I’m pleasantly surprised by how good my burger tasted the last time I came here. Note: I’ve eaten at this place over a dozen times and I’m always left disappointed by how bland the burgers are, but this time it was different. I ordered an animal style cheeseburger and it was shockingly good. There was actual flavor to the burger, I loved the pickles that it came with and I just left feeling satisfied. I also ordered a 3x2 tomato burger, but that wasn’t so good, because of the extra patty. Next time I’ll just order a 2x2 tomato wrap like I used to because the portions were just right. Just make sure to get the burgers animal style with whole grilled onion and raw onion if you want a good eating experience.

The burgers are so fresh here! I got a double double with chopped chilis & no spread w/ketchup and mustard instead, which was awesome! I got another double double with chopped chilis, animal & protein style. The burger was wrapped well with lettuce so it doesnt fall apart easily. Also got some animal style fries which was DELICIOUS. The customer service was great and the cashier was really nice. It gets really busy at this location at lunch and dinner time so plan accordingly. Overall, it was a great experience!

What can I say but NEVER disappointed!!!! Double meat animal style, hot fries and a small drink. Store is clean as always and Alyssa taking care of the dinning room is on top of it and taking great care of the customers proactively cleaning the tables and picking up the trash. All In-N-Out’s have incredible service, but this one always somehow tops the rest! All employees are so welcoming, kind, and helpful. Recently they’ve started to bring your food to the table for you and come back later to remove your trays and see if you need anything. The food is always delicious and I can’t say enough good things about this location!

The problem was the inside was too cold. I had to wait for a long time in the freezing environment. The thermostat was set to 69 degrees that evening with the outside temperature of 75.Thank goodness, I’ve found an outdoor table to eat once the late-order arrived after waiting in the cold inside…Other than that, I recommend ordering the protein-style double-double hamburger with no thousand-island spread along with LIGHT fries as normal ones they have were cooked too long, resulting in rock-hard chip fries…

Let me start by saying I absolutely love In-N-Out burger. However, for the first time in my 30+ years of going, I had a negative experience. I went to the In-N-Out in Murieta on my way home from a trip in San Diego. Im a picky eater, and I like my burgers plain. I ordered my burger this way as I have on over 1000 trips to In-N-Out. The first issue is that our order seemed to take a very long time to come out. Several orders after it came out before ours. Then, when I went to eat my burger, I noticed it had what appeared to be spread on it. When I pulled the bun off, it was obvious theyd accidentally put spread on it. That was not the issue they are human. The issue is that instead of making a new burger, they just wiped it off. So I approached the counter and asked for a new burger, and the employee at the counter said they would get a new one that were cery helpful. However, when she told the young lady on prep, I wanted a new burger. She looked directly at me and rolled her eyes. I get it. Im annoying asking for what I paid for. Then, instead of making my burger, which is very easy since it requires no prep. She left me standing there for 5 minutes waiting for my replacement burger. This incident will not change my opinion of In-N-Out. Id just ask the manager to speak with his employee about customer service. While I wasnt, the employee should remember some people order burgers without certain ingredients due to allergies.

Always top notch quality and service from In-N-Out! The drive through line was about 15 cars when I arrived (during off peak hours) everything was orderly and expedient. From the time that I placed my order to receiving my food was less than 30 min! At the drive through there are two options; eating in the car, or take out. Eating in the car, they give you the food in a tray like this. Taking out, they bag it up for you. Very thoughtful and convenient!

Make sure to look up their secret menu items. The grilled Cheese is awesome. This location gets backed up quite a bit. It’s not uncommon to be in drive thru for 30- 45 minutes. So be patient. Take that time to look at the secret menu online. This location has always been worth the wait. Our order is always correct. Employees always friendly.

Not only is the quality amazing, but so are the prices. Everyone is super friendly, and it doesn’t completely break your bank. A family of four can eat here for under $40, which is great considering this is SoCal. It’s right off the highway and is a very convenient area.Although the drive thru line can get crazy, everyone tries their best to make it quick. I will say that once I heard the manager yelling at her employees when I was receiving my food in the drive thru. Hopefully it was just a misunderstanding and just a one-time deal, because I love the quick service, but not at the price of your employees mental health. Besides that, this is a great place for quick and relatively cheap food!

