I stopped in here on a drive and I’m not kidding. This is the friendliest In-N-Out I’ve ever been to. The staff at this location is so kind. My experience was that there was plenty of parking. I walked right in. There’s also plenty of seating. I connected with one of the workers and was able to order quickly. I walked outside, and I was going to eat out there, but I noticed there were some chickens. Yeah, you read that right, there are chickens that live here! So I went back inside and eat in there. The staff was great. My food was perfect. This is one of the best In-N-Out that I’ve ever been to in my entire life.

I literally love this place! This is my daughter’s and my favorite restaurant since moving to California. Their burgers are amazing. Literally everything is fresh daily. Their fries, which are amazing, have no preservatives. Their shakes literally taste like a shake mixed with whipped cream. It’s awesome. Prices are great and you will get filled up. Their pink lemonade is amazing too.

Busy location in Yuba City. Stopped by on a road trip with folks from the UK - As always for this chain the hamburgers are excellent! Enjoyed the burgers - they never use frozen patties and fries are freshly made from the potatoes right in front of you. Only a few places left that have fresh ingredients. For any tourists you can’t go wrong with in-n-out burger.

This is always a great place to eat. The food is do dependable to be the exact same every time you go to eat there. I always take my nephew inside to order cause he loves to watch them make the food and slam the potatoes through the machine that spits out French fries. Also the people there are always so friendly its insane how nice they are. When I go to the counter with my nephew to watch, there will be or 3 different times different workers will come ask if we need anything. Once I ordered a large shake but was only charged for a small, when I got it I saw was a small and said oh I ordered a large. They saw the receipt said small, but was such a long line for me to pay for the difference that they just gave me the large. If you havent been here before and like burgers, fries, and shakes, this is the best place in town to go.

Second time Ive been to this location couldnt get my order right. Cheeseburger with no onions is that so hard? Theyre making enough money now they should be able to not put onions on a hamburger and what the hell is with putting a hole slice of onion on the burger when two or three rings would suffice and the ice made the 7up taste musty.

Amazing food, as I have always come to expect from any In and Out. Service was fast, despite them being quite busy. The ONLY drawback, is the trash cans were overflowing, and tables needed wiping down, but its pretty minor considering how busy they were.

I absolutely love in and out I will not eat at any other fast food or should I say fake food places. I love that they keep God with them thats why they are so successful. Their food is delicious and theres no pig included 😋 I highly recommend eating here for anyone they have so many option just make sure you check out the secret menu online for some interesting ways to eat your food makes it more fun.

My first time trying In N Out and all I can say is WOW!!! This place met my expectations! The flavor of the burger is very satisfying and the crunch of the bun makes it even better! If you asked me 2mo ago if I wanted In-N-Out, I would have replied, Hell no! Why? All i can remember is the hamburgers being hella small and dry and basically a salad burger w/a patty in it. Couldnt stand it.A couple of months ago, my daughter went there cuz her and my grandson LOVE the place and she asked me if I wanted anything. I was hungry so i said yeah i guess. I told her to get me the same as her and after the 15 min or so wait, we got our food and I got my cheeseburger and it looked actually very tasty and juicy. Not how I remember them looking before. I took a bite and OMG, i couldnt believe how delicious it was. I was like DAMN, OK. They got wayvbetter, LolMustard fried is the only way to go and it comes w/them thick juicy pickles and i got it w/ everything on it and extra peperoncinis.Now, i cant stop going there. Im still not to fond of them fries but cant win em all. Cokes are on point! It may seem and look like a forever wait, but in total and being the 3rd car around the corner if at the Arden location, it only took a total of 16min. Well worth the wait.

In-N-Out burger is a moral imperative when visiting California. Their secret menu isnt really a secret anymore. Though Im pretty sure they set the trend for secret menus.Youll wait for the food a bit. But its hot and fresh.Their friends are not the greatest. Shoestring style, but very starchy. When they cool, theyre like cardboard. Stick to the burgers.

Had the best double double at this Yuba City In-n-Out location that Ive had in a very long time.Fresh throughout, crisp and chilled lettuce and tomato, ripe tomato, perfectly grilled onions, wrapped cleanly in paper.Prepared and presented with care and pride.Many SF Bay Area In-n-out locations should take a lesson from Yuba City In-n-Out on how to prepare and present a double double.

Order a burger and they made it wrong. I told the staff the burger was made incorrectly and they said they’d remake it. They didn’t remake it they just tried to remove the ingredients I didn’t want the burger made with by hand. They failed to even do that there’s still stuff on this burger I didn’t want. They got my order right in the receipt too. I didn’t receive what I paid for and honestly this has happened so often at this location. I’ve been checking the bag before leaving every single time because it happens so often and that’s how I noticed the issue in the first place. I love going out to eat, getting this kind of service, feeling better about the ingredients, and paying this price. It does seem to take a while to get the food, but they serve a lot of people. The place needs to hire more employees to have 1 dedicated to the dining area. Tables are always dirty, napkins empty and no ketchup. Drink area looks like the drink area at McDonalds with the mess. Parking is a pain since 1/5th of the parking spots are blocked for the drive thru

My wife is in a wheelchair and she was taken care of the nicest person. When our number was called this person brought our meal to us. I didnt make to the counter when I heard her say that she had #83 order and she was taking to there table. We were both blown away by her hospitality.

