Never coming back again. We’ve been LOYAL customers for almost 2 years and in the past six months the servings have been ridiculously decreased. We used to get a container half full with food, and now we barely get a cup. Every time we’ve ordered food lately we’ve been bringing the serving issue up and they make an excuse. today we ordered soup and our usual meals and today’s serving was almost disrespectful. We had to return to the restaurant and inquire about it and we got no resolution and were only offered to be charged more to be given a complete plate like we used to. How could you tell loyal customers this is what you always serve? Now you’re just ripping your customers off and provide awful service. I attached today’s serving, but the meat used to be in the bigger spot where now the rice. And the soup! Look at the difference in containers! Clearly ripping people off! Whoever is the new manager is trying to be sneaky. EVERYTHING is way less now.

The people here are very friendly and the kind gentleman offered me a boba drink (on the house) so I could taste it. I’m very picky with my Pho orders, and this place Pho taste amazing!! It was an overall great experience 😊

We were super excited to eat a shrimp Pho from here. Had the order to go and when we decided to prepare the Pho it was chicken.. Not sure how you mistaken that.. shrimp sounds and looks nothing like chicken so this was an obvious mistake by this place. A new young guy that weve never seen before took the order. Im not sure if this is new management. Overall the food is good but that really ruined the experience. We will unfortunately have to move on to a new Pho place.. There is one on Kansas st. that is very good..

Fresh crisp spring rolls with delicious peanut sauce! Nice assortment of chili sauces and oil. Husband enjoyed the Pho broth but was a bit disappointed they don’t offer basil 🌿I appreciate the smaller bite sized tofu and generous serving of shrimp in fried rice. This was our first visit and appreciate the indoor dining being available.

These couple of days have been really disappointing. I came yesterday and no one doesn’t speak English, and they contacted the owner and said he was not there. So I tried again to come back the next day, and now with another phone call, the owner told me that they are closed. People have walked in and walked in matter of minutes. The food is great, but the service is just horrible.

Super friendly staff. Had no problem customizing the menu to meet dietary needs. Really great broth on the pho. Not too spicy. Fresh veggies. Large portions as well. Have enough for lunch tomorrow (at least veggie and broth). We got ours to go and they wrapped the container with plastic wrap and a rubber band to help prevent spills which I found very considerate. Had to minus 1 star though because they did forget one of the meats that was supposed to come on my wifes order. I would recommend this place.

Great place to eat at. They have lots of variety to choose from. They have pho( noodle soup), burgers, burritos, hot pot, sandwhiches, smoothies, Boba, snow ice cream, chicken nugget meal for kids, and lots Asian dishes and drinks. Yes even Asian coffee for the coffee lovers. Customer service was really good. The staff are super nice and friendly.Over all this is a good place to eat.

First time there, we visited an hour before close. All the food came out amazing still. Pho broth was delicious, the shrimp fried rice was also amazing and actually had great flavor unlike some other places Ive been to. Chow fun was also really good, not too oily and was very fresh. Eggroll appetizer was super fresh and hot as well as super tasty. Everything was really superb! Cant wait to come back, amazing food.

Under new management, there are now more tables and more efficiency in the flow. Ordered dine in this round with Shrimp Fried Rice and Shrimp Spring Rolls with peanut sauce. I had mango tea with the popping boba while my daughter had peach tea. Both came sweetened. The food arrived quickly and was freshly prepared with everything beautifully presented and tasty. The waitress was just attentive enough to meet our needs. We shared the two dishes and were pleasantly full with leftovers for one later.

They call it a large and extra large when the large is really a medium. Never have I went to a pho place to order a large and still be hungry after I would finish the large to the last noodle. You can tell they ration there food. Giving me 3 slices of meatball when other places gives you 4 or 5 half cut meatballs. Other places I would always struggle to even finish the bowl and here I finished the bowl of pho and still felt like I could of ate another large pho. They give you so little bean sprouts that I had to ask for more. There menu says they put onion and cilantro when they barely give you any. Other places dont mention that in there menu and still would be very generous with the amount. Wouldnt come back here, sorry. 14 for a soup that cant fill me up is unacceptable

I loved this place! I ate there today with my husband and son. When you pull up it looks like a little hole in the wall, which is just the way I prefer. We were served by Huey... an amazing customer service experience. He was so friendly acknowledged my kid, and had great conversation. The food was amazing. Had shrimp spring roll and it was fresh and rolled nicely with an amazing peanut sauce to dip them in. This was an all around amazing experience so glad we found it! Also just nice and refreshing to enjoy our time here during this pandemic. Made us feel a little more like normal.

