It seems like they dont care about quality anymore the last few times ive gone through the drive-thru they have given me hard burnt fries! very disappointing since i waited 30 minutes to get it!!! please if you come here check you food before you drive away!

Great place to eat, though there will always be a line, so its best if you go for a late night meal to get the smaller lines. But it is definitely still very much worth the wait and their efficiency means that even a long line typically moves much faster than other restaurants. 10/10

This is the worst In n Out ever honestly. First, they don’t cook their burgers enough, they served me raw beef and gave me food poisoning.Second, their fries are always cold, soggy and halfway filled.Third, the employees here don’t listen and screw up the order every time. I said no tomatoes and they gave me tomatoes. I said regular Coke and they gave me diet. You’d be better off just throwing your money away than eating at this location, at least you wouldn’t get food poisoning that way!

Lines are ALWAYS long. Put aside 20-30 to wait if you ever want to get food here. The food is good, though, and only once in 4 years has my order ever been wrong. Its just that this location is too small to handle the amount of traffic that comes through. Oh ya, they also need to do something about the burb at the entrance. Most cars hit the curb on entrance

I am a huge fan of In-N-Out. First time having it in a couple years. Two double doubles were increíble. Asked for fries well done and they were perfect. My cousin got the 3x3 which looked massive. Food came out rapidly and the staff is always so nice. A great experience as always.

Great burger joint. Simple menu, with great flavor. There is also a secret menu around that if you ask for something a certain way, they will accommodate it. The most common one is asking for fries animal style. Which I suggest. You can also ask for your burger to be topped with grilled onions.

I come here weekly and after this experience I still will. I went on Tuesday night, got my usual 4v4 and fries. In the middle of the night I started having stomach cramps then diarrhea. Went to work extremely tired with my stomach still in pain. I had to leave half way through to buy pepto and go home. Stomach cramps all day, vomited liquids. At 2am Thursday I still feel a faint feeling in my stomach but overall better. Someone didnt wash thier hands?

My 2nd time at this location, 1st time was normal. The 2nd time, easily the worst in-n-out Ive ever had. My burger had 2 hard tomato centers, my fries were soggy and not cooked, the milkshake was the sweetest milkshake Ive ever bought, from anywhere. I threw half the food out. It was a weekday evening and I waited for 15 min inside, at least the food can be what normal in-n-out should be.

Lindsay was the worst employee I’ve met at in n out, she was rude and disrespectful. I was asking for extra pickles for my burger and she was in the middle of visibly flirting with one of the associates. I stood and waited 4 minutes for her to grab pickles because she was batting her eyes at another worker. When she handed me the bag she barely took a glance my way and didn’t apologize. Did you know they have their own University? Like you actually have to go to school to work at In-N-Out. I had no idea until recently it makes total sense though because they serve is always good, the burgers even better. The milkshakes are great on a hot day. This is a pretty good In-N-Out location and is closer to my home than Chino Hills. The biggest drawback is that the parking lot is pretty small and the line will typically go out onto the street on mountain, which is an extremely busy road. Also, it’s right off the freeway.

Saturday night around 5pm used drive through. Horrendous! Had to line up in the street (almost 1/4 of a mile) to get in lot. We eat at In-N-Out regularly. On this day we were eating in doors at the Mountain Ave location in Ontario/Chino area. Our order was prepared exactly as ordered. All special requests we perfect. Our burgers were hot and juicy and our fries were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of salt. I recommend you get a pack of their burger spread to dip your fries in. Enjoy.

I came in during my lunch break and they lost my order. My pick up number was 23 and I waited to give them time to process the large number of people that had just walked in. when they hit 30 I went to the counter to ask and they had lost my order. The guy reprinted my receipt and had my food ready in less than a minute. You could tell they had just put it together because everything was hot and crispy. It made me late coming back from work but I know things like this can happen, no biggie. The reason I give them three stars is because for one, the bread was pretty dry. And two, Im almost certain my order was lost because as my transaction was in progress, a group of girls came in for their shifts and they began laughing and gossiping with the only register person. There was 5 people in line. Bad timing to spill about your friend who got dumped.

Good food quality is good as always. But the service is the worst I have ever seen in all my in n out experiences. They didnt not even check the receipt when someone pick up foods at the counter! My foods end up taken by somebody else, so me and my kid have to wait for them to re do the order, we waited almost 40 minutes until getting hold of our burgers, that is insane amount of time for a fast-food restaurant. This in-n-out unfortunately does not have a large enough parking lot and so traffic lines up on the street. However, the line is well worth the wait. This In-n-out is my favorite. The staff is always pleasant and greets me with a smile. The Food is always top notch. As busy as it is, it is very clean and very efficient. I highly recommend this specific In-N-Out to all people in search of a simple menu and great burger!

So Ive been to my fair share of in n out burger restaurants and some have delivered and some have fell short. Tonight I remembered why this exact one is my favorite one to go to. I LOVE, and I mean LOVE, my fries to be dark brown. I ask for my fries BURNT and boy were these burnt to the perfect degree. Crispy fries galore. I have only ever received my fries this perfectly cooked this way once and it was also this location. Always great guest service too! Always a treat cant beat fresh ingredients. Always a long line at the drive-thru but worth the wait. I always go animal style with chopped chilies on my double-double regular fries and a coke. Kids like a plain burger cheese like my son says.. with spread. If you are looking for a great burger never frozen beef patties and fresh fries sliced when dropped into the fryer then lightly salted.. but eat them up fast as they cool down quickly. Enjoy!

