2023-08-28 03:43:29We have come here a few times and each visit has been great. The food is always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time. Definitely try the soba! They make it in house and it’s so good! My absolute favorite is the Asari appetizer. The flavor was amazing!!!!

2023-08-05 15:33:39High hopes but left dissapointed. Ordered the deluxe chirashi and the deluxe tempura. Tempura was ok, nothing special, gives you a variety of protein other than shrimp that are less common. The sushi was sub-par. A few of the prices did not taste fresh at all, the Toro tasted extremely watery and bland. The uni was not good either.Service was ok. Inside was nice, on the outside looked like the place was closed.

2022-07-03 05:17:27Just had an amazing dinner here. Service and food were both top notch. Had a variety of tempura dishes plus zaru soba and a few applies, all were amazing. We also had the tsubaki dinner set. The mini chirashi was perfect with seven nice pieces of sashimi, along with some fried fish and cooked tuna both in great broths + some other small sides. Great experience all around.

2022-07-29 19:05:06Showed up just as they opened for lunch. Within minutes the place was full. Received hot tea immediately. Ordered chicken teriyaki which came with a tasty little salad, miso soup, rice and assorted side dishes. All very good, the teriyaki was less sweet than expected which wasn’t a bad thing. Total for lunch including tip was $18.50, a good value, I will be back soon to try a sushi, tempura lunch.

2022-03-26 22:13:44Showed up Saturday afternoon at 1 pm with a reservation, got seated immediately by lovely waitresses. They brought us hot green tea as default, which was very nice of them. I ordered the Kaiseki Lunch special that had everything that I wanted, starting with a salad, appetizer, sashimi, tempura, soba (or udon), some nigiris, and top it off with ice cream.Salad was a very standard sesame dressing, sashimi was not the best but the snapper was very good. The appetizer had mozuku, duck, and Miso infused cream cheese.Tempura veggies & squid & fish were cooked to perfection: crispy but very light on oil.Housemade soba had a very nice texture, broth was a flavorful bonito broth.Nigiris was the best, with tuna, snapper, yellowtail, scallop, uni. Very fresh and flavorful. Will be back for more!

2022-10-17 17:37:06Ordered tempura kaiseki dinner. We sat at the counter so that the chef served freshly fried tempura in front of us. Two tempura dishes are included in the menu but we counted 7 actually. If you like tempura, this is the place.
