I just came to this location for the first time and I have to say I was very impressed with Valerie and the rest of the staff. I went in with a complicated secret menu idea that I wasn’t even sure how to order right and Valerie was so kind and patient with me. At the same time I noticed that the cashier next to her, I believe his name was Ladimani or something similar was also taking a secret menu order which the customer wasn’t sure how to order correctly. Both of them were very kind, patient, and professional. I could see that being in their position with many people doing the same thing trying to order “Secret” and “special” items over and over again might for some get annoying and it might reflect in their customer service. But this store showed at the utmost respect and professionalism to their guests. That type of customer service is hard to find these days. To top it off my food was made quickly and it was super tasty as well! I wish they had a drive-through but I won’t knock off a star for that.

What is there to say? You are either a loyal fan or not. Double single with whole grilled onions, chilis and pickles. Well done fries. Whether it’s early lunch (opens at 10:30) or late night post drinking burger (closes late) in n out is always friendly, accurate with the order and never disappoints. My only disappointment is I should order a second burger but always try to real it in. A visit is always a must when traveling internationally and you miss a good ol fashion all American burger taste.

Usually the food is great, but today all 3 orders of fries were a bit hard so I took them back and the young woman at the counter was very polite and said she would get me a fresh order. When I got back to my table I realized the new order was not even warm and just as hard as the first order. It was finally resolved but I was surprised that I had to return the order twice. The burgers were great though!

I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a lemonade, a double double with no onion extra lettuce and chopped chilies cheese fries and a Dr. Pepper, and finally another double double with grilled onions chopped chilies extra lettuce with fries and a Dr. Pepper. This particular location didnt have a drive thru and surprisingly it wasnt packed. The cashier was patient when taking my order and repeated everything back correctly. The gentleman that was handing out the food was super nice, attentive, and very work efficient. He answered all my questions without hesitation.

Always been a favorite place as their burgers are fresh and French fries cut and made on the same day from fresh potatoes. Like the efficiency. appearance and the friendliness of the staff. Find a drive through at Harbor and Orangethorpe on Fullerton.

Always friendly, always clean, and always packed full of hungry locals. This place is a standout because even though there is homeless in the area, they are still professional. They remain courteous, and friendly with those who most businesses would rather call police, and prohibit from entering their establishment. Its called compassion... And its nice to see for a change. For that, and the quality of food, service, speed, and overall experience, this location gets Five stars. And I never hand out 5 stars. Period.

I used to covet In-N-Out burger, and was really looking forward to a Double-Double (animal style). I got the number 1 deal to go, and honestly it was underwhelming. The consistency of this franchise is phenomenal! Not only with the quality of food, but the friendliness of the staff is OUTSTANDING!. The last time we ate here, it was pushing midnight. The restaurant was packed. My kids were crabby, but the young man behind the counter was so patient and pleasant with us. It must be a blast to work there because it seems like everyone is having a good time. Even the person that is strong-arming the French fry cutter. Thats fun to watch too. The parking at this location is kind of limited, but there is a strip mall a block away with ample parking, short walk.

She looked at me waiting for me to say something to him instead of going before me. So I told him Im next? His response was, oh okay. When I went up to order, I asked him. 1st time at In-n-Out and it was awesome! I had a 3x3 animal style and fries animal style. Fries were pretty good but the burger was incredible. There are no In-n-Outs where I live and after only 1 visit, i think Im going through withdrawals. Staff at this location was very good as well. A bus of elementary/middle school kids showed up and they handled them very well and took care of the people not associated with the bus well.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. But having said that I have to bring up that on my last 2 visits the fries have been below the standard of what I usually get at this location.One visit was at lunch and the other dinner. The fries have been cold and the crispness is completely absent. The fries are sort of soggy inside and more than half are broken in pieces. I really hope things improve because as I said at the start this is one of my favorites places to eat and I would love to come back and get fries the way they were made before.Hot and crispy.

This is my go-to In-N-Out when I am near school as its the closest one. The interior is extremely spacious than some In-N-Outs as there are always seats available to diners. The staff is always nice and friendly and there is never any problem.The only reason why I did take one star away from this specific In-N-Out is that the parking at is extremely narrow and small. Not only that, but if you are on the other side of traffic, its difficult to enter the parking lot, and after entering the parking lot, if someone is either exiting while you are entering, the path is way to narrow for both cars to move along, so one car needs to wait for another. I always just end up parking in the neighborhood nearby as parking is always rough.

For a relatively fast burger restaurant, In N Out is much loved. I do not care for hamburgers, but theirs are better than most. If youve never eaten at one and like burgers it is a must try if you are near one. I think they are limited to the West coast and Las Vegas area, but not sure about the companies growth. I really like this place. Everytime I come in they have been friendly except a manager named Amanda who (at least from my experience) has always been rude and condescending to her workers and customers. I can’t tell if she’s new to the job or not but her presence made things really unpleasant. Nonetheless, I love the place - friendly workers.

The food, of course, is excellent. Restaurant is clean, well-attended, and has appropriate barriers up to protect employees and customers. Entrance to restaurant is on Chapman side, Exit Only door is on Placentia side. My criticism is that a lot of people came in thru the Exit Only door while I was there (including one dude who cut in line in front of the mom and daughter in front of me, so rude). Clearer signage would help make it safer. Also that Exit door refuses to stay closed, what a pain.

As all In-N-Outs, this place tastes great, is cheap, and has a nice atmosphere. However, this location in particular is way too crowded. The parking lot is very small but, due to the fact that it is near a university, it ALWAYS has people. So, chances are you wont be able to park, and even if you can, it would be difficult for large vehicals to park comfortably. There is some street parking, however that parking is technically reserved for residents, so you risk a ticket if you park there. All in all: it is In-N-Out, so it has great food and service but because of the parking, it can be frustrating at times.

Whenever I want In-N-Out, this is one of the two locations near me that I debate going to. This location, like many In-N-Outs has great food, excellent customer service, and a spacious interior for seating. Unfortunately, there is no drive thru. Where this location is located, there is no space for a drive thru. Since this one is located near CSU Fullerton, I try to avoid this place during the lunch and dinner rush.Parking in the nearby residential street is prohibited, so when the parking lot is full, I recommend going to the McDonalds parking lot across the street.

The college crowd from Cal State Fullerton makes it a popular hang out, but its worth it to circle the block a few times and wait for a parking space.