Its In-N-Out. Great place for American comfort food. Unfortunately, some careless male backed his loud and exhaust foul truck in a handicap spot without plates or placard. Left his truck running while he went inside for over 5 minutes, ruining our eating enjoyment.Ill never stop coming here because I love their burgers and fries. In-N-Out always makes a great Burger so I dont mind waiting in the drive-thru line no matter how long it may be and this location is always busy with cars sometimes backed up through the parking lot to the street. Its been 4 years since my first time trying In-N-Out. The burger was just as fresh as I remembered. I had the double-double, was actually able to finish it without feeling greasy and heavy after. First time trying the animal style fries and thought they were just okay. The staff was friendly. Dine in is available. Drive-thru was super busy. Definitely have to go whenever I visit California.

In and out is one of my fiances and I favorite fast food places. This location has always provided us with quick service, great customer service, and the food is always put together with care. I usually order a double double and my fiance usually orders the 3x3 . To that, we usually share some fries and and milkshake and the experience is always memorable and delicious! If youre searching for a fairly priced, fresh burger, this is a great location to go to . Sure, youll be just as pleased as me and my fiance are!

I like this place but. Something needs to change. It felt like a burger rush factory inside so many workers, so many hungry people eating and or waiting on food. All in the open hearing workers work and people waiting on food. Little too stressful for me just to get a burger. Just saying. I liked it when it was the yummiest place for a burger and there were double lanes to order and you were In and Out, The food bagged right off the grill into your hands and off you go. That was a treat back then. Expand the restaurant for workers and put in 5 lanes, just bring it back, its running down in some way. I was excited when yuba city put it in but disappointed it was a restaurant. The shakes were a lot creamier and flavor! The bread seems drier or something. The whole meal was good but like I said something is missing, and it could be the atmosphere. Like camping, the food taste so so good no matter what.

I love In-N-Out Burger, with their fresh hamburgers and fries and their thick shakes, yum! I usually get the cheeseburger with everything on it and add pickle slices, its so good! fresh fries you can watch them making through the window also and the employees here are always nice! And what makes this locations special is the wild chickens roaming all over the parking lot. I love chickens first off, and theyre just the cutest little things. I love tossing tid bits of food out the car window to them and watching them run their little legs off to get over by my car, waiting for the next piece of French fry to fly out my car window. Yesterday, I mustve had 15 or so them waiting patiently. And thats why I always return to this location. Excellent burgers, fries and shakes and the cutest mob of wild chickens ever, love it! And might I add, Ive been going to In-N-Out Burger locations for at least 50 years. The food is consistently delicious. If youve never tried a burger from here, you need to!🐓 🍔 🍟 🥤 ❤️ 🐓

First time here, so I was ready to see what all the excitement was about. Went through the drive thru and got a cheeseburger fries and shake. The cheeseburger was great! The fries were cold and the shake was so thick I couldnt even drink it until it was warm. Not sure if its normal, but they didnt put everything in a bag. Instead it was the open faced box thing that made me worried tapping on the brakes would send my lunch flying!Meh. Might try it again, but I definitely wont be rushing back.

Really good food, really good customer service. The drive through lines are long but they manage it very efficiently. There is always somebody to take your order when you get into the drive through line and the cars keep moving at a regular pace. I get that its a popular place and lots of people come there and they do the best they can but I was literally in line in the drive thru for 30 mins I timed it out of curiosity. So, I recently tried this place after living here for a couple months (was living where another place was the big deal). So, Im a simple person. Burger, bread, mayo, cheese. So, apparently, this place doesnt have mayo. Never heard of any burger joint without mayo at least as an option. So, automatically eating this burger subpar. Meat wasnt too bad. After I placed my order for a regular order of fries and an order of animal-style fries at 6:37 p.m., I noticed my order number had not been called after 20 minutes. I went to the counter to check on my order with Jackie, and she said she couldn’t find my order number but to hold on. I waited patiently another 10 minutes, and my number was never called. I decided I couldn’t wait any longer and went to ask Jackie for a refund because I had been waiting over 30 min. Never did she apologize for not getting back to me, she just said “oh, okay let me get my manager to come out here.” The manager, Grant, took his time to come out and never offered an apology, didn’t offer to make my food, didn’t give an explanation for not having my order, and much less offer any complimentary items (which I didn’t care for either way). Grant and Jackie took care of the refund and sent me away.Just horrible customer service all around. :(

Really disappointed! The hamburger patty was paper thin. They put a very thin slice of tomato on my burger with hardly any lettuce. And when did they start shredding the lettuce? So ridiculous!!! On a local note, the people of Yuba City are pretty awesome too and we got a great tip on visiting Lake Orville just north of here. In-N-Out makes a good burger. In the realm of chain burger joints, it ranks #2 to Five Guys B&F. They are also less expensive than my #1 choice.In-N-Out burgers are Fresh, juicy, the fixins are not miniscule-you get an actual slice of onion, not token little pieces and the tomato is a full slice that covers the whole burger and the lettuce, fresh and crispy, not minimal and soggy. Service is good as well as polite. Good sized water glasses, I am not a soda(East Coast or pop-Midwest and West) fan. Their fries are ok, smallish, a little on the limp size, which is why the 4 instead of 5 star rating.I also appreciate the clean restroom(s) and clean tables if you choose to eat in.

I have always had good service here but recently I had exceptional service. I tried to order a grilled cheese sandwich for my child but accidentally ordered a hamburger instead. After the order was completed I went to the counter to pick it up and realized my mistake. The person working there asked if everything was okay with the order and I explained my mistake. With a smile the employee offered to make me a grilled cheese sandwich free of charge to make me happy. Went inside with 4 teenage girls on a wednesday at midnight. There was only 6 other customers eating but soon after we ordered the dining room was about half full.
