Indian Masala House in Encino

The food here is AMAZING!!! (the lamb was delicious) Our server was incredibly polite and very helpful with any questions I had. He gave great recommendations for what to eat and what dishes pair well with certain meats. The place has a nice chill atmosphere that isnt too loud and the wait for the food wasnt long. I 100% recommend this place for a nice evening dinner.

Underrated I would like to call a hidden gem 💎Absolutely outstanding food. It is a little spicy but you can order less spice.Order the mango lassi as a drink and you will not be disappointed!❤️Service was outstanding and they love to talk! Would go again!

Very friendly restaurant owner -> excellent service, big portions, nice atmosphere, well visited and decent food. We had a lovely family dinner and took one more portion home.Minor thing to improve: the usual samosa Dow is rather dry & crunchy on outside, here it was different as I remember plus they are rather smaller size.Otherwise a nice place to dine.We’ll come back.

Man this place is a gem for sure. From the moment you open the door to go in you are immediately welcomed by the owner. He is sooo nice and has a great sense of humor to make you enjoy your meal as well.My girlfriend and I found this place randomly but do not regret the experience at all.The food was great. We had a chicken soup to start but not your typical chicken soup. This soup had flavorrrrr. We also had the vegetable samosa and garlic naan which did not disappoint at all.Our main courses were Lamb Vindaloo and the infamous Chicken Tikka Masala. Both were excellent and packed with delicious flavor. The heat level was spot on too. Not too spicy and not too mild.For dessert we were kindly gifted some pistachio ice cream by the owner and we ordered a delightful mango lassi which is a drink similar to a mango yogurtOverall the experience was great and we will definitely come back to try new dishes. Amazing service, food and atmosphere!! Greeted at the door with welcoming charm and charisma from I believe the owner. He was patient, upbeat and had a good sense of humor. The food was as I expected, very delicious with a uniqueness that I appreciated very much. We didn’t want for anything, our service was on point, they know how to treat a customer. The one regret I have is I forgot to try the Mango Lassi……next time. I will be back there as often as I can. I just wished I lived closer. This place is worth the drive, try it and you will agree.

Really really really good! We loved it! We ate so much I am surprised I can breath.The food was made fresh and the bread nan was perfect! The prices are reasonable and the location is nice with parking on the rear! We had the mixed appetizers, fried rice, mushrooms, and chicken vindalo.The customer service was really good too! The waiter was nice to us and made recommendations and checked on us to make sure we were good .

Best Indian food in LA county hands down.I’ve been obsessed with Indian food since I was little, I’ve eaten every single place you could name. This beats all of them. The sauce was the perfect blend of sweet and savory, the garlic cheese naan perfect thickness, balanced cheese distribution, and amount of oil. The chicken was the perfect level of tender, melting in the mouth and full of flavor.I’ve never had better in my life, and I eat Indian food 3-5 times per week. Every week.Thank you so much!!

I really liked this place, their name was perfectly cooked & soft as opposed to many places where its too crispy. The lamb was perfectly seasoned. This might be my new spot in Encino! Will definitely be back

OMG, I absolutely love love love this place! It was our first time here. Saleem was amazing! He answered all my questions and was ready with suggestions. (I appreciate that) We had a beautiful spread of such aromatic dishes. We are definitely scheduling a monthly visit here. The ambiance, food, and service is on point. I wish more places where this good!! 💕😋🙌(Sorry about my picture quality, I was more focused on enjoying everything)