Their drive thru is always out on the street and sometimes down the block but they move it fast. Its because they are so good. The fries are a potato cut and dropped directly into the fried so they are always fresh. I order my burger protein style because Im gluten intolerant. Thats a lettuce wrap. They have a secret menu that is not that secret. Just look it up online. They give you free pup patties that are a salt free patty if you bring your dog and ask. My husky loves the ride and the burger. If you are avoiding salt you can ask for your burger and fries salt free as well. Its fresh meat never frozen. I love them all the way around. Worth the line you can park too and walk in. You dont have to get in the long line for that. Just pull in beside the line. They have seating inside and out.

TLDR: Right off the 10 fwy at Vineyard, this In-N-Out is a two-lane drive thru store built in the 80s.If you like the old style In-N-Out that is strictly a drive thru/takeout, then this is the place. Theres no indoor seating, but a few benches are available. Parking is very limited and tricky to maneuver with cars pulling in and leaving the drive thru.Not much to say about the food since everything is standard and consistent at all In-N-Outs. If you like the food (and we do) then you will get the same consistent product here as you would at any location.Ive reviewed the food for other locations so Ill point you to those reviews if youre new to In-N-Out restaurants.My order is double-double, animal style with fries well done. Shakes are excellent, and you can find hidden menu items by googling it.

Great food. I used to come here so often that they knew my order before I could say anything. In over the past decade, not much has changed about this place. The food is great. The service is amazing. The line rarely goes out the door, but the drive through line can extend out into the street. They have added a few more parking spaces, but parking can still be an issue (especially with the drive though line). If you dont mind walking a little, park in the shopping plaza next door and walk over. Animal style fries all the way!

Even if you see that notorious long line out to the street for In-N-Out, its always worth the wait! Nothing beats that flavorful toasted bun with ever so slightly crispy edges, perfectly cooked patty, yummy melted cheese, and fresh fried potatoes! Oh and their pink lemonade is the best... They always seem to hire nice staff. In-N-Out isnt just food its an experience. I was here around 10:15 am but they still served me within 5 minutes. The place was not busy as it wasnt supposed to be open until 10:30. So these awesome people took their time and made my double double with extra love and care. Fresh and hot off the grill, that was the best burger I ever had from in n out. I felt like the guy at the drive thru could take pride in making that burger. If you can go here when they are not super busy(11am-2pm) you will get the best of what In N Out has to offer. They cover them in a ton of salt to cover up the suck. The burger (animal style) was nothing special. The meat doesnt even taste like beef. I just dont get it. Wont be eating that ever again.

Ive always rated You a 5 Star. But after yesterdays visit(10/25/21). I dont know. I was very disappointed. Like you didnt even care. You put my double cheese burger in the upside I would say. The Lettuce, Tomato wasnt even in the burger like you dropped it in the ground. It was Sloppy and the bag was Greasy on top. And to top it off I didnt even get my grilled onions. Saturday I visited the in and out in Rancho by Foothill and Vineyard and sat down to eat I ordered a simple number 2 combo with regular onion extra cheese when I got my combo I noticed they forgot the onions !! I told the gentleman they forgot to put them in and he gave me a side of onions in a little pouch which means I have to take apart my burger to put in my onions, I wish they could have made me a new one😌 I was a little disappointed because its never happened. Weve been going to this In N Out for YEARS and I must say the quality of how the food is prepped has dipped..alot. Some of our order was wrong yesterday but mostly it was the way the burgers were made, poorly. Animal style is definitely not what it used to be with a dash of limp lettuce. I cant tell you how many times weve gotten limp brown lettuce in our burgers and not because the patties are hot. The coke and shakes are still good, so theres that.

In N out is not the greatest. Being from virginia, I always appreciate burgers and especially places with shakes. But in N out just doesnt do it for me. The fries are never good, they are too limp, and when you ask for well done they still arent right. The only real saving grace is the shakes. The sizes are good and the pricing is better.

Most In N out, are usually crowded, and this one is not the exception, but wait is not that bad. Staff is friendly and courteous. Service is good and de ent even when crowded. Burgers are awesome with a really great taste. The combination of fresh patty, American cheese, soft great bun and simple toppings lettuce, tomatoes, onions y you like, and thousand island delivers a delicious tasty burger . I do not think people is ever disappointed. Unless you want a huge burger or want a menu with lots of options.

This In-N-Out is located on Mountain Avenue just south of Philadelphia and north of the 60 Freeway. The day we went was not that long after they opened. So it was not very busy. They are usually always busy around lunchtime and dinner. With it being the virus now their lines are longer since you cannot eat in the dining room. The door that you can enter from the parking lot is now an exit only and the door that faces Mountain Avenue is entrance only. The line to get in the Drive-Thru its now so long it goes past the Arco gas station right there at off ramp at the westbound 60 Freeway and Mountain Avenue. One day the week before the line actually went to the underpass. So definitely check online to see their busiest times before you go and if you go definitely have patience and get as close to the curb as you can so cars can still drive in the right-hand Lane going north on Mountain Avenue

But I went in with my 5 year old and he dropped his milkshake began to cry and one of the servers saw this and replaced it right away free of charge (I offer to pay but he declined) you dont find that type of human kindness at big franchise restaurants for that and always having a smile on their face (+the fresh food) I will always continue going to in n out and recommending it to everyone. Wow, In-N-Out used to be one of my favorite places for a burger. However, the last 2 times I visited them the meat was thinner and significantly smaller than the bun (at this particular location) . The drive thru is always spilling out into the street which is a traffic hazard. If I ever go back to eat there, I will have to try a different location to see if they have the same issues with the meat.

The thing that sets this particular location apart is the fact that its a drive-up store. The car line backs up almost all the way to Hacienda well into the night and it sometimes takes a very long time to get your food. My favorite burgers. Great employees, always friendly, always get my order right, even when my wife makes it as complicated as possible. Usually a line, backed out into the street, but well worth the wait. The only bad thing I can say is Im going to miss it when I move to a state that doesnt have one.
