Innout is the gold standard for fast for restaurants in California. Theres really nothing like it. The food is consistently fresh and high quality. The employees are friendly, speak English, and are happy to be there. The main area is usually clean, orderly, and consistent. Bathrooms are often marginal.Best fast food burger chain by far.

My partner and I ate inside to eat to stretch our legs on the road. Weve had in-n-out a fair few times between us over the years and we agree this was our best experience yet, and they were busy.Buns perfectly toasted, burgers were beautiful and delicious. The fries were stellar (we get lite fries and they crushed them). Place was clean inside and the staff was super nice. Well done!! Seriously the best food weve had from and In-N-Out yet. Thanks yall!!!

My favorite INO, because its my local store. Like most In n outs the drive through takes a while, but the cost vs food quality is unbeatable. Milk is still less than a dollar! Ill sit in the in n out drive through for 15 minutes every now and then and scroll through my phone in order to feed my kids good quality food and NOT have to cook. For sure.Dont listen to anybody trying to tell you about preposterous secret menu items like road kill style. SMH. The secret menu is posted online. My goodness.

Great job Placerville In and Out. Stopped by from out of town (Montana). You all rocked it! Everything was delicious and on point. While we were dining, a full bus of young school kids came through. You got through them all like it was a daily thing. Just wanted to give you a big thumbs up 👍.

Nice and quiet In n Out. Granted, I did go here super early in the morning and actually had to wait outside because they werent open yet haha 😅 but my food came out delicious as always and the staff was very nice and paid attention to details. Next time I drive through Placerville I will def stop in to get another burger from this spot.

Not happy with my service. My or should I say our food was cold waiting for our fries. And surprisingly they were not busy on this rainy day even if they were busy Ive never has to wait that long for my order. Gentle men making fries was rude. I always stop by this In-N-Out when Im coming or going up the hill. The have the best view from the drive through! We were in line with 15 cars a head of us. We got our food in 8 minutes! I think that might be a record, based on my In-N-Out experiences.As always, the food was fresh and a perfect representation of In-N-Out!Thanks for the great grub guys!

I LOVE In-N-Out Burger! This location was also amazing. Had a double-double and some fries animal style. Oh and also a chocolate shake! Cant beat it. When Im in Nevada and California I have to stop by. I live in Washington state and I wish that they would expand up here. If youve never had a burger at In and Out Burger, you are missing out. I highly recommend it.

It was good as always but not mind blowing. I had the double burger with grilled onions and nothing really stood out as far as flavor is concerned. It’s never bad as the consistency is always on point but it’s never amazing. I had the mixed vanilla chocolate shake and it was good and heavy.

Place was nice and everyone wad constantly working hard to take orders. I saw over 30 people come in while having a huge line in which they dealt with ease.Place was well lit and everything was pretty clean. Easy to get to as well, just right of the highway and up the street.

Basically the only good fast food place left worth going to. In n out is always busy they need more restaurants. Best thing is the secret sauce packets that they will give you if you ask for them. I appreciate that they have mostly college age kids working there. They seem very well run and are rarely dirty.

The food was great! It was the service that went south. Briefly the order (to go) was not prepared correctly. One order of fries was to be made Animal Style and when we checked the order before leaving we caught the error. The order receipt did not have the AS request. We told a team worker that the request was missed and still wanted the special order. They asked that we reorder the fries and pay for them, even though we had an order of the fries already. OK, we did. 20 minutes later no order. We asked (again) about the order. No one could find the ticket!! Well, someone made the order right then and we left, but the original food was now colder. Not the best visit, but I found out about Neopolitan shakes...yummy even after 50 minutes to order, get our food and get home to eat!!

They are fried to order, and seemed fresh The price is great for the amount of food that you get. We really need to get one of these in Minnesota. The location is right off of the highway, which makes it very convenient for a quick stop!

Located just off the main highway with easy access this is definitely convenient and lives up to being ‘In-N-Out’ for a quick bite. This iconic California born burger chain has made a name for itself and definitely has its diehard fan base that continue to rave about their offerings, which by the way are limited. A huge part of the success of this family owned operation (yes, all 380+ locations) is keeping it simple and supposedly never changing up the family tested menu. Its the same offering every time, every location and every day. No specials, no seasonal gimmicks and no questionable mystery meat re-configured into hundreds of various concoctions only excessive marketing magic can invent. At In-N-Out what you will find (at all locations) will be a) The Double Double (double patty/double cheese) b) The Cheeseburger (or half a Double Double) c) the Hamburger (see item b without the cheese), and finally French Fries. All burgers include fresh lettuce, a perfect onion slice, fresh tomatoes and their own secret sauce unchanged since the 1940’s. Simple as it may be though, quality is key, as all meat utilized is local and hand select choice beef, hand trimmed, never frozen and actually ground by In-N-Out associates. French fries also follow the same path being potatoes are again all hand selected, hand washed, and cut as demand requires for freshness and quality. In-N-Out also prides itself in also being able to offer what the customer requests. If whats on the menu doesnt exactly meet your hunger needs? Then simply switch it up by requesting your own burger creation or taking a glance at the ‘Not so Secret’ menu where you can find other fan approved menu mix ups. In-N-Out also offers the standard array of Coca Cola products along with Chocolate, Vanilla or Strawberry real ice cream shakes (or the Neapolitan, a weird concoction of all three flavors). Two other items that we found to be somewhat unique (or strange) were the container of little green (hot!) Chili peppers located with the self-serve condiments, and the printing of various Bible verses discretely located on cups and wrappers. The place was immaculate and bright with extremely enthusiastic staff. Is it better than our own locally owned and loved Puget Sound Dick’s? Uhm, that would be a definite no.

