In-N-Out is my favorite burger place to eat. Always fresh, always delicious. Ive been eating there since 1952, and I think Im an addict. Best burgers and fries, best prices for the quality.

In a time of complete inconsistency with just about everything, you can always count on each and every In and Out to have the same great quality, taste, and value. They always seem to have the best employees of any fast food chain, and pretty much any chain for that matter. The store is always clean and the food is always awesome. Thank you In-N-Out for being the same great place as one of the very first restaurants that you gave us in Diamond Bar 🍔😋

Another great example of this treasured (to some) West Coast chain. Since no restaurant is privately owned, every location looks very similar. The service is kind and courteous as usual. Great tasting burgers and I absolutely adore the animal fries!

After driving past them for years and seeing them jam packed with cars, I was finally able to park the truck across the street. I had extra time and waited until 10 a.m. for ‘in and out’ to open.I read the history on the website while waiting. Do yourself a favor…read it. It’ll make you feel good. Never knew anything about this place because I’m from the east coast.I was “smile stuck” right when I walked in.The restaurant, restrooms, walls, floors, ceilings and employees were all super clean. Every one of the 11 people working actually looked happy. This is what I would expect a Disney fast food restaurant to be like. Without all the characters.The food was made fresh and the kitchen is open for all to see.I now know what all the hype is about.If they could only train everyone how to be nice, courteous and happy like they are….the world would be a better place.

Stopped in for a quick pick me up & was hesitant, as this location is famous for the long drive thru lines. Its just historically busy. I parked in front of the building, walked in & there was only 2 customers in front of me. While the customer in front of me was putting in their order, another staff member came up to the open register & waved me over. Very quick ordering and then the short wait for my order. I was very impressed with this store. Ive had the opportunity to visit MANY In-N-Out locations, and this one is without question the best of the bunch. :) Wil be back!

Aside from the fact that the burgers are delicious, I have to mention the employees. Its so refreshing to see young kids with such great customer service. So polite and friendly. I do my best to eat there daily on my lunch break. Sure theres places I could go that are closer to me, but I make it a point to go there for the food and service.

This Place is just what you expect from great IN-N-OUTs, the people were friendly( thanks Nathaniel and Brandon for helping us out), the lobby was clean and tidy, and the food was delicious.Unfortunately, the way the parking lot and drive through line are organized is the reason why I gave it 4 Stars. It is very dangerous to park and maneuver through cars waiting in that busy long line. If possible, try to restructure the drive through line on the north side of the restaurant. This would free up the parking and decrease the risk of having an accident. Cheers and GOD Bless!!

Quick stop en route into the desert up the 395. to be expected, the drive-in is a zoo on a Friday night between 8-9pm & glad they have an oversize parking lot so youre not stuck in the mess. I would have hoped they would have prioritized walk-in customers (there was no line when I arrived) - but it seemed like it was the same wait outside or inside which made me question why I even parked my car! no wonder everyone does the drive-in after an experience waiting 15-20 min inside like this!

This burger place has a decent size parking area. Some of the parking space is used for the long line of cars that visit the drive thru at some point during the day. The burger place was pretty busy at the dine in counter during dinner hour. Service is pretty good. The burger and fries are good.

So one of the things that I find most valuable about in n out is the consistency at which I can get a good meal regardless of which location I visit. The burgers and fries always hit the spot early or late. They lose a point in atmosphere cause they are always packed but even then I cant blame people for having good taste. They are quick on getting orders out and I dont know anywhere else these days to get a quality meal for 10 bucks but in n out continues to keep decent prices for consumers.

I had to comment on the experience, I usually expect consistency, I ordered 2 protein style dd. And they were eye cringing salty. I ate it, of course, but I had to call them on it. Because some food can be adjusted on under salted, but this was either a shaker too poorly adjusted or employee salting twice. Anyways I called them just to let them and hope they can fix the problem.

