It’s hard to review an In-N-Out Burger without repeating what has already been said, but you know you are always going to get affordable and good food, served with a smile. This location is very clean and the service was great. They struggled with the large crowds that hit them all at once as a school event ended - but that’s to be expected.

Always consistent quality and service. Was alone so I sat at the counter-style seating near the front. Entered at about 11:45, just before Shepherd Church was ending and I waited about 10 mins for my order to be completed, drive up very busy at the time so I wasnt surprised. Person taking my order was very polite and fast.

As an east coast guy In & Out has never fully had my heart and I’ve been critical of it over the years. The prices are pretty nice which entails me to give it a pretty decent review but if you’re going for quality it’s lacking a bit here. The fries taste almost stale, as if they’ve been left out for many days. It’s not the end of the world but it is something to watch out for. The burger is pretty good for the price and they have great gluten free options but NO MAYO!! I understand, but I also love Mayo..

I love In-N-Out this one was no exception. This one had the same standards of good food, fast service, and a clean place. The restaurant had a slightly different layout than some In-N-Outs if you are trying to see the different variants. The one little issue was the drive-through lane blocked parking.

I enjoy their 2x2 cheeseburger with some customization. I ordered a 2x2 with mustard fried patties with whole grilled onions, pickles and extra toasted buns. It came out appealing and tasted delicious. Thats what a hamburger is all about.

This place has the freshes hamburgers and fries! I go to this restaurant at least once a week and every time it is delicious and such a great deal for around $10 bucks.Look up the secret menu, i get everything animal style. I also recommend the protein style (lettuce wrapped) cheese burger, it is 10/10.

This is an amazing local inexpensive burger restaurant. The line is usually long but its totally worth it and it goes surprisingly fast! Double-Double, fries and diet coke please! ...ok, sometimes a small chocolate shake. If youre in a wild, crazy and not concerned with caliries mood, I suggest asking for the burger and fries to be made: animal style! If youre keto, ask for protein style and vegan, vegan/plant style. After being falsely accused of cutting in line, I was served stale fries and a Frankenstein drink that was clearly a mix of multiple flavors. I did not defend myself against the order taker and was very amicable to his untrue assertions. That notwithstanding, I can’t help but suspect that my food was tampered with as a form of retaliation.

This In N Out location is great. Usually pretty quick and the food is always good.The only issue is don’t park near the drive thru as it can get packed and sometimes block you in. Also, the drive thru line can get awkward, but there’s not much they can doOther than that, employees, food, and quality is always on point.Highly recommend grilled cheese with only grilled onions and spread. Extra toasted.

I can say this is my favorite burger of all time. The menu is always kept so simple, burgers, fries and drinks/shakes. The prices are decent and Id rather spent $9 on a good combo than $13 in other fast food places. I love that IN n out makes their burgers fresh and their fries. Excellent Double-Double Plain. It was probably the best dubPlain Ive had in years. Im very particular about whats on my sandwich... I routinely find a few grilled onions hiding in the American cheese. Thankfully there were no grilled onions on my burger... I was happy. The bun, cheese and Patty wereball at the peak of freshness and cooked to perfection.I might have to go on a little In-N-Out kick for a minute.....p.s. Northridge location (est. 1984) has rude workers and they make sloppy burgers with unwanted onions on mine and usually pink and undercooked too.Keep That Hit Off My Block!

This is my favorite in-N-out location!! The food and service is totally outlandish!! Lukas, one of the workers there has helped me several times and has a real upbeat attitude and treats us with the upmost best service, its kinda nice because I am a area manager at the company I work in the Porter Ranch Community and my job can be very stressful sometimes and its nice when I take my lunch that someone like him treats me and the other customers so good! I would recommend this place to anyone..its clean, has great service, and the food is awesome!!

Everything at In-N-Out is par. Their fries are a bit different that other fast food franchise fries. If you want fancy topping covered fries, ask for “Animal Fries”, there’s no animals involved. Their milkshakes are a bit thick and strongly flavored, but still really good. The cup/size might look small, but one is definitely enough. You can ask for extra sizing s in the burgers. The place is usually really busy during lunchtime. And if you’re debating on going through drive-thru versus walk-in, I’d recommend walk-in. I’d say In-N-Out is one of the healthier fast food restaurants.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at an In N Out. Took almost 20 minutes to eat my food through the drive thru. This was at about 10:10am. I asked for no tomatoes and grilled onions. Instead I got tomatoes with no grilled onions. At the windows to pickup the food I asked if they would mind giving me some napkins and a straw for my drink. 3 out of the 4 employees I dealt with looked they had no interest in being there or helping customers. Plus the fries were cold and hard! If I wanted this kind of service I would have gone to McDonalds!

Probably the first time Ive had a negative experience here. Asked for medium rare, was told they havent been allowed to cook to order since ... 2017! Then I asked for no onion. Halfway through I realized the burger was prepared with onion, then they removed it. Was still able to taste it. And the bun was burnt.And this isnt the restaurants fault, but, apparently the State mandates that they cant give LIDS for the drinks unless you ask :/🤦🏻‍♂️

Even though this location is ALWAYS busy, if you go inside to order, you will get your food quickly. The drive thru is always so backed up, it is not worth waiting in that line, but there will be multiple employees there taking orders to push the line along. You can tell that all of the employees at this location really do try hard and do their best. If you have a choice, go to this location, you will not be sorry.

We were visiting from out of state where we don’t have In-N-Out Burgers. My brother suggested it, but said there’d be a wait.The drive through line was backed up - a person was taking car orders to keep the line moving (something I’ve not seen often). This was noted while we walked to the door.We went inside and walked up to the friendly face who took our order. While we waited, we filled our beverage cups - waited for at the most 5-7 minutes. Possibly the busiest In N Out burger location. But almost all In-n-out are busy always. Just the parking near the restaurant is difficult with the drive through waiting spots blocking the area for you to back up. Little thought was given to that, but oh well. Wish I knew the name of the guy, but just wanted to give a shout out. We came in today (12/10/19) with my son who is 1 and he was super attentive and helpful, brought us a baby chair, asked multiple times if we needed anything, cleared our trash, and even opened the door for us when we left and asked if we wanted a bag for leftovers. Never had so much help at a fast food restaurant, especially a busy one! Food was good as usual.

Friendly and professional staff very helpful Ive noticed to the disabled however, there have been times where Ive had to school some of them but most of the staff has been excellent and consistent about putting out an excellent product a lot of the staff many a times will know customers by their first names this is something that a lot of places dont really do anymore it gives the old-fashioned feel that you are going to a place that gives you a little bit of a time warp of when people had a better rapport with clientele. This location is one we always enjoy going to. Sundays nights, like tonight is always busy. Seems like you will see alot of patrons from Sheperd of the Hill. Normally busy, quality of food is a standard for in n out. Which we enjoy, always like that in n out has made sure that the quality control in all their chains has been very well taken care of. Only issue is some locations like this one tend to lack on cleanliness in their bathrooms. Aside from that employees are very polite, parking is great and it always seems like were are out of the valley when we come to this location. Definitely a recommendation to anyone I know.

This location is kind of on the small side. There are not many tables inside the restaurant. However, they do have some outdoor seating.It is hard to get in and out of the parking area because the drive thru line goes through the parking area so cars tend to block your path. I recommend that you park in the open parking area and walk to the restaurant.
