Came by In-N-Out after a medical appointment and the food was great! Nice and fresh, hot and made to order. House spread is take it or leave it for me personally. Had one item missed on initial ring up but was quickly remedied. Also decided to test the drive through line.5 cars in line, total time from order placed to order received was 7 minutes 17 seconds @ 3:30pm 12/4/23$32.33 for 5 burgers (3 of which were double doubles), 2 fries, and a small shake. Come on, its in n out! Always fresh and clean products. Dont understand why this place gets the hate that it does. Love it! & for the people who complain about the fires, what do you guys expect when theres literally a non stop line of cars/customers? They gotta get the food out!! Hello!? They dont always have the luxury of cooking them with extra time. They are still great considering that simple fact ... Also love the spread, stickers, and lemon aid!

The place was a mess! Came in a a little past 12 midnight. All the tables had used trays and food on them. Floors had scraps of food and paper products everywhere. The waste receptacles were overflowing with trash and packed high with used trays. The drink dispensing station was all sticky and gross This situation extended to the outside as well. The staff seemed in good spirits and the food was as expected. Everyone not only the staff needs to do their part to keep our surroundings clean.

I love in-n-out. Who doesnt. I appreciate their prices a lot. Service is nice 9/10 times. They use peanut oil which isnt the greatest but its a lot better than canola oil/seed oils so I appreciate thet too. But the reason Im writing this is because if you make modifications to your order you can guarantee the person taking the order will get something wrong. Every time Ive gone theyve got something wrong. Always check your order.

Our favorite burgers ever! Even for a super picky eater, the double-double doesn’t disappoint.weve traveled all around and have eaten Whataburger and Five Guys, but these are our favorite.This location is very busy, as they all are. They usually end up taking orders in the parking lot as the line for the drive thru is long. Only other complaint is the location off of the main road is a bit cumbersome as you can’t make a left turn and must make a u-turn on E. Bidwell in order to get back to the freeway.It’s an inconvenience, but we do it because we love the burgers.

There were 3 orders from our group to go. We were all in the same line. 2 orders came in regular order and one took over 20 minutes. They said they were waiting for french fries and they handed out more than a dozen orders after his with french fries. He just had one order with his burger. No excuses. ☹

Its In-N-Out so you kinda get exactly what you expect. The burgers are good and very reasonably priced. The fries are just alright, but thats normal for In-N-Out. And the service is slow, but thats because everyone else in a 50 mile radius also wants a reasonably priced burger and some acceptable fries. Overall, no complaints.

First time ever for me. I have taken others through drive thru. Idk about you all, but fries are tasted before I even make it out the drive thru. They were cold, no heat to them at all. Since Im staying at hotel, I have no oven or air fryer to bake them and microwave makes them soggy. So they were trashed. The burger was 👍. I dont eat fast food alot, and probably wont go back soon. The fries are the number reason to go to fast food places.

As you would expect from an In-N-Out burger, with a fairly significant line, but that is expected when you come during a rush period anyways. The burger and fries were as one would expect and came out fairly quickly. We really liked the energy of the man working the cashier, he kept up a really short and energetic conversation with everyone that came up and they all left with smiles.

I have had probably 99/100 perfectly executed orders. Having been a restaurant manager, I know how difficult it is to keep clean. Non-slip clean floors, friendly staff, fast service. I noticed prices are consistent throughout locations and constantly readjusting as operating costs decrease. The only thing I would improve is lower fat content in beef (10-15%) and higher quality buns in all locations.

Even though theyre burgers, theyre just so yummy. We dont have this in Michigan and I wish they did. You can also customize any order to your liking. I got the Animal fries sans cheese so, essentially, just with onions and the spread. They dont even charge extra for that!

Very busy location. Expect a 15 minute line.The service is usually quite quick for the line. If the drive thru is backed up to the parking lot they usually have the employee walking and taking orders.If you know In-N-Out you know to expect yummy food.

