I ordered my food and ate it right there the fries were nice and hot and crispy the burgers are perfectly cooked and the root beer was ice cold what else can I ask for Plus on top of that I only spent a little over 10 bucks. I do always recommend people to eat it right there is so much better Fresh Off The Grill instead of letting it cool off on the way home.

This was my 1st time trying In-N-out. I wasnt disappointed. It gives you a portillos feel. The burger and fries were pretty good, so was the shake. The prices were reasonable. The place is good, not great, Id go there again for a quick meal.

The employees here were super friendly, way helpful, precise and prompt. The entire place was pleasantly clean and comfortable. plus this is THE ONLY in& out I KNOW OF that still also serves pepperchinis (yes, I know I spelt that wrong)MUST HAVE on the secret animal style burger.the best thing about in and out is their DELICIOUS and satisfyingly fresh burgers are the most affordable meal these days. The employees at the Pittsburg in n out easily have the best customer service compared to many locations I’ve been too. Even when they are slammed or super busy they are respectful, don’t make you feel rushed to order or like your guest experience is any less important. Personally I’ve only ordered drive thru so I don’t have an opinion on the inside per se. However, the location as far as exterior is always clean. Even when the line is crazy long they have team members out there assisting In the flow of customers. Tonight I had a particular great experience for a Thursday night in the drive thru 30 min before closing. The man expediting drive thru flow was bubbly, read back my order, offered options and was overall kind.For being so close to being off work on a Thursday night and still have the same level of positive customer service did not go unnoticed. I missed his name.Overall I’ll just say this, I’ve never had an error or disappointment with my food (take out), never takes too long, every single employee asks how hour day is and appears genuine even if it’s just a part of the job. I choose this location over Antioch/brentwood

I think at least one reason why Americans like fast food is because they find it reliable. Generally speaking, if you go to a chain restaurant youll get the same thing if youre in a different city or different state however there are exceptions. The home of the Whopper comes to mind as being the most egregious in terms of quality being off the Mark in different locations- but not so with In and Out ; you can always count on great quality, great service, good price good food Im coming back. Quality in all locations never been disappointed.

I’ve loved In-N-Out Burger for a very long time, but this is my first time reviewing it(at this location). All I can say is that the menu and the taste of the burger has not changed. Still very good and has not lost that twang (that special sauce). One thing I learned about this place recently though is that they do not have bacon or put BACON in their burgers, good to know right?If you know In-and Out you would know they have other things they serve that’s not on the menu but I can’t tell you :). You’ll have to find out for your self. So I went through the drive thru and it was pretty fast. Literally in-n-out. Living up to its name. The girl at the window was all smiles which is what we all want to see when at the drive thru.My food came fresh and I could not wait to eat it, yes it was good!!! This place does not disappoint. Still love it!!!

Sent at a busy time so took 15 minutes in line! Generally just a couple of minutes. The burgers are tasty and juicy unlike other fast food drive through. I always get the protein style which is lettuce wrapped. The fried are great when you go at busy times because always fresh.

You can never go wrong with a double double and animal fries paired with a chocolate or strawberry shake. That is my go-to. All the employees provide outstanding customer service and are so very well-mannered. I always place my order inside because the drive-thru line is way too long. Either way its definitely worth the wait. I think Im going to try a 3x3 next time though. Thank you guys!

I hadnt had one in about 20 years literally, but still a good sandwich. Now the meat was greasier than I remembered and it could stand some salt, but all in all still a good hamburger 🍔. I enjoyed my cheese burger with grilled onions & a strawberry 🍓 milkshake 🥤. O-an my favorite thing about In-N-Out Burger they ask will you be eating your order in your car, and if the answer is yes you get a placemat and a box but just a regular bag. For someone like me who is literally crazy about keeping his car clean, that box is genius!!!

It’s outside of Southern California, so In-N-Out locations are far and few. This location is better than others as the drive-thru line seems shorter and/or moves quicker, or maybe it’s just less busy than the others. The food and taste is pretty consistent with what is expected of the In-N-Out company, the staff here seems extra friendly and that’s a nice plus! I will be returning to this location as again, the options are far and few. I’d rather be in Southern California!

This was the most disgusting In-N-Out Ive been to. In the cooking area there was trash all over the floor. It was a mess! The fountain drinks were broken and the faces dangling. The was trash out in the lobby dinning area. It smelled like grease. The hamburger was beat up and barely alive (over cooked, old tomatoes and lettuce, too much dressing). I wont be going back to this place.

Very good quality food and staff. If the drive thru line is long, about 12 cars, I recommend going inside and ordering versus waiting in drive thru burning gas for 15-20 minutes. Its definitely worth the wait sometimes though! Also dont forget to check out their secret menu online in case you want something more than what they have on their basic menus.

