Do I really have to explain?! In n Out is the quintessential California visit. Theres a reason theyre always packed at every location. Such good burgers and the service is quality, at this Buena Paek location anyway. Had another try in Vegas and got our orders animal style, which I didnt know you can do. Its even better that way. The fries I can do without. The price is irresistible too. Love love In n Out! Please have one in Vancouver!

First of all, I have to applaud the exceptional service and utter professionalism. Exemplary. The food is also great. Price is reasonable. However, this is the third time the drink has become watery - I think - due to preparing early despite the long lines during the weekends. Keep up the fantastic service!

This was my wife and I first time at this location... the young man that was taking the orders was running back and forth directing the flow of cars in the line as well as taking down the precise orders of the customers. He was definitely out of breath but very friendly, also the person the completed our order was very friendly.. when my wife ask to speak with a manager the employee was very prompt to get a manager. The manager my wife spoke with was very friendly and ask what he help with. My wife just want to compliment p order taker in the line as well as the employee that completed the order and the manager as well on their well doing of their job especially the employee that was handling the orders in the line. The manager stated that my wife could call the companies questions and comments and leave a message concerning how are experience was, and he was very pleased that how the employees were that day.

I love everything about this classic style IN-N-OUT which provides ample outdoor seating with shades roofing. It is also the closest location to my home.Its single restroom is better than none, yet having just one oversized wash room which serves for both their hard working crew and all customers,I feel there must be enough room to engineer 2 smaller, yet still handicapped accessible, washrooms to benefit everyone without needing a more major remodeling.

Everyone loves In & Out. Theyll always be 5 stars. However, I can not rate this as I was a passenger in a car with someone who bought dinner. Just a warning. Sanitize your hands before dipping in for a fry. Or dont if youre into building immunities. Like I said, just a warning. An observation. The staff handling the trash touch everything with their dirty trash gloves.

I ordered 2 cheeseburger, one animal fries, one regular fries, and one of the cheeseburg protein style without onions and without tomatoes.I received 2 regular cheeseburger with grilled onions with pickles with tomato and its horrible taste and the grilled onions as you see in the picture its burned and taste so bad, And the meat is so oily and taste so disgusting.But customer service was great.Food was horrible I cant even eat it.You just wasted my time and my money!Not recommended at all .

In N Out is one of my favorite burger places. The burgers are always tasty and not frozen. I love that they freshly peel and cut their potatoes but frying them in vegetable oil makes them subpar. They should seriously consider frying with beef tallow.

Here is my honest opinion, Ive been going to this In n Out for the last 10 years, and yesterday was the first time my wife and I were treated rudely, by the young man that took our order. I actually had to tell the man to relax and not be rude to my wife. Very disappointed, I hate to say this but we will not be going back to that spot.

I used to love their food, now their meat patties are as thin as their tomatoe slice, same with their fries. Drive thru extremely crowded. Only one person taking orders. A customer behind me cut around the cone to get ahead. If they did that to the wrong person it could have been uglier than flipping the bird. They should have ine to take orders and one to direct aholes. You cant expect one kid to be a traffic cop.

Very small eating area inside. Limited tables outside. The place was noisy and complete chaos on an early Sunday evening (late afternoon). Food tasted great. Service was fast and friendly. But still believe they need to give us extra wide straws for the milkshakes. Just impossible to get anything from the straws for all of our many guests. We had to laugh but its kind of annoying. We cant be the only ones who feel that way. Double lane drive thru usually backs up onto Valley View street causing traffic jam concerns. But if you are really, really patient, you will eventually get to eat.

Though I dont do fast food my daughter wanted a Burger and fries So we went to in-and-out this visit was a good one take out the order right and it bagged and separated the way I requested. You wouldnt think this is rocket science but I cant tell you how many times Ive been to this location and the order was wrong or lacking. They dont pack your fries overflowing anymore so I ask for that I know people look at me crazy but when its not packed overflowing theres really not enough fries in the container which seems way smaller than it used to be. WHAT an amazing experience. I’m a huge in n out fan, but the customer service I experienced at this location was beyond anything I’ve experienced anywhere else! I came in to order for an entire office (which I know is annoying) and they got my food to me in an extremely timely manner and one gentleman in particular was so welcoming to me, offered me a water cup while I waited, helped me box all of my items, and offered help to my car- he was amazing!! I tried to remember his name forgot, but he wears glasses and was helping by the registers today. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!