Drive thru experience, peak times are very much a hectic experience. Ensure you understand peak times will often see a line back well past the parking lot. The menu is simple yet there are more variations possible that are listed on the board. Food is great, simple yet flavorful. No atmosphere to speak of as it was drive thru.

Always good however this is one of the busiest in n outs Ive been to. Theres usually a line for drive through out the parking lot. The inside is also insanely busy. The food is yummy as expected but keep in mind youll be waiting 20-30 minutes during peak hours unless u go in the AM.

In n Out Folsom left me bewildered, dazed, and awestruck at the quality of food, dining experience, and ESPECIALLY the service. Dining in for a busy Friday night, I felt unsure at first but a friendly young man named Aidan with black hair welcomed me in with a smile and helped me figure out what to order. As a busy student, getting a night out and not having to cook was made ten times more relaxing by this helpful man. Great bang for your buck. Good portions, very tasty burgers, very quick, and very cheap. My experience in time in particular was fun, I didnt realize it, but should have in hindsight, it was Friday at 11pm, peak hour for teens hanging out, and with that came the usual, loud conversations, newest fashion off the hallways, etc etc. Its not a bad thing by any means, I mention, just a bunch of young folk having a harmless and good time. I mention it because I expected the food to take a while as result, but the line moved quickly and the order went through quickly and the food came out quickly. I should also mention that all this was also at the same time as the drive through being completely full and backed up. The staff here handled themselves well, and really, my hats off to you guys, you must have served hundreds of customers in such a short time. And in addition to the quick turnaround, the food was very cheap, and I really enjoyed it!I ate the cheese burger animal style with fries and a drink, a friend of mine ordered a burger with fries and a milkshake, and another friend ordered a double cheese burger animal style with animal fries and soda. We also got the cheese burger with a lettuce bun to have a gluten free option and it was also very tasty.Let me know if you ever get poutine on the menu!

Honestly my favorite burger ever. Staff is always so friendly. Tonight I went at 11pm and there were TWO cars in front of me. Holy cow. Thats never happened to me at any In-N-Out EVER. What a good boost to my night. I would have taken a pic of my Double-double, but I was so hungry I parked right after getting out of the drive-thru and shoved that burger directly into my facehole. Ice cold food. No fault of the staff but In-N-Out needs a different policy for dealing with food orders if someone in the drive thru orders food for 20 people. I had ordered my food and waited 35 minutes in the drive thru line after I ordered before I actually got my burger and fires. By then the food was completely cold. There was a single truck at the front that was holding up everyone.If you are coming here, you are way better off going inside since you will actually get your food warm.

Drive-tru order, first time: I am impressed. Ive been to MANY MANY InOB places... this is the FIRST time Ive ordered my food and took it home and my napkins were still CLEAN. They packaged it VERY WELL and CAREFULLY! All other places Ive gone through all CA does NOT have this kind of TO Go experience. Im speechless to say the least. The food is good as expected, and fresh. You all deserve a well earn raise or bonus if I must say so myself!Note to customers: dont try to cheap out a free burger... dont mention it a week ago, even a few days ago. It gets pretty busy here but they have an efficient system to get you in and out (ha). Food is always fresh and service is always great. A good option for an affordable, small, satisfying meal (if you do a burger only, no fries or shake) which is what we come here for. Love the option for less calories also, like protein style. Also good if you dont want a small meal because who doesnt love a burger, fries and a shake??

I mean, who doesnt love In-N-Out?The only thing Id say (and this is definitely not a complaint... just a reality when visiting the paragon of fast food) is that you might benefit from going a little before or after the standard lunch rush. Theyre, unsurprisingly, pretty busy then. But if you go a bit early or a bit late you can miss the line.

Nightmare of a place to eat in. Park in the parking lot and you may well find you cannot leave because kuds taking orders at the drive through section have route cars to block you in. After the 10 minutes it takes to get out of the parking lot you will have to drive miles through a dozen stop lights to get back on the highway. The In is easy, Out is terrible.