The drive-thru is a tad bit difficult maneuvering through the initial turn-in. The menus were well laid up with large enough print on them to be able to read easily. Always fast and friendly. Often there are several units of law enforcement, either the Sheriff or Red Hawk Police, CHP late in the evening (very early morning) grabbing burgers so I would say its a local favorite for sure.

I had a major craving for burgers and low and behold an in out burger appeared. I saw the rays of light shine out from behind the sign and took a hard right turn. The line was long but my persistence was strong. I paid the lady after ordering and pulled around to pick up those golden biscuit burgers. Boy were they heavenly! I highly recommend trying a meat bisuit here.

It says the place opens at 10:30 a.m. we were there at 10:00 a.m. and they were already having customers inside the lobby which was awesome. they were very clean and they had a lot of people working which was really nice. food wasnt too long before we received our order. everything was up to par for a fast food joint. definitely wasnt a bad experience.

The fries were absolutely nothing to write home about.Im from Michigan, and we have two local chains (Halo Burger and Mr. Burger) that would get my vote.However, the service was fantastic. The rating is for the food that was served ONLY.Because of the way the people visiting this location acted the afternoon I went, I didnt enjoy the visit and wont be going back. I must have been cut off in line 5 times. Blatantly. If I hadnt committed already 20 minutes of my lunch break, honking, yelling, and waiting just to order... I would have pulled out and gone somewhere else. There wasnt the usual clerks walking car to car taking orders, so maybe that was part of the problem. But it was well over 100° that afternoon, so I dont blame them.That being said, The burgers really cant be beat. Always satisfying and overly filling. I frequent the location where I live, in Folsom. I always enjoy eating at in & out. The food is always very good. Its always real busy in walk up or drive thru. Because if it was good it would not last in the area very long. Food was really good but service not so great. Didnt get our order right, even though Im pretty sure they repeated it correctly when I was ordering. Had to wait parked in front for our last burger. Then after we got home, noticed they forgot to put in ketchup. Everyone was nice though. Like I said, food really hit the spot. Ill definitely come back at some point since its the only in-n-out in town so maybe Ill revise my review. As it stands, a solid 3/5, no more, no less.

The burger was excellent. They actually grill the buns. I think that makes a great burger. The fries are fried in sunflower oil which tends to makes the have a crispy-crunchy-styrofoamy texture. I was not impressed with the fries at all. The fry sauce gas pickled relish in it. Not my favorite fry sauce. Shakes are okay, but they are comparable to McDonalds shakes. Nothing to ooh and awe at.

If you like burgers and have never been..GO! And when you do....dont let the line in drive-thru scare you off. This place is unbelievable organized and beautifully synchronized. The wait isnt very long, and if youre like me, youll be hypnotized by the way everyone works together and gets sh#t done. Added bonus....they have amazing customer service and if youre eating in the car they will take care of that too.

The perfect burger as usual and it is very close to the highway so... if you need a quick lunch, this is a good spot. It has ample parking space available and comfortable outdoor seating in case you dont want to eat in your car. There is a Mexican restaurant right beside it so if someone is craving tacos, this is the perfect place to go.

Good burger as always, the meat on a reg hamburger seems thin, might go to double double in future which means more money for basically a 1/3 lb burger. Fries were over salted which isnt good when eating them. Shake was on point.

As always the place is packed. I love the atmosphere and quick, friendly service. On the downside, the quality of the food has declined. The meat patty was skimpy and overpowered by the lettuce. Additionally the taste was off. I doubt Ill ever eat at In-N-Out again.

This location was easy to find from the main road. The employees were very friendly and the food was great! I Had the Cheeseburger meal with fries and a medium drink. In and out Burger is alot more reasonably priced then one might think; $6.95 for meal or $2.85 for just cheeseburger. I would highly recommend this location and the food!

Meat was cooked well onion and lettuce were fresh the cheese fries were perfect the bun was over toasted and burnt around the top edges and just having jaw surgery made it really hard to eat my wife said it hurt her teeth. The patty is so small, and I asked for salt twice. And the girl at the drive through literally tried to hand me an entire handful of salt packets! I said uh thanks and 2 would be fine. She was rude, ridiculous and forgot about why the customer is actually important.The burger was tasty, my fries were all over cooked pieces.My pink lemonade was watered down and made for at least 10 minutes, because I spent 15 in the drive through before I got up to the pick up window.

It’s an In-n-Out so it’s usually pretty good but this one in particular is tragically inconsistent. Last week my patty was undercooked by a lot and today there was only a little scrap piece of lettuce on my burger. The drive through was so slow that my food was warm at best by the time I got it. I will never eat here again. They do not require masks to be worn by people ordering food or waiting for their food INSIDE the restaurant. Asymptomatic carriers kill, In-N-Out! I have at-risk family members. Even some of their team members making and preparing food had their masks pulled down to their chin exposing their nose. I asked to speak with the manager and the manager who came was one of the people with their masks pulled down! I cancelled my order and promptly took my at-risk family away. I dont care what side of the political spectrum you may be, if you are operating a restaurant then you are now involved in public health during a pandemic. You are putting the public at risk if you dont not require universal mask wearing.
