauce. Its weird because I dont think they have any red or pink sauce at the restaurant. It totally turned me off of my food. My hands were sticky from reaching in (before I knew the packs were covered)

Drive thru was ridiculously long. I got my food and ended up walking out to many of the same cars that were in line when I entered parking lot. I am so glad that there is now an In-N-Out location in the Carson community area. I truly love this burger joint for these reasons; 1)The nostalgia of an earlier time; 2)The absolute top-notch customer service, complete with a smile! The thing about this location is if you have to head back towards University it gets complicated. I actually love In N Out burgers, but in this occasion my order was botched. I ordered a double double lettuce wrap animal style. When my burger was placed on the counter to be picked up, the server didnt call my number. I waited for a minute or so and decided to approach the counter. Ask is this my burger with number and was told yes. They wrapped it to go as I had ordered. After eating, I became very Ill. I will return to In N Out, but not this location!

This is by far the first time I really didnt like my In and Out meal. The young lady took my order really quick with th tablet they have outside, drove up, paid, waited behind 2 vehicles and it was by far the longest Ive ever waited. Got my food.. I ordered 2 #1s. One of my fries was just dumped sideways on top of the the 2nd order of fries,, my napkins were just stacked on top of my burgers so they were soaking up all the juices and cheese.. My soda was all ice very little drink.. I dont think Ill come back to this particular establishment.
