Best burgers and fries in my humble opinion. I first tasted In N Out in 1993 and still gives the chills when I eat it 30 years later.The double-double burger is fresh, juicy, and very tasty. Can eat 3 and do not feel stuffed. Fries is as fresh as it could get.Highly recommend.The only comment for management is to find away to keep outdoor tables as clean as possible.

⭐Fast and great service with clean chairs and tables.⭐The atmosphere was great as well. Cool people have great vibes all around.⭐The value was the BEST⚠️HOWEVER, the food was not it. The fries were dry and cold, the buns were not fresh (dry and crusty). The meat was well done and very filling.Overall, depending on the time you come you might get a 5 star dish or a 3. Just give it a try its WORTH IT😊👍

Clean and friendly service. Even though it was super busy we got our food within 10 mins of ordering.We ordered the Animal style double-double burger and Animal style fries. Both really hit the spot!The strawberry and vanilla shakes were great as well. A bit thick so we had to use a spoon.

There is a door between gas station and In&Out to have access bathrooms but locked. We came with 2 busses, 96 people and some of us want to gas station to shop too but can not cross through instead have to walk all the way around when the cars comings to Drive through. This is insane and not safe for our children. If you keep this door locked well never stop again here.

Gotta love In-N-Out. Always a California treat, the burgers and milkshakes were delicious as always, but I have to say the fries were not up to par. Very soggy and starchy, was quite disappointing. Both animal style and regular!Besides the fries it was fun, and if you have never been, you should at least try a double double 😉

I am giving a shout-out to the employees there yesterday. I have seen IN-N-Outs really busy but this was the epitome of busy. Bus after bus full of people got there aside from the endless drive-through line as well as the people who were there already at the place. It was SUPER busy but the guys at the front Rodney and Apollo kept on being so helpful and kind. Rodney kept on smiling at every single customer that came in. Excellent customer service from the guys at the front to the lady cleaning up outside. Hope all of you get a raise you deserve it!!

In and out/ the best burger 🍔 in california- love it 😍 and I can’t stop eating it, you might need to rub for 5k after it but it is ok, not recommended as dinner 🥘 otherwise you will suffer. In N Out never disappoints! About a 10 min wait on Sunday at 1pm. Friendly service as always (shout out Hana) - it’s hypnotizing watching them work while you wait for your food. My go to order is a double double with onions, protein style. We also shared a Neapolitan shake this time around, but I usually go with a vanilla and chocolate swirl. There is lots of seating inside and out.

Always been a great place to grab hamburger meal. The hamburger is juicy as its freshly cooked and with a choice of raw or grilled onion. The fries is freshly cooked and its dry as supposed to typically greasy ones from fast food joints. The milkshake is also good, especially the neapolitan one which mixes all 3 flavors.

Delcious burger at a cheap price. It’s my first time in In N Out Burger, and I was shocked at how they make french fries. They had real potatoes, sliced them, cooked them. It’s not like those in any fast food franchise restaurants. I had double double burger and animal fries and I would definitely visit the place again whenever I come to California.

Price is cheap. Burger is okay—got the buns toasted to reduce sogginess but asking for medium rare still gets you a dry AF patty. Fries are pretty poor, got them well done which normally should make them crispy but instead turned them into fried styrofoam. It was insanely good even with the hair in my burger. I didnt eat the burger with the hair in it. As soon as I recognized it was there I took it out. Even though, it shouldnt be weird if I ate the burger with the hair in it. I was already eating another animals body and spoiled milk (cheese). If Im okay with doing that, why wouldnt I be okay with eating a human hair? For whatever reason, only the human hair part of the burger grossed me out. So I took it out and continued to enjoy the dead animal and its spoiled milk. The only reason for the 4 stars is because I ordered animal fries, (which surprisingly doesnt have any animal in it) but got normal fries instead.

Fast service and accurate order is all I can ask. Had a cheeseburger, fries, and chocolate shake for my first time at In-N-Out. It’s good but I prefer Freddy’s, but it’s a very similar style. Obviously they do a great job of marketing a good/reliable product to have such a long line during “after lunch” hours. I’d go back, but if you haven’t had Freddy’s, you should try there also.

California classic Burger chain in mountain view California! Serving up a delicious burger and fries. Their menu is super simple but if you know anything about In-N-Out, you know they have a secret menu. My personal favorite is to order my burgers protein style and save on carbohydrates from the buns. They do an amazing lettuce wrap and were one of the first burger chains to do it that way. Another favorite is to order your fries animal style. they will double fry them for extra crispiness and then put cheese and the secret sauce they use on burgers, all on top of the fries. Magical! If you want to Google it, the internet will give you all of the different secret menu options. Basically using the ingredients that they have on hand to make the limited menu, you can create some pretty amazing things!

Heard so many good things about In-N-Out that I just had to try it while Im here in California. I was worried that it wont meet the high expectation Ive set for myself, but it didnt disappoint! The animal style burger and fries were so juicy and flavourful. Loved it. Its a bit heavy though, and definitely not healthy by the look of it so consume at moderation lol.

I dont like that they cater to drive thru at every cash register I wish they would have 2Cashiers designated for drive thru and 1 for lobby but they cater to drive thru and it takes 15minutes for me to get a burger fry and drink which is basically my whole lunch waiting for an order. Went looking around for a Chinese restaurant that was dine in, since our favorite was take out only for now. Found this little place 🤣. Its a very typical in-n-out burger joint. Because of the location it gets really busy at lunch time and in the evening, but they are fast. They usually have someone out there taking orders. The burgers are great. I always order animal style with no grilled onions and Ive never once had a wrong order here, so thats surprising and helpful (no trying to pick onions off my burger).