I dont eat there that often but what I was last there the quality of food has changed tremendously.I got a double double, the burger was thrown together the cheese with sliding off the bun the fries were very dry. It shows lack of care. No comparison to a few years ago. The only thing that has pretty much stayed the same is their uniforms which is a good thing.. I also seen too many Bear Hands (no gloves) so needless to say I didnt eat my food that I had purchased. I feel the employer should always provide gloves and mask for their employees especially doing these pandemic times

There is always a friendly person who takes your order and the prices are soo reasonable. Our previous experience was great. The cashier was very friendly and double checked our order to make sure she got it right and she did, especially seeing how I rambled through my order. In n Out is our go to place to eat when we want a good burger, animal style fries and when we want it fast. In-N-Out Burger is the best choice for a late-night, fast-food-chain burger. All restaurants in this chain live up to a high standard of freshness and cleanliness. The efficient staff is always cheerful, friendly and helpful. The food is consistently good and fresh. One may choose the wellness of how their burger is cooked as well as the fries--well done makes them crispy which are a good snack for when the fries get cold. There is even a sodium free patty (upon request) to order for the dog! The limited menu allows for good product delivery and reduces confusion.

Food tasted just as good as ever! We hadnt been to this In-N-Out Burger in a long while. So we were pleasantly surprised to find that the quality of food and service is still high, even during this COVID pandemic.Even though there were 5 cars in front of us as we pulled in to the drive-thru, we were in and out of there in less than half an hour. Kudos to the staff. They wore masks while they worked.They have options to eat in the car (disposable trays) or at home (paper bags). Their paper products are of fine quality, especially the paper bags and napkins. It was easy to stay clean while scarfing down the juicy cheeseburgers. I had the Double Double Protein Style. My partner had the #2 (cheeseburger, medium fries, medium soda).Overall, we had a wonderful meal.

In-N-Out is THE BEST FAST FOOD PLACE EVER! Everything is freshly made with fresh ingredients and is pretty low-calorie & low fat compared to other chains. Its usually crowded at any location so you may have to wait a few minutes but its never too bad. They are quite efficient even in the drive thru (its the original drive thru, ya know that?) they have staff taking orders before you get to the first window so it speeds things up! The shakes are delicious too! And look up their secret menu! With the web now its not so secret but at first it may appear as if the menu is limited. Its not. This was a new In-N-Out location for us. Burger was good as per the norm. Fries here were not like our local stop. I thought they were perhaps over-cooked but after sending them back to get a new order, I was disappointed as they were still hard and not as tasty as the local joint. Didnt eat them.

In-N-Out is a famous, family-owned burger chain that started in Southern California and has only expanded out of that region in the last 20 years or so. The menu is small and simple (though there is a secret menu for those in the know), but the food is great by fast-food standards. People visiting California often make a point to visit In-N-Out.The burger meat is never-frozen, and all of the produce is bought fresh and sliced in-store, so it doesnt get any fresher. Im not a big fan of the fries myself, and Im not the only one with that opinion, but you cant deny they are fresh; you can see the employees feeding potatoes into the fry slicer all day long.The interior is themed after a 50s Drive In, with lots of red and white. Its plain but nice. Service can be a little slow sometimes, but its not because the employees arent working hard; it just takes a lot of work to make everything fresh, and In-N-Out is ALWAYS busy. If youre looking for a much better than average fast-food burger, its worth the trip.

There was absolutely no line when i picked up lunch from the drive thru on Veterans Day. My bf, who is a veteran, was stuck working while I had the day off, and this location is near his clinic so I grabbed burgers and fries to go.All the employees were really nice, from the guy who took my order, to Kendra accepting payment at the window, to the girl who gave me our delicious order.2 Mustard fried burgers, one of them protein style (no bun), and generous servings of fries. Should be called In-N-In since once you are in you never get out. The wait time is unexplainable. That being said, the burgers are hot, fresh and tasty. The fries are bullocks (even though they are fresh cut before your eyes) but you can hedge your bet and perk them up by ordering them Animal Style - which adds grilled onions, revved up Thousand Island dressing and cheese. Ask about the Not-So-Secret Menu - or Google it before you go - as it adds things like grilled cheese sandwich, protein style burgers and more. The shakes are palatable. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes or more for your burger. The drive-thru line gets priority, so if you are in a hurry you can blaze through it in about only 15 minutes. LOL. The drive-thru is optimized by having a staff member ahead of the speaker taking your order, then there is a separate pay window followed by the pick up window. PS: parking and seating is tight as well, but outdoor seating is usually less gridlocked. Stake out a likely seating prospect while you wait for your order. PPS: Ketchup is on hand pump tap but mustard is special order by packets - and onions (grilled or raw) are special order too. In-N-Out is a great value and stays open late.