I want to give a big shout to Lexie we had a big order (12 meals) each with specific order. Lexie was very nice to work with us on placing each order in individual bags so I could name each order to whom they belong. This is a big deal for my employees everyone gets to eat what they order, and we are not guessing who’s hamburgers maybe. Lexie was VERY PACIENT, VERY NICE, at no point she seemed upset or irritated. Lexie represented In & Out customer service at 100% guarantee. I hope her supervisor and any regional management sees this comment and give her some type of recognition she for sure “when above her job”

Ingredients tasted super fresh, my favorite thing about the Double Double was the sweet crunch of a toasted bun (as well as the veggies). The American cheese is not just a layer on the patty, it adds flavor. Patty is quality and has a deep flavor despite being thin. Loved the idea of the Animal-style fries.However, I thought the fries were dry and too soft in comparison to crispier, juicier fries like at McDonalds or Chick-fil-A. Im not sure if I just had my expectations too high from YouTubers or something, but while I enjoyed my burger I couldnt see myself going to this more often than Chick-fil-A or Shake Shack.I also thought that the burger/Animal-style sauce was underwhelming and didnt compare to a special sauce like Chick-fil-A sauce.

This place is poppin late night on the weekends! Lots of people hanging out inside and outside. I did drive-thru and think I paid like $8 for 2 cheeseburgers with grilled onions. I had my own drink. That being said, if you time it well and beat the mad rush, the service is quick.You will have to wait longer if you decide to go here during lunch or dinner hours (i.e., 11am-1 pm;4pm-7pm). People are predictable. Go during theoff times, try before 11am, and you typically wont have to wait very long.My only complaint is no gluten-free buns. It seems like so many other restaurants accommodate that in this day and age, but not here!

This was my first In-N-Out trip in almost two years. The food was just how I imagined. Delicious and nostalgic! The lines always seem intimidating, so we always go somewhere else because my children are not going to wait for over an hour or close to it for fast food. But this line seemed reasonable at the time. We were through the line and with our food in less then 10 minutes.

Food is great, but drive thru line is always unnecessarily long and way too slow at all times in the day. 1130am? Drive thru line to the gas station. Midnight? Drive thru line to the gas station. Anywhere between it is the same. I feel they must try to be this consistent at delaying the drive thru. They need someone to manage the drive thru to make in n out actually an in and out process.

This spot, has been great. That changed in the last month, for me anyway. Dont know if they have new management, new people or what. The first case was getting the wrong order. Went through the drive through a couple of weeks ago, got home, and it was not what I ordered, wrong items, etc. Went back today for lunch, and explained what happened. I was told that I could have come back and they would have changed it right away, mistakes happen etc. OK....but going through a drive through, I then drove home, got the food out, saw the mistake, and a return trip was not in the cards that day. And to pour a bit of salt in the wound, one of my sandwiches was a grilled cheese today. The cheese slice was not melted at all, perfectly square, and that was disappointing as cold cheese on a bun is not a grilled cheese. It was not very busy, and I am hoping they get back to normal. And a tip to save some cash for the company, the time I went through the drive through I asked for ketchup for the one order of fries I. They gave me enough for several orders, maybe someone would have used them all if they liked some fries with their ketchup. Very wasteful.

Simple menu, everything is delicious. Animal style double-double is hands down the best fast food burger ever. I took my two boys for guys night out and they both love the cheeseburgers and shakes. I couldnt carry all my food to our table in one trip but an employee without me asking carried my drinks for us. Such great service! They have an employee walking around checking on the guests and handing out stickers and hats for the kids. Another families daughter dropped her fries and within 10 seconds someone was at her table helping pickup the mess and brought her a new basket of fries, again without anyone asking. I dont know why anyone would do fast food elsewhere. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean despite it being busy all the time. I guess the one downside to having such good food and service at such a cheap price is the place is packed even at 10p.