Terrable service, I’m not sure why but compared to other in an out this one is by far the slowest! Typically there would be a long line or the drive thru is backed up but there was one 7 cars barely a line inside and took forever! I’m talking about almost 30 minutes. I think this location needs to do a better job at making it faster for there customer service. I give it a 4 star because the burger is still amazing!

Waited 17 min at the pick-up window without clear reason for an order of regular fries and 3 cheeseburgers protein style (with lettuce rather than buns)! When I finally was handed over my bag, the burgers were with buns... Returned the bag and asked for protein style. It took 3 min for my order to be redone, meaning the nature of the order was not the reason for the delay. Out of the 3 replacements, one looked half the size of the other two, as if there was no patty at all. In total it took me 48 min for a drive-through order of regular fries and 3 cheeseburgers.

I know the fries are supposed to be “healthier” but I’m not sure why they taste so much like cardboard. I make potatoes at home that are healthy and not once have they tasted like cardboard. This isn’t a reflection on this location more as a reflection on the entire in and out franchise. They ought to find a way to make healthy French fries that don’t taste like cardboard, it’s definitely possible.

Highly disappointed! You would think that an order placed should be an order recieved. However for some reason it took over 30 minutes in line to not only not receive our full order but for the cashier or night manager to blantly lie to my face and reassure everything was in the bag. Thanks NOT! And why would you ask if I wanted ketchup and have me request it along with spread and not receive either one. Yeah I know you wanna go home, its the end of the night we all wanna go home but dont work in a position of customer service if you dont care about your customers. This was my first visit to an in-n-out after hearing hype about it for years. Maybe it was time of day(7:30ish pm) or the specific location, but I found it wildly disappointing. The burger patty was tiny, didnt cover the whole bun and maybe 5mm thick at most. It tasted mostly like the bun bread with very little meat flavor. The fries were limp and over salted. I really dont understand the hype around this place. I had the hamburger meal and Id say it was no better than the average McDonalds, aka not good. Last time I ate at in n out was when I first visited California (LA). My friend ensured me I absolutely MUST try it so we went together to grab some burgers and fries. The food tasted great for a drive thru.So nows my second time in Cali and I went again. Noone riding shotgun this time to hype this place. Consistency, quality, value. This is what Californians have come to expect from In-N-Out, and this location is no different. Ordered a 3x3 animal style extra toast, fries well done, and a large Arnold Palmer (half lemonade/half iced tea). I was really exhausted from my travels in San Francisco.The register was empty for a few minutes which was really unusual for me (they pretty much keep on going at other locations).Still, it was great service. Im not going to get into a philosophical debate about who makes the best fast food burger - different strokes for different folks - but the Rengstorff In N Out makes a consistently solid cheeseburger (go for grilled onions if you want to take it to the next level) and despite the line of cars (its across the road from a Costco, what can you do 🤷🏻) they run a well oiled machine that gets you through the drive in pretty quickly. Fries are meh but thats the case at every single In N Out - at this point mediocre fries are kind of their brand.

I went through the drive through around noon. No too many cars, maybe 12 in front of me. A polite young man was outside and took my order. The line moved fast. The women taking money and handling food were very nice. However, I did ask for no tomato and they put it on. Not that big of a deal. My only issue is that my fries are cold. Unfortunately this in-n-out was a bit disappointing compared to the other locations.1. The fries were a little burnt, I’m not a fan of charcoal🍟 🔥2. Fries were not seasoned properly, barely any salt. I know they give you salt on the side but it should have some flavor by default like the other locations.3. The drinks have so little ice in them they were melted within 15 mins.4. The drive thru line gets awkward when it gets long, there should be proper signage/ direction on where to enter or where to go to get to the drive thru. I basically had to enter and exit and make a u-turn in the parking lot to get in line.5. This was unexpected. The cashier’s hands were wet so when he handed back my credit card to me with my receipt both came back a bit wet. It’s gross considering now I have to wipe it on something. Eeek!

Very good burger and fries. Friendly employees even though it was very busy at lunch time. I was impressed in how our orders were taken by an employee standing by the drive through, our money was taken at the first window then our hot food was given to us at the second window. You can go with the simple regular menu, the secret menu (which is pretty wide and inclusive) or simply just go with your own personal preference within the parameters that the offer. This is one of the most popular In & Out burger places in the bay area. Its proximity to Hwy. 101 in Mt. View and many tech companies makes it easy for a quick stop. This day was no exception, the drive thru was busy. People were eating both inside and out, nearing full capacity. Even at that, our order didnt take long and it was hot and tasty. We made the mistake of both of us ordering fries! We had forgotten that the fries are more than generous! Kudos need to be given to the crew who dance around each other like a well ordered ballet. They can really get the orders out fast.Sadly there was a sign on the door saying to the effect that everyone needed to lock their cars and they were not responsible for thefts and damage. A sad commentary on the times.

I absolutely loved In-N-Out, and this location is no different. As you expect from in In-N-Out, the staff was friendly and they probably took our order. Great place for a quick bite. Their Frys are great. Real fresh food. They (claim) not to have any Freezers in their restaurants. All food prepared from fresh ingredients. In Mountain View they are recruiting at $16/hr. Probably the highest paying restaurant in the country? Very neat, clean, elegant. Love to go often. Their Veggie Burger Animal Style is a great one. Was fast before but forget about that now. Drive thru always out to the street (20+ cars). parking lot is different to get around because of that. Even if I was starting and right next to the place i would not eat here. If you have half an hour to forty-five min. to waste in the drive thru be my guest. Going in is not that much faster and you have to wait outside now so bring a coat. In my opinion there are better and faster places to eat in this area.