Ive been to a lot of in n outs but this location is by far the slowest one. Doesnt matter if there are 5 cars or 25 cars youre going to wait almost an hour in the drive thru. I dont know if its a management issue or what but they really need to fix the issue. There are other in n outs that are far busier and the wait time is less.

As with any In-n-Out, quality and service are outstanding. Be prepared for a long drive thru line. That speaks if quality and desirability. Its recommended that customers confirm the of menu requests were recorder correctly.Update. Very well trained staff, courteous and patient. Drive through line on Saturday, especially during typical meal times can be long. The quality and the taste is worth the time. Prices have adjusted to the market.

Family of four coming from apple Hill farms. Husband has a long bed truck and we where able to drive though. Sometimes he has to drive over the curb. Not bad here. The restaurant is great, just like any other In-N-Out. The only real problem is the drive-thru can be *extremely* long during rush hour, so its probably quicker to park and go inside to order.As a side note, theres more patio seating than most, so if youre concerned about Covid thats an option.

Its always super busy and the drive thru line can be a pain to get into when it gets out of the parking lot and through the intersection, which can then make it difficult to get in to try and park to walk inside. I wish they could get use of some of the land behind them to redo the drive thru. Food was perfectly prepared and staff very nice.

I rarely go to In-N-out, but not because of any idiots, I just dont think off them often. I should go now because I realized that it was one of the two tastiest burger places around me and theyre more convenient because they have a drive thru. Plus animal fries are another plus. The only reason I give a 4 instead of a 5 is the overly simple menu. Their burgers would be soooooo fabulous with a few more options like bacon or avocado. Maybe Ill take my own avocado to add next time!

The line was very long, to the end of the driveway and moved very slowly. Took about 20 minutes to get to the kid taking orders. I felt sorry for him because even though it was after 7 pm it was still 90 degrees out and he was in full uniform. We got our food which was good and hot. It was not as warm as I would expect but it was good enough. Their fries are homemade so dont expect something super industrialized. It was very very busy. Two lanes full if cars backed up to road and the inside had approx 15 customers in it ordering and waiting on food. Cant eat inside or outside on patio because of Covid. Great customer service! I asked them which slaughterhouse the cows are killed in and which method they are killed (via bolt gun, knife to the throat etc.) And the manager was happy to elaborate. The only downside is the place where the cows are raised, Harris Ranch Beef Company, mistreats their cows before they are sent off to slaughter to be stabbed in the throat. I actually traveled down to the lot where the cows were in Coalinga and the cows were living in FILTHY conditions.. I was filming their conditions before being chased off by security. They obviously have something to hide! There was NO grass, only mud, poop and flies everywhere. But as far as this In N Out location is concerned. 5 stars!!

Their business practice sucks. Check your order before leaving the drive through. On 8/4/21 at about 9:30 PM ordered 4 cheesburgers, 1 double double, 1 fries and a milk shake, came home to find out got 3 cheesburgers & 1 veggie burger, and all of them including the fries were cold, and seemed they had been cold a while. They seem to give old unclaimed orders to drive through customers. Customer service instead of suggesting a refund asked for address to send a gift card. Management needs to look into this practice, especially if they do this often as opposed to a one-time accidental occurrence.

I have just become diabetic. A friend and I decided to stop at In-N-Out because they had what they call a protein burger. It is a burger without the bun, wrapped with lettuce. I ordered one and enjoyed it so well I went and got another. I was very pleased with my meal. The second burger was not wrapped as tightly as the first but it did have more lettuce. Fries didnt have any salt on them, the milkshake was good but too thick to even slurp up the straw (very yummy though) and the burger patty was dry. the bottom bun on the burger was all soggy and looked disgusting. we got our meal very fast though. and the cashier was very nice