In-N-Out is always an awesome choice! I really appreciate the care they take with allergen orders. And the fresh, quality food I receive! I have visited this location COUNTLESS times and I wanted to take a minute to give a shout out to IAN he’s so amazing that we started to notice when he was working and when he wasn’t! Always positive, cheerful, friendly and has yet to make a mistake that I’ve seen! (And the order my boyfriend and I place isn’t the easiest) he’s one of those people you meet and know they will be able to succeed at whatever they choose to do with their career. Almost all of the employees at In-N-Out really hustle and do a great job but he happens to stand out time and time again!

The drive thru line is usually long so plan ahead, but it goes faster than you’d expect! While you wait, why not study the SECRET MENU. Then live dangerously and order something “off menu” for fun🤫. The employees always seem happy and friendly. This seems to be the place to hang out after football games and late nights.

The In N Out was recommended by the relatives we were visiting. We needed a quick meal and it served us well. Being vegetarian, my only choice was the grilled cheese, but it was very good. It was served with fresh lettuce and tomato as well as a tasty sauce. The others had the burgers and fries and did enjoy those. They also liked the milk shakes. For a quick meal, we will definitely stop her again.

They where not the burgers had no flavor and the lettuce was sauggy. The animal style fries where cold. Need less to say last time we ever eat at inn and out. Poor food poor quality. I only stop here every couple of years but I have to say when I do its superb. The milkshakes were so thick that by the time o for home you still had to work hard drinking through the straw . Service was good and everything was fresh. Fries were much less than remembered. I wish they had a kids menu however and a healthier option for a side. All and all you cant go wrong

The best location been to compared to National City and La Mesa Locations. They know how to fry the fries light just like how they should be. Used to love this place. Since they changed the hamburgers and the French fries are awful. I wish they would go back, to their original 1948 claims of 100 percent vegetable oil and what ever they changed about the hamburgers.Offer us different options of oils, instead of 6 ways to cook them!!!! Disappointing service. Waited for 10 minutes for my order and when I got to the window I was told to pull to the side and waited again for my order. Got order, but no drink. Had to drive back to drive through and ask for it again. Wasted 30 mins just for food. Burger was made sloppy (probably due to rushing it) and fries were over cooked with a tons of little crispy pieces. Also, no apologies or nothing when I got my food. Very disappointing. Only reason for the second star was because the person outside drive through took the time to go get my drink (thanks dude).

It’s always been bad, but I’ve never seen the line get like this. The line now goes from the parking lot, past the gas station and occasionally starts at the street. This level of traffic is damaging to the community. There are hours of the day that the shell station is completely blocked off. This isn’t fair to them. It also isn’t fair to the cars that have to bob and weave around the traffic. An unnecessary hazard to say the least. Any place with this level of business I would expect to have multiple order lines as a bare minimum. This feels very much like an “F U” to the community of murrieta.

This place never lets me down. The food is always fresh, and taste so dang good. I always want to order more. Not that it isnt filling, its just that good. The fries arent my favorite, but they are cut fresh daily. No artificial flavors added. Milkshakes are great too.This place gets packed, so prepared to wait in line. That goes for there drive thru too. Like I said their food is delicious, hence the long lines. You wont be disappointed folks. Cmon down!

Was sad to see when I walked in without a mask and there were not any other customers in the building. The employee didnt say hello first but said I needed a mask. Embarrassing to call this place a In N Out. 3 cars in the drive thru when I showed up at 1044am. I made the awful decision to go in and wash my hands, and order inside. 20 minutes later, I had counted 10 cars get their food while I was still waiting. Those 10 cars were after I had washed my hands and ordered. Ill let you do the math. Getting my 7 dollars back was even more difficult. All of your employees can stand around and joke though. Just close inside if you are going to only help the drive thru. Idiots. Never go here.

I love this place, but who doesnt. If you are trying to be a bit healthier while eating a burger try their protein style burger with lettuce leaves instead of buns. I prefer it because I dont like buns anyway.Whenever I go I order a cheeseburger animal and protein style with well done fries, and have been getting these at least once a week in the past few months.