As you can imagine this location is ALWAYS busy. The staff try their best to keep up with demand. I guess today was just a bad day.Was refused a “secret menu” order. Told by the cashier “they don’t do that” whatever no big deal. Ordered a DOUBLE DOUBLE WITH ONLY GRILLED ONIONS. Asked for my items in separate bags. STILL put my orders together and messed up my burger.Went back inside to have it remade. He only made the burger instead of the entire order with fresh fries being that I had to wait. OF COURSE the new burger is still made wrong. So he has to remake it again and I ask about the fries (he looked surprised) all and all spent another 15 mins waiting on top of the 15 i spent on the original order.Probably won’t return to this location. The food is usually good, but not today. First, Seth had an attitude after I asked him to wipe off my cup before handing it to me. You shouldn’t be handing customers cups with soda everywhere. The burger was soggy the fries were nasty and the soda was flat. My top to the drink also came off and spilled all over my car.

This In n Out is just off the 15 on Hesperia Road! This busy corner is not the same as at was when I used to use the shortcut, 35 years ago! This is hands down one of my favorite in n out locations. Every time I go to their drive thru, regardless of whether it’s slow or there’s a long line, their crew is always super friendly and gets the line moving quick.I don’t know what kind of setup they have inside, but this has to be one of the most efficient drive thrus i’ve seen given how many customers they help.I can’t speak for the inside since I don’t dine-in, but their drive thru and crew deserve recognition because they’re always on their A-game!Also they’re in n out so obviously their prices are great and so is their food. My favorite place to go when i’m having late night cravings 😊🙏🏻

You can eat vegan at in n out. They dont have a protein patty of any kind (so you dont have to worry about it being cooked on the same grill as meat. I get a veggie with pickles, onions and chilis added (extra all veggies)& no spread (spread is not vegan) but, you could add mustard or ketchup if you want. With all those veggies i dont find it necessary to put any condiments on it. For vegetarians you can do a grilled cheese with or without veggies on it. And the frys are the only thing cooked in the fryers so, they are good for vegans and vegetarians also!

It was a Long time since I got to have In-N-Out Burger & although this trip was Not for any type of fun, this made it better! The customer service is Always Excellent (this location is very busy, as I know all tend to be & they just stay their same Happy selves)! The Atmosphere is Always Excellent & makes me happy to just be around (as I am an old car/muscle car guy). If you cannot or do Not want to eat meat, they are more than happy to make one of the Best grilled cheese with tomato, onion, etc. As many people already know, there is many other options that they happily do! Even with how constantly busy they are, it is Always very clean & their food is So Consistently Delicious every time I get to go! The delicious 😋 smell of the food captured my attention, i walked in to a clean dinning area very polite workers and enjoyed my food there. Great tasting food. Its set up in a good location. Arco gas, chase bank is across the freeway. Next to in n out is chipotle; across the street is Starbucks, Arbys, Chevron, Dennys, Jack in the Box. Back to in n out: good customer service, not all employees are friendly but they are usually courteous. Customers for the most part mind their own business.

Drive thru has gotten worse the last 2 times I have gone. It was always fast no matter how long the line was but now it takes 40 min to get your food with a not so long line. Not worth it anymore in my opinion to wait that long for drive thru. Best bet is go to another location or just get off and go inside will probably get your food sooner than the drive thru.

As Always, IN- AND-OUT BURGER, is awesome. This particular location is always packed inside the dinning room and drive- thru has roughly 15 cars at any given time... they move really fast though. Ive never had any problems with an order, and the employees are really friendly. For those who have never eaten at IN-N-OUT, you must try it..... if there is ever a long wait, believe me, its definitely worth the wait..I highly recommend IN-N-OUT..

This in-n-out is in a very convenient location for me and probably most people in the area or just passing by on the 15. Its right off the freeway.One thing that Ive noticed however is that they are not accurate in taking my order when pretty much every in-n-out has no trouble with my usual order. Ive had to correct my order at least 3 separate times which is unusual for in n out.They do have a second person verifying your order in the drive-thru, but if youre dining inside, make sure to check your receipt that you got your extra toast or added chilis.Overall, good service and clean facilities thats up to par with in-n-outs standards.

Absolutely the friendliest and most helpful staff anywhere else on the planet. You dont have to beg for napkins either, which has become a trend in fast food restaurants.