I heard the microwave go off and the guy got our order wrong. I came with my brother and it wasnt a great experience I wont come back here. The microwave being used is a big deal if I wanted food reheated in the microwave Id eat at home or pick up a microwaveable meal. Keep that in mind restaurants SHOULD NOT BE USING MICROWAVES. The chicken was too chewy too.

IPho is a phenomenal and quaint restaurant with fresh dishes that taste delicious. The ambiance was comfortable and the service was wonderfully kind and attentive. I love supporting local business. I worked in the service industry for years- you can always tell when passion, love and attention are put into a restaurant. I love finding new spots to try, this was one that was well worth it. The menu is huge- they have a great variety of choices for both food and drink. I loved having lots of fresh options. The prices are reasonable and affordable. I look forward to my next meal there as it was hard to decide on just one dish. The only criticism I would consider is a personal preference- too much cilantro in our appetizer, but again, that’s just comes down to taste. I highly recommend this spot for a quick bite (they even have a great sandwich menu) or a casual date night 👍🏻

My fiancé & I have been trying different pho restaurants around Modesto seeing as we are new to the area and OMG this pho place is amazing! Not only was the food absolutely delicious but the service was great. Our server Leon came over to have a good conversation as well as being attentive, the friendly atmosphere definitely adds to the great food! Been coming here for a while off and on, so does my kids. New management seems to have fallen behind quality after pandemic--very inconsistent, not so many asians customer either, white washed asians dont count; because of taste vs other pho places in the area, e.g. substitute herbs are not vietnamese basil, broth quick mix watered down, not like traditional pho etc. ***Ive been over charged here as well several times vs menu prices by the sons of the owner ex. 2 pho--> bammn fluctuates from Normal prices to $35-38, sometimes normal price after you challenge the ticket.Try to be better, small town and small business....need to be better or people will know.

Food is good. However, prices are rather high for a Vietnamese/ Chinese restaurant in Modesto. They dont have a meat combination of anything. The server at the front desk told me it I can have a chicken and beef combination chowmein for an additional $4 charge. Which would put me at $18 for a plate of chowmein. I didnt mind paying $14/plate. But $18 is a bit much. I didnt want double the meat, just a combination of two types of meat. Thus, the 3 star is a reflection of quality and taste of food at its current prices.

My Daughter & I were looking for a new place to try, I was on fb and seen a post in my feed of ppl talking about Pho. I seen this place with a great comment about being super good. So my girl & I met up and we were NOT disappointed at all. Big bowls and they didn’t mind me asking for extra lime & bean sprouts. Our waiter was a cutie pie young man. Food is fabulous! Size of Pho bowl vs $9.50 price is fair & very reasonable. The Pho tasted great. They give you a good amount of meat in the Pho bowls.Service was bad. But only because they left a very young girl (10-11 yrs old) in charge of the front of the house. She was alone & did everything by herself. Her work was exactly like a child of that age; unsure & slow. Shame on the owners for putting her in charge by herself!Other than that, it was good.

Eat elsewhere! Ive literally ordered for pickup 4 separate times and theyve gotten my order wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I dont know why I decided to walk in and give them another chance, huge mistake. I ordered a rare steak pho which took nearly 30 minutes to get. I drive all the way home only to discover that it wasnt what I ordered. I drive back because I wasnt going to let the mistake slide again. Not only did I not get anything more than a sorry but the male employee had the audacity to pull the order ticket and show me what was written down. Im pretty sure I know what I ordered, 21 doesnt sound anything like 18. Instead of taking accountability for their usual incompetence and mistake, he decides its a better idea to show me Im wrong. The cherry on top was that he wanted me to wait for the correct order which I then asked for a refund. I walked out and will never give my money to this business again. I will also deter anyone I know from using them.

Favorite pho place in Modesto! I always recommend this pho place when people are looking for good pho. But... I have to give 3 stars instead of 5 because the service is not the best. The people who own it have always been super nice but everytime I go now it is almost impossible to get a drink. Water, boba, tea, ect. Whatever it is, they seem to always forget. No big deal, just grab their attention right? Kind of hard when all of them disappear to the back or they go outside. Once I was there with my boyfriend, and they forgot our drinks, and we would have kindly reminded them but the girls and gentleman all stepped outside (possibly the family just talking with one another) and hung around the nail place. My boyfriend and I just felt weird going out to ask for service so we just finished our meal. I hate to complain but this has happened several times to me already. Overall, great food place but Ill be bringing my own beverage with me from now on.

IPho is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Modesto. They offer some non- Vietnamese like burrito, which is weird, and I refuse to try any of that stuff. Most of the time, I just order the beef pho with rare stake and ice tea with Boba. If I have enough time, I order one of the hot pots or an appetizer. It’s a great place for lunch and the service is great.