This restaurant is the first In N Out on our way home from Knotts park. Meals in the park are more than my food budget allows, instead we enjoy the park then stop by this restaurant on our way home. I look forward to bringing my family here because they always seem to toast my burger buns to the perfect crisp as well as my fries. No matter how long the drive thru line or the crazy amount of people ordering food, my meals are always cooked to perfection. Service is always swift and on-point... Not sure how they manage to feed everyone quickly and with military-like precision no matter how busy this place gets.My recommendation:If you enjoy perfectly toasted burger buns every time, then this location is the best choice for you. On very special occasions I order an off-the-menu 4X4 animal style if you never had one make sure you are hungry and get ready for a taste explosion the way only in-n-out can provide.

Being from the East Coast, I have never been to an In-N-Out. My wife and her family told me it would be a life changing experience and it was! You can clearly see that this establishment picks quality over quantity. Can anyone actually say something good about it?Waiting in a drive-thru for 45 minutes and wasting gas and polluting the air and long lines blocking traffic?The dry, hollow French fries?The dry, flaking buns?The cold hard cheese on the animal fries?FYI: the secret menu grilled cheese is not a bun with lots of cheese in the middle (like an actual grilled cheese). Usually most in and out places taste the same. I like their hamburgers and fries. I tried this location because I was in the area. My hamburger didnt taste like the usual in and out burger. The meat was a little on the red side. It wasnt busy yet because it was only 1030. I was customer #2. So no reason for the meat to be slightly on the raw side. I didnt complain because I didnt want to go asking for a different burger. I was a bit surprised that this location didnt follow the standard.

Food is consistent no matter where you buy it.Updated: they were above and beyond again. I wish I could remember the name of our server. He was awesome. We went twice while in Buena Park and he was there both times. He remembered we were visiting and gave us some stickers and hats without us even asking. I got a double double animal style half protein style. I said no big deal if they just gave me a regular one but they gave me bun on bottom and lettuce on top. It was great!!! Usually with I&O I do not even check, this location give it a once over.Still better than any other drive thru.Update..the line does run smooth but this location is the only one Ive ever had an order problem with.Did it again, no tomatoes ND there they are two tasty looking tomatoes. Honestly thought about eating them they looked good but took them out and tossed them.Cant argue with price and taste though will come back, just will check the bag next time.

This place has a rather shorter and smaller parking lot than many others but they are very much like a good conveyer belt line in good warehouse. Its not perfect but I could get my berger much quicker than many other In n Outs drive throughI have been. In n out is my favorite! They give their employees great benefits and holidays off. Their food is always fresh and never frozen. The menu is simple but you can customize everything and anything. Was disappointed with my visit to in-n-out tonight. Food was cold and the taste wasnt up to standards. The staff were incredible and they all greeted me with a smile but, the food was off. I do have to say the Milk shake was delicious. However, both the double double and the fries were served cold and the burger was under cooked. Never received an under cooked burger from In-n-out, so I am sure my next visit will be better hopefully.

Excellent service from the cashier. I was undecided that night when I ordered and she was very patient and helpful. I wish I would of remembered her name (young blonde about 54 with a great smile and happy demeanor) so I could give the credit that she deserves! My compliments to the establishments for having such an asset. Being a small business owner I watch how business operate and how employees do their job. Even though it was very busy when I went they did a great job of managing the traffic (I didnt notice anyone having to stop in the middle of the street because of the drive thru lines. Ok so no matter which location you go to the food is consistant. My issue was I asked for onion. When I got my burger I looked at it and notciced I didnt see any onion. I asked the drive thru employee if onion was on the burger. She took the bag back into the drive thru window a few moments later she returned my bag and said No I dont see any onion on it. I have no idea how she inspected it I lost sight of her when she took the food back. So I asked if she wouldnt mind adding it.
