I take my son here ofter because it is the best hamburger spot in the area. His go to is a triple cheeseburger animal style combo. The line is always long but it goes super fast. The staff are very efficient and amazing.

Literally, in n Out, no matter how long the line is, thanks to mobility of the order takers advancing throughout line. Cant say Ive had an error in my other. This location is as convenient as any other InnOut establishment. The real test is if they agree to make certain unorthodox meals found in their secret menu. Like the animal style fries mixed sprinkle with meat. I forgot the name. Ive heard some spots will do it, and spots wont. It is what it is. Ive been ordering 4x4 with no union or tomatoes, animal style fries with a 7UP. Last time, I ordered two 4x4 no onion or tomato and two animal style fries with 1 7UP. Why, you asked? Because they were for me. Perhaps I am a sick puppy and should seek help. Before things get out of hand. You what? Its been out of hand. Theres no turning back from 4x4 to 3x3. I say this to those who listen. Take heed on adding patties. It can easily become a slippery slope.

I stopped on 10/17 (tue) 11:30AM after work in Norwalk. This place small In N out burger and mainly focusing Drive Thru because this place only have some table outside only.Service - Awesome. All staffs are very kind.Quality - Fresh and well done. tastes are good.Atmosphere - Theres a small Food mall with Starbucks. Good parking space.Overall - I love this In N out Branch. I will visit again soon.

Every In n Out has its long waits but it’s worth it due to the delicious and simple burgers they serve, service is always the friendliest (at least to the ones I’ve been too) and I have never gotten my food cold from In n Out. They have a drive through but it comes out to the street so be careful when arriving, theirs parking inside and two windows to order from I think it’s a nice little spot to hang out with friends or family.

The guy that took the order today 7/22/23 wad super nice. However, the girls handing over the food need to pay more attention. I asked them not to put ice on our drinks, but they topped them with ice. Also, we asked for ketchup and 5 thousand island. They only put 5 bags of ketchup and not a single bag of thousand island.

The line was 5 to 6 cars deep. It took 30 minutes from order to getting my food. I waited at the window for 5 to 10 min. There was a full room of workers in the booth. Food was hot and good. I just dont understand why I had to wait so long.

Moved fast until we got to the window where it took waaaaay too long to get our food while employees banged trays and pushed side mirror against the car to squeeze through to get inside thair little shack. Come on. Its friggin in and out. It good. Some say other places are better. Sure, whatever. In n out is a staple for a reason. They keep their menu simple. They make consistently good quality food, all fresh BTW, and if your adventurous there a huge secret menu that is fun to explore.Ive always wanted to try a 4x4 hamburger (on the secret menu). But never miss out in the Animal style fries, just say the word and theyll know what to do.

Worst in n out yet. One of their fry machine stopped working so they didnt let us buy more frys for our kids at home. So we settled for what they gave us and the frys werent even done yet. Frys were watery and nasty. Employees kept saying sorry but didnt make it right. Will never go to this joint again and we live across street from it.

Service is great! Everyone seems to be working in harmony and I feel that is great for a business to be successful. If you are not ordering at the speaker there is an In-N-Out person taking orders in their tablets making the ordering process smoother. The patio area is small, and I dont feel its too safe to kids to eat there because there are so many cars around. Specially, becuase their next door neighbor is Starbucks and that creates even more traffic. I only go on their drive-thru. It looks supper busy but they are fast and food is great.

Its usually very good and always correct on your order. Last time our burger and fries werent hot just warm. Hence the 4 star. One thing I would like them to change is the fries are quite often dry and hard, no potatoe in the center. I think they cook them at too high a heat or for too long. Its a hit and miss when I get fries.

I Got me a pair of double doubles and fries, Yea price went up!!But I was amazed at the energy of this kid, I really had to check my watch, its after Midnite and Im dragging, this kid sounded like he just started his shift... Obvious he loves his job!!Now the burgers were better then I remembered, a big positive!! This location is primarily a drive thru service. They have a couple of tables outside, but theres no place to eat inside. The traffic here is dangerous because the line at the drive thru (2 sides) backs up into the street. But....its worth the wait if you love In-N-Out! Always a place to go! Food and service is consistent with other In-N-Outs. There is outdoor seating. The only thing that is an inconvenience and a little dangerous is when the drive thru is full (95% of the time) the car line extends well into the street. Other than that I highly recommend this location and will return as I have been since I moved to this area.

I always love In N Out burger. This place never dissapoints I have been to a dozen locations. When you go get the 4x4 animal style, fries animal style, and a stawberry chocolate shake. You will enjoy every second of it. If I didnt keep in shape I would eat this way more often but it is a guilty pleasure. If only they had a banana shake In N Out burger would get all of my fast food guilty pleasure money. Who knows maybe a franchise owner will see this and make a change.

In comparison to other in-n-out, seemed slower... I think its the compact-ness of the location. Theres outdoor sitting. Do not enter the side between in n out and Starbucks. Thats exit only even when theres an entrance arrow.

Narrow drive thru and confusing start of line. Every car is just funneling in from every angle with no direction. Bad intercom placement, if you dont roll up to it at the perfect angle - due to the janky drive-thru path - youll have to back up to adjust your distance to hear and speak to the servers. Maybe locals got it down pat, but as a visitor I just wanted to order a burger and be done with it. Seemed like the staff was overworked that night, because I didnt recieve the customer service in used to at In & Out Burger. I had a hunch that I shouldve attempted to find another location upon arriving here.

Burgers fries and sodas are awesome as always, but for some reason the shakes at this particular in n out are funky. Something about the mixture is off, too much flavoring is added or something because the chocolate shakes are super dark and dont taste right, same with the strawberry.

They truely are slow service. With more than 5 employee s. Small place accommodations. A pay rate fit for higher wage middle class. Not only does this burger stand get over shadowed by Starbucks. The enormously short drive way is a dominant safety issue. Which can only accommodate 5cars a a time. The walk way between supply and grill is also an issue. Where associates bang and bruise you beautiful car, which I may add took hard work to commendire. So many inand outs are better. I came for the burgers, I left with sore environmental agst!

Overrated. Burgers are good but the fries are not cooked well. Low temperature means you dont get a crisp outer layer. Theyre like soggy cardboard. Also you cant get bacon here. No bacon cheeseburger? What kind of burger joint is this?

ABYSMAL, WRETCHED...To be specific this location is usually above average but the team being helmed Wed Dec 21 @6:30 pm was totally in DISARRAY, CONFUSED, INEPT and INEFFECTIVE..I watched three orders in a row before me all with major errors go unrepaired..A large party of Asian visitors was given their order in a HAPHAZARD, take what you get fashion very UNBUSINESS like,the young man before me in line had to go out of his way to help this group which obviously had a language barrier..I did the exact thing for the next group!! Where was the in n out team? THEY DIDNT CARE !they didnt put the human touch into the burger sales ..Dont know what that team manager tells his team but POOR LEADERSHIP is evident!! Would give two thumbs down if I could !!But my issue is I attempted to purchase $300 dollars of gift certificates but when they wouldnt let me use $100 in credit they just went on to the next person totally bypassing me though I stood there with $200 cash in my hand attempting to purchase what I could..After this SLAP IN THE FACE !!
